“But why?” You whined while being shoved in the bathroom with a change of clothes. “I told you that I just want to stay home tonight!”
“Chick, I said we’re going clubbing which means we are going clubbing!” Willow said slamming the door shut. “When you open this door in the next ten minutes, you better have that outfit on!” Her footsteps starts fading away as you groaned.
You love Willow, you really did. You love her to bits and pieces. But sometimes you wonder why you allowed her to drag you places. Willow knew that you disliked the club, but she also knew that you couldn’t say no to her. To celebrate her recent championship win, she wanted to take her closest friends to the club for a night of quote-on-quote “fun.” You’re not a wrestler. But you did enjoy watching it, and your best friend kick ass. Because of her being in the profession, you were able to build more friendships and even go backstage to various events.
“I never agreed to go, Willow! Why do I have to go?” You said as you started to look at the outfit. It wasn’t a bad fit, Willow has style.
“I already paid for the VIP section and you don’t wanna waste my money, right? Besides, if you don’t go, you can just Zelle me like 35 dollars.” Willow said in a sing-song voice. You rolled your eyes before putting on the outfit. Again, it wasn’t a bad dress, you’re just surprised how well it hugged your curves and complimented your skin tone. Looking at the mirror, you sighed once more before exiting the bathroom to find Willow talking to Dori (Ruby Soho).
They both turned to you with wide eyes. “Yes ma’am!” Willow shouted, “I did a great job!”
“You look absolutely stunning,” Dori said with a smile. She made her way over to you, putting her arm around your shoulder. “Do you have a boyfriend?” She asked, making the three of you laugh.
“Damn, by the time we get back from tonight, she might,” Willow said giggling. “Now, go put on your heels before we’re late.”
You walked over to the bed and started to put on your heels as you started to speak. “So who’s gonna be there?”
“Us, Eddie, Adrienne (Athena), and James (Orange Cassidy). Other people from work will also be there, but in terms of the VIP section, that’s it.”
—Time Skip; 45 minutes later—
Arriving at the club, you three met up with Eddie, James, and Adrienne who were sitting in the VIP section. Adrienne jumped up to give you a big hug as James and Eddie complimented you.
“Lemme know if you find a charger. My phone’s nearly dead.” James said as Eddie agreed with him.
“Y’all don’t charge your phones?” You asked.
“No, just like other people’s hopes, we let dem die. But because we might be able to see you get lit or go home with someone, we wanna be prepared.” Eddie cackled as you sat next to him, rolling your eyes.
The music started to get louder, making Willow, Adrienne, and Dori run out on the people-filled floor. You never thought you would see the sight of people bumping and grinding to Timbaland, drinks being passed around, and drunken idiots getting carried out again (see what I did there? Timbaland and Carry Out-). The lights were switching colors, bouncing from red to green to blue and repeating. Your nerves started to take over as your leg began to bounce. Eddie and James looked over at you in concern.
“If you don’t like clubs, why are you here?” James asked.
“Willow dragged me here. Besides, I want to be here for her celebration.” You answered, roaming your eyes over the crowd, making sure that your friends are safe.
“Well, you’re a damn good friend for stepping out of your comfort zone.” Eddie started. “But, dude, you’ll never have a good time just sitting here with us. You need to get up and experience the dance floor at least a couple of times.”
“Wise words from the Mad King,” James said taking a sip from his glass.
“I’ll get up when a song that I know plays.” You said crossing your arms. Well, at that moment, you were about to eat your words as Yeah by Usher (or your favorite club song) boomed through the club. Although you disliked the club, you couldn’t help but love this song and its vibe. The color drained from your face as Eddie loudly cackled at you. Adrienne and Willow made eye contact with you as you started to shake your head. “No, no, no.”
The girls made their way over to you, grabbed you by your arms, dragged you out of the section, and laughed as they brought you out to the middle of the floor. The bass of the song started to kick in your ears and the vibration of the place made you damn-near stumble. Willow shouted at you, with her voice and words just barely registering in your ears and mind, “Dance with us!”
