~In which Dazai escapes from his overprotective parent to commit (!!!TriggerWarning!!!) sewerside and escape the arranged marriage with Prince Arahabaki but as he was going to jump into the river, he meets Chuuya and they bicker with each other, but in the end they get married (might make a fic on this, honestly, but I've never written romance before, so we'll see how it goes)

im having a bit of a time thinking about which version of the snow white fairy tale would be dazais favourite. Because as yall know there are many variants, and while hed probably find the grim brothers version intresting in the weird way its fucked up, i think hed go more for a more french version, given og dazais interest in french sumbolism and also the vibes. But like is there a french symbolist retellibg of snow white? I havent shecked and i should read it to form my opinion on this
