With the ease of your slow cooker, you can enjoy the rich and fragrant flavors of a traditional Porchetta-style roast. This Slow-Cooked Porchetta-Style Roast has just the right amount of herbs and spices to make a juicy, flavorful pork roast that will impress.
Ingredients: 1 boneless pork shoulder approximately 4-5 lbs. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, crushed. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon thyme leaves. 1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground. 2 teaspoons salt. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 cup dry white wine. 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth.
Instructions: To make a tasty rub, put crushed fennel seeds, chopped rosemary, thyme leaves, black pepper, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Cut the pork shoulder's surface in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife. This will make small holes for the seasoning to get into. Spread the spice mix out evenly on the pork's surface, making sure to get into the scored areas for the most flavor. Season the pork shoulder and put it in the slow cooker. Cover the pork with the chicken or vegetable broth and dry white wine. Be careful not to wash off the spice rub. Set the slow cooker to low heat and cover it. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the pork is soft and can be pulled apart with a fork. The porchetta-style roast should be taken out of the slow cooker after it's done cooking and left to rest for a few minutes before it is sliced. Put the Porchetta-Style Slow-Cooked on the plate. Drizzle the slow cooker juices over the roasted slices that are on a platter. It tastes great with your favorite side dishes, so enjoy the flavors of this slow-cooked masterpiece!

This Low Carb Slow Cooker Italian Beef is a keto-friendly twist on a classic comfort food. Tender beef cooked low and slow in a flavorful blend of Italian seasonings, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce, resulting in a juicy and savory dish that's perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep. Enjoy it on its own or serve it over cauliflower rice or low-carb tortillas for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 3 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed of excess fat. 1 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers optional, for garnish. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Put the chuck roast of beef in the slow cooker. Soy sauce or coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl with a whisk. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the beef chuck roast. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Cook for 8 hours, or until the beef is soft and can be easily shred with a fork. Take the beef out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks. Put the beef shreds back into the slow cooker and mix them well with the juices. If you want, you can serve the Italian beef hot with chopped fresh parsley and pepperoncini peppers that have been sliced.

Prepared slowly over a fire or gas, the latter being the more time-efficient option, this dish often marks a…
