You have been dreaming of getting into F1 even though you were a girl and a lot of people around you told you that this sport was brutal, that you wouldn't be able to get to F1 but here you were, signing your contract with McLaren. You've been into their visor and they finally gave you the opportunity once Daniel's contract was over. You were over the moon and of course, you immediately passed the news on to your parents and friends who were all so proud of you.
You were looking forward to working with a team with such a history and to meeting your teammate Lando Norris. You knew he was a nice guy and that soothed your nerves knowing you won't have a teammate who breathed on your neck for every mistake. After the driver lineup has been announced, you got the chance to go to your first free practice. You were nervous, really nervous. Daniel tried calming your nerves, reassuring you that it'll be okay. It was your first drive for this team and in an F1 car and panicking didn't really help, so you kept trying to calm your nerves with motivational quotes:
"Come on Y/N it's going to be fine. The last thing you need is to crash so just stay calm... it's not your first time driving.."
You were getting dressed into your fireproofs they gave you and the McLaren racing suit. You'd be lying if you said the suit didn't fit you, and just imagining it being yours next year gave you a spark of hope and reminded you that they signed you because they saw something in you.
Like you usually do before an important race you plug a bit of music into your earbuds to help you relax. You were distracted and didn't hear the soft knock on your door, and then the footsteps of someone entering. You jumped when you felt a hand on your shoulder and turned around in such a panicked manner that your earbuds almost flew out of your ears.
"Jesus Christ! Can you not do that?"
You talk and then you see him.
Lando. With his goofy grin just looking at you.
"Easy there. Sorry for startling you but I just wanted to come in and make sure you're okay. I saw you were pretty nervous earlier"
*Your gaze softens a bit, your heart rate slowing down after the previous jump scare*
"I- Yeah..yeah I'm fine thanks. I calmed down a bit since then."
He nods slightly and replies
"That's good. I wanted to tell you that there's no pressure 'kay? It's just a free practice and it's your first one. No one will take your head if you aren't the fastest. You got this yeah?"
He gave you a reassuring smile and a pat on your back, which surprisingly helped you
"Yeah, you're right.. thanks."
"Welcome to the team newbie. Good luck!"
He says as he leaves and soon after you come out of your driver's room, all suited up and a bit more sure of yourself
You do your warmup, get into the car, insert your steering wheel and prepare yourself
Once it's go time you try to get a feel of the car at first, not going too fast. After gathering the courage to hit the gas you give your all to get a good lap since Hungaroring wasn't a track foreign to you. You often drove there on your sim and you enjoyed it since you've had a few F2 victories there.
You ended the practice coming in p 12
Not too bad, but not too appealing either when you had high standards.
After you get out of the car you get congratulated by your future team, telling you you've done a good job.
12 out of 20 wasn't so bad , right?
You couldn't help but still be a bit disappointed, thinking you could've done better but it is what it is.
Lando walks up to you, hair a bit messy from keeping it in the balaclava and the helmet
"Good job rookie. You did well, see? Don't be so panicked next time" and just as quickly as he came to congratulate you he left.
From there the season passed quickly. You attended more free practices, improved your time and overall your confidence of being part of the team in the upcoming season grew.
You made friends and got really close with one of the team engineers, Mia. She was a sweetheart and you guys became best friends quickly. You needed her she helped you and vice versa.
You've also grown closer to Daniel, Lando and many other drivers on the grid. This environment soon felt like home, getting along with everyone and even receiving advice from the older drivers, especially Lewis. You weren't the first rookie to be a victim of his advice and you can't complain since he was a huge figure in your career and he knew what he was talking about.
The current season quickly passed, you were attending more free practices, improved your time and finally, it was your time to shine. Time to prove that you worked hard to be here and that you were offered a contract for a reason.
Here came your first race of the 2023 season. Bahrain Sakhir.
After a smooth qualifying, you managed to somehow shoot a p10 on the grid. Surprising even for yourself.
Lando walked up to you about 30 minutes before the race
"How are you feeling new girl?"
"Nervous."
"You'll be okay. You were good in qualifying. The top then for your first quali is really good. You've got talent so don't waste it scaring yourself with what-ifs, alright? You'll do fine"
"Thank you, Lando."
Lando was the talkative type. Always hyped you up when you needed it and lightened the mood with his stupid jokes. You appreciated that. People say he has a small interest in you but you never believe that. He barely knew you. What excited you though, is the fact that Mia was your engineer. It felt good to have a familiar and trusted face guiding you.
You got dressed, warmed up, got in the car and you were moved towards the grid. The formation lap was just a warmup, the stress growing and once it was lights out you blocked anything else out and focused on driving.
Mia talked to you through the radio, guided you throughout the race and called the pit stops.
You had a decent start, gaining a position in turn one and later in the race overtook Esteban Ocon. The pace was good and pit stops went smoothly. With those two positions lost due to the pit stop, you pulled through and finished on the 9th.
You wished to step on that podium, and have people cheering for you but it was too early for that unless you were some secret formula one god, which you weren't so you took the result and kept working hard to climb higher. Your teammate occupied a respectable p3 and you were happy for him, watched him step on the podium designated for his place, Charles taking p2 and Max p1. After the champagne celebration, the drivers on the podium went for the team celebrations and photos. I was pleasantly surprised to see my name on that small board and a +2 underneath it, marking the fact that I scored two points on this race, on my first race. I was congratulated by the team, and Lando approached me as well.
"First drive and already delivering in style? Color me impressed. You did so well on track Y/N."
"Thank you, Lando. Oh and congratulations on your podium mate" I say as I pat his back
"I appreciate it. I was thinking of going for dinner with Max, Charles and Carlos. Wanna come?"
"I don't know..I mean it's your night, don't wanna ruin the fun"
"You aren't running anything, I swear."
You contemplate for a bit. Dinner wouldn't hurt right now and it's not like you were going with people you didn't know.
"Okay. Can I bring Mia though?"
"Of course. She's welcome to come. I'll be at your door at 7 just so you know if you decide to come"
"Okay. Count me in"
You quickly call Mia, make sure she wants to come and then you quickly go get ready in your room, calling your friend over
You decided to put on some flared jeans, and a white button-up that fit your body and made your chest pop a bit more, but it was subtle. You put on jewelry, do your hair, put on makeup and chat with Mia during the process.
Mia looks at you a chuckles softly
"Who are you trying to impress? I haven't seen you dressed this fancy since I met you" she teases you
"No one, just thought it was about time I showed off my closet, no?" You joke
"You look good. Keep doing it Y/N."
And just as Lando said, you heard a knock on your door at 7 pm. Not a minute more, not a minute less and you open the door.
His face lights up slightly and takes in your appearance
"Trying to make an impression I see. You guys look lovely" he compliments both you and Mia. You walk downstairs with him, meeting Max who brought Kelly, Charles with Alexandra and Carlos alone since Rebecca was busy. You shared your greetings and then left the hotel and headed towards the restaurant.
When you got there, you sat down, and ordered your food and there couldn't be a Max win without some drinks so you ordered wine as well.
You had a good night, laughed a lot and ate well and now you were tired as hell. All you wanted was to sleep for a whole day if it was possible. Mia distanced a bit from the guys and you followed her since she said she had something to tell you.
"Did you see the way Lando was looking at you all night?"
You raise an eyebrow, confused.
"What? He didn't look at me what do you mean?"
"Y/N I'm sorry to say this but you're blind as shit. He couldn't take his eyes off you." She elbows you and smiles slightly
"Okay and you're crazy.." you shoot back at her but in a joking manner, still not entirely believing her words about Lando.
But she was not. For the past months, Lando kept trying to get closer to you, inviting you to dinner from time to time with his friends and you eventually infiltrated into that group of friends. It was nice. Your career was going well, you had people to support you by your side. What else could you need?
As usual, you wake up with a good morning text from Lando. It wasn't new or weird. You thought it was sweet of him and you replied back after you woke up properly.
"Morning to you too."
"How are you feeling after last night's party?"
"Man don't even remind me. My head is going to explode. Good thing we're on break"
"You wanna go golfing one of these days?"
You raise an eyebrow at his question and really think about it since you rarely play golf and the truth is that you're shit at it. You still agree since your schedule was kinda boring and you needed to fill it out with activities
"I'm down but just so you know, I'm absolute trash when it comes to golfing"
"Don't worry Y/N, there's a start for everything"
"I know, I know. Who else is coming?"
"I was thinking just us two?"
Sure you went out with Lando plenty but this is the first time he's asked you to go alone. Just you and him with no other voice to bother you
"Alright. I'm okay with it. Tell me the time and I'll be there"
"We're going in pretty early so I'll be picking you up at 9. How does that sound?"
"Sounds good. 9 works for me"
"Well then it's a date" he adds a winking face at the end of the sentence and then plays it off as a joke
"Golf date between friends yep."
