her dad doesnt believe in money for mixed breeds???? how can u be so cruel to say u see an animal has less value bc of their appearance/blood. thats a living thing wtf. im sorry to u and sheldon.
yeah its. upsetting. i was raised in a city that had (and still has) a very high number of dogs/cats in shelters and as such was raised with the mentality that buying a purebred dog just because its purebred is dumb. which like. isnt inherently true people can do whatever they want with their money but i fell in love w sheldon and she did too and im really sad that it took one single phone call to back track months of work to get him :(
#her family lives in the country and has acquired all their dogs for free because they were just dumped on the side of the road#all my dogs have been shelter mutts#i dont think i could ever buy a puppy it just feels wrong when ive seen the sheer number of dogs in shelters here#everyone here seems to have this mindset that all shelter dogs are untrainable mental wrecks and i dont get it#thats like saying all breeder dogs are perfectly behaved#neither is true both take hard work to train and take care of#its this mentality that keeps putting purebred dogs in shelters because people dont think you have to work with breeder dogs#you just pick the prettiest one and it comes to you perfect#no!!!! all dogs take work!!!!!#sorry ive just had so many bad experiences with these types of people before it makes me md#mad*#im sure sheldon will find a nice home but i wanted to meet him at least#asks#mutuals tag

Hello dear, i dont know if your tired of young sheldon requests but if you are im so sorry, i promise that for future requests it will be another fandom. But i was just thinking about georgie with a female reader where she is very protective over missy and makes sure she is not forgotten or less than sheldon, which george finds very cute.
Thank you so much

“Y/N, do you think I can join the baseball team?” Missy asked with an insecure look on her face. She’s been meaning to join the baseball team for some time and was about to talk to her father about this, but then she decided to consult Y/N first.
Y/N stopped putting nail polish on the younger girl’s feet to look at her. Missy, although she may always seem fierce, doesn’t change the fact that she’s still a little girl who sometimes doesn't get that much attention from her parents. The attention most of the time is to scold her.
Don’t get Y/N wrong; Mary and George are great parents, but a lot of the time, they don’t have much trust in Missy and Georgie, and for good reasons too since most of the time, the two of them have been troublemakers. However, that doesn't change the fact that they feel inferior to Sheldon due to how their parents treat him. It has always been Sheldon who gets most of the attention.
“I think if that coach won’t let you in the team, I’ll go there myself and give him a piece of my mind.” Y/N finished polishing Missy’s nails, looking proud as ever seeing the girl’s beaming smile. “You are great with the sport, and if he can’t see that, then that old guy must be having some sight problems.”
Missy teared up at her words. She has always treated Y/N like a sister, even before Georgie and she started dating. Y/N always had Missy’s back, when Mary praised Sheldon or when George made comments about Georgie and Missy being less than Sheldon.
Missy doesn’t have a team. Not until Y/N came.
“You always are so kind to me.” Missy sniffled, causing Y/N to coo at her, bringing the crying girl into her arms. “Thank you for being here with me when I need you. You’re my team.”
Y/N pulled away from the hug to wipe the girl’s tears away, giving her a warm smile. She then stood up and grabbed a baseball bat before throwing the ball softly at Missy’s bed. “How about you and I play some ball before you go to your tryouts?”
The two girls didn’t notice that Georgie was at the doorway, leaning, "Well, aren’t you two sweet?”
Missy and Y/N turned at Georgie, the former standing up from her bed and grabbing the ball before running outside her room shouting, “Come on, Y/N!”
Y/N laughed at the girl’s enthusiasm, then turned to her boyfriend, who was smiling at her, and asked, “What is it?”
Georgie shook his head, standing up straight and walking toward the girl, who had a baseball bat on her shoulder and a hand on her waist. Georgie, at this point, decided that he was deeply in love with her. “Nothing.” He put his hands on her waist. “I just love how you’re always there for my sister; you have always protected her, and I love you for it.”
The boy kissed his girl’s cheek, noticing the slight pink hue appearing on her skin as he smirked playfully. He still has that effect on her.
“Well, what can I say? I’m the big sister she never had. I am what you call a sister by heart.” Y/N proudly, albeit teasingly, put a hand over her chest where her heart is, closing her eyes with a smile on her face. Georgie rolled his eyes, despite the chuckle that left his lips.
"Yes, you are, darling. Yes, you are.”

Jack Hughes devoured Canucks playoffs, surprised Quinn before Game 7
Luke Fox
His shoulder recently repaired by season-ending surgery and his arm in a sling, Jack Hughes plopped himself on the couch this past April and binge-watched the Stanley Cup playoffs.
The New Jersey Devils star would fire up two TVs at once so he could catch the end of the Eastern Conference tilts and not miss a second of older brother Quinn's shifts in Vancouver.
"I was mostly watching Canucks," Jack told Elliotte Friedman and Kyle Bukauskas Tuesday during a recording of their 32 Thoughts podcast.
"The playoffs are the best. That's why you want to get back to 'em. When you're on the couch watching, you feel like a loser. You want to be in the mix."
But after Quinn's Canucks knocked off the Nashville Predators in a low-scoring first round — "just lock-it-down playoff hockey," Jack enthuses — simply watching in 4K wasn't enough.
Jack never forgot Quinn's effort to fly to New York attend Jacks' playoff games against the Rangers in the 2023 post-season and wanted to return the favour. Show his support.
So, Jack and his fragile shoulder made plans to jet to YVR for games 1 and 2 of the Edmonton series and cheer on the Canucks in-person, a la Brady Tkachuk representing big bro Matthew.
Alas, there was a snag.
"Bro, I can't find my passport," Jack told Quinn over the phone, prior to Round 2.
A disappointed Quinn didn't want to make his brother feel guilty for forgetting his passport in New Jersey while he rehabbed in Michigan.
Plus, he had their mom in town to cheer him on.
Following the morning skate of Game 7 of the Canucks-Oilers series, Ellen Weinberg-Hughes asked Quinn to bring home some extra pasta for lunch.
Quinn found that strange. Mom had never requested pasta in the five years he'd been a Canuck.
When Quinn returned home with lunch and prepared for the most important game-day nap of his career, Ellen told him she had to go downstairs and fetch a coffee order.
She returned with Jack, who'd arranged to have his passport shipped in time for him to fly out for Game 7.
"I was shocked. I couldn't believe it. Obviously, the pasta was for him," Quinn chuckled. "I didn't want to go for my nap. I just wanted to stay up and shoot it."
Of course, the Canucks lost a 3-2 heartbreaker to the eventual Western Conference champions. But Quinn was grateful to have his brother there for him postgame.
Jack assures his shoulder is now fully recovered (enough to beat Quinn heads-up in the family golf contest), and both brothers expressed their hunger to return to the playoffs.
At the same time, for the first time.
Jack admits that his Devils took a "step back" from '23. Defensively, they were looser. Gave up too many chances.
"We weren't a hard team to play against," said Jack, encouraged by the Devils' off-season injection of talent and the arrival of coach Sheldon Keefe.
"You know, you get a taste of the playoffs, you win a series, and you think you're going to be in the playoffs every year. It doesn't work like that. It's hard to get back to the playoffs."
Heck, sometimes it's hard just to attend the playoffs.

A Damsel In Distress
Georgie Cooper x Fem! Reader Taglist | Request | Wattpad Main Masterlist | Other Actors/Characters Masterlist Requested Anonymously: "Hi, i was wondering if you could do Georgie cooper x reader who has an abusive father or smt and he helps her, tries to get her to move in with him to his family house and after his begging for weeks she finally agrees? Thank you if you do." Summary: When Georgie finds you on his porch bleeding and bruised, he finds the need to avenge you. Warnings: Abuse, Slut Shaming, Angst, Protective! Georgie, Not Proofread Words: 2.4K
Georgie Cooper may not be the smartest man alive, but when it came to the people he loved, he was protective of them. So when you showed up at the Cooper residence all beaten up, you were nervous.
