Who Am I?

My name is Pawz (No Pronouns, 21, ENBY) and I am a queer game developer looking to make interactive fiction games for an 18+ audience! But what does that mean? Games with romance, sensuality, hatred, death, and more! I want to make games that capture a large range of experiences.

Why Am I?

I've been heavily inspired by so many games falling into interactive fiction - with some of the safe for work examples being Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky and Danganronpa. On the not so safe for work side, I've been inspired by Courtin Cowboys, Boyfriend to Death, Starry Flowers, and more! One of my biggest inspirations is Cute Demon Crashers - which did such an amazing job in creating a game that felt safe, secure, and prioritize player safety and agency. Of course, this is a wide variety of games, but I hope to pull a little from each one to help me with crafting a truly unique experience!

I will be posting different prototypes, games, art, and more on this blog! On top of that, I will be reblogging content made by other indie developers and fans of indie developers frequently - I truly believe in the power of community and I want to help my fellow developers curate that! Welcome back to the Starcrossed AU, revolving around Damien, son of The Devil and King Dice, who falls head over heels for Ivy, daughter of Cagney Carnation and Hilda Berg.

I started this piece a few months back because @hey-imma-fangirl followed me, and I LOVE their artwork involving Cuphead and their AU. So, in addition to a few things I have been meaning to draw anyways, I also drew Everette Morningstar, their DevilDice fan child!

The problem is that I got hella distracted, and I only just recently found this when going through my WIP folder and deleting stuff I was never going to touch again. So, I finished it today!

RAHHHH!!! Art Fight wrapped up and it was a pretty good year for me! I made a goal to make more than 2 attacks, and I ended up doing 8! I also experimented a bit with a different shading/coloring style, which I think looks nice, but we will see if that ends up sticking lmao.

VALENTINES DAY: Damien x Ivy!

I wanted to do SOMETHING for Valentine's Day, and this idea has been bouncing around in the back of my head for a few days now. It's nothing fancy; I didn't bother to fully color it because I'm a lazy bitch, but you get what you get I suppose! XD

Honestly, ever since I first drew Damien a week ago, I may or may not have begun to ship them a bit? I don't know, I just think they're so cute, and Damien is such a little gentleman!