And that's when it started. Lando gave you more attention, wanted to spend more time with you and you've been told that maybe he fancied you the slightest bit. But what did you do? You never believed any of those words, always coming up with what seemed rational excuses for him wanting to spend that much time together.

My hc is that this man is the teddy bear boyfriend. He's the boyfriend that doesn't have to do anything in particular with you, just as long as you're there spending quality time together. He's a man that likes fishing. Fishing is a lot of waiting, a lot of sitting, and just chillin with a cold one popped open in his hand. So even if you two are sitting next to each other in silence, that's enough for him. He'll reach out to grab your feet to place them in his lap and rub them while you're reading so you have the ultimate relaxation. When he's working on his bike, he'll come to you with puppy dog eyes and ask for help, but all he really wants is for you to sit outside with him while he's changing the spark plugs or replacing a sensor. He's also a jokester, so fully expect to be called "dumbass" at least once a day, but he knows you'll call him a "fuckin bitch" right back. (lovingly, of course) And when you two fall asleep at night, he's going to smother you with cuddles and squeeze you to death so you don't have the chance to leave.
Sexually? This man is open to trying anything, as long as you want to. He's got a steady rhythm as he's disappearing inside of you and he's not going to stop until you come undone around him. His hands stay busy due to hitting drums nightly, so he prefers his girl on top so he can take those calloused palms and run them all over her body, touching, massaging, and maybe a slap or two. He's vocal. He's going to tell you that he loves how tight your pussy is as you roll your hips chasing your own high. He's going to ask you who owns that pussy, and you love telling him that he does. He loves blowjobs, watching you on your knees as your lips are wrapped around his cock working him over. Better relax that throat, cause he's going to end up thrusting himself into your mouth as much as he can. When you two are spent, he's going to take every last bit of energy he has to make sure you're all cleaned up and comfortable before bringing you your favorite pajamas and a glass of water.
Jolly
Jolly's the protector, you're his girl and everyone knows not to fuck with Jolly's Lady™. He's more of a chill boyfriend, wanting to stay home with you and watch movies while everyone else is hitting up the bar. He wants to take you out on dates at the fancy restaurants because that's what you deserve. He'll be out on tour and you'll come home from a long day of work to a bouquet of roses on your counter with a note that says "Miss you sweet girl". And when you FaceTime him to thank him, he's going to be grinning ear to ear because it made your day. He gives all of his trust in a relationship, so he doesn't care who you hang out with or where you go, as long as he knows you're safe and having fun. If anyone were to ever cross you, they'd immediately be placed on his shit list for life. And they better be lucky you talked him down from confronting them for having the audacity to upset his Lady because he would 100% "take care" of someone who hurt you.
In the bedroom, he's a dominant. He's the oldest man in the group and this man has experience. He knows how to bring you to your climax quickly and easily because he knows your body so well, but I think he likes to take him time with you. He likes to roughen things up a bit and loves to make you beg for him to enter you after teasing you all night at said fancy restaurant. If this man puts his hair up in a bun at the beginning of sexy time, you know you're in it for the whole night. He loves rope play, making you sit on your knees waiting patiently as he tightens the knots around your limbs. He'll never do something you're not 100% sure about, and as a matter of fact, he won't do it at all until you're begging for it. Sex, to him, is all for his Lady. He can beat his meat in the bathroom, he doesn't care, but you? You deserve to see stars as much as you and your body can handle. Afterwards, he's going to run you a warm bath with your favorite bath bomb and sit next to you as he takes the washcloth and cleans you up, because a Lady deserves to be taken care of properly.
Noah
He's the learning boyfriend. He wants to do his best giving you his undivided attention, he promises, but he just had a revelation about a song he's working on and he has to jot it down before it disappears. He's a perfectionist, not only in his music, but in making sure when you two schedule plans, it goes accordingly. Even if that means rushing you through your makeup before going out to your anniversary dinner because the reservation is for 6:00, not 6:02. He needs a girl that's patient and understanding, because he's going to hole himself in his studio for days at a time making sure a song is just the way he imagined it. He's going to be exhausted, but when he walks into the bedroom with heavy bags under his eyes, you're going to open your arms and welcome him into your bosom so he can get some much needed rest.
But he's not an dom like a lot of fics portray him as. He has to be in control in a lot of aspects of his life, being a perfectionist and all. So the bedroom is the one place he likes to lose control and give it to you. He wants you to tell him what to do, not in a dominating way, but the sex is all for you and your pleasure- so whatever you want, he'll make sure it's what you get. Speaking of your pleasure, this man is a pussy eater to his core. We've seen/heard about how much this man loves eating pussy and he'll bury himself in your folds like it's his last meal. Sometimes after a stressful day, he'll come to you and rub your knee asking if you could just spread your legs open a little bit so he can have a small taste. He'll lose himself in your slick to the point this man is panting when he pauses for air because he wants to dive right back in. He's not going to stop until he's satiated, and that takes a while. So if this man goes down on you, you better clear your schedule for the next few hours. We've also seen that he had a mirror on his closet door, and boy does he love watching you in the mirror bouncing on him.
Nicholas
He's the tender hearted boyfriend. When he loves you, it's unconditional, it's everlasting, and he puts his all into it. He got home from tour early one day and decided to decorate the house as a surprise for when you get off of work. He loves helping you in the kitchen, baking alongside you so he can find out what makes your choco chip cookies so amazing. He's a tattoo artist, so he catches every little detail of everything. He'll be sitting on the couch sketching something and noticed how your nose scrunches just right as you're trying to solve a 1000 piece puzzle, and next thing he knows he has your portrait on the page. Your home is filled with his artwork. You are so proud of his creations, him just slightly shy that all of your guests will see, but he sees your face light up with every piece and he would draw across the world just to see you smile.
Everyone knows him as the shy, tender hearted boyfriend, but in the bedroom it's the total opposite. This is a side only you will see. I believe this man is the true alpha out of all of the men. There will be some times where you two make love, slow and steady and gazing into each other's eyes as you both come undone. But, he loves temperature play, making you gasp between hot wax and melting ice cubes. He's going to edge you and string you along all night until tears are filling your eyes as you beg for release. He's the one that'll work you up all day, but make you watch him as he pumps his cock to climax and you get nothing because you couldn't stop teasing him at dinner with the guys. He loves calling you his good girl, and good girls wait to do anything until their man says so. But when he's finished making you regret your choices, he's going to cave in and make sure you cum at least once, because he hates seeing his girl so needy, wanting, and neglected. He'll give you proper aftercare, making sure you're clean and comfortable after a session, and he's going to ask you a million times if he went too far, if it was too much, and if there's anything he can do better for your pleasure.

Grind My Gears
Tumblr media
- normal au!mechanic!kenpachi zaraki x reader | bleach  - summary: visiting your parents for the holidays is always trifling, but even more so when you (a) just broke up with your ex, (b) you car breaks down halfway there and you’re forced to confront the bad boy you had a thing with in high school, and (c) you realize that you still have feelings for said guy (and he is still. kinda hot. in a scary, rugged way.) - word count: 6.9k words (hehe 69) - tropes: begrudging friends to lovers? awkward fling as teens to rekindling romance as adults? - tw/cw: 18+ minors dni. fem!reader, sex on a table, kenpachi’s foul mouth, several references to kenpachi’s monstrous cock, size kink, fingering, handjobs, dirty talk, underage drinking/smoking?? (20 is legal age in Japan), reader and kenpachi get frisky when they’re 18+ --author’s note: my late secret santa fic for @unohanadaydreams! sorry this took so long, but i’m hoping the disgustingly long length makes up for it kind of sort of??? disgustingly long like kenpapi’s co-- wow i'll stop
“Goddamnit.”
While you’re no expert on cars, you’re certain that the smoke emanating from your car’s hood is not a good sign. Neither is the sputtering sound coming from the area you vaguely recognize as your engine. You’re still an hour away from your parents’ house, back in your old neighborhood, and you’re hoping–praying, even–that your car makes it. But just after taking its final shuddering breath, the car comes to a complete stop, lurching you forward slightly. You turn the key in the ignition once, then twice.
Nothing.
You smack your hand against the wheel, cursing your luck. You were supposed to be there by noon time, but an unpleasant conversation with your very recent-ex delayed you. Now the sun is dipping past the rim of the sky, dusk approaching. With a heavy sigh, you end up calling a towing service. They offer to drive you to the nearest auto shop, and you agree.
Zaraki Auto Repair.
You’re not sure why the familiarity of the name doesn’t register in you sooner. But it’s not until you’re staring at his rugged, scarred face, with his ever-present scowl, that you realize why you should have remembered.
If he recognizes you, he doesn’t let it on. You don’t think you’re imagining the way his gaze briefly narrows at the sight of you, but then again, it could be him.
