if i had to pick one enemy in noita i hate the most, its Stevari and its not even close Like, fuck you steve, im just trying to dig whole world/leave mountain without collapsing it, you dont have to attack me and leave my with 14 hp to survive next zone.

Even worse that worms can trigger him too, and he then spawns in other mountains without me digging everything

Welp, just as I got done whining about Noita I actually had my winning run. Somehow all the stars aligned and I got the best possible spells and modifiers.

There was this really powerful laser that automatically targeted enemies that did ridiculous damage, it trivialized the first three floors. Then I got a better wand, a couple damage modifiers and the best one of them all: a freezing effect. All the enemies that I shot froze, and if you melee them while they’re frozen they die instantly. I angered the gods, but was able to kill the Stevari pretty quickly.

I also had the most fantastic perks. Plague rats count as melee, so when I froze the enemies the rats would kill them instantly. Melee immunity saved me as well. I also had projectile repulsion field and a permanent shield with tons of health pick ups. I had probably over 300 hp when I made it to the final boss.

The final boss was pretty cool, although really easy. I got hit only once during the fight. A weird contrast compared to how hellishly difficult everything before him is. I hope they add more bosses to the game. Sometimes I need to remind myself that this is not a full game and it’s still in early access.

Like, it's not my OTP (or would it be more of an OT3?), but I kinda like it.

They just fit together well, both being a way-younger-than-they-look type with alien super powers. They'd be better at pacing themselves than they would with anyone else, while helping each other with the discordency their unique nature presents.

I imagine they'd make things work, whether it's Sari and Stevonnie, Stevari and Connie, Stevonnari, or all three split apart.

Also, what would a Stevonnari look like?

the thing about twwe perk is that there are more than enough ways to escape a holy mountain once you’re good. Teleport bolt? now you can tinker with wands. Black hole? Luminous drill? just kill stevari.

tbh noita is quite fun, but there is 1 perk that is insanely broken, and when normally i still have problems to get to icy caves, with it i could get to zone before final boss, and even kill dragon in jungle in seconds

basically in this game you want to create as powerfull magic wands as you can, and usually carry 2-3 main wands, damage wand, digging wand, and optionally teleport one, which leaves you with 1-2 free slots for wands

you can move spells around "tinker with wands" only in special zone, that collapses when you leave (tho teleport wand lets you skip collapsing part, so you can re enter to tinker again)

and then you can only find spells either by buying in rare shops, or finding new wands on the ground, and carry 1-2 wands with spells you want, or stats you want to next holy mountain

but tinker with wands everywhere skips all.these shenanigans, found wand in wild with add mana, but dont wanna carry it because it fucking sucks? pick it up, take the spell at yeet it away. Noticed your wand doesnt wrap properly, or has other problems? just fix it right up instead of skipping whole level just to fix it. Dont have good dogging wand? just carry a lot of bomb spells and swap them around or something when thry run out.

like, half the perks are like, spawn friendly rats when you kill someone; grow tentacles that help with movement; make more money when enemies die to falling rocks. Then few better ones like fire immunity, extra life etc

and you get a chance, to get perk that straight up takes really important and powerfull aspect of the game, and deletes all limits, the amount of shit this single perks gives is insane! total freedom, so absolutelly broken, that it should either be always aviable, or not exist at all

I played noita today and its such bullshit. I fucking love it though. IDK why plasma cutter decided to mirror back to me from the stevaris shield all of a sudden like thats normal behavior for the spell. Half of these deaths idek what is going on. You die in like .7 seconds
