Laura’s thoughts ranged over a wide field, even now. Sometimes she said rather amusing things, and displayed unexpected stores (General Stores) of knowledge. But her remarks were as a rule so disconnected from the conversation that no one paid much attention to them. Mr. Arbuthnot certainly was not prepared for her response to his statement that February was a dangerous month. ‘It is,’ answered Laura with almost violent agreement. ‘If you are a were-wolf, and very likely you may be, for lots of people are without knowing, February, of all months, is the month when you are most likely to go out on a dark windy night and worry sheep.’
Henry and Caroline glanced at each other in horror. Mr. Arbuthnot said: ‘How very interesting! But I really don’t think I am likely to do such a thing.’ Laura made no answer. She did not think so either. But she was amusing herself with a surprisingly vivid and terrible picture of Mr. Arbuthnot cloaked in a shaggy hide and going with heavy devouring swiftness upon all-fours with a lamb dangling from his mouth.
This settled it. Henry and Caroline made no more attempts to marry off Laura. Trying to do so had been a nuisance and an expense, and Laura had never shown the smallest appreciation of their trouble.
- “Lolly Willowes,” (1926) by Sylvia Townsend Warner. Early feminist/fantasy fiction.
This passage is set prior to 1905, and it is extremely fun to read about the interior life of someone 100 years ago, who “violently” introduces the werewolf element to survive a boring conversation.
RIP Laura, I’ve only read 30% of the book and I know in my heart that touching grass was not enough for you and your restless, yearning heart. You would have done numbers on the internet

(This is an MCAS related ask.)
I hate to bother you with this as I know you are Going Through It as they say, so please feel free to ignore this outright or answer whenever you feel up to it. I also come to you with this because the internet is… woefully not up and up with info on MCAS at all.
If/when they did the initial allergy testing for you, did your results show you as reactive to only a few things at the time even though you were having reactions to many more things? And/or did you show up reactive to all?
I ask because I’ve finally talked to my dr and gastro about the possibility of having MCAS based on my entire life’s worth of random, miserable symptoms that check all the boxes of a mild to extreme allergic reaction depending on the day. Gastro was on board with this, dr has been hesitant but sent my bloodwork in for the basic panel of things. (Eggs peanuts shrimp etc.) Only shrimp and sesame came up, even though I have a wide range of reactions to things like tuna that they also tested for. Then again, the reactions don’t always happen so maybe this is normal?
With MCAS, it's very possible to have reactions to things that you don't have an IgE reaction to on paper -- which is what they are testing for with those tests.
It's also possible to have "random" reactions with MCAS, which seem inconsistent. So, one day, I can eat a certain food, but I can't do it every day or even every third day, or my window of tolerance will get used up and push me into a reaction.
You'll sometimes hear this referenced as a "histamine bucket."
Tumblr media
Sorry for lack of ID, my hands are shaky today.
Tuna, especially tinned tuna, is incredibly high in histamine, so it's possible you are having a histamine reaction if your mast cells are wonky; even if you're not having an IgE reaction, they can catch via testing.
MCAS is a bastard like that. Actually, having lots of reactions you test negative for on a standard IgE test is one of the first warning signs your mast cells are wonky, and a knowledgeable doctor will look at that and hopefully start you on a mast cell stabilizing protocol to see if it helps.
So best of luck. Sorry you're going through it, but I hope you get the answers you need <3

How many people have been laid off from the daily dot??? I’m seeing all these former dotters tweeting, including you. Did they just completely gut their culture section? Are they pulling a National Geographic?
Four people to my knowledge - myself, another longtime geek culture reporter, our editor, and the site's sex columnist. They eliminated the entire entertainment/culture section, meaning no more specialized film/TV reviews, fandom coverage, geek culture news, etc.
So now I'm very available for freelance writing work, podcasting gigs, video/audio scripting, etc! Anyone interested in hiring me can reach me at g.baker.whitelaw at gmail.
I'll share stuff on here once I start publishing at other outlets. I'm already in the process of lining some things up, but we were only laid off on Tuesday afternoon so it's early days yet.
Edited to add: I hadn't considered that people would reblog this to boost my search for freelance gigs!
On the slim offchance that any potential employers stumble across this post, I'm a film/TV critic and culture journalist with a decade of experience in a wide variety of topics and formats, ranging from breaking news to SEO explainers, to in-depth film criticism, op-eds, and coverage of niche internet trends.