As the song progressed, you started to feel the beat more and allowed it to take over your body as you danced with your friends. Little by little, your feelings of nervousness began to disappear. A smile appeared on your face as you were singing along to the song with Willow and Dori. Even though the song began to end, the vibe and energetic aura did not go anywhere as another fast-paced song started to play.
To your shock, you felt hands on the small of your back, making you jump toward Adrienne and Dori. You quickly turned your head to see a random man with a surprised look. He was a little bit taller than you, not by much, with a dark ensemble on. He stepped closer as he began to talk. And suddenly you were reminded of why you don’t like clubs.
“My bad ma. Just wanted to dance with you.” He said.
“Oh, no. I’m good! Thank you though” You said with a forced grin as you continue to sway.
He smirked as he said, “Are you sure? I’m sure a woman like you would like to dance with a man like myself.”
Adrienne spoke up, stepping in between you two. “Hey, she said she’s good. Now, back up before-“
“I mean I can dance with you too, sweetheart. There’s enough of me to go around.” He said making her livid.
“Adri, I’m fine. Imma go get some water.” You said to her as you started to walk towards the bar. To you, the worst thing about the club was the confidence it gave to everyone, especially the douchebags who think they’re hot shit. Some people didn’t know how to take no for an answer, that was sad (and more so pathetic). And to be honest, that small interaction just drained your energy.
Although the music was still booming throughout the club, it was a little bit quieter at the bar. So you decided to sit there, just to catch your breath and build up your social meter. You sat at the bar and asked the bartender to give you bottled water. You took a sip from it as someone sat next to you.
“Well, babe, if you wanted a drink, all you had to do was say so.” A deep voice said. You looked over and it was the same guy from earlier with the biggest smirk ever. You mentally groaned and thought to yourself it was gonna be one of those nights.
“I just felt a little thirsty.” You said taking another sip of your water.
He got up slightly and leaned down to your ear and whispered, “Well, I have something else that is much more refreshing than that water for ya.”
What the fuck?
You almost spat out your water at how disgusted and shocked you were. You put down the bottle and faced him. “Listen, I was trying to be nice but you’re not taking the hint. I’m good by myself, strictly by myself. Enjoy your night though.” You said very firmly.
“Yeah, but I figured that you would be so much better with me.” He winked at you. He continued to talk about himself as you were trying to search for your friends. You couldn’t find any of them. Dori, Willow, and Adrienne? Gone from the dance floor. Eddie and James? Were no longer in the VIP section. You decided to get up and start looking for someone, anyone else who could help. “Oh did you want to dance again baby?”
“Leave me alone!” You said sliding past through people with him hot on your trail.
“You know this is not a good look for you babe. If you keep being like this, you’re gonna end up alone.” He said as you pretended to gag. “Come on, let me show you a good time.”
“Well, I rather be alone than to be with you.” Your eyes were trying to scan for a safe space. You feel like you reached a dead end until you spot this dude against the wall. He had on a white T-shirt with black jeans. He looked tall and intimidating as his arms were folded across his chest. You immediately rushed to him, momentarily losing the other dude. You nearly collided with the man with how fast you were borderline jogging, “Hi, I’m so sorry to bother you. But there is a guy following me and I don’t know where my friends are.”
He looked down and his cold gaze melted at the sight of you. “I assume he’s wearing all-black.” He said as you nodded. He ushered you behind him and faced the man, who was approaching you two. “Hey dude, back up. She doesn’t want you near her.”
“Hey bro, you don’t know what you’re talking about. That girl is gonna-“
“Do absolutely nothing with you. Now, either you leave her alone or we can fight right now.” He said stepping closer and looking down at the creep. The creep immediately backed off and walked away, muttering words under his breath. You exhaled, letting out a breath that you didn’t even you were holding. “Are you okay?” He asked, looking back at you.
