At first it started as it starts with any child. Wanting to test the limits of the rules and then he noticed it annoyed some adults. They can’t tell him to just swear :3. So he kept it. As he gets older he does curse like normal but not very often. Like it’s rare. Imagine his coworkers the first time he drops the “f-bomb”

More sketchy employee profile images. Mostly made to be able to replace the picrew I had in the template I made since I can draw. I did end up just putting it as back and white though but the color is just nice to have. I'm STILL trying to tweak the template since it is very finicky and there is an example of what it looks down below if you're interested. It is a lot. It will happen. I am just not the quickest

talking to my old trainer at the barn i used to work at because i need references and she sent me this picture of my horse friend

and i feel this image in my chest in a bad way lol. girl his spine. 🥴

#i love him very much and i hate knowing that he has to live in a stall and work in ways that hurt his body #it kind of looks like he's lost some topline since i was last there a couple years ago too which is like. predictable but sad #and the way this barn is “one of the better ones” like they don't treat people like shit the horses do not compete are not subject to many #of the worse techniques out there like they dont use spurs theyre not held chin to chest they dont beat the shit out of them etc #it could be worse. but this is still bad and kind of heartbreaking #but they think he's doing awesome. and they have the best of intentions and care about the horses a lot #just not enough to listen to anyone except for one specific french guy about how horses and dressage work lol it's very. silly #i think they are a little slow on business lately. possibly due to not updating their horse management/training practices since 1970.....#i mean it does also cost at least $2000/month to board your horse there lmao #if you are REALLY into niche as hell horse communities you may recognize this arena but if you do pretend you didn't please #me

One of my favorite things about my job is that our office is actually a semi-stylized cabin, complete with a covered porch. So on days like today, when business is slow and the rain’s coming down, I can stand outside, take some deep breaths, and just enjoy the view for a while.

Moments like this aren’t particularly special, I guess, but they always leave me feeling at peace and happy to be alive, so I cherish them all the same.

#peaches screams into the void #fun fact #I took a 43% pay cut when I quit walmart and came here #needless to say I had. quite a few people telling me I was making the wrong move #but I firmly believe this job is in part what’s kept me alive this year. and I’m not talking about my paychecks #my already fragile mental health deteriorated so badly at walmart that it even affected my physical health #most days I’d spend any spare moment on the clock I got in a bathroom stall with a pair of scissors just trying to alleviate the stress #I’ve made leaps and bounds in working to improve myself these past months #and that’s a hell of a lot easier to do when your job doesn’t make you want to die y’know?#and that’s worth so much more to me than a bloated paycheck #…I mean it WOULD be nice if I could get paid more make no mistake 😂#but as it stands I call it a worthwhile trade-off

#mira makes gifs ✨#sophie shepard #james vega #EDI #urdnot wrex #mordin solus #mass effect #mass effect 3 #me3 #mass effect legendary edition #dailygaming #i'm gonna continue the rambles in the part 2 gifset but one of the things i adore about tuchanka is the scenic shots #there are literally so many gorgeous ones that about half of part two is scenic shots because holy fuck tuchanka is beautiful #the kalros reaper ones especially? like those are so cool i had to include at LEAST a few of them bc that fight is awesome #and when the cure disperses?? literally the prettiest scene in the game #EDI and james have really cute dialogue together too!! i adored their moments towards the end of the mission #although i did say i was gonna give thoughts on mordin in sur'kesh and i think it boils down to him being an okay?? character in my book #like mordin definitely isn't one of my favorites but i will respect that he's definitely a very complex character and he's interesting imo #especially in terms of how he's written and his motivations/how he sort of grows and evolves over both ME2 and ME3 #like the quote i subquoted the post with is the one you get when you try to stall him from going up into the tower #(so it's not from soph's canon- but i love the scene so i used it anyways)#and one of the things i really like is that you can see the switch from mordin in ME2 who argues that what he did was RIGHT #versus mordin in ME3 who is starting to see what was wrong in the context of all the new information he has #and for me- seeing a character who can grow to recognize that they're flawed and made mistakes- i can respect the HELL outta that #even if mordin isn't my favorite character in the trilogy i'm gonna give him massive props for his character growth arc #because it's always interesting to see someone grow and recognize their mistakes and find a way to be a better person #to own their mistakes and fix the shit that they fucked up #i don't think i'd ever choose the option to not cure the genophage but mordin will always get props from me for his character arc tbh #i'll stop rambling now! have a good day wherever you are <3