"Afab trans woman" why do you view trans womanhood as a Vibe you wanna adopt and not a collection of a wide range of experiences based on the material circumstance of being assigned male at birth and transitioning to become a woman. We've always had afab people who call themselves trans women (it's why so many of us are so militant about tme vs tma, because these people would try to pass themselves off as us and speak over us) and it's cause people want the culture and coolness that we have cultivated for ourselves without having our struggle. They want the cultural view of being the epitome of queerness that's thrust upon us without having to deal with the transmisogyny that that same culture throws at us
We've gotten a few isolated and largely unconfirmed reports of AFAB people identifying as MtF trans.
It's difficult to tell if this is a real thing, or if it's a one-in-a-million thing that's just being noticed and amplified by the internet, or if it's some people making these stories up for internet clout or for other reasons.
I've been considering the increase in identification as "non-binary" compared to 2008 levels, and I have a theory.
Back in the 2000-2008 era, the Internet was still a separate place you would go. You would physically sit down at your computer, log on, and then go on websites or use messenger services, etc. Corporate and government use of the Internet was more limited. There was more socially acceptable use of alternate channels such as phones, physical meetups, etc.
Cyberspace was real, but it wasn't ubiquitous. It didn't follow you around when you logged off.
Now, thanks to smartphones and increasing dependence on the internet, cyberspace is almost everywhere. Data is light, it doesn't weigh much, and it can smoothly glide at a moment's touch. Privacy in physical space can disappear with only a few seconds of notice.
The cyberspace layer is a new layer on the stack of what has to be considered in social interactions.
The social contagion theory is about the idea of male-identifying gender non-conformity spreading to girls and young women from outside as a meme (in terms of a self-replicating idea) resulting in local social pressure. However, we can invert it:
What if it's a hiding place?
Our current system of ordinary laws is not designed for constant, thorough enforcement. If we were constantly monitored by AI to enforce our current laws, it would be intolerable.
The ubiquity of smartphones and social media may have lead to a radical increase in internally felt social pressure for gender conformity, and a narrowing of what's considered acceptable gender behavior.
While from the outside, most of us would say, "Yeah, there can be masculine women, so what?" for people who have a high internalization of social pressure, that might not be good enough.
Identifying as "non-binary" provides social permission (including internal social permission) not to be layered with 3mm of makeup, even though the influencers are presumably off presenting their unrealistically flashy lives on internet video platforms doing just that.
As for MtF specifically, in terms of what's visible it tends to be a pretty intense band of humanity, culturally, and especially online.
There are a number of reasons for this, but to emphasize one of them, if you have people that are uncomfortable in real life, they may spend a lot of time online, and if they're not mindlessly devoting that to social warfare, they may devote that to cultural development. As more culture development shifts online, they'll have a disproportionate influence. The current cohort of MtFs also hit a bit earlier, so they're a bit further along, career-wise, and a bit more knowledgeable.
So it wouldn't be surprising for a number of young AFAB people, who are evaluating 'who they want to be', to look out there, and decide to try on 'trans woman' as a label and see how it fits, see if it changes them, or helps them fit in.
But is that actually happening? I dunno.

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is your job and degree? Getting into the field of entomology is a bit intimidating and I would appreciate any any advice.
i tend to be a little cagey about my exact job since my field is quite small and there's enough people following me that the chances of someone deciding to take offense to something and Get Weird at me are nonzero, but that's probably excessive paranoia on my part. then again beloved internet bug person mossworm got recently sacked from their job on account of weirdo online tattletales so maybe not.
anyway i can say i work for a government agency identifying insects from a pretty wide geographic range, looking for new exotic species and potential pests. during the busy season i spend most of my time processing huge volumes of raw trap samples, pulling out insect groups of interest, mostly woodboring beetles, for myself or one of the other entomologists in the lab to identify to species. during the off-season when we're not getting tons of new samples i get a little more free reign to work on other projects of my own design, so for example lately i've been working on my bee identification skills and am slowly putting together a large reference collection of native bee species that i reserved from years of insect trap by-catch.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i got my PHD in entomology without a specific career in mind but knowing i wanted to do something that wasn't just about developing products and methods for killing unwanted insects which seem like the main entomology jobs anyone wants to fund anymore. in a perfect world i'd love a entomological curation job in a museum but those positions are rare and in-demand and i didn't have the mental fortitude to do the kind of academic work in grad school to make me competitive for that field. but then i went ahead and got a job that lets me do some curatorial work anyway so i sort of won? my position is still at least on paper about controlling unwanted insects but in practice i rarely have to do much of that work, at least directly.
