I’m not just shifting for me.
I am shifting, so my mother can heal, physically and mentally, and finally live the life she dreams of and so rightfully deserves without health problems constantly repeating themselves.
I am shifting, so my brother can thrive in his passion of art and peruse a career without fear of anxiety nor his life limiting migraines.
I am shifting, so my grandparents can enjoy their own lives and go on holidays and make plans without worrying whether we’ll all be ok without them. If an emergency will happen and they’ll have to rush home. So they can actually enjoy retirement!
I am shifting, so my uncle can find the perfect job for him where he won’t be left out or ganged up on. A job where he can thrive without consequences.
I am shifting, so my aunt can raise her sons happily and lovely, without fear or judgement formed from the past. Leaving all trauma and finally, genuinely enjoying life.
I am shifting, not just for myself but for all the people in my life that have done so much good and also deserve to receive just as much good back.

Building a healthier relationship with shifting - My experience and advice
If any of this doesn’t resonate, just don’t take it lol.
How do you know you’re obsessing over shifting?
I think it’s when shifting starts to affect your daily life in a negative way.
In my case, shifting used to be the first thing I thought about when I woke up and the last thing I thought about when I went to bed. Throughout the day, I was almost always thinking about my DR or what I could try next to shift. I knew something had to change because shifting didn’t feel enjoyable, it felt like a habit.
Tips & things that worked for me
1. Reflect and be honest about when you tend to obsess over shifting the most
For me, it was when I felt the most anxious. I became honest with myself about my anxiety, which led to me opening up to family about mental health and getting more support from them/ getting outside help if needed. This really lessened my reliance on shifting as a coping mechanism.
2. Embrace your emotions - let yourself feel angry or sad
It sounds simple, but sometimes I make little video diaries talking about how I feel about my shifting journey. I avoid dwelling on it (ex: listening to a bunch of sad music or doom scrolling on shifting social media).
3. Stop looking at shifting as black and white
“I can only shift through the void state/ law of assumption techniques, using xyz method, etc”
Everyone has their theories on shifting, as do I, but at the end of the day, we can not say for sure any method will guarantee a shift. Personally, that kind of thinking led me to a lot of rumination, which was a hard hole to dig myself out of.
4. Reflect on the motivation behind your DRs
I asked myself why I wanted to shift to certain DRs - validation? Exploration? Relationships? After figuring this out, I stopped trying to shift to DRs I don’t actually want to *live* in.
I noticed I used to script DRs where I didn’t seem to grasp the reality of it, and saw it as more of an OC, fanfiction-type thing. Trying to shift to DRs I can ACTUALLY see myself living in helps keep me from excessively daydreaming, and keeps me grounded in the .. well, reality of reality shifting.
Remember, your mental health in this reality should always come first. No one can guarantee if you will wake up in your DR tomorrow, so the best thing we can do for ourselves is keep a healthy balance with shifting.
You can shift, and you can do it in a way that adds to your life, not subtracts from it.

It was very short but, still.
I, (as in Isabella Bennett) was in a zombie apocalypse testing experiment type of thing? (Scientist had locked us up and were testing zombies on us, so it was kind of a mix between the walking dead and the vampire diaries??) ,then a scientist released a zombie onto me and I was fighting it for dear life, but I still ended up getting bit. I remember the zombie biting into my neck and then I got pushed backwards very hard. Damon had done it to save me and take the zombie out. After that he fed me some of his blood and I woke up.

My Forgetful Memory
It’s been a while since I wrote anything on here, 24/08/2022, or thought about shifting in the way that first inspired me. In fact, it’d been so long that I had forgotten why I started shifting at all! 
I’m really excited to start thinking about shifting as a whole again, and I’m especially excited about how far I have come with my mindset! It’s something I have been working on a lot recently, and I feel positively about it! With this “return to my roots” I’m really hoping to be able to improve further! I’m sure I’ve written about it before, but I remember listening to this one shifting method, it was created by a man and he talked you through visualising your whole morning routine and I found it so helpful. I’ve never been able to find it again and it annoys me so much! I don’t even know what method that would be to find something similar.
I want to try focusing on my dr self instead of my dr environment when shifting, I’ve read some good things about it and I think this meditation would help great with that BUT I CAN’T FIND IT!!!! UGH

BITCHES!!! I JUST MANIFESTED!!
(And what is manifesting? Filtering your consciousness to the reality you want to live in, so I basically shifted!)
My Mum came in my room this morning really peed off because Grandad wouldn’t drop us off in town. Her mental health isn’t great at the minute and she just needed to get out the house but he wasn’t having it.
She told me how much she just needed this, to get out the house! We’re on holiday in three weeks and there was some things she wanted to buy ready. Instead of thinking of her moaning, I thought, she’s praying. She’s praying but in a state of lack so I will go and pray in a state of claiming.
My morning meditation, I envisioned us in town, Pandora to be exact. My Mum was standing by the counter with a paper pandora bag and I stood with my purse in my left hand (I could feel the material of the purse and the cold metal clasp.) and my credit card in my right hand (I could feel the bumps from the numbers on the card.) I was treating her to the ring she really wanted to buy. I could see the counter and the till, hear the music playing in the background.
As my meditation ended, my Nan arrived downstairs and told my Mum that Grandad had changed his mind and was willing to take us to town!! (YASSSSSSS)
I bought myself quite a few things, including some real converse shoes! (I am wealthy and divine! You better believe I can afford them!) I also bought a new crystal and candle to light when I’m reading tarot.
Mum bought some clothes, unfortunately she didn’t like any of the rings at pandora or any of the watches in town so I’m going to revise tonight that she found the perfect jewellery! Everything she ever wanted! Perhaps she’ll find something even better on holidays! ☺️
I just wanted to share my success story of the day, revision and meditation is some fast working shit! 😂🖤

Hey Shiftblr! 👋🏻
I’ve spent the past so many days listening to and reading work of Neville Goddard and I find the man fascinating! I’ve tried following many different spiritual people, Rhonda byrne, Kyle Cease, Ect. But Neville is the first one to actually make any sense to me! 😅
My current challenge is living as if. Living as the woman I want to be. The woman who makes that instragram that I shared a few posts back! I just don’t know how to.
I think my next step is to sit and think, “what would a day in her life look like?” “What’s her interest?” And work with what I discover. I understand my thoughts are what direct me to the destination ( Hello double slit theory! 😉) but I panic that my actions of simply sitting on my laptop all day aren’t helping me or my thoughts.
What do you guys do to “act as if”?
Appreciate all help and advice!

I’ve been contemplating making a better CR and thinking of the pros and cons.
Has anyone ever made their S/O based of a celebrity here? Like you’re dating a doppelgänger or something? I’m just trying to work my head around the idea of a “perfect” reality.