He rarely ever looked happy unless he was fighting.
As he examines your car, you feel yourself clam up. You clench your fists, suddenly aware of the damp sweat accumulating in your palms. Briefly, you debate asking the tow guy if he could drive you to another shop. But when you glance behind you, he’s already gone.
Damn.
“Damn. You really did a number on this.”
You nearly jump at the sound of his voice, just as gravelly and deep as you remember. It takes you awhile to register what he said. “Is it…” You clear your throat, swallowing past the lump that’s formed. “That bad?”
“Yeah.” Blunt as ever. “Surprised you made it here in one piece. Only an idiot would drive a car in this condition.”
An idiot. Your eye twitches in annoyance. If you recall correctly, that was something you used to call him. Not the other way around. He mentions something about spark plugs and oil leaks, but truthfully, you don’t care about the specifics.
“Can you fix it?”
He emerges from under your car, rising to his full height. You nearly forgot how tall he was. Even back in high school he towered over you. Now? The height difference is just ridiculous.
“Gimme two days.”
And that is how you end up with Kenpachi Zaraki driving you back to your parents’ home, on a route he knew all too well.
He was a delinquent, honestly.
Your homeroom teacher approached you with the request. “Please… you’re one of the top students in the class. Zaraki… he’s really bringing down our school rankings. Rumors are going around about… it doesn’t paint a good image of our school’s reputation. Maybe you could mentor him?”
Mentor him? You and Kenpachi had gone to the same school since you were babies, sure, and you did live in the same neighborhood. But he was known for his foul attitude and violent nature. He never showed up to classes, and last time a teacher approached him about his behavior, rumor was that they ended up in the hospital. Word on the street was he spent most of his days getting into fights with students from other schools–sometimes even college students. He was a delinquent, in every definition of the word.
You were certain he would sooner spit in your face than listen to any drivel you had about “making something out of his future” or “the importance of respecting his education.”
But still. Your teacher had begged and pleaded, even offered to write an amazing letter of recommendation, and to put in a good word with the admissions department for one of your dream colleges. Was it bribery? Sure. Did you care about the morality of it? Not really. Still, you had to try and uphold your end of the deal.
“Just where do you think you’re going?”
Kenpachi stared you down. Despite being only a third year, he was already over six feet tall, taller than some of the staff of the school. Not only was his size intimidating, but the ever-present scowl on his face was too. You weren’t that short, but next to him, anyone would seem small. You were sure that you made a hilarious sight, trying to block him from exiting through the school’s entrance doors.
“Out of my way.”
You crossed your arms, standing before him defiantly. He cocked his head to the side, gaze narrowing.
“Are you deaf–”
“No. And no. I won’t.”
Kenpachi’s stare bore into you. Even without the scar across his left eye, he made an intimidating sight. One that would have lesser men quaking.
“And why the fuck not? Who are you tell me I can’t leave?”
But for you? You just saw him as a nuisance that had to be taken care of. Unfortunately, by you. You straightened up before him.
“We have third period class right now,” you snapped back. “What the fuck do you mean why not? Get back to class.”
His eyes raked down your form, seeming to size you up. Finally, he laughed, a dry, rattling sound that for a moment, had you reconsidering your choice of words.
“I didn’t know Seirei’s star student had such a foul mouth.”
You opened your mouth to retort, when he stepped forward. The wolfish look on his face made you falter, suddenly aware of the truth behind some of those rumors.
He looked like the kind of person who would devour you whole if you showed any hint of weakness.
“Makes you more interesting. You’re not a goody-two-shoes, stuck-up bitch, after all. Still, I don’t like repeating myself. Get out of my way.”
“Seriously, I can find a cab.”
“It’s not a problem. We typically offer to drive customers home,” Yumichika says, handing you the paperwork for the repairs. “It’s a courtesy reserved to our clientele.”
You weigh your options. You could Uber to your parents’ house, but you were tight on money… not to mention how much the repairs would cost you. But if you let them drive you there… Well, as long as you weren’t alone in the car with him. Maybe Yumichika or Ikkaku could take you; it would certainly be less awkward. You remember them vaguely from high school, as the two seemed to be in Kenpachi’s inner circle of… you weren’t sure you’d call them friends. Lackeys, maybe.
Interesting to see that some things never change.
“Ikkaku can drop you off at your parents’ house,” Yumichika offers, sensing your hesitance.
As long as it’s not him, you’d accept any help.
“Thank you–” you start.
“I’m driving her home,” Kenpachi says, brusquely entering the office. “I have to go that way anyways.”
While you smile graciously on the outside, internally you’re blanching. In a car? Alone? With him? You think your flaming death trap of a car is perhaps a better alternative.
It’s too late to reject the offer, though. Your car is already in his garage.
Kenpachi grabs keys off the counter, motioning for you to follow him with barely a glance back at you. His lack of hesitation is clear–you have no room to reject his offer.
It’s quiet. Too quiet.
The both of you sit in the car in absolute, stifling silence as he drives. Glancing at your companion, you note that he’s focused on the road, seeming intent on ignoring you if need be. Was he always this unaffected, this distant? You can’t seem to remember much past his wolfish grin, his bored, dismissive eye roll every time you tried to lecture him about school, the way his large hand felt, rough and calloused, as it gripped your thigh–
Woah. Woah woah woah.
You shake your head, willing the thought away. Now’s not the time to think about that.
Reaching for the radio, you tune it to the closest station. Of course, the very first thing that plays is a love song. Fuck your luck, honestly. Fiddling with the stereo, you desperately try to find something else. Anything else.
After settling on some generic pop song, you settle back into your seat. You catch him staring at you, and swallow down your reservations.
The past be damned. You can’t stand how awkward and quiet this reunion is going.
“So, uh… you’re still in town, I see,” you say.
“Yeah.”
“Never moved?”
“Nope.”
God. You forgot he isn’t one for small talk. Never was. Even back then.
You try again. “Nice of you to inherit your relatives’ car shop.”
“I didn’t. I took it over after the guy I was working for died.”
“Ah.” You nod slowly.
“He was old. Weak. Couldn’t throw a punch anymore if he tried. Had no family, so he gave the shop to me.”
“Oh. Oh no.”
He shrugs. “People die. Happens all the time. Too bad he couldn’t put up more of a fight before he kicked the bucket.”
This… is starting to sound suspiciously like Kenpachi had a hand in this death. You force yourself to refrain from speculating, reminding yourself that he is giving you a ride. He is fixing your car. You will graciously accept his favors for two days, and after that you will never see him again.
“I thought you moved to the city?” Kenpachi says suddenly.
“Y-Yeah. I’m back for the holidays. Visiting my parents.”
He nods. He brings the cigarette he’s holding in one hand up to his lips, inhaling before blowing a puff of smoke out the window.
In a sudden jab of irritation, you ask, “Are you smoking right next to me?”
“Are you smoking in front of me?”
“Yeah. Why?”
The two of you are having lunch together on your school’s rooftop. Kenpachi usually left school around lunch apparently since he didn’t see the point of staying around after morning classes, so you came up with a tactic to get him to stay:
You would pack an extra bento for him as long as he didn’t skip school during lunch period.
While Kenpachi was initially reluctant to the idea, claiming it was stupid and a waste of your time, after one bite of your food, he came around. It was almost a daily thing now for him to come to class, and for you to offer him some of your food.
It was his idea to have lunch up here. While you marveled at the view, Kenpachi ruined the mood by mentioning that he really only came up here to smoke, before pulling out a pack of cigarettes.
“Kenpachi, we’re eighteen. That’s not even legal!”
“Quit your yammering. Mind your own business, would ya,” he said gruffly.
“That’s kind of hard, since you’re doing it right in front of me!” you fumed.
College acceptance or not, he really wasn’t worth mentoring.
You still at the memory.
“We’re not kids anymore.” His voice interrupted your train of thought.
Oh, so he did remember you. He was just acting like he didn’t. You toss him an irate look.
“Yeah, but it still smells like shit.” You wrinkle your nose. “And the smell. It lingers.”
He snorts, putting out the cigarette on the door of his car before tossing it behind him.
“You never change, huh,” he says sardonically. “You still love to nag.”
You bristle at the comment. You’d like to think you have changed. It’s him that’s still the same. But just as you’re about to retort, the car stills. You were so distracted by your own thoughts that you didn’t realize he parked right in front of your parents’ house.
“Ever consider you’re the kind of guy who basically asks to be nagged?” you retort.
“Heh. Can’t say you’re right about that.”
You gather your things to you, before you realize that, embarrassing as it is, you were so distracted by the idea of being alone with him that you forgot to ask. Turning to face him, you say, “Yumichika never clarified the price. He threw a few figures around but.... How much is it going to be to fix my car?”
Kenpachi stares at you long and hard.
“Nothing.” You’re about to protest, when he cuts you off with a raised hand. “It’s on the house.”
