In keeping with the new pack, I built a house with an apartment, all in the theme of memento mori. I thought it might be a good place for you if you're planning to train with the Grim Reaper. The flat has a bedroom and plenty of space to relax, make music, research and work. Below the flat on the first floor is another flat that I have created as a workshop and showroom for the handmade jewelry.

Thank you so much for putting up with me and my shenanigans this whole year whether that be on here, twitter or tiktok. I've experienced so much growth and community and for that I am grateful! How to install this sim dump:

Unzip the downloaded folder and place the tray files into your Sims 4 Tray folder, which can be found at Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Tray. Can also download from the gallery (gallery id: simplug)

Place cc files from the cc folder into the Mods folder located at Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Mods.

Make sure to download all the custom content and sliders in the cc folder or else your sim will look different than mine