i get semi-regular requests for advice on getting a job as an entomologist and i often feel like i don't have much constructive or encouraging to say, since it's hard not to feel like it's one of the many disciplines being squeezed to death by the iron hand of capitalism. more and more positions in the government and academia are being cut or downsized by bureaucrats who don't see the benefit of taxonomy or any other research that doesn't directly result in their department or some corporation making a bunch of money. whole subdisciplines are dying out as the elder entomologists who were the sole sources of knowledge about them die off. there are entire groups of insects and other arthropods that are effectively impossible to identify to species now because the one taxonomic wizard who specialized on them died without having anyone to pass that knowledge onto. Donald Bright, the only living expert on bark beetles in the preposterously diverse and morphologically subtle genus Pityophthorus, died a few months ago without an heir that i'm aware of.
also most of the taxonomic research that is being done these days is all molecular systematics which i have Opinions about but this post is way too long already.
sorry. that was a bummer. i guess i'm proof that it is still possible to get a job like this today, even if i can't help but feel like it was mostly luck that got me here. plenty of the others in my academic cohort (that didn't burn out from grad school stress) also went on to get degrees in their field of study or at least adjacent to them. and again there are still plenty of entomology jobs in other sectors like agriculture, public health, nonprofits and NGOs and stuff like that. you also don't necessarily need an advanced degree in entomology for a lot of these, and a lot of people in the entomology field came in sideways through related disciplines like ecology, evolutionary science, general biology, or even things like viticulture and forensic science to name a couple examples from my own cohort.
looking back, that was mostly a lot of vague grumbling and not much concrete advice, but to be fair asking for "any advice" is a hard prompt to go off of so i tend to default to the kinds of grim thoughts that are usually rattling round in my brain. i may also be in an especially dour mood at the moment because even though my job isn't to my knowledge at any risk of being eliminated, my lab is currently being passively if not outright antagonized by higher-level bureaucrats for genuinely mysterious reasons and i will not elaborate on that any further for reasons i mentioned at the beginning. anyway! i am always happy to at least attempt to give more specific advice but i can't promise there won't be at least a little grumbling in that as well.

White Sage
I am still doing a regular post about sage in general, but as a conservationist and student of ethnobotany, I wanted to address the conservation status and history of salvia apiana in particular.
White sage is endemic to Southern California and parts of Northern Baja, and is a valuable medicinal and cultural resource to indigenous populations who were forcibly relocated to these areas. Today, the majority of white sage is cultivated by indigenous Americans on protected land.
Smudging refers to a variety ceremonies that involve the burning of sacred herbs. The British, Spanish, and French colonizers started to relocate indigenous people, to wash away their culture, take their children, and erase their languages. Smudging is an English word that was used to generalize and belittle a widely held set of spiritual practices, and has now been reclaimed by many indigenous communities.
The use of this plant by non native people, and the misappropriation of the word ‘smudging’ came much later, around the time the first legal protections were established to protect the remaining people and culture. “In the 1960s, the hippie movement co-opted the use of white sage and evolved into the New Age Movement.” (Ramirez, Rose & Small, Deborah)
The popularity of white sage has only gotten higher, and with a boom in demand, illegal harvesting of the plant has become all to common a practice. “With very few commercial growers of white sage (Salvia apiana), the vast majority of products are wild-harvested.” (Ramirez & Small)
“What I learned when I was in California and visited the Etiwanda Preserve was that it is the epicenter of the current commercial harvest.” (Leopold, Susan).
“What is important to stress is that this underground sage mafia is not ethical or sustainable wildcrafting as it is portrayed in hipster IG accounts and stores! The scale of white sage commercial trade on the Internet and demand in China is alarming” (Leopold).
“I was invited by the owner of a white sage company to meet at the Etiwanda Preserve in March of 2019; he wanted to show his sustainable harvesting methods. I quickly pulled out my phone to show him that it was against the law to do so, and that recent arrests had been made. He carried on as if that was not the case” (Leopold).
The current elemental status of white sage is G4, which means ‘apparently secure.’ This rating has not been reviewed since June nineteenth, 2002. The lack of updated information on the plants range and occurrences have kept it off multiple endangered species lists.