“Much better. Thank you so much, again, I’m sorry to bother you.”
“Please, no gorgeous woman bothers me. I was getting bored over here anyways.” He said making you giggle. “But just a question; how did you know I’ll help?”
“Well you looked very intimidating so I just thought I’d ask. You just look trustworthy…especially because of your keychain.” You said motioning towards the lanyard that was hanging out of his pocket that said “Fuck racism” with various decorations. “Don’t worry, I think it’s cute.”
“I forgot I had that on me.” He chuckled as he scratched his neck. “But I gotta ask what is your name?”
“Y/N. And what is my darling knight’s name?”
“I am sir Darius.” He said while bowing, making you giggle again.
As you two talked going on for 15 minutes, you found Darius to be a sweetheart rather than an intimidating and brooding man, a very handsome one at that. He worked with AEW along with Willow, so it was very surprising that you haven’t seen him around. He was also dragged out to the club by his friends (that are almost drunk beyond belief).
Although you two literally just met moments before, you felt like you have known him for a while. His caring and funny personality made you so comfortable.
Then that conversation turned into a dance. Then that dance turned into a couple of more dances. You began to enjoy your time here again as Darius kept you entertained and smiling from ear to ear. As you were dancing with Darius (very closely might I add), Dori popped up with Adrienne at her side.
“Y/N, where have you b- Oh hey Darius,” Dori said, making Darius smile and wave. “Well, since you’re with Darius, I know that you’re okay. But we’re gonna leave, James and Willow are drunk and Eddie is being kicked out.”
You stopped dancing, “For what?” Then you heard a glass break followed by cursing and New York slang being thrown around. You only assumed it was Eddie in the distance.
“He found that guy was being rude to us earlier,” Adrienne said with a small sarcastic smile. “You coming with us?”
You looked at them and then back at Darius, who gave you a soft smile. “Um, you guys go ahead. Imma stay here for a little bit longer.” You said making Dori and Adrienne smile. They nodded before walking away. You looked back at Darius (with a glimpse of Adrienne giving Dori some money), and your smile grew as you laid your head on his chest with the two of you swaying to the slow song in the background.
"I know I keep saying thank you. But I really do mean it, Darius."
"Don't worry Y/N, it's no problem. I can always be there to protect you."
Even though this night had its ups and downs (more downs than ups), you found yourself actually enjoying the club.
All thanks to Darius, your trustworthy knight.

(2) Like a Daydream (ENG/DE) — Saturday, 27.07.24
(ENG)
So, now I really need to catch up here. On Saturday, I went to the War & Women's Human Rights Museum at around 10am. The museum shows everything from the time when Japanese soldiers took young girls, usually aged 13 to 18, to so-called comfort stations. Mostly under the pretence that they had good jobs and were well paid. However, they never arrived at this new place of work. If you can't imagine what ‘comfort women’ are, here's a brief explanation. In German, they are also known as ‘comfort women’. War is not nice for anyone, so in order to distance themselves from reality, the girls in these ‘comfort stations’ were sexually & physically abused. Over several months to years. The exhibition shows old evidence, such as the recordings of these wards or tickets to get into the comfort wards. When the war was over, the women remained silent, too ashamed of what they had experienced there. Until one of them dared to tell her story! More and more women went public and revealed the truth. To this day, the families of the victims are still fighting for Japan to officially apologise and admit what happened. The museum was very moving and makes you think a lot. Because it wasn't just back then that something like this happened. Unfortunately, there are still cases like this today, all the more reason to fight for justice together! After that, I went back to Hongdae. Once again it rained like crazy out of the blue, so I sat down in one of the cafés and wrote a blog entry. After about an hour, I set off again & promptly got stuck at the next street performance. Again, I must have spent 2 hours watching the dancers. Then I got a bit hungry & ordered ramen in the next restaurant. Around 10 pm, life really got going here in Hongdae. Young people flocked in all directions, queuing at clubs or gathering in the photo studios. I also dared to go to a club this time. The music was mega and so was the atmosphere. Everyone was singing along, jumping up and down and just having a good time. I also made a few new friends in the club and then made my way home at around 1am. The night was pleasantly warm so I promptly decided to hire a bike and cycle home for about 40 minutes. That was the best decision I could have made. Despite the fact that Seoul doesn't really sleep, the Hangang River was surprisingly peaceful and the ride along the riverbank made my head go completely silent. Just cycling, not thinking about anything. I finally got to bed around 2am and quickly found myself in dreamland. In the next few days there will be a couple of entries! I'll be back in Germany by then and have to get back to my vocational school. Well, duty calls, doesn't it?