About a year ago, your dad lost his job and ended up spending his days and nights drinking his life away. Since then, he'd found a new job, but the drinking never stopped.
As time went by, drinking led to harmless fits of rage to you and your mother hiding away in a room until your father fell asleep. Trying your best to get away from your father, you joined after-school clubs and helped tutor kids.
That's how you met Georgie.
Georgie was failing almost half of his classes, and if he wanted to stay on the football team, he had to get his F's to at least a C. So, he asked around, and everyone he talked to said that besides Sheldon, you were the one to go to. And he did.
Surprisingly enough, you and Georgie got along. The two of you worked hard, and as his grades got to where he needed them, you still kept in touch. You would have lunch with him and his friends, and sometimes join him at the movies. You two even became each other's wingman, with him giving you advice on boys and you vice versa.
All was good until the day you allowed Georgie to walk you home. Being the gentleman he was, Georgie walked you home every day, but the home he was walking you to was actually a few blocks down from your own. You told him that was your house because you didn't want to risk your father finding out that you were friends with a guy.
But today was different. You and Georgie had just left the movies and you both couldn't stop talking about it on your journey home.
"Did you see that alien?" Georgie laughed.
"Yes, oh my goodness. When it first came onto the screen I was so scared," You said, with a soft laugh.
Georgie looked over at you. Still holding the theater popcorn, he popped a handful into his mouth and began making weird creature sounds, which startled you a bit. You jumped and released a scream.
Georgie laughed harder than before and shook his head. "It's so easy," he said, talking about how easy it was to scare you. You teasingly punched him with a long grin before grabbing some popcorn.
Unknowingly, you and Georgie had passed up the house you had told him was your house and were quickly making your way to your actual home.
When you arrived at your house, your smile was gone as you quickly realized your mistake.
"Oh, dang it!" Georgie said, flinging his arms in the air in disappointment. "We passed your house."
You worriedly looked at the door to your house, ignoring the boy next to you. "You should go," you told Georgie as you noticed the living room curtains abruptly shut.
"What?" Georgie asked, confused.
Georgie looked over at you to see that the playful smile that you once wore was replaced with a sunken frown and a look of fear in your eyes. He followed your line of sight to see your home.
"Y/N, this isn't your home. I'm not leaving you to walk the streets alone at night."
Your lip quivered as you continued to stare at the window. "Georgie, go home," you muttered, but Georgie just shook his head.
"Y/N, what's going on. This-"
"This is my home, Georgie! Now please... leave."
Your fear overwhelmed you as you watched a dark figure walk past the window. Georgie looked back at you confused. He knew you wouldn't move until he left, so even though he didn't want to, he did as he was told and left.
He turned and left, only looking back when he got to the end of the street. He looked back and watched as you entered the dark house. An uneasy feeling washed over Georgie, but he continued home, waiting till tomorrow to ask his questions.
———
Georgie had only been home an hour when he heard the doorbell. He ignored the door and continued reading his magazine. He questioned who would be coming over at 10 o'clock at night. His door was cracked open as he heard his mother answer the door.
"Y/N?" he heard his mother ask, slightly worried, making his head poke up from behind his magazine. Georgie slowly stood from his bed as he wondered why you would be here after he left you at what was actually your home.
Georgie walked into the living room and froze.
You stood at the door with messed up hair, a black eye, and ripped-up clothes. Your eyes met his, and suddenly, he understood why you were so scared, earlier.
"Y/N?" Georgie called out your name as he walked over to you. You were shaking, which Mary had quickly noticed.
"Here... let's get you out of the cold and inside." Mary softly grabbed your arm and moved you into their home before closing the door. She led you to the couch and Georgie followed close behind you.
"George!" Mary called out for her husband.
A few seconds later a slightly annoyed George Cooper exited his room. "What," he said, a bit aggressively, causing Y/N to flinch.
"Oh dear," Mary said after seeing Y/N's reaction. "George, grab the first aid kit. I'm gonna put some soup on."
"Why?" George said, confused, stepping into the living room. His eyes shifted from his wife to the figure on the couch. He moved closer to get a better look at who was on the couch. When he saw it was Y/N, George was in shock. "Y/N? What happened?"
"I would like to know that as well," Georgie said, standing behind his parents with his arms crossed. He kept his gaze strictly on Y/N. Georgie was angry. Not at Y/N, but at whoever did this.
"Yes, I would like to know that as well, but can we at least stitch her up first," Mary said before leaving for the kitchen.
"Oh, right," George agreed, leaving to grab the first aid.
With his parents gone, Georgie took the opportunity to talk to you alone. He slowly stepped forward, joining you on the couch. Georgie opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out. Instead, you laid your head on his shoulder as you silently cried.
"Who did this to you?" Georgie asked in a soft tone.
On the outside, Georgie was prepared to do whatever to help you feel better, but on the inside, Georgie was angry. He wanted to kill whoever did this to you. You were everything to Georgie. If he could, he'd give you the world.
You closed your eyes and sniffled before answering the boy. "My dad," you whispered. Your cries became louder, making Georgie tense up. Unsure what to do, he placed a loving kiss on your forehead and whispered sweet nothings into your ear.
He did this for a few minutes before George came back with the first aid kit and a wet cloth.
"Okay. It took me a second, but I finally found it," George said, kneeling down in front of you. "Mind telling us what happened?" George asked, as he grabbed her arm and started wiping off the blood.
You hesitated. Just thinking about what happened brought you into a spiral. But Georgie quickly calmed you down by calmly running his fingers through your hair, trying to fix what your dad messed up.
"My dad is an alcoholic," you started. "He has been for a year. And it wasn't until recently that he started getting... physical."
"Your dad did this?" George asked. You nodded, and George went back to cleaning you up.
Mary soon came into the room with a bowl of soup. "Here you go, darling?" She placed the bowl on the side table and stood next to her kneeling husband.
"Thank you, Mrs. Cooper," you gave her a small smile, before continuing. "Anyways, I started joining after-school activities to get away from all the chaos. That's how I met Georgie."
"Wait. So this has been going on since before you met Georgie," Mary asked with a frown. You nodded.
"I didn't want Georgie to get hurt. So, when he asked if he could walk me home, I told him a fake address, so my father wouldn't see him. But today, the night got ahead of us and we passed the house we were supposed to stop at."
Georgie was livid. You were so scared of your father that you lied to protect him. No one should have to avoid their own home.
"We stopped in front of my house, and my father saw."
You paused and suddenly, more tears started flooding your eyes. You tried to speak, but your throat felt tight. Georgie rubbed your back and calmly waited. It took you a minute, but you were finally able to talk again.
"I made sure Georgie left before going into the house, where I knew he was waiting for me. My dad can be unpredictable when he drinks and I didn't want him to attack Georgie."
You wiped your eyes as you kept your gaze down toward your lap.
"When I entered he was just sitting there in the dark... Waiting. When he started talking to me, I knew by his soft voice that I would be in trouble, so I did exactly as he said and answered all his questions truthfully."
You paused, taking a deep breath.
"He grabbed me by the throat and called me a "slut". But it didn't stop there..."
"Oh, lord," Mary muttered to herself.
"When he finally let go of me, he punched me so hard that I fell to the ground. Then he climbed on top of me and began to rip up my clothes. He said that if I was going to be a slut, then I needed to look the part. As he tore up my clothes, I could feel his nails ripping into my skin, hence the scratches."
You paused again, sobbing into your hand.
It took everything in Georgie not to go to your house and teach your father a lesson about treating girls, especially daughters, but he kept his composure.
"I tried to scream for help, but no one came. I saw my mom standing in the doorway, but she didn't do anything. She just stood there... watching. When my dad was done, he dragged me out of the house and locked me out. That's when I decided to come here."
"Oh, you poor thing," Mary frowned with a hand over her chest. She moved toward you and pulled you out of Georgie's arms and into hers. She held you tight as you sobbed loudly against her shirt.
"It's really terrible that you had to go through all that. You don't deserve that. No one does," George said, throwing in his two cents.
