Ginseng Thorn-Summons would dislike everybody. Many of my characters are someway or another associated with Daedra; CL with Hircine, werewolves, Nocturnal and Nightengales, Desdemona with Molag Bal and vampirism, Stalleo-Io with Azura, Vanta Iris with Boethia and Nocturnal, 404 with both Boethia and Mephala. 404, CL, Desdemona and Vanta Iris also acknowledge Sithis as another power in the world. Only 404 worships him but the others treat him with respect and acknowledge the force he can have on the mortal world. I think Ginseng would only get along with Nel Burn-Steel and even then Nel isn't above stealing or killing for a greater good. Nel just keeps it to a minimum.

Even thou Leif keeps himself away from Daedra, Ginseng still wouldn't like him due to his aggressive views on the independence of Skyrim and his choice to be so very pro StormCloak. In return Leif would not like Ginseng simply because she is a Legionaire. He will only be respectful to her face cause she served in the Great War but still won't like her.

Ginseng would very strongly dislike Chantilly Leice and Desdemona cause of their grey morals and especially Des for how loose to no morals she has. In return Desdemona would say that Ginseng is a goody two-shoes who needs to get the stick out of her ass and loosen up a bit, go commit some crimes with that suppressed rage in her (Gin's) heart, and she's right, to an extent.

CL would be okay with Ginseng and respects that Ginseng is tryin to be a good person but admits Gin needs to let go of some of her personal rules if she wants to make it in Skyrim.

Despite CL's grey morals, she would open Ginseng's eyes to see not everything is so black and white. CL is a werewolf Harbinger who chooses to keep the blood but will absolutely refuse to pass it on and will lead the Companions in the honourable sense Kodlak wanted them to be led with. Ginseng is terrified of anythin Daedric related so if she found out CL was a werewolf she would try to kill her. It would take alot of time and honest discussions but Ginseng would learn that not everythin is so cut and clear, people add facted views and choices to the situations they were put in.

Electra and CL would get along well. CL would look out for Electra in battle due to her age cause CL has a soft side for the elderly (Electra is almost 500 with some grey streaks and visibly looks older). I think their personalities would mesh well despite their MASSIVE age difference (CL is 30 at the beginning of her story. Not a she's 30 in elf years but like 300 in human years. She's a literal 30, both in age and looks. She would age like a regular human for the most part but around 40-50 her looks would stop aging and get very very slow).

Technically Vanta Iris and Stalleo-Io exist in the same universe and they get along well. However sometimes their views clash and this later causes a divide in the friendship.

Leros doesn't really care, he just wants to keep to himself. Braun would get along with CL as they are both Theives Guild members so they share the same views on that.

I was thinking about making another OC/game save cause I want to play with a sheild character since some of the perks seem fun and I've never played a sheild character before. I was thinking of naming the character Karita, so I googled 'Skyrim Elder Scrolls Karita' to see if there was already an NPC named that.

There's two, and they're both vanilla. Not added in by DLC later on.

Karita, arguably the worse bard in DawnStar and all of Skyrim (in this house we support Lurbuk) and Karita the pilgrim you encounter on the way to High Hrothgarr but only of you have Way of the Voice active, otherwise she won't show up.

Normally if an NPC with that name already exist, I don't use the name. But when there's two already, why not add a third? Bethesdey had no problem with it.🤷

Sometimes I have a build in mind for certain characters but the build doesn't end up happening, weather I didn't have enough perk points, not the right spells or somethin else happens and it's better than the original.

Like my Breton vampire Desdemona was supposed to be a Conjuration, Necromage & Illusionist. However she ended up becoming a Conjurer and support Healer. The whole necromancy thing was to much to deal with and had too many bugs going on, it was basically more trouble than it was worth. Not sure I'll try to do the necromancy route again.

Another character of mine, my Khajiit Stalleo-Io was built like an Illusionist SpellSword. I stopped playing with him for a while, came back and quickly realized he does not play as an Illusionist. I didn't have enough perk points to make him a good Illusion mage and he was way more powerful as a Destruction SpellSword with Alteration as a secondary skill.

Electra was supposed to be a lighting SpellSword with archery and Alteration as a second skill. However I could never find a good sword for her and only found maces. This ended up working better in her story/character anyway so I made her an electric SpellMace. Instead of chance critical hits, her weapons ignore armour which is pretty cool. Also the Archery thing didn't really get developed on, so her Archery skill is kinda low. Alteration is still getting worked on, she's gonna need the perks as a half mage.

Every time I do Blood on the Ice, it gets buggier and buggier, to the point that I can't even do it anymore. I'm not looking forward to my new saves going to WindHelm.

