So you love nature, but you live in New York City. We’re one in the same. I moved to the city from upstate New York, known for it’s beautiful serenity of nature, for college a few years after my spiritual awakening. It was a hard adjustment, especially after struggling with my mental health for nearly the entirety of high school, so after moving to New York I found myself unable to be in touch with the things that brought me so much joy—running barefoot in the grass, relaxing near the beach or in a secluded park, seeing cute wild animals, watching the sunrise in my car. It’s hard finding the nature when you’re in a city consumed with people at every corner, and the only place to yourself being the apartment you coop yourself up in. Well, have a few tips to staying grounded in a city space.

1. Make your home peaceful & a place of comfort—find ways at home to stimulate all of your senses.

2. Set aside a regular time within your week to something alone that helps you stay in touch with yourself.

3. Visit parks or go on day trips as much as possible.

4. Embrace the city, people, and your experience.

Hey guys 🐾 so recently as I have been growing I have started to branch out from coffee and ya everyday normal tea to herbal teas. This tea is the Superfruits tea from #healtheries. It tastes absolutely divine especially if you love the flavour of blackcurrant, and surprisingly it's rather sweet for a 99.9% sugar free tea as well 💞 I have always wanted to be a herbal tea drinker, mostly because they smell and look gorgeous but iv found they are also rather relaxing and a great energy boost ~ caffinated or not ~ over coffee at some points × I am going to be trying to get a new flavour every week/fortnight and was thinking maybe making a series?