Georgie stood from his spot on the couch. "I wanna kill him!" Georgie said, making his way to the door, but he was quickly stopped by his father's grip on his arm. "We're not killing anybody," George said, but that didn't stop Georgie from wanting to go over to your house and beat the living daylights out of your father.
"I think it's been a long night for all of us, so we should all get some sleep. I'm gonna grab some blankets. Georgie, you want to help get the couch ready?" Mary asked, giving you a smile.
"Actually, can I sleep with Georgie? I don't feel comfortable being alone."
Mary was unsure if letting you sleep with Georgie was the right move. She looked over at George, who just shrugged, and then back at you. You looked so sad, and Mary just couldn't say no to someone who's been through all that.
She nodded and sent you another sad smile, which you thankfully returned. "Georgie, take Y/N to your room, and i'll be in their soon with some spare pajamas and blankets. I want to talk to your dad about something."
Georgie's eyes widened, "You aren't seriously thinking about sending her back there, are you?"
Mary was taken aback by her son's outburst. "No," she shook her head. "No, I would never say that. Just go help Y/N so your father and I can talk alone."
Georgie let out a huff, not in the mood to go back and forth with his mother. "Come on, Y/N," He beckoned you to follow him, and you did just that without any hesitation.
———
You entered Georgie's room and made a quick B-line to his bed. You carefully removed your shoes and lay down. It was safe to say that after the night you had, you were exhausted.
"I know it's a mess, but I wasn't exactly expecting company," Georgie said from across the room. He picked up some of his clothes from off the floor and threw them into an empty hamper. When he was done, he turned to see you knocked out on his bed.
Someone knocked at Georgie's door, making him flinch before turning to see who it was. Mary stood at the door, still wearing that same smile from earlier as she held onto a folded blanket and nightgown.
"I just came to drop these off," Mary spoke in a slightly hushed tone.
"I think you're a bit late for that," Georgie responded, pointing back at you as you slept soundly in his bed.
Mary nodded. "Okay, then I will just leave these right here," she placed the folded blanket and piece of clothing on the corner of the bed next to the bed.
"Thanks, Mom," Georgie smiled, making Mary's smile grow wider.
"No problem, honey," she said before making her way out of the room.
With his mom gone and you sleep, Georgie quickly got ready for bed and joined you. He lay on his back, staring up at the ceiling.
"I swear. Next time someone even thinks about hurting you, I won't hesitate to kill 'em." Georgie knew no one was listening, but he still continued express his feelings toward you.
"I love you," he said to you, leaning over to place a kiss on your forehead before turning off the lights and falling asleep.

do you have any luke hughes tea ?😸
sure! some of this isn’t necessarily tea, just some things i know about him, if that’s also cool with you!
1. he is single! yes, he’s been following and unfollowing girls like it’s his job (and i find it hilarious because it sounds like he unfollows them when they don’t follow him back 😭 petty king) and liking photos, but i haven’t been told of anything or anyone he’s been seeing / been exclusive with.
2. going off of #1, luke isn’t really the kind of guy to do hookups. (i think a lot of people know this now but if you didn’t, yeah, he’s not really a hookup kind of guy)
3. he’s funny. oh, my god, you guys, he is genuinely so funny, and his humor is extremely blunt and dry, or deadpan, if you’d like to call it that. i’m never not laughing when i see him at devils events or other places.
4. he’s shy, and very, very nice. shy isn’t the perfect word to use here, but he definitely isn’t extroverted. (though the 🦋 told me that he is definitely the loudest and craziest/most hyper of the three brothers when around friends / the team LOL)
5. on the umich game tea circling - i’ll be honest, i am absolutely not sure about this one, so i won’t answer for this tea. i can ask around, but i’m genuinely not sure if they’ll be going to umich’s first game of the season this year. it depends on when sheldon & rick want players back in new jersey / vancouver for preseason, and if they can swing it with their schedules. i know a few of their friends from umich were joking / commenting on socials that they have to come for a fantasy football punishment, but we’ll see!
if you want anything specific, let me know, but that’s all i’ve got right now! (and like i said with nico, my level of information will change heavily when the guys start coming back here to jersey😁)

Kinktober Day 2
Kinktober Day 2-Sex Pollen
Rise!Donnie x reader
Authors note: Donnie and reader are around 20 in this and dating. They haven't had sex tho and reader is gn. Enjoy!
Requests open for fluff and kinktober along with regular fics!
"Y/n! Y/n! Donnie needs you!" Sheldon's voice echos through out the lair as he speeds around the large room. You were sitting with Raph in the "living room" of the lair working out. He was bench pressing while you did legs.
Raph looked up from where he was laying down but turned away when he realized he wasn't the one needed. You set down your weights and get up from your sitting position. "See you later, good luck!" Raph calls out to you with a chuckle.
Sheldon flys by you making small talk with you as you walk to Donnie's lab. "Did he say what he needed?" You ask the robot. He shakes his mechanical head, "Nop just that I had to go get you, bring you to the lab, and then go find something to do for a few hours."
You nod your head in understanding untill the last instruction is said. "What?33 Why would he not want you in the lab?" Sheldon shrugs his shoulders as much as he can, whooshing past you with a wave goodbye.
After a moment of thought you knock on the lab door, after one hit to the door it opens quickly. You gasp in suprise at the quick movement, once you come back to yourself you walk through the doors. Looking around the room to find Donnie you wall through the lab.
Behind you the doors shut quickly with a quiet slam. "Don? Where you at man?" Your voice slightly echos through the large room. You hear a muffled call from across the room, you make your way over from where you hear the sound.
When you see your boyfriend he is pacing back and forth with a rope in his hand. When he sees you his eyes immediately drop, refusing to look directly at you. He speeds towards you, you notice how his hands twitch towards you but stay at his sides.
"Y/n I need to ask you to do something that might seem...strange." Donnies voice wavers in embarrassment. "I mean everything about our lives is strange so ask away." It's now that you realize Donnie is breathing heavily, he clears his throat a couple times.
"You ok?" You ask softly, your voice hesitant. Donnie nods his head quickly. He shoves the rope into your hands with a blushing face. "I need you to tie me up." Your face contorts to a shocked expression while Donnie looks away, his face getting more flushed by the second.
You try to stutter out a an answer but can't find the words. "Tie you up? Why?" Donnie just shakes his head, "You don't need to know, please just do it." Donnie seems to think for a moment before speaking. "You know that weird thing we found in the hidden city? Yeah well it hit me with this powder and now I feel...weird."
In confusion you touch his shoulder to help his shaking. He let's out a shaky breath and leans into your hand. "Donnie I'm worried what's wrong?"
"Just tie me up frist please and then I'll tell you. Promise."
After a few minutes of fumbling around in awkward silence you find a desk leg to tie him to. "You sure about this?" Donnie just quickly shakes his head, sitting down on the floor and putting his hands behind the chair leg.
It takes you a minute to tie his hands tightly together but when you do you get up and look down at the flushed terrapin. "Ok so what is happening?" He stays silent for a while.
"I think the thing we found had aphrodisiac in it. Or in simple terms....sex pollen." Donnie clears his throat, looking up at you for the first time you came into the lab. His eyes seem to be on fire The way they are trained on you.
"Sex pollen?" You ask. Donnie comforms with a nod and slight squirm of his hips. "And you want to be tied up why?" Your question seems to suprise the terrapin. "Because i don't want to go on a sex marathon with the first thing I see?" Donnie seems to regret his choice of words so you keep your teasing to yourself.
The two of you had been dating for around 7 months but haven't done anything yet. Donnie was a virgin, you had minimum experience, and it just didn't seem like something that needed to happen. Now that didn't mean you didn't think about it. Your boyfriend is sexy and you definitely know it.
One of your hands come up to rub his plastron you lean into his ear, "I could help?" Your words shock Donnie, making him flush. "You don't need to do that." Donnies voice is hesitant, like he knows what he's saying is going against what he wants.
