this mod features luxurious brands and some home ones like ikea and kmart, so that your sims are living that boujie life ;)

i may make some del sol valley ones featuring popular shows and movies in the future...

how to install the mod. 1. download the files 2. if they're in a zip folder, extract then place into your mods folder 3. open your game and check them out!

Just finished this rundown, nostalgic apartment for my Sims, and I’m loving how it turned out! It’s got that perfect mix of vintage and urban grit with cracked walls & weathered furniture, and all the worn-in details that make it feel super cozy (and a little messy 😅).

I have not felt inspired in a while until I saw these upholstery pieces from @kiwisim4. Love the shapes and patterns, designed a maximalist space around the seating. I do find the beige aesthetic beautiful and calming, but I have always gravitated toward color. The painted ceilings make such a huge difference too! NewJeans Billboard Overrides

Here’s something that's been sitting in my work folder for a while. Its some NewJeans Billboard Overrides. This will change all of the billboards around San Myshuno and Del Sol Valley with ones of NewJeans cause why not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Here's some that can be found in game:

They also override the signs in build mode too so you can place them on any lot you want.
