Hello! Hope you are doing well if you don't mind. Please Yandere of your choice with a darling that gets released from the hospital after a bad asthma attack?
Hey! I am doing good, I hope you're doing great. I'm kinda new to writing and stuff, so I hope it's ok.
You: Black
Silas: Green
It had been about 30 minutes since you got released. You felt bad for Silas. He just wanted to go for a run with you, but you having asthma it was hard to do things like that. You were currently sitting in the passenger seat of Silas' car. "..I'm sorry..." you say while looking down at your lap fidgeting with your hands. The car came to a stop and before you knew it you were home. "get out." You look over at Silas in suprise only to see hes getting out and walking over towards you. You watched as he opened your door to let you out. You hesitated a little getting out, but once you did he picked you up. "H-Hey, I can walk on my own!" But he wasn't listening to you, to caught up in his own mind you guessed. When he got to the door to unlock it he was fumbling a little, you couldn't help but laugh a little. When he finally got the door open he carried you to the kitchen to get drinks and snacks, then he carried you to the bedroom. He put you down on the bed so carefully like at any second you could break into millions of peices of glass. He climbed into be right after you, "Are you mad at me..?" He looked up at you with suprise. "No, I'm mad at myself. I should have been more careful with you. Instead I just kept pushing you to the point where you had to go to the hospital." Now it was your turn to look at him in suprise. You couldn't believe what you just heard how was he supposed to know, you never told him worried he would think less of you. "Idiot I never told you about my asthma. You dont need to be mad at all." You gently and carefully moved closer to him, stopping when you two are only inches away from touching your nose together, scared he would push you away if you touched him. You have known Silas for years and this is the first time you have ever seen him look so, worried for someone else. He slowly moved to pull you closer to him breaking you out of your train of thought. He was holding you so close and so hard, he reminded you of a child scared and holding their mother. "Promise to tell me when your having any trouble please. I would never forgive myself if something worst happened to you." You couldn't help but, smile because of how childlike he was acting. "I promise."

Are new-home sales really dropping? Check the margin of error, says research firm
https://www.inman.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Photo-by-JoĂŁo-Silas-on-Unsplash.png
Last month the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reported that new single-family home sales dropped 7.8 percent month-over-month nationwide in January, with the Northeast, Midwest and South experiencing double-digit sales declines, a disappointing piece of news after a few solid months of new residential construction.
But John Burns Real Estate Consulting director of research Rick Palacios Jr. says even though he saw plenty of industry professionals sharing the report and expressing concerns about the decline in new-home sales in both January and December, now is actually not the time to worry. In fact, he says new-home sales are on the rise, at least according to the firmâs own research that involves surveying 300 builders every month that account for approximately 17 percent of the nationâs new-home sales.
âI suppose we should thank the Census Bureau for publishing incorrect conclusions and footnoting a 19 percent +/- margin of error,â he wrote in an e-mailed report. âHowever, it gives our clients heartburn. Our clients pay us to be right â not to be overly bullish or bearish.â (The Census Bureau does include the margin of error in the body copy of the report, in parenthesis behind the percent increase or decline, as shown below):
Palacios said journalists (including me) write articles based on this report and forget to mention the margin of error, which changes the way a stat should be read, interpreted and used.
âIn theory, if they said sales were flat in January, and their margin of error was plus or minus 20 percent, then basically theyâre saying sales could have risen 20 percent or fallen 20 percent,â Palacios told Inman. âIn a nutshell, the Census canât tell you if home sales fell or rose last month.â
Whatâs stopping you from putting in the effort?
Tom Ferry: How to get out of your coma and supercharge your production READ MORE
Palacios says the high margin of error from the U.S. Census Bureau is the result of large sample variations, and reports with controlled samples offer more accurate and reliable results.
Palacios and his team survey the same 300+ homebuilders each month who account for approximately 17 percent of all new home sales. According to their research, new home sales rose 20 percent month-over-month and 14 percent year-over-year. Furthermore, he says public homebuilder earnings calls revealed a strong Q4 and a robust Q1 thus far.
Public homebuilder earnings call comments.
âIâve heard from so many of our clients on the homebuilding side that the Census numbers absolutely made no sense because everything theyâre seeing in their markets points the opposite way,â he said.
Palacios says real estate professionals donât have to disregard the U.S. Census Bureauâs new home sales report totally, but it helps to read each report with a critical eye.
âI think you should read every statistical release with a grain of salt,â he said. âA knee-jerk reaction to a headline, in our opinion, is the worst thing to do.â
When reading a report, Palacios says itâs important to remember that one âbadâ month shouldnât cause alarm. It takes anywhere from three to six months for a trend to emerge, so only begin to worry if new home sales are still declining in June.
Next, he advises real estate professionals to adopt what the John Burnsâ team calls âsecond-level thinkingâ when dissecting a new stat.
For example, most peopleâs âfirst-levelâ thinking had them believing the uptick in mortgage rates meant they needed to begin preparing for the worst. But, âsecond-levelâ thinking would have led them to think about the context of the rate hike. Is it due to positive factors, such as a strong economy, wage growth, a healthy stock market and rising consumer confidence? If so, the rise in mortgage rates is nothing to fuss over.
âThink through the noise,â he said.