Last time it happened, Calixto was inside his MASTER LOCKED house/museum so I couldn't sell him the amulet. Ofc I could just proceed as normal with the quest but then the amulet won't become the strange amulet and it will be stuck in my inventory for all eternity. Also Calixto has been acting up and killing people in broad daylight.

On all new saves after my Stalleo-Io save where I couldn't proceed with the quest and characters who haven't been to WindHelm, I'm avoiding that city and the area surrounding it like the plague. Problem is, even if you don't enter the city and go to Brandy-Mug farm outside, the docks or stables, it still counts as a visit to the city and it makes things more difficult. Plus, if I want to fully complete the White Phial quest, I have to go to the city atleast four times; once to get it, second to bring it back, third to talk to Quintus after he sends his letter and fourth to finally fix it and Nurelion dies in peace. ALSO if I want to do Theives Guild stuff, that's a whole lot more visits to the city, five jobs and one special job.

The graveyard scene is supposed to trigger from 7pm-7am, but it has triggered in the daytime as well so I can't even only go to the city during the day to avoid starting the quest.

PLUS there's also Rise in the East, convince Tolbjorn to give the Argonians better wages, Northern Maiden to Solstheim and back (you can't fast travel to anywhere on Skyrim from Solstheim, it forces you back to the docks of WindHelm), Muiri's DBH contract on the sister, Itchy Scales double distilled skooma quest (he has a habit of not showing up every time I go there, one time I broke into their assemblage and got the quest like that), Shavee's Amulet retrieval, BlackSmiths guy's Queen Freydis' sword, FangTusk bounty, basically alot of quests that involve leaving the city and coming back. I think even going on the docks, going in the city and going back on the docks still counts as each individual visit, so just gettin the Argonians better wages is 3 visits. Not to mention sometimes NPCs won't give me their quests when I talk to them. Octieve San and Noster Eagle-Eye in Solitude won't give me their quests as well as the BlackSmith in WindHelm also won't always give me the sword quest when I first talk to him, the option isn't there. There's also Adanto who wants you to deliver a book to Solitude and he sometimes doesn't give me the quest. Luckily you don't have to come back to him. There are a few quests that can be taken care of inside the city but there are many more that can't.

Even if I condense everything into as minimal visits as possible, Rise in the East and going to Solstheim and back are still gonna fuck me up and put me over the four visits.

I'm doing the quest according to the detailed walk through of UESP to the T, talking to NPCs and retreiving items in the exact order listed in the walkthrou. Tova is still alive (I do the DBH after Blood on the Ice), high elf stable hand lady is still alive, not going to Hjerm until needed, talking to guards and Jorleif, talking to Wulferf the Unliving instead of having him jailed, TRYIN to sell the amulet to Calixto before talkikg to Viola Gordiano, but the game keeps messing shit up for me.

At this point the only real solution is to pick the Imperial side in the war so the guard never has a chance to give me the quest. I'm not sure thou if this will entirely get rid of the quest or if it just 'stunts it', Susanna the Wicked still gets killed, Calixto still locks himself inside his house but no more people die atleast. But now I'll have this permanent quest on my log.

*There's a bug where sometimes Varona's body will be in the ocean. Luckily I have yet to come across it knock on wood.

CL: Found her body in what I assume is the normal spot, used Detect Dead for easier finding and Ash Spawn were next to her body

Electra: Did not have Detect Dead so finding her body was a bit harder but still near the 'normal' spot. Ash Spawn attack. Also while not related the quest, Neloth was down the lift on his knees but after leaving and coming back he was in the upper part. Why he can't just use the lift is beyond me. Seems to be only your followers and yourself can use the lift, as in, doing the animation and not using it like a door.

Stalleo-Io: Does have Detect Dead, gets it ready, quest marker points to somethin in the distance. Goes down the ramp and sees Varona's dead body RIGHT at the end of it. Like, literally where the ramp ends and the ash begins, she's on the ash. No Ash Spawn near her. Quest updates as normal to tell Neloth she ded.

I have made six characters. One I deleted cause it wasn't very fun and I wanted to redo the build. Another hasn't done the DBH quest line.

Out of the remaining 4, three have joined the DBH. That leaves my newest one, Stalleo-Io. For him I decided to not join and see what happens. Also he's kinda supposed to be a roleplay one so he would kill the person who kidnapped him and free the others, except 'defiler of daughters' Kasha or whatever his name is.

After going throu with all of that, I now wish I rewrote his story to join, cause wow. Knowing what I miss out on and the piss poor reward I got, not to mention you can't display the Blade of Woe in MyrWatch due to a bug, I kinda wished I made him join.

Sure a bunch of NPCs survive now, but the reward sucks ass.