The article referencing a book by Ramirez and Small, published in spring of 2020, evaluate that 50% of white sage has been eradicated due to urbanization.
I am not native, I can’t speak for any native people. All of what I have stated here is a summary or quotation of the words of indigenous activists, ethnobotanists, and conservationists. My hope here is to give a factual overview of the situation and provide direction to people more knowledgeable than myself.

Recurring themes in 2023: Horror and Gore
My knowledge and experience with horror still remains shallow, but I had some chilling encounters with I dare say some essential reads in the manga genre that got to me. Of those are: PTSD Radio by Masaaki Nakayama Parasyte by Hitoshi Iwaaki Mimi's Tales of Terror by Hirokatsu Kihara & Ichiro Nakayama adapted by Junji Ito Cold Apartment by Akane Saiga
I was encouraged to check out Masaaki Nakayama's work many years ago and the licensing of PTSD Radio gave me a great reason to finally get started. Not only is the horror truly unnerving, deploying great sequences and a wide range of spirits, I was also blown away by the balancing of multiple timelines, locations, and overarching story thread playing out in the unfortunately unfinished series. What got me most though was in the final volume when he in detail describes and artistically depicts his affliction with a sudden and extremely rare blood disease that put him out of commission for some time. Then a series of truly eerie and unnerving hauntings that had affected himself and several acquaintances. A series not to be missed by lovers of ghost and spirits based horror. Maybe more action-packed and body horror than a typical horror I was so happy to finally have read the famous for decades work that is Parasyte. I found myself absorbed into the well planned story and the questions it asked itself. Its status among Japanese readers as a gateway work is not one I will challenge.
Junji Ito is beyond cliche at this point but Mimi's Tales of Horror reminded me that I like him a lot as someone who does adaptions or his own spin on other people's ideas so I found this with its mix of comedic and intense encounters with the supernatural to be my favorite Ito release of the year. While these reads were all great, it still felt like part of the cultural catch up I was doing as they are quite famous in their genre, but there was one fluke find I was surprised I couldn't find much info in english. Cold Apartment by Akane Saiga. Literally handed to me as I was browsing in a store, I was intrigued by the art style on the cover and didn't find myself disappointed by the contents of this one-shot compilation. A landlord must feed his giant carnivorous cat, a stalker becomes the stalked, two children stumble upon a slashers hideout, those are just the stories easy for me to quickly summarize. With some gorey panels that made me wince, depictions of intense emotions that rocked me, and an artistic expression reminiscent on the type of original horror content you could mistakenly stumble upon on the 2000's internet. This read will be impossible for me to forget any time soon

Hi!! (I'm sorry this is the third time I'm trying to send the ask, I think my wifi is fighting with me aksdasl) I love your Mareach babies! and the art you have of them :''v Also their names are perfect bc of all the meanings jsdskd I'd love to know more of them bc I too love twins whdjwhdw How are they when they grow up? Or even when they were still babies!
i’m so glad you like mela and pera! :^) (and dw, the internet’s been wonky here too)
Tumblr media
on the backend of things i’ve used mela for a mareach kid for a few years but it’s only this year when i was actually like. designing her that i was like ‘they should have twins. something something runs in the family (on my dad’s side of the family his mom had twins and the twins also had twins) something something legendary star twin having twins’ so i trialed a few names (mainly arancia) before i settled on pera! :^)
i’ve been having the time of my life this semester (/s) so i really haven’t developed them very much unfortunately :( but that’s what asks are for! (so please send more if you’re curious!)