You give him an incredulous look.
“Seriously? I can’t accept that.”
His stare bores into you. You always found it rather intimidating, but this time, you meet his gaze, raising your chin defiantly.
He caves first.
“Fine. Ten thousand yen for the labor. We already have all the parts.”
Based on your experience with mechanics though, that’s still ridiculously cheap. You can’t accept that favor. Your jaw sets as you intend to argue further with him, but then he unlocks the doors, motioning towards your parents’ house. Your mom approaches, waving at the sight of you.
“Your stop.”
By the time you make it out of his car, greet your parents, and bring your things to the front doorstep, he’s already gone. Driven away.
You don’t want him to owe you anything.
Not after what happened.
“I’m sorry, but I can’t see you anymore. This? Us? It wasn’t even a thing.”
Two days later, Yumichika calls you to inform you that your car is ready for pickup. Your dad drops you off at the shop, and after you pay the fees, you ask him where the boss is. With great amusement, he points you towards the back of the shop, sending you a wink as you walk past him, along with a ‘go get him.’
Your face warms. Are you that obvious?
As you approach the car where Kenpachi’s giant frame is positioned under, you have to stifle a laugh. It’s almost hilarious seeing just how small of space he has to contort his large frame into to do the job.
Once you’re a few feet from him, you clear your throat. “You and me, Rukongai Bar on 80th Street. This Friday. You down?”
A pause. He wheels himself out from under the car. It is the second time since you’ve known him that Kenpachi looks completely caught off-guard.
“Should a woman really be inviting me to a bar on that side of town?” he finally says, an edge to his tone.
You roll your eyes. “Don’t tell me you suddenly give a shit about gender roles, Kenpachi.”
He seems to think about it. Your palms feel sweaty, and you clench and unclench your hands into fists. You’ve never seen him debate for something this long. He’s always been a man of action.
“...See you then,” he says, then halts, as if he’s about to add something onto that. Before he shrugs it off, putting down his wrench and wiping his hands on a rag.
You fidget. Somehow it feels wrong to leave off on that note.
“The car looks great, by the way. Seems like it runs better.”
He nods. “It should. Spent all day and night working on it.”
Despite yourself, you feel your cheeks heat up. Your traitorous heart skips a beat.
“R-Really? You didn’t have to.”
He shrugs again. “I promised it by a certain date. Had to get the job done.”
“As thanks, then…” you say, finding your voice once more. “Please allow me to treat you to some drinks!”
“Alright,” he says. As if it is the easiest thing in the world.
Just two adults getting drinks together. Two adults getting to catch up again, after having grown up and spent several years apart. Two adults who or may not have a history with each other. Two adults who may or may not still have a lingering fondness for one another.
It could be that simple, right?
Right?
As Friday approaches, you grow oddly giddy. So much so that nothing can dampen your mood. Not your family’s comments at their holiday gatherings, the you really still haven’t found someone yet? quips. Not the sympathetic looks when one of your parents chimes in about you going through a recent breakup. Nothing.
After one such party, you check your phone, which you haven’t done all night.
Two unread messages.
One of them from an unknown number.
“Kenpachi. Make sure your gas doesn’t fall below half a tank for at least a month.”
The other. From an all too familiar name. One that you thought you blocked after your last fight.
“Hey, can we talk? I know we left off on a bad foot, but I miss you–”
You don’t even finish reading the message before you toss the phone onto your bed. Heart pounding, you plop onto the edge of your bed, clutching a hand to your chest.
What are the odds that you would meet Kenpachi again, after all these years. The odds that it was his auto shop that your car was towed to. The odds that you would still feel something after all this time. And the odds that it would be while you were still heart-broken over your–
History has a funny way of repeating itself.
It was all way too much. The stress of entrance exams, compounded with the fact that your boyfriend of three years had just broken up with you. And not to mention, dealing with fucking Kenpachi, who you had to tutor because his grades were atrocious.
“If you’re going to be an ass,” you said, dropping your notebooks and textbooks unceremoniously onto the table. The loud thud did little to ease your sour mood. Honestly, the fact that Kenpachi decided to actually show up this time did little to comfort you either. You were out for blood. “Please don’t. I’m not in the mood.”
To his credit, he usually knew when to shut up. He was the kind who didn’t waste words if he didn’t need to.
Kenpachi raised a brow. “What’s got your panties in a tangle?”
You didn’t know why. It’s not like it was uncharacteristic of him to be crass. It wasn’t even him necessarily. It’s more that everything had piled up, and his comment was the last thing you needed before you snapped.
He was certainly the last person you should be doing this in front of. But you burst into tears in front of him. Your words jumbled in a barely intelligible train of sobbing.
“I just… I just got broken up with, okay? And I don’t exactly f-feel like going out, much less coming to the library to tutor you, when you don’t even show up half the time! And college exams are so s-s-stressful, I’ve been biting my nails down to the beds. Everyone has such h-high expectations for me, but I don’t think I can m-meet them.”
Kenpachi was stunned into silence. He stared at you as if you had suddenly grown two heads. You didn’t know why, but his lack of response stung even more. Of course, what could you expect? This was Kenpachi, for crying out loud. Your school’s number one delinquent. He wouldn’t know what to do.
Finally, uncomfortably, as if he wasn’t used to being the shoulder to cry on (you doubt he was), he handed you a handkerchief that he grabbed from another student passing by. They complained, but a look from Kenpachi silenced them before they scurried off.
You dabbed your eyes with it, sniffling.
Still awkward, he rubbed the back of his spiky hair. He said it almost like a command. Which in hindsight, was even more hilarious–to see just how out of place Kenpachi was with a woman’s emotions.
“Nothing and no one is worth your tears. So just… I dunno. Quit crying already.”
The bar is crowded, even for a Friday night, Bodies bustling past you, the various conversations around you raucous and rowdy. You picked the bar because you figured Kenpachi would enjoy the environment, especially since it was on his side of town. Sure enough, there are all kinds of hardened-looking individuals frequenting the bar. Surprisingly though, Kenpachi is easy enough to spot, his sheer size and distinctly spiky hair adding to his recognizability.
He’s already downing a drink when you slide into the seat next to him.
“You seem right at home here,” you greet him with.
“I come here often.”
You order a beer, before sitting back down.
“This brings back memories.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah. Last time we went drinking together.”
He lets out a sharp bark of laughter.
“Still shitty at handling your liquor?”
“No!” you protest, taking a sip of your beer. The face you make says it all. Kenpachi snorts, taking a long sip of his second beer.
“Fancy place,” you comment.
“Didn’t you pick it?”
“Yeah,” you say, jabbing him in the side. “Because I thought you’d like it.”
“Well, why would you go through all that trouble,” he says drily. You give him a sour look.
You take a few more sips of your beer, before slamming the bottle down. He raises a brow at you. Liquid courage does wonders for your nerves, as you work up the courage to ask him the question that’s been on your mind.
“So… you got a girlfriend?”
He looks at you like you just asked him the dumbest question in the world.
“You got a boyfriend?” he asks.
Alright. He won’t share until you do.
“Ha. Had. Right before I drove down actually.”
He stares at you for a moment, before taking another swig of his drink.
“You?” you press.
He laughs sardonically. “Nah. Got the kind of face that scares women off, apparently.”
“Well.” He glances at you. “Most of them.”
“You’re not ugly, Ken. You’ve got the bad boy kind of appeal. Girls dig that.”
Another raised brow. You really are getting him to work his facial muscles today. A sharp contrast to his constant scowl or terrifying grin.
“Last time we spoke…” you start.
“Don’t mention it,” he interrupts.
“I wanted to explain my side.”
“Ha. There’s nothing to explain. What happened, happened,” he says, something hard in his voice.
“Kenpachi.”
“We’re going,” Kenpachi had said decisively after your crying episode. Neither of you were the partying type, but here you were, two strangers in a sea of grinding teenagers and booze. He grabbed you a drink, and the two of you crammed yourselves onto the narrow staircase. You knew that Kenpachi wanted to get your mind off things. But somehow the sight of everyone practically grinding against each other did little to help you forget your ex.
To his credit, Kenpachi looked just as out of place. He rested his arms on his legs, holding his beer in between them. He fidgeted with the rim of the bottle, looking like he’d rather be any place but here.
You took a sip of your drink, smacking your lips at the taste, before pulling a face.
He snorted. “First time?”
“Why does it taste like ass?”
He shrugged. “It’s beer. “‘S supposed to.”
You offered him your drink. “I don’t like it.”
He grabbed it from you, taking a big swig. A group of girls squeezed their way past you on the steps, giggling and tipsy. You inched out of their way, but one of them still managed to knee you in the back–hard. You would have fallen forward down the last few steps, if Kenpachi hadn’t caught you.
