can i just say it felt so fucking GOOD to have good, well-executed, fast-paced (!!) lightsaber fight choreography. the fights were exciting! each character had their own distinct style that matched their abilities and size! they were fast!!!!!! hands down the best saber fights we’ve seen in live-action sw in a long time.

Soap's knee buckling while on a mission

AKA

An enemy gets a lucky hit in on the back of the knee, soap daibatches the guy but the damage has been done. It's aggrivated the old wound and he's limping through the rest of the mussion. Thank god they're all spread out for this one because if price sees he'll call the whole thing off, and they're too damn close to getting this guy.

Sooner than he thought they would, price and gaz are radioing that they've got they guy. Ghost tells him to RV with him at the edge of the base, then they can head to exfil with gaz and price.

So he limps to the RV spot, and immediately Ghost sees him ans he's asking what happened. Soap brushes him off a bit, saying he's fine

They're only so far to exfil when his knee finally give. He tries to get back up, but it won't hold. Then ghost is over him, hoisting him up, and they're on their way again.

Ghost is naturally, fussing over him the whole way there... price is also fussing over him when they get there.

He tries to refuse medical, but not wven Gaz is having any of his bullshit.

All medical does is give him some painkillers, tells him to ice it and stay off it for a while, then they send him on his way.
