Chelsy Bontranger has updated her blog with Mary Maxwell wedding pics if you want to see a Maxwell in a sleeveless wedding dress :D

Omg Chelsy's blog post was a wealth of Maxwell updates!! I'll have to make a point to check hers like I used to do with Titus2.

First, loooove Mary's dress!! Sleeveless AND backless get it queen, easily the best Maxwell dress I've ever seen.

Second, a few pregnancy updates: Anna Marie (Anna #2 I think) and Anna #4 (or maybe 5?). The newest Anna has been married a couple of years already, and this looks like her first so that's surprising.

I wonder how Anna Marie's cancer is going and if it's still in remission. She looks good!

Just a friendly reminder that Doctor Octopus formed the original Sinister Six so they could split up and fight Spider-Man in one on one battles.

Also his detailed scheme to force Spider-Man to fight is just to take hostages. He took Daily Bugle receptionist and Peter's girlfriend at the time, Betty Brant. He also kidnapped Aunt May by accident.

There may have only been 40 something people there but we had some fun times in the back corner of a now defunct indoor flea market in Memphis, IN.

Only had 10 matches of MJF in IWA. 9 in Memphis, 1 at the The ArenA in Jeffersonville.

Well. This episode hurt like a bitch.

Colonel Potter and Charles get mumps, so they have to share a tent. Safe to say they won’t be repeating the experience. They were at each other’s throats the whole episode.

I really like that screenshot, though. He knows Pierce and Hunnicutt are going to be a pain in the ass, but now he doesn’t have the patience to talk to them, so he keeps it short and simple :)

Now, because Charles is down, they bring Steve Newsome— incredible surgeon, but also great sense of humour, which is why the boys like him instantly. Steve could easily become one of them.

They’re so husband-coded your honor😭

Now here is where all starts going to hell, because they notice Steve isn’t really performing. Hawkeye suggests taking that patient, and giving him “the easy one”. Steve then runs out, and they can’t find him anywhere, so they all get ( logically ) mad, because they’re already short-staffed and now they lost a surgeon.

Hawk had to literally sacrifice a kid’s leg because he didn’t have the time to operate properly, so he’s especially mad. And when they find him, he’s in shock.

Then he hits us with this:

You can see how worried they are.

And with good reason, because then BJ comments: “he was as strong as any of us.”, to which Hawk replied: “that’s what scares me.”

That could be any of them someday, there might just come a time when they just can’t take it anymore, and what’ll happen next? Kids will die, but they’ll already be dead inside.

You can notice, especially in BJ’s eyes, the sheer terror they’re feeling. Whereas before they”d felt happy because they recognised some of themselves in Steve, now they’re terrified they’ll see some of Steve in theselves

It’s heartbreaking.

However, I see what they were trying to do with this episode, and I appreciate it. No one comes out of war unscathed. In the end, they’re all wounded.