Until the next entry xo
(DE)

Lyrics:
I had a dream the other day
Of a country where it’s spring everyday Here you can find caviar and lobster in abundance Here no one is hungry and no one is cold Vanilla ice cream for dessert, everyone dies old In the country where it’s spring everyday Everyone is free to come and leave because there is always enough seats at the table Red gingham, no more white flags Everyone’s welcome, no more boats that sink in the Mediterranean
In the country where winters are not as dim The sky is nothing but blue and rose-tinted Power to the children, no more high walls Bank accounts are filled with Karma, all weapon storages are emptied In the country where the summers are cooler I am not afraid to say what I feel (what I feel) Got my heart steadfast on my sleeves and the sun on my skin No one’s in debt, just tell me what you need
La-la-la, la-la-la-la-la-la, la (sing it loud) La-la-la, la-la-la-la-la-la (so loud) La-la-la, la-la-la-la-la-la, la La-la-la-la-la, la, la-la-la-la-la
You call it Utopia, I call it home Revolutionized freedom And when I fall asleep in my bed at night I’ll go dream of it Of the country where it’s spring everyday Of the country where where I can still feel something Of the country where the summers are greener Of the country, of this country (spring everyday)
And until I’m finally there, I’ll dream of it

Good times. But here the rub in all this. Those who were once considered the staunchest of conservatives are going native. Per the article:
Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), a close McCarthy ally, also called out Gaetz for holding up a Pentagon appropriations bill on Thursday over demands that McCarthy present them with top-line figures for all 12 appropriations bills that are on the table.
No conservative should be a close ally of the McCrappy.
Then there’s this:
Boebert gets kicked out Beetlejuice. Admits (somewhat) that she was loud, obnoxious, does the Karen thing, or whatever etc etc. Not a good look there dumbass. But it was who she was WITH that’s the rub. A hardcore dem as her date (she’s divorced or divorcing). Now the article doesn’t say he actually is a dem…but if the commie suit fits…he’s a commie dem:
Quinn Gallagher, 46, was identified as Boerbert's apparent date to see Beetlejuice: The Musical at the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre before the two were escorted out for what employees called "unruly" behavior, which reportedly included vaping, singing loudly and taking photos during the show. Gallagher, a divorced father of one, is the co-owner of Hooch Craft Cocktain Bar in Aspen and reportedly scandalized his Democratic-leaning family by going out with the outspoken Republican politician, according to the source.
“It’s very surprising. I always thought Quinn was a cool guy and a Democrat. His parents would be horrified because they are definitely blue,” the source told the Daily Mail.
So yeah…WTF?

Brooklyn Baby
characters: Roronoa Zoro
notes: it’s like the same thing i did for luffy. song
Tumblr media
“yeah my boyfriend’s pretty cool, but he’s not as cool as me.”
now..everyone knew roronoa zoro. his moss green hair (sanjis words not mine), the scar running through his eye and the most important part of all….DEM TITTIES. nah…i’m playing. his, admired yet feared, three sword style. if you didn’t know about roronoa then you either were born yesterday or live under a rock. even though zoro is thought of as awesome, skilled, and cool. he can’t help but think you’re 10x cooler than he is.
if brook gets you to sing a song with him while the crew is spending time together, zoro may look uninterested but deep down he’s in complete awe.