this is getting long so here’s a post cut
mela is the more excitable twin and comes up with a lot of ideas, but as they grew up she defaults more to pera to lead because she tends to execute them better and think of details mela would miss
though as kids pera would go along with whatever mela suggested bc she thought it was fun ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (mela was the one who proposed playing with fire, pera would probably just say ‘lets do it outside’)
i think they fully developed their own ‘firebrand’ around 3-4! but there were signs beforehand, like mela sneezing smoke as a baby and having a higher normal body temperature than pera
(but peach’s magic is so strong there was little doubt that her children would inherit her abilities, and they do end up doing so to some degree! fire just manifested early)
in terms of them as babies, they were definitely a handful but overall ‘good’ babies
once pera knew how to walk tho it was a wrap
very adventurous and loves pursuing knowledge no matter what it takes (nosy and persistent) meanwhile mela has that same curiosity but doesn’t really know what she wants. the happy hobby pursuer
we know mario has experience with younger children and babies (mallow, goombario if you squint a little, watt, yoshi kid, himself (PiT moment), olivia) and peach likely doesn’t have nearly as much but it’s still a different ball game when it’s your kid and two of them and being prince consort(? king? in my head he stayed prince consort but i like @istadris ‘s thing) but he does have a huge community so they do end up well traveled/being cared for and spoiled by many of mario’s companions, and especially so by luigi, peasley, and daisy
back to them being more grown up
mela is the oldest (and as such wears warm-reddish colors in accordance with my headcanon of mushroom world sibling pairs) so technically she’s first in line for the throne, but she doesn’t have as much of an interest in it and believes pera would be a better choice. pera (wears green tones) to her credit does show more interest so they may forgo tradition once more when the time comes but joint ruling was never out of the question
but they don’t have to worry about that for quite a while (but i think peach would do well to make sure both are prepared regardless because of her own experience)
as a pair they aren’t as joined together at the hip as mario and luigi were/are mostly because they didn’t grow up in an environment where mela or pera absolutely needed to protect the other (nor were they ever forcibly separated like the bros were in yoshis island) but they absolutely love each other and would be friends if they weren’t sisters
when they were little tho they were obviously fraternal and always wanted to look identical so they mostly dressed the same until they got to be maybe around 6-8? wide range ik but yeah
but i’m not entirely sure what the situation with bowser is like when they’re growing up but it isn’t as volatile as it currently is. the @justcallmerosey post with clementine giving me ideas tho👀

sometimes i forget that my knowledge of the internet and where to find stuff is vast, wide and far and not everyone knows how to find stuff in the way i do.
so over the next few days, i'm going to make a conscious effort to post some resources and links specifically for my followers that you may get some use out of. i already posted the anarchist zines earlier today.
i'll use #bork bork resources whenever i make one of these posts so you can find stuff you've seen before.
if there's a topic you're looking for resources on, feel free to drop an ask and i'll happily see what i can find for you.
here's something to keep it going: the digital transgender archive.
About
The purpose of the Digital Transgender Archive (DTA) is to increase the accessibility of transgender history by providing an online hub for digitized historical materials, born-digital materials, and information on archival holdings throughout the world. Hi, I wanted to ask if you have any advice on how I can find more lesbians around me as a 17 year old (so a minor) and I live in a red very religious state.
I often feel so isolated as a lesbian from my peers who aren’t lesbians, I know a few lesbians but I really want to know more. Since I’m 17 I don’t have the option of dating apps, or some Facebook groups unfortunately. It’s been hard because there’s been multiple times where I resorted to talking to lesbians much older than me due to feeling like my dating poll is so small, and being lonely. I know this is bad, and I don’t want to do that cause I know it is just me being taken advantage of— but sometimes it feels like the only thing I can do. If you have any advice, I’d appreciate it so so much. I love your page and your advice♥️
It is hard as a minor to stay safe and still use the internet to reach out to find other lesbians. Continue to be safe and skepical of strangers.
FInd out if your local library has book clubs and if they support them get help starting a lesbian book club for intergenerational lesbians. This is public and safe and meet only in the confines of the library. The books give you topics to talk about to take off the awkwardness of meeting new people and you can set the demographics to your age or to a wide range.
At 17 you can still often volunteer for local prides, PFLAGS or at other LGBT non profits and they are usually very good about vetting others. HOWEVER if anyone pushes your boundaries or makes you feel uncomfortable report that to the board or the national affiliates right away.
Look on instagram or tumblr for Lesbian zines that are available. These are often produced by the younger crowd and can be free on line or very cheap and they can give you some connections to others around your range of age and shared experiences.
CHeck the meet up app for lesbian gatherings held in public places like coffee shops or small cafes. Reach out to see if they allow 17 yo and if others your age attend. Many older lesbians have neices, daughters, god daughters who are lesbians and attend these kind of casual gathering.
Check on line for lesbian archives (like at a local university or museum) and inquire about volunteering. They are great places to learn untaught history and meet lesbians of all ages who are passionate about preserving and passing on knowledge.
I hope some of these ideas help. Hang in there. You are by no means alone

Unveiling My Unique Perspective: A Journey Through Words and Ideas
Hello, I'm Liz!
Welcome to my humble corner of the internet. My blog is a reflection of both my intellectual and personal journey.