“Ah. Sorry–”
The two of you locked eyes. This close you realized how deep the scar on his face ran, the strong set of his jaw. His wiry, muscled arm around your waist.
Hesitantly, you leaned closer. He didn’t move away.
Your first kiss with Kenpachi was a spark lighting on kindling, over before you knew it.  He didn’t respond. When you pulled away in disappointment though, he grabbed the front of your shirt, yanking you forwards.
Your kiss set you ablaze. He slammed your lips onto his. His teeth dug into your bottom lip, and you gasped at the iron tang of blood in your mouth. That seemed to only spur him further. He practically hauled you into his lap. Before you knew it, you were making out in the open.
Kenpachi shoved his hand down your shirt, palming your breast. You straddled his leg, playing with the buckle of his belt. When your hand brushed the tent in his pants, he hissed, bucking up into your touch.
You were only snapped out of it when someone gasped near you. When you looked up, it was him. Your ex.
The next day, rumors flew around that you were fucking Kenpachi. Certainly the sight of you two at the party was proof enough.
For that reason, your ex-boyfriend asked to get back together again. He said he realized he couldn’t live without you. You had the choice between Kenpachi, a delinquent, rough around the edges, and crass. Versus your ex. Excitement versus stability, the bad boy versus the good guy.
You chose your ex.
Kenpachi was exciting, but you couldn’t fathom seeing yourself in a long-term relationship with him. Not to mention, you doubted you two would be on the same path. You had aspirations, dreams for your career.
You stopped showing up to your meetings with Kenpachi. And by the time he confronted you, you told him, with no little uncertainty,
“I’m sorry, but I can’t see you anymore. This? Us? It wasn’t even a thing.”
You didn’t stay around to see his reaction.
The irony is, you and your ex ended up breaking up again soon after once you found out of his infidelity.
—
“What I mean to say was… if I was–more honest with myself. Less cowardly,” you start. You try and gauge his reaction. Kenpachi is as impassive as always. You swallow it down. “I wouldn’t have chosen him.”
He glances at you briefly, before staring down at the rim of his drink.
“I–I didn’t mean to hurt you. I’ve felt bad about it ever since.”
“The past is the past,” he says. “Forget about it.”
“But I–”
He groans. “Look, I’m already over it. You should be, too. What kinda guy would I be to hold onto a silly high school thing.”
“So, you’re… not mad?”
He stares at you blankly. “How many times do I have to repeat myself? I’m not a fucking loser.”
“Okay, okay… yeesh.” The two of you sit in silence for a few more moments.
“I did… I did mean it, though. At the time.”
“Don’t,” Kenpachi says sharply. “Quit bringing it up!”
“What I said… That didn’t mean I didn’t like you at all, you know that?”
He falls silent. While he won’t look at you, you get the sense that he’s listening intently for your next words.
“I did like you. I still…”
You pause, losing courage in the words you want to say.
“Still,” he repeats flatly.
It’s hard to figure out what he’s thinking. He’s inscrutable. He seems like an easy man to decipher, but when it comes to anything but fighting? He’s a closed book.
“I… I can’t say I’m completely over you, Ken,” is what you mutter out in a rush, cheeks warm.  You’re scared to look at him, to witness his reaction.
He says nothing. His silence puts you on edge. He motions the bartender over before paying for his drinks. Then he’s tugging your arm.
“What?”
“I’m not gonna carry you, even if I can. Get your ass up.”
The two of you end up in an alley at the side of the bar. When you’re a good distance away from anyone, Kenpachi turns to you.
“Why are we–”
And then he’s grabbing you by the waist, tugging you into him. You land in his chest with an oomph. Then he’s leaning down, grasping your shoulders before slamming his lips onto yours. Just like before.
Kenpachi doesn’t hold anything back. His nose digs into your cheek. His lips greedily claim yours, over and over again, as if he’s making up for lost time.
Breaking the kiss, you stare up at him breathlessly.
“You’re an idiotic woman, you know that?” he says defiantly. “Denying what’s yours.”
The taste of beer is heavy on his tongue. He’s warm, so warm against you.
“You’re not gonna be able to get rid of me that easily this time, though. I don’t care what kind of loser ex you have waiting for you at home. You want me. That’s good enough.”
Your eyes widen. “Kenpachi….”
Why did you have no idea he felt like this before? Is he right–are you actually an idiot who didn’t notice?
“Besides…” He grins maniacally. “Can anyone else compare to this?”
His mouth crashes onto yours once more. Kenpachi’s not the kind of man to hold himself back. He kisses you with fervor, like he wants to fuel the fire in both of you with each touch. He has no reservations.
Lifting you by the waist, he pins you against the wall with his body. He’s all tough muscles, hard and bulky even through his shirt. Your breath hitches when you feel his erection press against your thigh. It feels massive.
You want to feel more of him. You want to see what he’s been denying from you for so long.
“Your place or mine?” you gasp out.
“The shop is closer,” he grunts out.
He’s right. You don’t fancy having your parents catch you getting frisky either. He grabs you a cab. The entire time, his hand grips your thigh possessively, the calloused pads of his thumbs stroking your skin sending shivers down your spine. A promise for what’s to come.
In a tangle of limbs, the two of you manage to make it through the door and into his shop.
Kenpachi swipes a hand over his work desk, sending his supplies scattering. Then, in an impressive feat of strength, he lifts you around the waist with the other hand, placing you on his table. You yelp.
His lips are on yours in a bruising kiss. It almost feels like he’s snarling through the kiss, his teeth bared. His large hand roughly squeezes your breast through your shirt and you moan.
“Fuck,” he grunts. “Keep making those sounds.”
His other hand splays your legs apart, near ripping your skirt off with his brute strength. You slide it off you, and his hand digs crudely between your thighs. He raises a brow at your choice of underwear, a scrappy thong that he could snap in two with one tug, before surging forward. He presses down hard on your clit with his thumb, and you mewl.
“K-Kenpachi, please… more.”
You unbutton your shirt. Kenpachi watches you strip with an inscrutable expression. When the fabric falls, and he gets the whole view of you in your skimpy bra, his hands come forward. Clamping around your hips, he drags you forwards as if you’re nothing but a rag doll.
He thumbs the thin, scrappy material covering your breasts. Your cheeks flush when he flicks a nipple through your bra.
“You dress like this all the time?” he finally asks.
“Ah. No, I just thought…”
His eyes flash.
“You knew we’d fuck tonight, huh.”
The crass, plain way he says it has you flustered. Closer now, you tug at the hem of his shirt. He yanks it over his head, before tugging off his pants. The image of his boxers, seeming to barely contain the sizable members inside them, has you clenching your thighs. He looks just as big as you felt against you earlier.
He surges forward, his hands yanking down the cups of your bra down as he pushes your breasts together, seeming to enjoy the sight of them. His other hand circles your damp pussy through the thin fabric, before yanking it down as well. Impatient, as if he can’t wait to feel you. Suddenly he slips a long finger inside you, and you gasp.
“Shit. You’re so…”
He grunts. “You can take it.” And sure enough, the burn of him is eased by some of your own arousal. But it still stings.
Slipping his finger in and out of you, Kenpachi builds up to a rhythm. He slips in another finger with little warning, thrusting all the way to the knuckle. You yelp, unprepared for the intrusion. He swirls his fingers around, looking bemused when your walls grip his fingers as he slides out with a pop.
“Damn. You are tight.”
His comment, said in the most casual tone, flusters you. You reach between you for his boxers, feeling him more substantially now.
Oh. Oh god. Your eyes widen as you feel just how thick he is. Hesitantly, you pull him out of his boxers, your trepidation increasing. Holy fuck. Is it possible for someone’s cock to be this big? It’s long and girthy, nearly the size of your forearm.
He’s watching you carefully.
“We go just as far as you want.”
You stare up at him, biting down on your lip. Do you want it? Your hand strokes him from base to tip once, and it throbs in your hand. Your fingers can barely even wrap around it. You squeeze lightly, and Kenpachi makes a guttural sound in the back of his throat, thrusting forward into your hand.
Yes. You do want it.
You wonder idly how many partners he’s scared off with this thick cock of his. It makes you all the more eager to keep him to yourself, just for you to enjoy.
Jerking him off with one hand, your other hand comes up, grasping him by the back of his neck. You bring him down for a kiss. It’s oddly intimate, him fingering you, you stroking him on his work desk. Kenpachi snarls into the kiss when your thumb works over the tip of him, spreading his precum around. His fingers jab into you, and you jolt, moaning against him.
Breaking the kiss, you decide that if you’re going to try and take his downright monstrous cock, you definitely need more prep. Your hand leaves his neck, coming down to play with your clit. That, combined with his fingers inside you, has you shaking around him. He’s watching you intently, his hand a near vice grip around your breast. You moan in slight pain, and he lessens his hold.