“didn’t know you could sing, pretty.” he said embracing you into a tight hug.
“that’s because you sleep 18 hours everyday.”
(i mean you are pretty fuckin cool cause who he let talk to him like that, cause me personally…)
Tumblr media
“cause i’m a brooklyn baby, i’m a brooklyn baby.”
you were, in fact, not a brooklyn baby because it didn’t exist…ANYWAYS. you were a south blue baby. growing up in the south was always…relaxing? never too much drama with pirates and the people in your village were always friendly. you would always tell zoro about all the fun and relaxing things that you did growing up. and he always wondered how you became a pirate when you grew up so peacefully. your reasoning was simple. you and a certain red haired, lipstick wearing, pirate were playing a game of tag. it’s started when you two departed from your village, a slap on your shoulder let you know that the red haired (manchild) had declared a game of tag.
Tumblr media
more notes: i hope you all enjoyed and i plan on continuing the little game of tag with kidd 😛

Headcanon that Demantoid is actually a really good singer but thinks that she sucks because of her much lower range compared to Pyrope and how it isn't dainty or soft like a Pearl's would be. I feel it would be naturally powerful (and raspy just because)!
I also think that Demantoid would have the best control over her voice out of the three, mainly because she's a huge perfectionist and because she isn't trying to go over her range/limit's constantly (Pyrope does this). But also because Demantoid doesn't use her voice very often in front of people, which means she's had thousands of years to practice whenever she's alone and in a quiet area.
Now onto Pyropes + Hessonite's singing voices!!!
• Pyrope is a good singer as well but she definitely over exaggerates it to the worst extent and tries to hit ALL of the high notes, and even though her voice is naturally high it still crack's because she hasn't trained it at all.
•Hessonite's HORRENDOUS at it and sound's like a dying seagull but Hessonite continues to sing anyways because she's SILLY! (And also because she is fully convinced she's great and will not let it go no matter how many times Demantoid and Pyrope tell her she's terrible)
Also....doodles in you're art style for this headcanon would be so FUN!! Feel free to get to this request when you have the time teehee
Omg that’s so cute!!!! I love those🥹🥹🥹
Dem having a great singing voice sounds so sweet omg why have I never thought of that
her voice alone is so cute ngl
For Hess I kinda see her as a nice singer because Christine baranski haha but I can definitely also see her missing all the notes and still praises herself she’s just that silly
Pyrope definitely tries more high notes, it’s just so fitting lmaooo maybe she sings like blue zircon trying to do an impression of pearls but more elegance
Thanks for those great hcs 💖💖💖 I’ll try to draw them maybe tomorrow!

honestly these folks still singing the 'you'd better not criticize dems this important election year!!~!' song are as fash as anyone needs to be, anymore.
it's not just that I disagree, it's that these blue magas are a serious menace. it doesn't matter if they do or don't understand, whether it's deliberate ignorance or subconscious malice
dem flavored or repub flavored fascism - that's the only fight usa liberals care about. demanding people play a pageant of participation with their own destruction & do it politely.

Working on my Trigun OC
Here’s that I have so far:
- Her name is Rhys! I was gonna name her “Rhiannon” as I thought of her entire story while listening to Fleetwood Mac (Loud ly sings: all your LIFE you never seen a woman taken by the Wiiiinnnndd)
- She’s a singer. I made her look a out of a combination of Stevie Nicks and Selena Perez (I haven’t decided which one I want her to actually sound like)
- She’s gonna have darker skin (duh) and pink hair, not sure on the eyes yet (probably brown)
- As you can see she got dem thighs. Yes.
- Her clothes will more than likely be green or blue
- She has died and been reincarnated over 20 times
- She’s the one who gave Vash the bullet necklace in this pic 👇🏽

Prologue
Ahhhh, Pisay. Where do I even begin with you?