I've always been fascinated by a wide range of topics—philosophy, romance, writing, music, films, the color spectrum, chivalrous courtship, quantum computing, and the ethical implications of AI. My insatiable thirst for knowledge comes from a deep curiosity, and with a racing mind and short attention span, I often juggle countless ideas, creations, questions, daydreams, and even entire story universes.
Beyond tech, I love diving into personal growth and creative expression. Here, you'll find a bit of everything: technical insights, personal reflections, occasional poems, creative musings, and a touch of randomness, too.
Tumblr media
I hope you enjoy what I share, and thank you for taking the time to read it!
What makes this blog unique is the way I blend these diverse interests. I often surprise myself by finding connections between seemingly unrelated ideas—whether it's discovering philosophical meaning within STEM or using creativity to explore personal growth.
I'm often forgetful, but I'm grateful to have rediscovered my love for writing and to have recently picked up journaling as a new hobby. This is a place for learning, exploring, and reflecting on both the world around us and our inner selves.
I look forward to having meaningful conversations with you. Please know that I never intend to cause discomfort, and I apologize in advance if anything I write is unintentionally triggering.
Whether you're here for the tech, the philosophy, or just curious about my journey, I hope you find something that resonates—or at least satisfies a curious mind. Welcome! Stay tuned for posts that will range from deep technical dives to thoughtful reflections on life.Original Transcription
I want to share my unique perspective. More than just sweet words, or a genuine reflection that satisfies all the senses and enchants my mind with the aesthetics. Even a fleeting glimpse I catch, I cherish—the slightest meeting between my eyes and yours. I want to tell you you're beautiful, not in such a basic form, because, for me, it's something meaningful to distinguish an adjective I'm sure you've heard before from the essence I behold.
Edited Version
I want to share my unique perspective. More than just sweet words, a genuine reflection that satisfies all the senses and enriches my mind with the aesthetics. Even a fleeting glimpse I catch, I cherish. The slightest meeting between my eyes and yours—I won't tell you you're beautiful. No, not in such a basic form, because, for me, it's something meaningful to distinguish an adjective you've surely heard before from the essence I behold.
Haiku
Unique perspective,
More than an adjective, it’s
Beauty! I behold.
Personal Reflection
Writing this poem taught me how much I love expressing my emotions. When I feel free and able to do so, communication comes easily. My favorite part of this process was rediscovering little gems from myself, like finding self-love notes. In a way, I'm also manifesting my kindred spirit through these words.
It’s supposed to show how chaotic my mind works and how I struggle to write my ideas as they come. The edited version shows me going back to finish the idea. I love that it captures the essence of editing in writing. You can write something and always be able to edit it, and it’ll keep changing. "I'd love to hear from you!
Have you ever found unexpected insights in your writing?
How do you express your emotions through creativity?
Do you remember the first piece of writing you shared publicly? How did it feel?
Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below!
Thank you for reading this.

Flea Markets: Visit local flea markets and vintage fairs for a chance to find rare and unusual items. These markets often have a mix of vendors, so you’ll need to do a bit of digging, but that’s part of the fun!
Pop-Up Shops: Keep an eye out for pop-up vintage shops and events. These temporary stores can offer exclusive finds and often feature curated selections of vintage clothing. Follow local fashion blogs and social media for updates on upcoming pop-up events.
5. Estate Sales and Auctions: The Ultimate Vintage Experience
For those willing to put in a bit of extra effort, estate sales and auctions can be a goldmine for vintage fashion. You might find some incredible indie sleaze pieces in unexpected places.
Estate Sales: Estate sales can offer a range of vintage clothing and accessories. Check local listings and auctions for estate sales that feature vintage collections. You never know what treasures you might find!
Auctions: Look for auctions that specialize in vintage clothing. These can be online or in-person, and they often feature unique pieces from past decades. Bidding can be competitive, but it’s worth it for those rare finds.
Final Thoughts, Babe: Embrace the Vintage Hunt
Finding authentic 2000s indie sleaze pieces takes a bit of patience and a lot of love for the hunt. Whether you’re scouring online stores, hitting up local thrift shops, or exploring vintage boutiques and markets, each piece you find is a little slice of fashion history.
So grab your shopping list, channel your inner vintage detective, and dive into the world of indie sleaze fashion. Happy hunting, and may you find all the retro treasures your heart desires! 🌟🛍️
