Maki Haku (巻白) is the art name of Maejima Tadaaki who was born in Asomachi in Ibaragi Prefecture. He had no formal art training, although after the Second World War he did involve himself in meetings guided by the visionary modernist Onchi Kôshirô at the Ichimoku-kai (First Thursday Society: 一木会), where he learned much from the master and interacted with other "creative print" (sôsaku hanga: 創作版画) artists. Although his earliest work was strongly influenced by Onchi, Maki gradually developed his own style, particularly when he turned to calligraphic motifs and introduced embossing in his mixed-media designs.

Maki used various printing techniques and media, but he is best known for his combined woodcut, stencil, plastic-and-paper lamination, and cement-relief block prints in which the cement-paste (cement mixed with water and chemical bond) was carved, scored, sandpapered, and chiseled. The blocks were then rubbed and pressed onto paper, first with hand pressure and then with the aid of an etching press to produce a laminated, raised relief or three-dimensional effect. He used both water-based and oil-based pigments. His style was sometimes abstract-calligraphic, sometimes representational. When he used calligraphic elements he attempted to use traditional ideographs while introducing modernist aspects to their shapes, sometimes abandoning their traditional forms, adding or subtracting elements, and rearranging them for aesthetic or expressive effect.

Az a borzalmas angol konyha, elso fejezet: steak and ale pie

Amikor kikoltoztunk, az osszes "vilaglatott" rokon (marmint aki akar a szomszed megyeben is volt mar) riogatott, hogy mennyire borzalmasak az angol etelek. Ami nagyon gyorsan beigazolodott, hogy nagyon nem igaz. A steak and ale pie az egyik kedvencem, ma ez volt a nevnapi menu:

Ami kell hozza:

700g marhahus felkockazva (barmi ami jo porkoltnek is)

1 nagy fej voroshagyma felapritva

2 szal repa, karikakra vagva

300g gomba, negyedekbe vagva

Opcionalis: zoldborso. Nagyon finom vele, viszont sajnos a fiammal nem kompatibilis.

3 gerezd fokhagyma, aprora vagva

1 evokanal szaritott, vagy 2-3 kisebb ag friss kakukkfu

500ml strong ale (nem vagyok sorivo, nem igazan tudom, hogy lehet-e ilyesmit kapni Magyarorszagon, ha nem, barna sort javasolnek)

Feketebors, chili izles szerint

4 alacsony sotartalmu marha-alaple kocka/suritmeny

1 csomag leveles teszta

2 evokanal etolaj

Az olajon a voroshagymat megpiritjuk, amikor uveges, hozzaadjuk a hust. Amikir mar nem rozsaszin, raontjuk a sort, hozzaadjuk a kakukkfuvet, fokhagymat, borsot, chilit es belemorzsoljuk az alaple-kockakat. A sot nem felejtettem ki a receptbol, tapasztalatom szerint meg az alacsony sotartalmu alaple kockak is sosak elegge, hogy ne kelljen pluszban sozni. Par percig lassan forraljuk, utana hozzaadjuk a zoldsegeket.

Amikor belekerultek a zoldsegek, bekapcsoljuk a sutot 180 fokra (legkeveresesben 160). Amig a suto melegszik, hagyjuk gyongyozni a ragut. Amikor a suto elerte a hofokot, a ragut atszedjuk egy sutesallo talba, en jenait szoktam hasznalni, es vizzel potolok annyi folyadekot, hogy ellepje a hust es a zoldsegeket. Mehet a sutobe, atlagosan masfel-ket ora alatt puhul meg a hus, fel orankent atkeverjuk. Amikor megpuhult, kivesszuk a sutobol, az edeny tetejere tesszuk a leveles tesztat, es mehet vissza a sutobe, amig a teszta szepen megsul (25-30 perc):

Ive not seen the movie in a while, but if memory serves, theyre like kindergarten. Theyre five.

"Get together" is ponyo declaring she loves sosake and he loves her back, a chaste five year kiss between a boy and a fish, and her being adopted by his family to live on land since her dad cant live on land and her mom is like literally the ocean or something.

Its the little mermiad but made by Studio Ghibli.

I THINK the movie was made for that younger elementary demographic in particular as well, but I could be wrong about that.