In all honesty, the thought of me graduating hasn’t really hit me hard yet. Sure, there were moments in our last day on campus that a tear droplet nearly fell out of my eyes as I walked through the corridors for one last time, but I can’t really describe what I’m feeling as I’m writing this. I liken it to a state of limbo in which I’m extremely hyped to dip my toes into the realm of college, but also torn to shreds every time I think of the people that I have to leave behind in the process.
If you ask me what I remember from my Pisay life for the past six years, the default answer I would give would probably be the grandest events. Buwan ng Wika with the best quartet in Pisay CARC history: Edryll, Maron, RP, Jamil. The field trip where I visited spots in Baguio for the very first time as a born and raised Baguio boy. Food Fair with my best performance as a dead weight. Pi Day which turned into a two-week break which turned into a two year blended curriculum. Last Intramurals season with my teammates helping me get to the Mythical 5, shouting out the Grade 12 peeps Wrenzel, Zyr, Paul, Rainier. Prom night. Isko night. My journey to Mt. Pulag. These would probably be the most common themes if you were to survey the batch regarding their best experiences here in this institution. However, what is going through my mind right now are the little things, fleeting moments that will probably be forgotten as years pass, but can’t help reminiscing over because of its raw sentimental value.
The jamming sessions, Harley on the guitar with Andrew blasting his vocals singing Ang Huling El Bimbo for the nth time. The random conversations with Wrenzel and Raizen where Raizen hits you with the most out of the blue question to the point that you can see a large ass question mark on Wrenzel’s forehead. The 3v3s with the teachers, chasing Sir Jed and Sir Ace around screens like they’re Pisay’s version of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, then proceeding to rotate to Sir Dems or Sir Jo violently backing you down like they’re Nikola Jokic. The pick-and-rolls with Johann, the dude seems to just get it to your hands at the right place at the right time every single possession. The chaotic games with the Grade 9s as Zach tosses up his Manny Pacquiao looking ass jumpshot and Kishan rebounds it to blow the putback layup. The high scores I would get in the English literature quizzes as I compare them with Kimee’s and Leah’s. The Grade 7s flocking around me on the yellow bleachers to dap me up after airballing their shots a whopping 60 times. The bear crawls across the 1st floor as punishment for the District Meet team, Kyle having the goofiest one there. The commute to Aurora Hill with Zyr where he is either in the deepest slumber possible or trying to get an update on my romantic situation. The blue store convos that can reach up to 7pm with Maron, Nicole, Neal, and Sam. The service days with Aya and Leah back when watching them get sermoned was hilarious. The nerve wracking debates, Aira and Pao carry me every time. The post-math LT verification process with Harley explaining what is basic trigonometry to me, The heart-to-hearts with Paul. The times I confessed my feelings. The times I got rejected. The times I cried myself to sleep doubting my physical appearance.
The little things.
Combine them all together and you have a melting pot in which you can experience what my Pisay life was like with just one sip from the ladle. If you notice, it really isn’t any different from a high school life in general. Pisayers get put with so much pressure and mounted expectations that we tend to forget that we’re not just robots churning out requirements, and while Pisay for me meant that in some sort of capacity, it also meant discovering myself more as a newfound adolescent. A sort of Holden Caulfield journey with less travelling around the States and more phony characters in play.
But it worked out in the end. Pretty high GWA. Academic award. Excellence award. Proficiency awards. Competitions under my belt. Personal projects on the side. Somewhat of a nice legacy. Pisay has also granted me the opportunity to see beyond the academic realm and discover who I truly am. No longer was I the valedictorian in elementary who was tasked to do pretty much everything for the image of the school. I needed my own niche. My own bubble. My own universe condensed into the palm of my hands ready to show the world what I can bring to the table.
And so, to end this stream of consciousness…
TO EVERYONE IN PISAY —
THANK YOU!!!!