"And if I want to?" Your voice is sweet like honey that Donnie can't resist. "Y/n" Donnies voice is shaky. "Please help me." He slightly thrusts his hips into the ground at the feeling of your hand scratch down his plastron.
Your other hand goes down towards his tail, you don't know much about mutant turtle anatomy but you can remember a bit about the class Donnie gave you. "Wait y/n!" You stop your movements, looking up at him. "I don't want our first time to be when I'm drugged up on an aphrodisiac."
He seems embarrassed by the words like they are a forbidden request. "That's ok baby, we can just do hand stuff." Donnie thinks for a moment and nods his head. You begin your movemt back down towards his tail. You look between his spread legs and see a small slit on his tail.
"What's that?" Donnie chokes on a moan bubbling up in his throat at the feel of your fingers lightly playing with his tail. "Cloaca." He whines the words, just barley able to get them out from his heavy breathing.
You use your thumb to lightly rub the tip of the soft tail. "Can I touch it?" The words seem to wound him the way he moans. He quickly nods his head with a whine.
You smile, leaning in to whisper in his ear. "Common Don, use your words." The whimper that falls from his lips is sweet to your ears. "Yes please, God y/n just-" He cuts himself of his a moan torn from his throat when you slowly start to rub your fingers on the small slit.
You take your time massaging it, after a minute you push your fingers into the slit. Donnie can hear how pathetic he sounds but can't stop the whine forming. Your fingers go in fully, you stay still for a second before beginning to thrust them in and out.
Every whimper that fall from Donnine lips is desperate and airy. You start to feel your fingers brush against something in his hole. "Fuck y/n I'm going to drop, fucking please." At this point he doesn't know exactly what he's begging for but can't stop himself from doing it.
Confusion contorts your features and Donnie must realize since he starts to explain. "My penis comes- fucking hell-through my cloaca and- holy shit please slow down." Donnie moans and stutters through every word.
To give him a break your fingers slow down to more lazy thrusts till they are mostly just massaging the inside of Donnies hole. Donnie tries leveling his breathing but can't with the way you tease him whenever he seems to calm down.
With a smirk you lean into the crook of his neck and whisper, "You were saying handsome?" With a light nibble on his neck. Donnies face flushes from the feeling of your feather light kisses to his neck. "My dick comes out through my cloaca."
Donnie rushes out the words as quickly as he can. When he's done speaking you begin thrusting your fingers back into him. What you now assume is his dick starts to prodd at you fingers. Everytime you touch it Donnie let's out a choked off moan.
"Y/n st-op." Donnies words suprise you, causing your fingers to immediately stop and pull out of him. He whimpers at the loss. "I'm sorry what-" you get cut off by the wet sound of Donnie 'dropping' and the moan that follows.
"Holy shit Don." Is all you can say under your breath. Donnie slightly squirms his hips after you don't do anything for a minute. "Needed you to pull out your fingers so I could drop. I cant..come without droping." Donnie grumbles.
"You ever try?" The words suprise both you and Donnie he flushes and shakes his head. "Guess we'll just have to try that out another time." Before Donnie can attempt to respond you move your hands to pump his length.
He whines and throws his head back into thr desk it only takes a few pumps of your hand for Donnie to start trying to fold in on himself. "Going to come holy shit." Your hand move faster on him. He comes on his lower plastron with a moan that makes you glad his lab is securely sound proof.
Every breath Donnie takes shaky comes in sharp pants. Everything hurts, his cock hurts from somehow being both over and under stimulated, his skin feels warm and too tight. But he wants, he needs more.
Donnie continues to buck his hips into your hand despite the tears forming in his eyes he whines. "Don't stop please." Donnie starts to beg, he can't help but love the way your hand pumps him. The pollen doesn't seem to be wearing off but the only thing Donnie can pay attention to at the moment is you.

Bucky wants his best friends to get to know his girlfriend but a little voice makes him worry that there may be more going on between you and Steve.
Word count: 2.5k
Warning: miscommunications and Bucky Barnes being a colossal idiot (theme of this whole story)
Steve and Bucky walked down the corridor towards the large living room with the massive television screen. Their arms laden with drinks and snacks for themselves, you and Priya. Bucky wanted his best friends to get to know his girlfriend better and you'd begrudgingly agreed to a movie night, comforted by the knowledge that Steve would be present as a buffer for awkward questions.
Steve was smiling softly, happy to be able to relax with the people he cared most about without being interrupted to save the world. His self imposed responsibilities weighed heavily on his mind. Distractions where he could be Steve and not Captain America were hard to find. One of the things he loved about you and Bucky was that you both were his voice of reason, between the two of you, you would argue different sides of a point, until he was happy with the decision he had made. This was why seeing the two of you as a team made him so happy.
You had made yourself comfortable on yours and Bucky's favorite couch. It was just big enough for you and the beefy super soldier and in your mind, you imagined yourself and Bucky being comfortable under a throw blanket while you watched the movie. Your day dream was shattered as Priya dropped into the seat beside you.
"Oh gosh, this is so comfortable! Such a cuddle couch." She elbowed your side gently. "Hey, you think Bucky and I could sit here for the movie?"
It took every inch of your self control to stop a scowl from marring your features. "Sorry to be all Sheldon about this, but this is kinda my spot."
"Oh, yeah, I get it." She didn't, looking at you like she was indulging one of her young patients who was throwing a tantrum. “Do you mind if I sit until Jamie and Steve get back?”
"Sure." You tried to keep the sarcasm to a minimum. You had to play nice, for Bucky's sake.
"Hey Cricket, can I ask you something?" Priya’s voice was slightly hesitant.
"Course. What is it?" You replied. But you had a strong feeling you weren’t going to like what she was going to ask you and steeled yourself for it.
"Do you and Jamie have any history of being more than… just friends?"
"No." You suppressed a sigh. You had expected an annoying comment, as opposed to something that would break your heart all over again. "No, just friends. Why’d you ask?" You felt suspicious of her line of questioning.
"Oh, I was just curious. I know you're not his type and all, so I wasn't very worried about it, but I figured there's always a possibility." She shrugged.
"Bucky and I have never been anything more than friends." You confirmed through gritted teeth, and it was killing you.
"Okay," Priya smiled happily. "That makes me feel better. I really like him, and I just wanted to make sure there weren't any lingering feelings between you two."
"I'm happy for you," you lied through a smile.
"Thanks, Cricket. I appreciate that. And I'm glad we had this conversation, it's always good to clear the air."
"Absolutely."
"Thanks for being so understanding. You're a great friend, I’m glad that James and I have you."
Steve and Bucky as they paused momentarily, not wanting to interrupt your conversation, but at the same time, curious about what you were saying. They both felt a little awkward for eavesdropping but they didn’t feel comfortable making their presence known. Steve glanced over at Bucky, wondering what his reaction would be, but Bucky’s face was bathed in darkness and impossible to read.
When Priya said she was glad to have you as a friend, Steve nudged him gently. "Come on," he jerked his head, urging Bucky to follow. He walked into the lounge and deposited the snacks on the table in front of you and Priya.
"Thanks, Steve!" you reached forwards to grab a bowl of popcorn, but Bucky was blocking you. You swatted his legs playfully. "Buck! What’re you doing?"
"Cricket, can you move over a bit so I can sit with Priya?" Bucky looked at you with wide eyes and pouty lips. How could you say no?
Reluctantly, you got off the couch, Bucky giving you a questioning frown as you did so. You shuffled over and settled in next to Steve, feeling a stab of disappointment that Bucky had chosen to sit with Priya instead of you.
"Did you ladies pick a movie?" Steve asked.
You shook your head, but Priya volunteered a suggestion in a heartbeat. "You've Got Mail!"
Steve pulled up the film from Tony’s endless supply of media and hit play. As the movie started, you tried to focus on the screen, but your eyes kept gazing over to Priya and Bucky and how his arm was draped cozily over her shoulder. Your mind kept wandering back to the conversation you just had with Priya. You couldn’t help but wish that there had been more between you and your best friend. What made her think that you weren’t his type? You bristled at the thought. Bucky had never expressed his preferences to a woman’s appearance. Had he mentioned something to her?