Then his hand is digging into your waist. It seems the faster you stroke his cock, the harder he grips onto you. The thought that Kenpachi is going to leave his marks all over you has you working your clit faster, swirling harder.
Kenpachi’s third finger circles your entrance, his eyes locking with yours. He surges all three fingers into you with little remorse, and you have to bite down on your lip to hold back your yell. But when he starts relentlessly pumping his thick fingers into you? You can’t hold back.
“K-Kenpachi!”
He grunts, seeming pleased by your reaction. He fucks his fingers into you as if it’s a preview to how he’s about to fuck his cock into you–an all-out onslaught, merciless. Kenpachi shows little remorse in the way his fingers burrow into you, pressing deeper and deeper until you can almost feel him in your gut.
Kenpachi’s fingers leave you, and you nearly cry at the feeling of emptiness. But then the thick, fat head of his cock is at your entrance, and your breath catches. He catches your gaze again, holding it as he sinks the tip of his cock into you. The stretch is intense. Even his large fingers are nothing compared to the real thing. You don’t think you’ve ever felt this full, and he’s barely gotten started. Your thighs tremble around his waist as he hunches forward. He exhales roughly, seeming near overwhelmed by the pleasure of being mere inches inside you.
“Shit,” he curses. “Who said you could be this tight. Fuck.”
Kenpachi’s rutting against you, working his cock inside you slowly. A glance down has you tightening around him, and he grunts, grasping your hips tighter. He’s only a third of the way in, yet he’s already stretching you to your absolute limit. You marvel at the fact that you can even take such a monstrous cock as his, even as your walls clamp down insistently around him.
“Feels great,” he grunts, dragging his cock out of you, before surging forward again. “Feels fucking amazing.”
Kenpachi’s hips pick up the pace. Each thrust has him inching further in, until you’ve taken in half of his cock. His hands dig into your hips hard enough to leave bruises as he fucks into you, his hips moving like pistons. You’re mewling, your hands gripping his forearms, searching for some kind of purchase in his relentless onslaught.
He’s snarling with every thrust into you like a man possessed. His gaze seems fixated on the way your pussy swallows him whole, clinging desperately to his length. The sounds of your coupling seem to amuse him greatly, a wicked grin stretching his face at the loudening squelch accompanying each of his thrusts.
“You gettin’ off to this? You like being fucked like a whore?”
You moan, shaking your head. Your nails dig into his arms, but Kenpachi shakes one of your hands away. With his now free hand, he grabs a handful of one of your breasts, squeezing and kneading.
“I think you do. Think you like it rough. You tightened up on me just now.” He grunts, his hips near bruising in the way they slam into you.
You cry out his name. Kenpachi’s eyes narrow, his thrusts increasing in ferocity. The slap of your hips is surely loud enough to be heard across the street. Releasing your breast, his hand coming up to grip your chin. He presses a finger down on your lips.
“Suck.”
You do, slipping his finger into your mouth before lolling your tongue around it. Then he brings his hand down to your nub, his thumb crudely rubbing your clit. He doesn’t go for technique as much as sheer force, but it, combined with his cock pounding into you, has you trembling around him in no time.
“K-Kenpachi!” Your toes curl, your legs tensing around his midsection as waves upon waves of pleasure crash around you. For several beats, you’re in sheer bliss, muscles clenched, that is, until Kenpachi’s heavy panting and cursing brings you back down.
He’s gripping your thigh, using it as leverage to fuck into you. You’ve taken almost all of his cock by this sound. Sweat trails down his forehead, his teeth gnashing together.
“Where do you want it?” he grunts out.
“I—on my—“
You gesture at your body helplessly. Kenpachi drags his cock out of you, making a hoarse sound in the back of his throat at the loud squelch from your combined fluids. His hand flies over his cock, his hips tensed. With a guttural groan of your name, thick jets of his spend splatter onto your stomach and chest, some even landing as far as your chin.  He’s panting heavily, his fist still working over his cock as he milks himself of every last drop of his seed before he slumps forward.
“Fuck,” he curses, catching himself on the table before he falls onto you. He’s still breathing hard, his gaze darting to the cum pooling onto your skin. With a grunt, he grabs the nearest rag to wipe you off, thankfully a clean one. Then he wipes himself. You press a lazy kiss against his shoulder, expressing your gratitude. Then he hoists you up into his arms, before dumping you onto the couch.
He does slump over you this time, and your face ends up smushed up against his armpit. You smack him lightly, before he adjusts your positions, his body laying over yours more comfortably.
“Sleep,” he grumbles out.
Again, a demand. Not a request. But you’ll let it slide this time, you think. Your eyelids drooping, you drift off to sleep in the safety of his arms.
The next day, Yumichika and Ikkaku make it to the shop. They open the garage door, only to be greeted by quite a sight.
Yumichika whistles appreciatively. “Well, would you look at that~”
Their boss and you traipsed across the couch in his office, naked as the day you were born. A thin blanket covers both your bodies, a precarious method of preserving your modesty. Kenpachi’s snores serve as the sole proof that you two are alive, his arm wrapped around your body possessively.
Grinning, Yumichika placing his hand out. Ikkaku sighs, fishing around in his pockets before forking over 2000¥.
“Told you they would,” he says, counting the money with glee.
“How was I supposed to know?” Ikkaku threw his hands up, smacking them against his head. “You think the boss has game? I didn’t think he’d get to fuck on the first date.”
Yumichika rolls his eyes, pocketing his cash. Glancing over at your bodies, he resists the urge to take a picture of you two. God, he loved a juicy story.
“Mission success. Getting the boss back together with his high school sweetheart. The only woman he loved.”

Don’t underestimate me, I can make anything with my creativity, Hehehehe. Those mice won’t know what’s coming.
how long do you plan on staying then? if you’re worried about being followed, don’t be. Moon and I think sun are the only ones who know about this bunker. Unless your hiding from Montgomery 😅
And……sorry about the sudden nickname. “Bright eyes” is what I call my and any sun I meet when I trust them enough. It slipped out. I think he’d like the nickname though.
"No idea how long, but I'm here until I either get found by a certain someone—not worried about anyone from this dimension, by the way—or..." Eclipse looked at Sun again. With a sigh, he decided to pause his patch work to plug Sun into the computer. "Might as well run some diagnostics. Don't need internet for it, thankfully, so I can get something for Moon to start with." Once the computer started up, he ran one of Moon's specialized "deep dive" programs. Its interface showed vital signs that sparked some emotion in Eclipse that he couldn't name. They weren't ideal vital signs, but there was something.
He mulled over the nickname again. "You don't have to apologize; it's not a bad thing. I think Sun would have been flattered."
Eclipse spied a mouse near the head of the bed (as if it somehow received the challenge) and watched it warily. "Here's your chance to prove yourself."

Warnings: kidnapping, forced marriage, dub-con, attempted non-con, abuse, Stockholm syndrome, age gap (15 years- K&C are 19 Sinclairs are freshly 34) Don’t like it don’t read it,
THIS CHAPTER HAS VERY DARK SCENES! This chapter contains abuse and twisted emotions. This is a work of fiction.
The music was loud in the garage, echoing off the glass, Bo didn’t notice the car pull up. It wasn’t until he went to check on Caroline that he noticed visitors, Caroline’s eyes nervously flickered to him and he could see her let out the breath she had been holding.
“See there he is. My husband can help you.” She moved around the couple standing in the lobby to be close to Bo, feeling safe in his arms. He smiled, he loved when she called him husband, and kissed her temple before whispering in her ear.
“Find Vinny tell him people are here. Then stay home.”
She turned and kissed him lightly before going into what most thought would be an office but actually led to the catacombs under Ambrose.
“Now what seems to be the problem?” Bo put on his charm, extending his hand, and watched the couple relax.
The man, a slim man with shaggy hair that needed a good wash, shook his hand, “I think something’s wrong with the spark plugs. They act up from time to time but I just got new ones before this trip. Maybe it’s the cold.”
“I’ll see what I can do, y’all can have a seat in the lobby.”
While Bo charmed the visitors Caroline couldn’t find Vincent or Katie. She checked the house, she checked the studio, and all the buildings in town. She was left to search the museum. Finally finding them in the office organizing things for Katie to start working on their new clothes.
“Vincent, Bo said to tell you that there’re people in his shop.”
Vincent’s snapped up from where he was peeling wax off a work table. He looked to Katie and nodded towards the house.
“Go home. I know.” Katie stood up and walked towards Caroline. “I love you darlin’,” she smiled at him and made the sign for I love you, which he returned.
The girls made their way back up to the house but saw movement in the woods.
“What was that?” Caroline asked pausing in the road, the couple wouldn’t be here. This was too far from the shop. Before Katie could reply they saw movement again and a man walked out of the woods.
“Oh thank goodness. I’ve been walking for hours. Can I use your phone? My car broke down and I’ve been looking for civilization.”