To my parents, thank you for your unwavering love and support for me. I know it started out rough for me. It was the first guidance counsellor meeting for low grades and the first time I saw a flying saucer related to silverware and not aliens. However, knowing that I had a place where I could be unapologetically me helped in building my own sense of identity, and your caring nature got me to where I am today. To Dad, thank you for the late night snacks, and to Mama, thank you for the weekend dates. I’m going to miss both of you so much in QC.
To my teachers, thank you for imparting your knowledge and wisdom unto me. To be honest, I’m really questioning the real life application in half of the lessons I have learned in my Pisay journey, but one aspect I will never forget is the values and critical thinking skills that were passed down through diffusion along the way. To Ma’am Melai, thank you for always believing in me and my ability for every writing competition I participate in. To Ma’am Melki, thank you for your generosity and warmheartedness that I will treasure forever. To Sir Quantum, thank you for igniting my passion for Physics with your corny jokes and effort in crafting fun practice problems for us. To Ma’am Krystel, thank you for enlisting me in my very first competition, and subsequently increasing my self-confidence tenfold. To Ma’am Sol, thank you for your everloving care for us Stats babies; we really miss you and I hope to see you face to face some time soon. To Sir Arfe, thank you for teaching me how to cook; hopefully I can use it come college time. To Ma’am Abby, thank you for molding my writing ability into its current quality. To Sir Ariel, thank you for your unwavering kindness for our batch and your willingness to help us judge or critique our requirements in other subjects. Lastly, to Ma’am Eden, thank you for being the first teacher to see the potential in me to do great things here in Pisay. It sounded ludicrous at the start, but I’m glad I manifested it.
To my batchmates, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I know I started off being probably the most obnoxious and arrogant pre-teen in the fabric of space-time, but I am genuinely grateful that you gave me a second chance at life, given that it was probably easier for your mental health to just simply cancel me and cast me off aside as early as Grade 8. I also know that I did and will continue to make mistakes in the future, but I hope you know that I am going through all of these with the subconscious effort of making strides to better myself as a person. I wish you all the best of luck in your future endeavors.
To myself, well, you’re not done. UPD Economics is coming your way. New faces, new campus, new professors, new chinitas, but same old you. Don’t lose that spark inside you that has been igniting your motivation to study for the past 18 years you have been doing this. Don’t marry early either. Wear protection.
Thank you for everything Pisay! I’ll see you when I can.

Anime Update V2 41
Wolf’s Rain - Not much I can really say about this one except there was a lot of action with soldiers and guns and explosions and a really cute “girlfriends” moment with Blue and Cheza, but then it ends on Hubb and Cheza being captured with Blue and Cher are left with the army remnants who vow to protect the land they call home from whatever Lady Jaguara's got planned, as the four wolf boys trek on.
Hunter x Hunter - Gon and Killua are no good at this game is what seemed to be the takeaway here. Falling for obvious scams and failing to utilize the right card moves against the right monsters. I was actually totally with poor Biscuit Krueger in all her reactions. Speaking of, I don’t know what her deal is but she seems to have abandoned that “destroy Gon and Killua’s alliance” thing for the time being and is joining them instead. Also, a few of the Spiders have gone to the game as well, killed that one punk who challenged Killua earlier, and Shalnark theorizes Greed Island is more than a game...
Fruits Basket - Full disclosure, I did NOT enjoy watching this particular episode. Most of it was spent on Kyo going to see Akito and Akito just being completely, disgustingly abusive to Kyo as they verbally tore him down and reminded him that he’s a monster who, according to Akito, “killed his own mother”. And then after all that, Akito has the absolute GALL to claim to love Kyo very dearly. Piss off, bitch! It’s frustrating ‘cause from an outside perspective, I can spot all the ways Akito is being abusive and why Kyo shouldn’t put stock in anything they say, but Kyo, the character in the show, is the one facing this abuse, cannot recognize it for what it is, internalizes it and believes his fate is to end up Akito’s captive pet. I’m so glad he has Tohru, but I want her to save Kyo and the rest from this curse!