Steve noticed your distraction and leaned over to whisper in your ear. "Are you okay?"
You nodded, trying to push aside your feelings of jealousy and insecurity. "I’m fine," you whispered back. "Just a little tired."
Steve gave you a knowing look, but didn’t press the issue. Instead he wrapped an arm around your shoulders, offering you comfort and support. As the movie played on, you found yourself leaning into Steve’s side, feeling safe and protected in his presence. You couldn’t help but wonder what could have been if things had been different between you and Bucky.
As you and Steve turned back to the movie, Priya leaned towards Bucky and whispered to him conspiratorially. "I think Cricket and Steve make such a cute couple, don't you think? They looked so cozy on their Coney Island date!"
Bucky looked down at her with surprise. It wasn’t as though he hadn’t feared that you and Steve might be more than friends, but it shocked him that other people considered it. As long as he was the only one to think it, he could have lived in denial, but having someone else voice it with such confidence made his skin crawl.
"Um, I don't know. They seem to get along well as friends."
"Oh come on, Jamie. I can see the way they look at each other. We should totally set them up! I mean look how he has his arm around her!"
Bucky hummed with hesitation. "I don't think that's a good idea, Priya."
"Why not? They would be perfect together!"
"I just...I don't think it's the right time for them to start dating." Bucky answered, not avoiding eye contact, his eyes glued to Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan.
Priya was starting to sense that something was off. "Jamie, is there something you're not telling me?"
"Look, Steve doesn’t really talk to people about this, but he had a girl, back in the 40s, Peggy. He isn’t over her. It wouldn’t be fair to either of them to enter a relationship when Steve still has feelings for Peggy." Bucky winced internally, hating himself for using Steve’s past to cover for himself.
"Wow, I had no idea," Priya said softly, her eyes widening in surprise. "That must be really tough for him."
Bucky nodded, feeling a pang of guilt for using Steve’s past as an excuse. "Yeah, it’s been hard for him. He’s never really gotten over her."
Priya looked thoughtful for a moment before turning back to Bucky. "Well, I’m glad you told me. I wouldn’t want to cause any unnecessary drama. They're lucky to have you looking out for them."
Bucky gave her a terse smile, grateful that she understood. "No problem. I just want what’s best for both of them."
As the movie came to an end, you and Steve exchanged a look, both of you feeling a sense of contentment and comfort in each other’s presence. Despite the awkwardness and tension that had filled the room earlier, you were grateful for the friendship and support that you had in each other. Unfortunately for the two of you, your closeness did nothing to assuage the envy that burned deep inside Bucky.
As everyone got up to leave, Priya turned to you and Steve with a smile. "Thanks for the movie night, guys. I had a great time."
You and Steve both nodded, returning her smile. "Anytime," you said, feeling a sense of relief that the night had gone smoothly.
As you and Steve walked out of the living room together, you couldn’t help but feel a sense of gratitude for having him by your side. Maybe things weren’t meant to be with Bucky, but you knew that you had a true friend in Steve, someone who would always be there for you no matter what.
On the other hand, Bucky went to bed that night with Priya’s words burned on the back of his brain. Why did she think that there might have been something between him and you? She had worsened his fears about you and Steve. Would his oldest friend really betray his trust that way? Surely you would have mentioned that to him, wouldn’t you? The tiny voice in his head that sounded just like you, asked him why he would assume such a thing, since he had hidden his relationship for so long.
*
Your voice of conscience in his mind did nothing to mitigate his turbulent thoughts. In fact they swirled around his brain until he found himself confronting you about them. This was becoming too common an occurrence. He blurted out the words while he found you training in the gym.
"You went to Coney Island with Steve." He tried to sound nonchalant as he spotted you with your weights.
You grunted your response, trying to stand up with the heavy weight balanced across your shoulders. Eyes screwed shut with the effort of pushing your knees apart to push yourself upright. You panted slightly, trying to recover your composure, but Bucky wasn’t ready to give up on his point.
"Why didn’t you tell me you were going?"
"Oh, I’m sorry," you attempted a shrug before going back into a squat. "It was Steve’s idea and honestly, I didn’t think it was a big deal since you were busy with Priya."
"It is a big deal! We promised we'd go together."
Your face dropped slightly as you stood up, remembering the promise you’d made almost a year ago. Things had been so chaotic and you’d forgotten about it. You put the barbell back on the rack before replying. "I know, and I was really looking forward to it." There was a sadness in your tone that you couldn’t hide. "But when you started dating Priya, I thought things had changed. I didn’t think you’d care."
"That doesn’t mean we can’t still hang out. You’re my best friend, too." Bucky leaned against the rack, as you busied yourself with unloading the bar.
"I know, and I’m sorry." You hid your face as you answered. "I just felt left out when you didn’t tell me about Priya."
"I’m sorry, I know I should’ve told you. But seeing you at Coney Island with Steve really hurt."
"Wait," you spun around with surprise. "You saw me at Coney Island?"
"Yeah…" Bucky’s anger abated slightly as he realized what he was saying to you.
You huffed. "You were there?"
Bucky had the decency to look ashamed.
"And you’re getting on my case? I mean Steve took me there as a surprise to cheer me up after I got sick. I didn’t decide to go there without you. And it’s not like Steve knew about our promise. What were you doing there, Bucky?"
Bucky sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I was there with Priya. We were on a date."
You felt a pang of jealousy and hurt, but you pushed it down but the aggression in your tone was unmistakable. "I see. Well, I’m sorry if I upset you by being there with Steve. But I'd like to point out that you didn't seem to have any issues going with Priya."
Bucky looked at you, his expression softening. "I’m sorry, Cricket. I should’ve told you about Priya - about Coney Island, about dating her. I didn’t want to hurt you. I just…"
You nodded, feeling a mix of emotions swirling inside you. "It’s okay, Bucky. Just…next time, can you please just be honest with me?"
"Yeah," Bucky nodded. "and hey, you'd tell me if you were, right? As in dating… someone."
"Yeah, I'll keep you apprised." You rolled your eyes and shook your head with a small laugh.
"Even if it was Steve?"
“Why do you keep asking me that? Are you trying to set me up with Steve? Because I don't have those kinds of feelings for him.”
“You don’t? Because Priya said-”
"Bucky, why don't you ask me about me instead of your girlfriend?" The irritation you'd felt about his indignation earlier rose inside you again, enough that you decided to walk away from it.
He caught up to you outside the gym, heart pounding in his chest. "Hey, Cricket," he called out, his voice filled with sincerity. "I’m sorry for how I acted back there. I was wrong, and I shouldn’t have let my jealousy get the best of me. Can we talk?"
You turned to face him, your expression guarded but curious. "What do you want to talk about, Bucky?"
Bucky took a deep breath, gathering his thoughts. "I want to apologize for not being upfront with you. I value our friendship, and I don’t want to lose that because of my own insecurities. I’m sorry for hurting you… and I want to make things right."
You studied him for a moment, your eyes searching his handsome face for sincerity. The way he looked back at you softened your resolve and after a moment, you nodded. “I appreciate your apology, Bucky. Let’s move past this and focus on our friendship.”
Bucky nodded, a small smile tugging at his lips, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders as he heard your words. "Of course. And hey, maybe we can still go to Coney Island together sometime. Just the two of us."
You smiled back, feeling a sense of relief wash over you. "I’d like that."
Bucky fell in step beside you, as you walked away from the gym, the tension between you slowly dissipating. He knew he had a lot of work to do to rebuild the trust between you, but he was willing to put in the effort. He was grateful for your forgiveness and determined to show you that he was a true friend, even if he couldn't have anything more.

Meeting His Family//Georgie Cooper
Georgie Cooper x Fem!reader
Summary: Reader and Georgie are dating and she is meeting his family for the first time! this takes place some time around season five.