The girls exchanged looks and signed to each other-
C- We can’t let him in the house.
K- The boys are busy though. They told us to go home. And I haven’t seen Lester in town.
C- We have to do something.
K- Catch 22, either option is bad. I guess we can walk him close to the shop, point him in the direction and hightail it through one of the other shops to the tunnels.
C- Or we could do the other thing.
K- I love the way you think twin. Let’s hope they don’t get to upset with us.
Caroline nodded and turned to the man.
“Yes but we don’t have one at the house. Husband doesn’t trust them. But he’s the town mechanic and one is in his shop. We can take ya there.” Katie had to control herself not to laugh at how thick Caroline laid on her southern accent.
“Thank you ma’am. Lead the way.” The man smiled and followed the girls down to the shop. They were rounding the corner to the shop when screaming started, the woman ran out of the shopping straight to them.
“He’s crazy, he killed Josh. He killed my boyfriend. We have to run.” She grabbed Katie’s hand and started running but Katie dug her heels in the ground making the woman fall over. “What are you doing? We have to run that guy is crazy, he has a knife.” Katie looked to Caroline and to the man.
“I know, we’ve been stuck here hostage for months. But we got them to trust us and have an escape plan. We just needed someone stronger than us to move some things.” She looked to the man who has gone wide eyed but nodded. “Follow me.”
She took them to the pet shop and quickly down the stairs. They stopped at a large door, “It can open but it’s heavy. We all have to push it.” The group agreed and pushed getting the door open. They ran through the tunnels and got to a stopping point that Katie knew was towards the edge of town and the opposite side from her and Vincent’s studio.
“I’ve never seen them come here. They know the tunnels but I’ve never seen them go past the pet shop. We’ve been hiding down here to plan the escape for a while. Here, drink this. Sorry it’s not water, we rarely get that we are luckily to get anything at all.” Caroline handed the man, who gave the name Phillip, an apple juice. Katie did the same for the woman, Sandra.
“Thank you.” They both said taking long drinks. Each drained the bottle but Phillip started smacking, like when you taste a straight lemon. “I ugh think this might have expired or something.” His voice slurred at the end and his eyes went heavy. Sandra was in the same state. Then at the same time both fell to the floor. They weren’t dead, just unconscious. The boys could finish them off.
“Do you think the boys are gonna be mad we didn’t tell them we figured it out?” Caroline asked while Katie started moving the bodies. It wasn’t easy dragging the dead weight but they were making it work.
“Maybe. I don’t know honestly. I’m a little mad they didn’t tell us and we had to figure it out ourselves.”
-A month prior Katie had realized she left her jacket in the museum office. Vincent was going to take her hiking to a clearing to stargaze and she knew she’d get cold in the night air. While Vincent made them a small basket of snacks she ran back to the museum.
When she opened the door, she heard an animal sheik and watched a raccoon run through. It knocked over a figure on its way out a cracked window. Katie went to check on it so she could tell Vincent how much needed to be fixed. When she got closer she was shocked. Bone was sticking out of the figure where the arm had hit the ground. She inspected other figures and realized the newer ones, Vincent’s, were all very realistic. She didn’t say anything to Vincent about seeing the figure. She just told him she heard a crash but in the dark was a little scared to go investigate without him. When he found the figure he was happy with the thought Katie hadn’t seen it.
The next day while the boys worked and the girls made lunch Katie told Caroline what she found. She wasn’t all that shocked, “I told you- a house full of dead people.”-
They tried to figure out ways to tell the boys they had figured out their game but decided to wait it out see how long it took them to come clean with the truth. Though after the escape attempt the day after their birthday Bo and Vincent had been a bit more tight lipped. But now the girls had a moment to show not only they knew the Sinclair secret but they were happy to be involved. Prove to the boys that they could be good wives and keep the town running with them.
They were at the bottom of the stairs trying to figure out how to drag the bodies upstairs when Phillip started to open his eyes. Sandra close behind him. Katie and Caroline shared a look and slipped into one of the small underground rooms near the stairs.
“Are you okay?” They heard Phillip ask Sandra who’s muffled response sounded like a “yeah yeah”. “Where are those girls? They must be part of whatever that guy has planned.”
“They must be. The long haired one and him are married. She was in the shop when Josh and I got here. He sent her away right before he killed Josh. I thought maybe she didn’t know what he was doing but now I think she must be involved.” Sandra explained and the girls could see from the crack in the door that she was standing.
Caroline felt Katie press a knife handle into her hand and she slowly opened the door with a Cheshire Cat smile on her face, “Oh he thinks I don’t know. But a man can never truly hide things from his wife. He’s sorta awful at it actually.”
Phillip and Sandra turned around and saw the girls with their knives. It was like time stood still for a moment before the visitors made a dash up the stairs with the girls close on their heels.

Update on computer status:
I ordered a new board from a seller in CA. It arrived damaged in ship. I sent it back. They sent me a replacement.
The replacement arrived today. It appeared umdamaged.
I installed it without major incident.
Won't turn on, but I hear what sounds like a pop inside the computer. Always a good sign.
Realize there's no power going to the ac adapter.
Unplug it, plug it back in. It's working fine. Plugging into my original board with the bad gpu does nothing.
Plugging it into the new board causes a spark on the power jack and for the ac adapter to switch completely off.
*the motherfucking power jack on the new board is fucking defective.*

Personal: No Rest for the Exhausted
The car ended up being $450.00.  When they lifted the assembly out, they discovered the spark plugs were close to the end, so they just charged parts to replace them.  I vaguely remember this being what happened more than a decade ago, last time they redid this part of the car, so was rather expecting it.
I have raised 100ish towards the bills I didn't pay in order to fix the car.  I'll need to sort out the exact size of the hole once everything settled..
My chronic illness stuff remains stunningly bad.  I was going to explain what's going on, but frankly, it exhausts me.  We are at the trapped on the kitchen floor weeping because I couldn't find the safe for me spaghetti pot and then discovered I couldn't get up level Wednesday.  Thursday was supposed to be full rest after I got the car back in the morning, but Ha!  No!  People kept calling me, and then it turned out I'd forgotten to sign my check so I had to go back to the mechanic before the 5 O'clock close.
(One of the things I love about Honest Mechanic is their super strict business hours.  They are opened 8-5 weekdays.  Everyone gets a full hour of lunch and is paid what they deserve for their skilled labor.  Everyone is treated decently and they are never asked to work even a minute early or late.  No bothering people when they are off the clock.  Work/life balance encouraged.  I will weep when the owner retires, though it will likely be okay with his son in his footsteps.  I noticed tonight his son is about the age the father was when I first went there, and looks so like him they could almost be clones.  I love when businesses are ethical in every respect).
As I'd already spent the gas to go downtown, I forced myself to do pharmacy and library, since medicare transport only does to and from doctor's appointments, so no errands happened Wednesday.  I am already weepy tired, and in pain.  We have one week of special girl cat food left, and I have concerns.  I think there may be enough gas to last the month.  We'll see.

Signs Your Audi Needs Alternator Service: Expert Tips for Optimal Performance
Tumblr media
Have you ever thought of the auto part that brings electricity to your Audi and how? Audi is famous for its flawless running skills, optimal designs, and extraordinary flexibility while moving. But without electricity, your luxury car Audi cannot entertain and meet the above features. The alternator converts the mechanical energy of the engine to electrical energy, constantly charges the battery, and energizes the other electrical components like the radio, stereo, power windows, infotainment, spark plugs, etc of your car while driving.
Despite its ideal performance, at the end of the day, the alternator is an auto part that may get damaged over time but with proper care and precautions, it may last long and work efficiently. This article will guide you about the red flags and prevention for the alternator.
Clues your Audi’s alternator is failing
Dysfunctional battery
If the battery is unable to store the electric charge, creating issues in the ignition of your Audi even after frequent jump-starting, then it may be due to a faulty alternator. A worn-out alternator prohibits the conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy, stopping the adequate flow of energy to the battery and other electrical auto parts of your car.
Burning odor
The emission of the burning rubber-like odor indicates the alternator is coming across excess heat or the belt that drives is slippery. You have to sort this issue out as soon as possible to avoid costly repairs in the future.
Dim headlights
With a bad alternator, the headlights and the other in-car lights may dim or flicker due to inadequate energy flow from the alternator to the lights through electrical wires. Due to less amount of electrical charge, these lights partially illuminate or flicker.
Faulty electrical components
If you notice a sudden downfall of the electrical auto parts like the radio, stereo, power window, or infotainment not working properly then it’s only the alternator that is malfunctioning.
Illumination of the battery warning light
The battery warning light appears on the dashboard if the battery is not functioning properly or if the engine is not getting proper power to run. This ultimately indicates a faulty alternator, as the alternator is the only auto part responsible for battery charging.
