Cyber Harbor

The Cyber Harbor is an industrial site with a cyberpunk style apartment and small bar. The apartment is on three levels and has two bedrooms, a large fitness area and a basketball court. There are secret rooms and corridors. There is also a simple bar for those who want to play with the mod live in buissness by littlemssam.

It's not all functional but most of it is. All basic things like cooking, sleeping, showering work. I wish you a lot of fun with it and if you publish screenshots I would be very happy about a link to see your cool photos.

Начала потихоньку обживаться, оказалось, ей очень нравится садоводство, хоть это и не заменя��т ежедневного плаванья в океане 😔 Еще в ее домике есть садик внутри на втором этаже 🍃

Новые знакомства с такими же энтузиастами, как и Лора 💚

Бесс тут же и в гости пришла, мужчина пока стесняется 😌

Свечечки можно тут делать, шипучки всякие варить, Лоре пока нравится. Старается занять себя по максимуму.

Агитировали свою сестричку любимую, не знаю, чего она забыла тут. Поддержать видно приехала.

Ходят тут всякие с пакетами на голове. Голосуйте!

Miner’s Row, Evergreen Harbour

3 homes located on the ‘miners mansion’ lot in Evergreen Harbour. The blue home is very lightly furnished, but the other two are unfurnished. I have it uploaded as a residential so in order for it to be functional as a rental you will have to change it yourself!

the finished and beautiful lot. my favorite part is the round annex garden room thing. it’s open all the way to the top and i just really like it. working with round walls makes the whole lot a little wonky but i could look past it ‘cause the end result is so pretty.

💡 there are variations for each sub lot that you need for a community space.

Yet another sim that I intended to be a side character but got way too attached to and now has his own central plotline. It's fine. I'm fine.

This fine pile of pixels is Daishi Bando, a 30-year-old nurse and video game aficionado living in Evergreen Harbor with his adoptive younger sibling, Stevie (a werewolf, pictured left... I'll share more about them later). His traits are FREEGAN, PARTY ANIMAL, and CAT LOVER, and he is very much so done with all the supernatural hijinks he's witnessed recently :')

In case anybody else needs it, I updated my

Back to the Good Old Days doesn't fine stove use mod.

It does exactly what it say on the tin: Sims normally get fined for using technology, drinking juice and woohooing when that NAP is in effect. For some reason the game considers the stove high technology (yes, also the wood burning one). That is especially vexing for sims that do a lot of canning, because in this case the fine applys twice (once for each time they put the pot onto the stove).

With this mod sims will still get fined for using the microwave.

Normal costs of cooking unchanged.

My globetrotter sim through the years

I was going through my screenshots and was reminded of this icon

Honestly loved the globetrotter challenge so much that Im considering doing the spellcaster section of it as well as the vampire one. Ive also been thinking about possible ways I could extend the globetrotter even more. I could have her go to university and stuff like that.

Could also redo the Mt Komorebi section with Jenn. I started the globetrotter challenge with a different sim before my computer decided to end itself along with all my tray files and saves.

MCMANSION

This house is inspired by 90s architeture and McMansions in general. It has that 'it was modern 25 years ago' vibe. Originally built for Harrie family from Eco Living, this house is perfect for any big family. Kids rooms are renovated because they were done later in time, but the rest of the house is lived in, yet still cozy.