Content warning: literally nothing...a little spice at the end ig? Use of the word Y/N.
Word count: 1.6k
A/N: Okay...so I know this is different from my usual content but there are no good Georgie fics! So, naturally, I had to change that. As always, there's lots of fluff. Hope y'all enjoy, and happy Thanksgiving!! Lots of love 💖
You stared intently at your dresser drawer, it was overflowing with clothes, and yet you still had nothing to wear. Meeting your boyfriend's family was stressful enough, and making a good first impression was mandatory. Should you dress casually? It was just dinner at their home after all, but you didn't want to seem careless.
You looked at the clock, it read 5:10. Your boyfriend, Georgie, was supposed to pick you up at 5:30 so you had to decide quickly.
You sighed and reached for a navy blue flowered sundress with buttons down the front. After changing into the dress you brushed your, and applied natural makeup. You heard your doorbell ring and assumed that your boyfriend had arrived.
You took one last look in the mirror, fixing a few strands of your hair. You slipped your feet into your black converse, and rushed down the stairs.
you quickly opened the door, finding your Georgie leaning against the frame with a smug smile on his face. He was wearing a dark red sweatshirt and baggy jeans. His hair was pushed back and styled perfectly, as always.
"You ready to go sweetheart?" He said with his thick southern accent. He gestured for you to take his hand, and you obliged. He pulled you down the porch steps and led you to his green mustang, his car that he loved almost as much as you. He stopped to open the car door for you.
"Ladies first." Georgie said, winking at you. You felt your cheeks turn red, and butterflies came alive in your stomach.
You jumped in the car and strapped yourself in, Gerogie hopping in the driver's seat a few moments later.
"My god I'm nervous." you say, fidgeting with your hands. Gerogie reached over and intertwined one of his hands with yours, and left the other on the steering wheel.
"Don't worry, they're gonna love you." He assured you, rubbing his thumb across your palm. His hands were warm, a strong contrast to yours which were always freezing cold. They were also rough and calloused, due to the frequent car repairs he did.
"Also...just to give you a heads up my brother Sheldon is a little well...you'll see." Georgie explained.
"Ummm...Okay?" you replied, slightly confused.
Georgie turned onto the street where he lived. You recognized it because you had been to the coopers before, considering Gerogie lived in their garage, but you had always managed to avoid his family. It wasn't until last night when Georgie finally gave in to his parents' demands and let you meet them.
He pulled into the driveway and parked the car. You unfastened your seat belt and exited the car, you were even more nervous than when you left your house.
Georgie took notice of your anxious behavior and turned to face you, taking both of your hands in his.
"Darlin' how many times do I have to tell you there is nothing to be nervous about." he exclaimed.
You smiled at him and looked down at the pavement. He wrapped his arms around you tightly, giving you a quick hug. You pressed your face against his chest and inhaled the scent of freshly chopped wood and cheap cologne.
He squeezed your hand lightly before opening the door to his home.
"We're here y'all." Georgie shouted. It was a small, but cute home with floral wallpaper and a cozy living space. The smell of spaghetti, which is what you assumed they were making for dinner, wafted through the house, and was that hot dogs?
A woman wearing a pale pink dress with a warm smile appeared around the corner. You assumed this was Georgie's mom.
"Well hi, you must be Y/N" She said happily. She had the same accent as Georgie.
"It's nice to meet you Mrs. Cooper." You smiled, trying your best to seem polite.
"No need to be so formal, call me Mary." She exclaimed before turning to face Georgie, whose hand was still holding yours.
"Why don't you two go sit over on the couch while I finish making supper." Mary suggested. gesturing towards the living room.
"Fine by me." Georgie said, pulling you away from his mom.
You sat next to Georgie on the couch, and he draped an arm over your shoulders.
"See, not as bad as you thought, is it?" Georgie said softly.
"No," you replied, blushing.
A boy about thirteen years of age entered the room, giving you a look of disgust. He was wearing dress pants, and a button down shirt, and he looked like he wanted to attack you.
"Who are you, and what are you doing in my house?" He said, glaring harshly.
"Hey, I'm-" You began, but Georgie cut you off.
"Don't be rude Sheldon, leave us alone." He snapped, and the boy rolled his eyes before grumpily walking into the kitchen.
"Sorry about him," Georgie said. You laughed, understanding how annoying little siblings can be.
The two of you continued to chat quietly, while waiting for dinner to finish. You rested your head on Georgie's shoulder while he twirled strands of your hair between his fingers.
You were nowhere near as nervous as you had been upon arrival. You hadn't been in Georgie's home long, but there was something oddly welcoming about it.
"Dinner's ready!" You heard Mary call from the kitchen.
You stood up quickly, smoothing your dress as you did so. When you entered the dining room you noticed seven chairs placed around the table. Mary sat next to a younger girl who had to be Gerogie's little sister Missy. Next to Mary, at the head of the table, was Gerogie's father.
If you were being honest, he was the one you were the most nervous about meeting. Of course you had seen him around school before, since he was the football coach, but you had never spoken to him personally. Across from him was an older woman with vibrant painted nails and a fancy hairdo. Sheldon sat on the opposite side of the table, was he wearing mittens?
After everyone was seated, the family joined hands and said grace. Everyone then served themselves a plate full of spaghetti with hot dogs. It was definitely an odd choice of a meal, but you were willing to give it a try.
You sat in the empty chair next to Georgie, and across from Missy. You smiled at her as she eyed you suspiciously.
"I'm Missy, nice to meet you" She greeted.
"Hi-" you began before she interrupted.
"Oh, I know who you are, in fact I know a lot about you, Georgie talks about you a lot." Missy said with a sly smile.
You turned to look at Georgie, whose cheeks had turned a bright shade of scarlet.
"Do you now?" you giggled, looking him up and down.
You saw Missy snickering out of the corner of your eye, which made the situation even funny.
"Now Missy, why don't we let Georgie keep his dignity." Said the older woman.
"I'm Connie, Georgie's grandmother" she said, as she turned to face you.
You proceeded to introduce yourself and continued to talk with Connie, who you had decided was your favorite member of the cooper family. Well, other than Georgie of course.
"Connie, are you going to give me a chance to talk to the girl?" Georgie's father exclaimed.
"She's all yours George." Connie replied, shooting me a look of annoyance.
You turned to the man, who held a half empty beer in his left hand. The two of you introduced yourselves awkwardly and failed to hold a conversation, creating an uncomfortably long silence.
Other than that, dinner went relatively smoothly. The family was extremely kind and genuine, well except for Sheldon. But you were sure you would get used to him.
After eating, you offered to help Mrs, Cooper clean up dinner, but she insisted that she didn't need it.
"Well, this has been nice, but I think we're going to head out to the garage now." Georgie announced.
You made sure to thank everyone before heading out the door, taking a breath of relief as you did.
"So, what do you think?" Georgie said laughing lightly.
He shut the garage door and turned to face you, a small smile spread across his lips.
"They're actually really great...I could get used to being around here more often." you exclaimed.
Georgie stared at you intently, his misty blue eyes pouring into yours.
"What?" you asked, blushing intensely. You felt your heartbeat increase rapidly, it always did when he gave you that look.
Georgie began slowly walking towards you, stopping only when there was less than an inch of space between the two of you. He placed his index finger under your chin and lifted it.
"Nothing, I was just thinking about how lucky I am to be in love with you." He whispered as he cupped your cheek, and leaned in to close the gap between the two of you.
He kissed you roughly, like he had been waiting all night for this moment. Come to think of it, he probably had.
Georgie let out several soft moans as the kiss continued. He began to move forward, slowly backing you up to the bed. Once you reached it, you happily flopped down on the mattress. Georgie relocated his lips to your collarbone, giving you a moment to catch your breath.
He slid his right hand under you, clutching your waist. His left hand still cupped your cheek, his thumb rubbing gentle circles against your skin. His touch was ghostly, your skin tingling everywhere he went.
Georgie hovered above you, those beautiful blue eyes admiring you once more.