Date A Live S4 - So Shido actually projects himself into fucking outer space to communicate with the new Spirit, Mukuro, who has sealed her own emotions and has drawn a meteroite towards Earth and also threatens to stop the Earth's rotation should she be disturbed. That was weird, but my attention was more  drawn to arrival of Elliot Baldwin Woodman, the founder of Ratatoskr we met briefly last season, who alongside Westcott, Ellen, and her sister Karen, had also founded DEM before Elliot met the Spirit of Origin and there was a fracturing of the friends, Elliot and Karen going one way while Westcott and Ellen stayed the course. And then DEM goes on the offensive, Westcott uses Beelzebub to locate the Spirits, and he has them all dragged into some darkness and trapped elsewhere.
Fate Zero - The first half of this one kind of bored me, it just wasn’t as interesting to me as the previous Kiritsugu backstory had been. The second half  turned it around. That extended phone chat between Kiri and Natasha all building towards Kiri doing what I’d started to fear he was going to do and shooting Natasha’s aircraft down in flames was engrossing and devastating. He really had no qualms with killing anyone he’d considered family if it’s what needs to be done for the survival of others. But now I’ve got a better feel for what he wants to wish for: a more just world cleansed of plagues.
Re:ZERO - The next arc has started with Subaru waking up in Lord Roswaal’s Manor, being tended to by Emilia and introduced to new characters - the strange “drill-haired loli” known as Beatrice/Betty, the twin maids Rem and Ram, and the lord of the estate himself, who turns out to be a harlequinn with a strange sing-song line delivery. Was fun seeing Subaru made a servant here and bonding more with Meelie (the nickname for Emilia he just made up now), who he’s learned is of noble blood and a candidate for this world’s Royal Selection, and his affinity for petting Puck’s soft fur is honestly so adorable. But then came the cruel twist ending I was bracing myself for - Subaru got killed in his sleep and has to do this all over again!
Symphogear G - Yet again the content in the episode with the members of Finé is what steals the show for me. Maria is such an intriguing, likable and sort of admirable character, Kirika and Shirabe are absolutely precious in their relationship, and Dr. Ver gives me the creeps in all the best way. But Chris was also a standout here, putting on a stellar school festival performance with her newfound friends and singing a song that’s clearly very personal to her as she reflects on her life’s track changing and the growth she’s had - she has a place to call home now. It honestly came close to getting me choked up. Then Kirika and Shirabe stand up in the audience. Shit.
MAR - It was the Ginta VS Gillom fight. Was satisfying to see Ginta clobber the shit out of Gillom again and send him flying to his (I hope) death. Dorothy is now up for another fight in the final match against Rapunzel, and while it’s a given Dorothy’s gonna win, something tells me this won’t be the curb-stomp victory that her previous fights were.
Gintama - Got an episode with a three-stories-in-one format, which Gintoki even states at the start is more akin to what you’d expect to see in a kids cartoon show. Story 1 was about the Shinsengumi having to defend both Chief Kondou and this asshole toad alien, Story 2 was about Kagura befriending a runaway princess and helping her when the Shinsengumi are in pursuit, and Story 3 was a real quick cooking show lesson by Tae, with Odd Jobs assisting her.
AND
Have watched more Don’t Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro: 2nd Attack, an episode of A Certain Scientific Railgun (episode 3, the one with the eyebrow vandal), and even started on a gradual rewatch of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day for old times sake. ^^

[Album] Heartworms veröffentlicht am 7. Februar ihr Debütalbum "Glutton For Punishment"!
Tumblr media
“We’re all so drawn to punishing ourselves, and I’m always drawn to singing about it, and thinking about it”, erzählt sie.
Produziert von Dan Carey (u.a.

"While the European tradition strives for regularity - of pitch, of time, of timbre and of vibrato - the African tradition strives precisley for the negation of these elements." (Ernest Borneman)