Delayed engine functions
If the spark plugs are not getting enough electrical charge from the alternator, the engine cannot proceed with the fuel combustion process, and will ultimately cause delayed engine performance.
Unusual sounds
If a grinding or whining sound comes from the engine, it is due to the poor alternator, which does not provide enough energy to the battery to run the engine.
Advanced strategies for enhanced performance of your Audi alternator
Do a routine checkup for your alternator while servicing other parts of your car. Usually, mechanic's checkups are more efficient than checking up by yourself.
Inspect the battery’s health regularly to avoid early failure of the alternator. A good battery always helps the alternator to work efficiently.
Clean the alternator, battery terminals, and other electrical connections periodically. Keeping the connection clean is a plus point for the alternator’s effective working.
Avoid slippery alternator belts, as this leads to less conversion of the electrical power by the alternator. Make the alternator belt properly fixed with the required tension force.
Don’t use all electrical components are the same time. This may create a huge load on the electric wires and would ultimately damage the alternator from which the charge is supplied.
Listen to the strange sounds keenly. A grinding sound may indicate the damaged bearing of the alternator whereas the squealing sound points out to the slippery alternator belt.
A healthy alternator releases electricity of a voltage range between 13.5 and 14.5 volts while driving the car. Always check the amount of voltage using a multi-meter and if the upper or lower limit is exceeded, consult with the mechanic for further assistance.
It is not convenient to repair or replace the faulty alternator at home. So, it is always recommended to visit the nearest Audi workshop and ask a skilled technician to first diagnose the issue and then go for repairing or replace the alternator.
If the mechanic is replacing the alternator, ask him to use a new top-quality alternator of your specific Audi model and place the new alternator by cleaning the base area.
Winding up
Hopefully, you have acquired great knowledge regarding your Audi’s alternator failing and servicing tips. Use these up-keeping guidelines to keep your alternator cool and produce an ample amount of electricity to ensure the overall working of your Audi.

What are symptoms of bad ignition coil?
A bad ignition coil can lead to several symptoms, which may vary depending on the severity of the issue and the specific vehicle. Here are some common symptoms of a failing ignition coil:
Engine Misfires: One of the most common signs of a bad ignition coil is engine misfires. Misfires occur when the spark plugs fail to ignite the air-fuel mixture in one or more cylinders. You may notice jerking or hesitation while accelerating, rough idling, or a lack of power.
Difficulty Starting: A faulty ignition coil can make it difficult for the engine to start, especially when the vehicle is cold. You may experience extended cranking times before the engine finally starts, or the engine may fail to start altogether.
Rough Idling: A rough or unstable idle can be another indication of a bad ignition coil. The engine may idle erratically, fluctuating between high and low RPMs, or it may feel like it's about to stall.
Decreased Fuel Efficiency: When an ignition coil is failing, it can cause incomplete combustion in the cylinders, leading to decreased fuel efficiency. You may notice a drop in miles per gallon (MPG) or have to refuel more frequently than usual.
Check Engine Light: A malfunctioning ignition coil can trigger the vehicle's onboard diagnostic system, causing the check engine light to illuminate on the dashboard. The diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) retrieved by a scan tool may indicate misfire codes related to specific cylinders.
Engine Stalling: In severe cases, a faulty ignition coil may cause the engine to stall while driving, especially during acceleration or under load. This can pose a safety hazard, particularly if it occurs at high speeds or in traffic.
Loss of Power: A failing ignition coil can lead to a noticeable loss of engine power, resulting in sluggish acceleration or difficulty maintaining speed, particularly when climbing hills or towing.
If you experience any of these symptoms, it's important to have your vehicle diagnosed and repaired by a qualified mechanic. Ignoring ignition coil issues can lead to further damage to the engine and other components, resulting in costly repairs down the line.

Why Emergency Electrical Services Are Important for Homeowners
Your home is a place where you find peace at its best. It provides comfort, security, and peace. Every homeowner makes his best effort to keep his territory in the best shape. Yet, life is unpredictable, and unforeseen emergencies can throw challenges our way. One of the major regions where these emergencies can happen is with the electrical system.
How? Well, in the midst of our daily lives, we rarely think about the complex web of electrical wiring that lights and powers homes. It’s only when the unexpected occurs, like a sudden power outage or an electric system malfunction at your London home, that we realize the importance of a reliable and quick solution.
When things go wrong with electricity, it can be a big problem and can disturb the peace of your safe haven. So, it’s important to know why having quick and trustworthy emergency electrician services in Islington, London, or anywhere you reside in these situations is very, very important.
Common Scenarios of Electrical Emergencies You Might Have
Lights Out
The first and most common electrical emergency. It’s basically when all the lights go out of nowhere. This unexpected situation is what is called a power outage. There are many factors that cause it, maybe bad weather or problems with your respective power company.
It may sound like a small problem that can get fixed normally, but can disturb your daily life and make everything more challenging. Getting the power back quickly helps things go back to normal. This shows how important it is to have fast and effective solutions in these situations.
Tripped Breakers
Tripped or circuit breakers are safety features of electrical systems. They play the main role in shutting all your plugged-in devices off, making the not-so-likable “poof” sound. But why? Well, it is designed to do so when there is an overload of power, short circuits, or something’s not quite right with your electrical system, protecting your home from potential hazards.
It might seem like an easy fix, like just turning it back on, but it’s smart to call in an electrician if this happens frequently. They’ll make sure everything’s safe and fix any bigger issues that might be hiding behind the scenes, keeping your home bright and safe.
Electrical Fires
When electrical systems, appliances, or faulty wiring overheat, it can trigger an electrical fire. These fires are alarming as they spread rapidly and are challenging to extinguish. Even a small spark can escalate into a substantial fire, potentially causing significant damage or endangering lives.
Addressing any signs of electrical problems promptly is crucial. What might appear minor can quickly escalate, compromising your safety. It’s essential to promptly contact a professional electrician to swiftly handle the issue and prevent a minor problem from turning into a major one.
Bad Wiring
Sometimes, the wires inside our walls don’t work as they should. They might get old, damaged, or carry too much electricity. These problems can cause fires or even make the power in your home stop working. The tricky part is that we can’t always see when the wires go bad.
It’s wise to have an expert check your electrical wiring regularly. They can detect and resolve any issues before they escalate. Regular checks on your wiring are crucial for maintaining home safety and preventing unexpected problems. This routine maintenance can be a lifesaver, so make sure to schedule regular domestic electrical maintenance for your Islington home.
Broken Appliances
Sometimes, our appliances don’t work as they should. When appliances like fridges, microwaves, or toasters don’t work properly, they can cause electrical problems. A wire inside could get too hot, or the appliance could use too much electricity. These problems might not just stop the appliance from working but can also cause electrical issues in your home.
It’s important to fix broken appliances fast to prevent accidents. A faulty appliance can lead to fires or cause problems with the power in your home.

Hello I learned that Pluto will be in Aquarius starting January 21st and there will be a shift, if you do not mind can you please explain what that will mean for Aquarius moon ppl?
good question and thank you for asking me, dear. i don't know, but i did a lil research. your question sparked my interest as i have an aquarius rising. seems pluto in the sign of the water bearer would have similar meaning for those who have the intelligent, airy aquarius in their top 3 (sun, moon & rising). pluto is the planet of power, destruction, death, rebirth and transformation, while aquarius rules technology, innovation, the internet, and the most important to me.. THE COLLECTIVE. pluto and aquarius are rebels and as pluto enters this aquarius, it will re-activate aquarian themes of humanitarianism, freedom, revolution, social activism, and technology.
for the next 20 years, pluto will expose the shadow sign of aquarius. it will teach us that living constantly plugged into a screen is bad for our health and sense of well-being. the more positive connotations to this transit and at its highest vibration, aquarius is the sign of social fairness that sees all humans as equal. over the next twenty years, we will see people rise in many countries, revolting against oppressive governments. pluto in aquarius will bring back revolution worldwide .. what a special time for humanity that is very much needed. 🖤 🙃
for aquarius with sun, moon, and/or rising, this once-in-a-lifetime transit will empower you to make sweeping changes to your identity and self-image .. that is, if you can resist the temptation to self-sabotage. pluto also governs our survival strategies, so that could be easier said than done. think of 2024 as a period of acclimation to this potent shift. if any hard feelings surface, channel them in your art or creative outlets, which will flourish once jupiter enters gemini.
are you ready to live through an astrological happening that no one alive has experienced before?
are you a soul rebel & spiritual warrior?
have you done your soul and shadow work?
are you ready to step into your personal power?
i don't know the reason why you asked me in particular, but i'm glad you did! lol .. thank you so much, again. i'm sure i'll be looking deeper into all this. hope you're having a lovely sunday 🙃 🙏🏽🖤
btw .. your aquarius moon is a lovely moon placement, dear 🤍