"Maybe...you should...stay the night." He said between breaths.
Your heart skipped a beat, this was new, but you weren't about to turn the offer down.
"I think...maybe you're right." you replied, before grabbing his face and pulling him into another kiss.

experiments tainted by valium ⋆·˚ ༘ *
gender: not specified
pairing: sheldon cooper x reader
word count: 1739 (short n’ sweet)
notes: i haven’t published anything i’ve written in a while and i’ve been a bit stuck with my other projects so i thought i’d mix it up! it’s pretty obvious but this is set in s2e1 when sheldon comes home after howard gives him valium lmao. i really just wrote this for me tbh so if you read this i hope you enjoy xx <3
just thinking about how happy sheldon is when he sees you standing in the door of his apartment, having already forgotten howard’s existence as his eyes meet yours. he stumbles into the apartment, letting out a drawn out and high-pitched “hey!”
they -his eyes- look a little clouded over to you, and you raise a brow incredulously at your jewish friend who’s standing next to him, while simultaneously trying to get your very tall friend to stand up straight on his own. “there she is! my ole’ neighbor turned temporary roommate,” sheldon continues while stumbling past you, taking small steps through the room, looking around a little bewildered.
glaring sleepily, your eyes in two slits, you cross your arms at howard. “what did you do?” you asked a little confused as to why sheldon got dumped back here when he was the one who wanted to move out in the first place.
sighing while keeping his eyes on sheldon howard began to explain, “koothrappali dumped him on me and he couldn’t get to sleep, so i gave him a glass of warm milk with a handful of my mom’s valium in it.” he said as if this happened standardly.
now both of your eyebrows were up at your hairline and you looked at howard with wide eyes, leaned forward a little. “and he still wouldn’t shut up, so— tag, you’re it!” he finishes by unceremoniously dropping sheldon’s bag onto the floor and immediately making his way down the stairs.
you looked after him for a second before looking back towards the beanstalk of a man now leaning on his desk with a hand propped up onto his hip. “i’m back” he sing-song’ed happily, letting a rare smile peek through in his drugged state.
you close the door with a sigh and start walking towards the living room in tandem with sheldon. “not like i even knew why you left in the first place” you reply dryly, but as per usual he doesn’t pick up on it and just lowers himself onto the chair’s armrest. “i can’t tell you” he replies, piquing your interest.
now the gears in your head started turning, maybe still a little groggily since you’d just gotten woken up by your drugged neighbor and annoyed friend, but they were moving. you needed to know what made him leave, you knew he hated change so it was either something really serious or something really stupid. your undergrad in psychology should probably help you get to the core of it.
you take a seat opposite him on the living room’s coffee table and look up at him, “why not?” you inquired softly, “i promised penny,” he breathed out, breaking eye contact and letting his head fall back a bit.
“you promised penny what?” you could feel yourself getting closer, subconsciously leaning forward a bit so you could hear anything coming out of his mouth, since he didn’t have a very right grasp on what would and wouldn’t.
“i wouldn’t tell you the secret.” he mumbled, but you heard it nonetheless. he let himself fall back into the chair and you would’ve laughed if you weren’t currently on a personal mission to find out what penny was telling sheldon behind your back. “shh!” he interjected the silence with a finger on his lips, looking at you with wide-blown eyes.
you stood up and took a seat on the brown chair next to his now and tried keeping his attention on you while you moved, batting your eyes at him sickly sweet while he moved to sit upright, you placed your hand on his chair’s armrest. “what secret, shelly?”
he turned now to look at you seriously, a pout on his face that made something in the back of your mind scream adorable but which you pushed away leveling his stare with one of your own.
you hoped the use of his nickname would make him trust you more and tell him the secret, but apparently it worked a bit too well and you skipped straight towards the family secrets instead. “mom smokes in the car,” he pauses and you give him a confounded look, brows furrowed. “jesus is okay with it but we can’t tell dad.” he shakes his head at the last part, making you heave a sigh and drop your head in your hands.
you wouldn’t give up yet, however. “not that one dear, the other secret.” you tried getting him back on track but this just resulted in him lowering his voice an octave and whisper-yelling “i’m batman!” while shushing your ‘no’s afterward once more.
“sheldon come on! work with me here.” you moved your chair closer to his and looked him straight in the eye. “you said that penny told you a secret, will you tell me it shelley?” you begged, putting on your best puppy dog eyes with scrunched eyebrows combo and started smiling when he threw his head back with a sigh. “alright i’ll tell you,” he replied, making you celebrate silently with yourself, “but you can’t tell leonard.” you nodded happily along with him.
“my lips are sealed” you smiled out, sitting up a bit straighter, ready for the secret that made sheldon want to move out. “penny lied about finishing community college, because she’s afraid she’s not smart enough for leonard.” he finishes by looking at his hand and moving it around in his field of vision.
you kept looking at him, a little disappointed that was all. “and.. that’s it?” you asked, and he looked back at you, leaving his hand alone again. “i drank milk that tasted funny,” he said, making you come back to your senses and give him an apologetic smile.
“d’you need me to help you get to bed?” you offered, making him scrunch his eyebrows at you in distaste. “don’t be silly, i want to stay up with you.” he stated, catching you by surprise.
you knew sheldon didn’t dislike you, he said hi to you at work, he let you eat dinner at his house, hell- he even let you stay there right now while the apartment manager was fixing your broken window. but evading his rigorous sleep schedule? that made you stop in your tracks a bit. “wha- uh- why?” you tried to speak, sputtering out a response to keep him awake.
he let his head fall back again, his eyes closed and a smile took over his face — it was honestly a bit freaky, but mostly just endearing. “you are very endearing when you’re half asleep” he mumbles out, letting his words linger in the air a bit. your eyes are blown wide and you try to find a response, but you only manage to open and close your mouth like a fish on dry land.
his eyes open and he lets his head loll to the side, looking at you with a dopey expression on his face, “and you called me shelley,” he said. you’d never heard his voice so soft, so without ridicule, it was weird and it made your insides warm. “usually no one can call me that.” he continued, your face slowly heating up in what you assumed was embarrassment.
“but you’re inexplicable y/n.” he sits up a little straighter now, eyes still a little glazed over but determined nonetheless. “anyone else calls me shelley, i don’t like it, but when you do, i do. when someone else needs a place to stay i don’t want them here, but when you do, i do.” he explains softly, trying to reason with himself.
you know you shouldn’t listen to him right now, it’s late and you’re both tired — and more importantly he’s on drugs, but you can’t help but want to grab this moment with him, scared there won’t be any more chances to shoot your shot with the stoic man.
“sheldon?” you ask, but he shakes his head in that disappointed way you’re so used to and corrects you.“shelley.” he interjects matter of factly, and you continue. “alright- shelley, can i preform an experiment?” you ask, shifting a little closer towards him again. he thinks on it for a second before snickering like a kid and and smiling your way. “i love experiments!” he cheered.
“alright” you begin, shifting a little in your seat. “take note of how you’re feeling right now- physically.” you instruct and he nods along. there’s a small pause before he motions with his hand for you to continue.“my data suggests,” you take a deep breath, this is it, “that this would make your heartbeat increase.” you state as he looks at you confused. “my heartbe-” he starts but is cut off by your lips on his, your eyes sewn tightly shut, not wanting to see his reaction just yet.
you stay like that for a moment, unmoving and a little rigid but feeling his soft lips on yours, then you move away, eyes still closed. a couple beats of silence pass before sheldon lets out a “woah” which makes you open one eye cautiously. his eyes are blown wide and his cheeks have a little bit of a blush spreading along their surface, his hand is placed over his heart and he looks at you wordlessly, mouth hanging open slightly.
both of you blink at each other and you swallow a little loudly. you clear your throat a little, “was my hypothesis correct, shelley?” you ask softly, your voice raw with emotion as the man before you just nods in shell-shock. “i believe so,” he stutters out meekly, hand still gripping his pajama shirt.