Hi! Would it be possible to request of the reader trying to calm down Silas from an angry yandere werewolf rage? Like, the reader got hurt by someone and now Silas wants to or is killing them and the reader tries to calm him down?
Hello! Thank you for your request. I hope you like this. I am open to criticism since I'm new to this.
You: Black
Silas: Green
You are currently watching (favorite show/movie) waiting for Silas to get home from work to go on the date you two planned. You two had planned to go for a while now and you were excited because you got to go to (your favorite place) and you were even more excited because Silas never has gone.
You heard a noise like someone opened the door. You got confused and excited because Silas wasn't supposed to be home till later. You paused your show and went to the door "Baby?", only to realised it wasn't him. You must have looked like a deer in headlights, all you could do was stand there too scared to move thinking if you did the guy would hurt you.
Eventually you ran to try and hide, but what you didn't expect was to get shot. You could barely feel it though. With how fast your adrenaline is going the only thing you can think of is running and hiding.
You ran into a secret crawl space you have hidden away incase something like this did happen. The thought of this happening before was almost laughable, but here you are, in the crawl space, in your closet of your bedroom, hiding from a robber. The only thing you wish is for Silas to be here. Then maybe this wouldn't have happened, maybe you a Silas would be enjoying yourselves, being able to have the date you two planned. But look where you are now.
You couldn't hear him anymore and you had no clue where he is, but one thing you did know was that your adrenaline is dying down. And that gunshot wound the most painful thing you have ever felt. You knew you couldn't stay in the space forever. Besides space was only a little bigger than a cabinet. And the size of it didn't help the pain you were feeling.
You really wished Silas was here, but you're just lucky enough to be robbed and shot without him here. You would have called him, but you left your phone on the couch in a rush to hide. Then you heard, something. You had no idea what it was, but it sounded kind of like another person came in. You heard someone walking get closer to you, all you could do was stay quite. You heard them walk into the shared room, then silence. "(Y/N)?" It was so soft, but you heard it, heard him, Silas was finally home.
You tried to make some sort of noise like hitting the door with your foot, but the same was so small and your arm hurt so bad that you were scared to move. "silas" your voice was barely audible, you weren't even sure if he heard you. That was until you the door was forced open and you saw him. Just the sight of Silas could make you cry because of how scared you were. You got out and hugged him as fast as you got in there, not caring about the pain in your arm.
You were sobbing so much, you didn't care how snooty you looked, you didn't care how loud your sobs were, all you cared about was that you were safe in Silas' arms. You just kept babbling how scared you were. You didn't mean to say anything about the robber, you didn't mean for him to see you were hurt, but in that moment you really didn't notice what you were talking about. You were just happy.
As you were calming down you pulled away, and that's when you noticed the look he had on his face, you remembered that look whenever you got hurt or someone insulted you. He was ready to kill someone, but the thing was, you didn't know where he went. For all you know he could have left already, but Silas didn't care he will find that person, and you're scared what he would do next.
"Who are they, Where are they?" You looked at him in suprise. You knew what he ment, but you didn't know how to answer him. "W-What?" He looked so different from normal, you questioned if the person who was holding you was Silas. "I'm not trying to yell at you, but where is he?" He was more stern this time.
"Umm I-I..." before you could tell him you didn't know you heard the back door. The back door has a very distinguishable sound, a very loud creak. And right then in that moment you knew there was going to be hell.
You knew it wasn't going to be hard to stop him, but you dont want to have Silas killing a guy on your conscious. That's why your here were you are now trying to stop Silas that's attacking the guy, thats now, on the ground. "Silas Please, Stop It!"
You had no idea what to do to make him stop. It's never gotten so bad before, its usually just a little banter and you're usually able to calm him down easily. It's never, Never, this bad. You hated this, not being able to stop him, so you did the only thing you could think of. You didn't know if this would work, you hoped this would work.
You grabbed the arm that the guy shot "Ngh... " you hated this so much. When he heard that he shot his head up so fast and he ran to you so fast too.
He grabbed your arms to scared and ready to fight someone to pay attention where he grabbed. You didn't mean to, but with how hard he grabbed your arms you couldn't help the whimper that crawled out of you. "Silas, Please." Then he remembered the bullet hole in your arm.
Immediately he let go of you "I-I'm--" You cut him off by your hug. You didnt want him to speak anymore, you didn't want him to be violent anymore, you didn't want anything besides him. He, Silas, is all you need and want right now. "Instead of saying sorry and blaming yourself, can you just take me to the hospital to get my wound checked out?" You let go and smiled up at him because you hoped this would calm him down. To show him you were alright and just need to go to the hospital before your body gives out and you pass out from blood loss. He didn't say anything just picked you up princess style "Let's go."

Think tank says MLSs should be investigated for antitrust
Report says limiting third-party access to real estate listing data restricts competition and harms consumers
Key Takeaways
A nonpartisan think tank is calling for federal regulators to investigate MLS actions restricting listing data from third-party websites.
The think tank also says state lawmakers should require brokers to provide open access to real estate listings.
Future-Proof: Navigate Threats, Seize Opportunities at ICNY 2018 | Jan 22-26 at the Marriott Marquis, Times Square, New York
A Washington, D.C.-based think tank is calling for federal regulators to investigate multiple listing services that restrict data from listing websites for possible antitrust violations. The nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank, Information Technology & Innovation Foundation (ITIF), is also asking for state lawmakers to require brokers to provide free, unrestricted access to real estate listings. ITIF presented its recommendations in a report published earlier this month: "Blocked: Why Some Companies Restrict Data Access to Reduce Competition and How Open APIs Can Help." In the report, ITIF's Center for Data Innovation examined three industries -- real estate, financial services and air travel -- that have taken steps to limit third-party access to their data in ways the think tank believes restrict competition, reduce market transparency and harm consumers. "For example, MLSs will often prevent from using property data by creating strict data-use policies, denying acce...
