This took me several hours, non-stop for a few days to finish, and there's still points in it that were rushed and sloppy. (Most notable point of slop is the "SNAP" text. LOL) Not the best thing I've made, and certainly not my favorite for a lot of the flaws it has, but I'm fairly happy with the result. Mainly the actual designed style for Sonic, which did surprise me, honestly. XD Thought he'd look way worse, but hey! I'm happy!

Who is he fighting? I have no clue, but they put up quite a fight for the ruined land in the background. There literally is no planned context for this, so you all can imagine whatever. Maybe he's fighting his shadow... NOT SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG, just to clarify! XD Man... The Sonic world is complicated. lol

Day 5: Ghost Hell

I was a little unsatisfied on how the ending of Prime went. I had many questions like: Where did the prism go? What happen to the Eggmens? What happened to the shatterspaces? Did they all restore? Are they nonexistent? If they are restored, did everything go back the way it was? Or did Sonic still leave an impression? Is everyone still friends in Boscage Maze? Is Black Rose still the captain in No Place? Were Rebel and Renegade able to restore society in New Yoke? So many questions!

I also wasn’t satisfied with the fact that Nine began the series with being alone and ended the series being alone. I’m not going to accept the fact he decided to stay by himself in the Grim.

So my idea of a perfect ending for Nine would’ve been him deciding to go back home in New Yoke but this time with new friends. Sonic was the first friend Nine made (just like every version of Tails) and I wanted him to be friends with his own version of Rouge, Knuckles, Amy, and Big.

But the only problem Nine has is: he doesn’t know anything about friendship and what it’s like to be in a found family. We saw in early episodes that he didn’t know what high fives were and was opposed to hugs (except in the finale of course). So I would’ve LOVED it if he gave it a try (hesitantly) with the other characters.

I would’ve been so cool if we had an extra episode where saw what everyone in the other shatterspaces were doing after the prism was restored. I wanted to see Nine helping the resistance rebuild the city and being apart of the team. Even though he would be sad that his first friend was gone, he has his new friends to grow up with.