“well, then why don’t you ponder the implications this has on its field while i.. go..” you rasp out, trying to make this make sense to sheldon’s impossible brain, which seemed a success at his small nod and now finally closed mouth.
you stand up fast and make your way towards leonard’s room where your air mattress resided because even if sheldon wasn’t home people ‘aren’t supposed to be in his room’ and you closed the door softly behind you, leaving a star-struck physicist alone in his living room looking at the empty chair before him, trying to sort out feelings he’d never felt before.
he looked towards leonard’s door and back towards where you’d been sitting just moments before, his stomach fluttering as he thought back to his first kiss from just seconds ago.
“oh dear”

Can you do a fic where the reader works for Ferrari and has been friends with Charles for a long time, and recently Charles and the reader have a friends with benefits thing going on, but the reader is actually in love with him. Then when Lewis moves to Ferrari, he takes an interest in the reader, the reader decides to give him a shot and stops the situationship with Charles and he realises he doesn't want to let her go.
thank you for this request, this was a little bit hard to make because i was looking at how to develop the story but I really liked how it came out, I hope you like it!
Confusions at work | cl16 & lh44
Summary: when you have feelings for your situationship but a new person gets in the middle of it. Warnings: a little angst, confused reader, and fluff at the end.
The garage bustles with mechanics working on the gleaming red cars. You lean over the table to see the monitor with the different strategies for the first practice session of the day. Charles walks towards you, a playful glint in his eyes.
“Looking stunning with that frowned face y/n... As always.”
You roll your eyes playfully, a smile tugging at your lips. You have known Charles since his great season in Formula 2 back in 2017, by then you were already working as an internal race engineer in the Haas team, you were practically like Sheldon from the big bang theory - a brainiac. Upon meeting Charles there was an instant connection, it was as if you had always known each other, eventually, you were promoted from Haas to Ferrari in 2019, just the same year that Charles was promoted to the red team too, and ever since then the easy camaraderie between you has turned into something more... A secret, friends-with-benefits situation that both sets your heart ablaze and tears it in two.
“Yeah, yeah, save it for the cameras, Perceval. You know perfectly well I can take you down with a bad strategy any day.” you chuckled.
Charles feigns offense, but his laughter betrays him. You share a comfortable silence, a familiarity that speaks volumes. The moment is shattered by the arrival of Lewis Hamilton, the new star driver at Ferrari. Arriving at that first meeting at Maranello his gaze settles on you, a flicker of interest igniting in his eyes. Fred had offered you a change of position with Adami to be Lewis' race engineer, but the comfort and confidence you already had working with Charles made you decline the offer, likewise, working with a seven-time world champion is a privilege, since you can learn a lot from him, but you and Charles had practically grown up together at Ferrari and out of loyalty to him you stayed with him.
-
The following weeks are a whirlwind. Lewis tries to get close to you, and as a result, you end up having some dates and night-outs with him. He is charismatic, attentive, you dare to say that he's a bit similar to Charles in so many ways since both of them treat you with such care and kindness. You find yourself drawn to his confidence and outgoing demeanor, a stark contrast to Charles' usual genuine and soft care towards you. Guilt gnaws at you, but the thrill of something new is intoxicating... And with a little sadness in your heart, you decide to end things with Charles... At least for a little while you try to understand what your heart wants.
One night you went to Charles' apartment, and you entered with the extra key that he had given you a long time ago. Charles' apartment is quiet, a stark contrast to the usual post-race buzz. You stand awkwardly in the living room, avoiding his gaze.
You gulped. “Charles... I think we need to talk.”
He looks up, a frown creasing his forehead. The air crackles with unspoken emotions. “Y/n what's wrong sweetie? Did I do something wrong?”
You take a deep breath. “It's about this.” you sigh. “This thing between us... It can go anymore.”
Silence hangs heavy in the air, Charles' frown deepens, his eyes searching yours. “Is it Lewis? Is this about him?” he asked.
The truth hangs on your tongue, a bitter pill to swallow. “Maybe, maybe not... The point is, things need to change... We need to take a break... At least for a little while.”
Charles stands abruptly, his frustration palpable. “Just like that? We throw away everything because of... what? Because some shiny new toy showed up?” His words sting, but there's a flicker of something else in his eyes - a vulnerability you haven't seen before.
“It's not that simple, Charles. You know it's... Complicated.”
Tears well up in your eyes, this isn't how you imagined this conversation going. You practically run out of Charles' apartment, frustrated because you don't know if you did the right thing and at the same time you don't know if being with Lewis is the same as being with Charles... Because at the end of the day, he somehow manages to see through you and understand you on a level that Lewis cannot.
-
Days turn into weeks, you and Charles avoid each other. The only words that come out of your mouth are simply a "hello" and a "see you later", occasionally long sentences when you're giving him directions during the race or at the team debrief, the air is thick with unspoken tension. The joy has gone out of working at Ferrari... You see the way Lewis looks at you, but a hollow ache fills your chest. At night you constantly think about what you would be doing with Charles at that exact moment, perhaps cuddling up watching a movie, or a normal date at his house eating pizza, wearing matching socks and playing Mario kart... And even though Lewis takes you to glamorous galas, lavish dinners and so on, you don't complain about it, on the contrary, you're grateful for it, but, there's nothing like that instant connection with Charles.
One afternoon, Charles corners you near his car. His eyes are stormy, a mix of anger and something else you can't decipher.
You hear him sigh. “I miss you y/n... Like hell.”
The words hit you like a punch to the gut. You miss him too, the easy banter, the way he understood you without words, the way his eyes spark every single time he was next to you.
“Charles... I...” you say shyly but he cuts you off, his voice rough.
“Don't... Don't tell me you miss Lewis...because if you do, I'll understand. But at least know this – this thing we have, it's real, at least for me. It's more than just crazy strategies and stolen kisses after victories. Maybe I haven't said it, haven't shown it the way you deserve, but I care about you, y/n... A lot.”
His confession hangs in the air, raw and vulnerable, you've never seen him that way. You can see the years of unspoken feelings bubbling to the surface. Tears prick your eyes, blurring the image of Charles in front of you.
A million things fight for dominance in your mind: the thrill of the new with Lewis, the comfortable companionship with Charles, the undeniable spark you share with him.
Taking a shaky breath, you meet his gaze.
”Charles, I... I don't know what I want... I mean, Lewis is exciting, a new challenge. But with you... it's different, it's easy, familiar, it's warm. But it's also... frustrating you know? You never give anything away, never let anyone in all the way.”
A flicker of pain crosses Charles' features. He reaches out, hesitantly placing a hand on your arm. “I'm scared y/n... Scared of losing you, scared of letting myself feel something this real. But if you're willing to take a chance, maybe, just maybe, we can figure this out together.” he says softly.
The silence stretches, thick with unspoken emotions. You look into Charles' eyes, searching for a glimpse of the future you both could have. The weight of the decision settles on your shoulders. You glance around the garage, the familiar red of the Ferraris a stark contrast to the turmoil within you. Lewis' confident smile flashes in your mind, but it's quickly replaced by the image of Charles' vulnerability, a side you've never seen before.
Taking a deep breath, you meet Charles' gaze, a flicker of determination replacing your earlier uncertainty.
“Okay Charles, let's figure this out... Together.” you say softly.
A slow smile spreads across Charles' face, relief washing over him. He pulls you into a tight embrace, the scent of his familiar cologne grounding you, it feels like coming home.
“Thank you, y/n. Thank you for taking a chance on us.” he whispers in your ear.
You pull back slightly, a playful glint returning to your eyes. “Just don't expect me to lose in the strategy game anytime soon, Leclerc... This isn't over yet.”
Charles throws his head back and laughs, the tension finally breaking. He ruffles your hair affectionately.
“I wouldn't have it any other way amour... Wouldn't have it any other way.” he smiles. (love)
-
The garage and the pit wall is mostly deserted, the day's work winding down. You're packing up some of your things when Lewis approaches, a determined look in his eyes.
“Hey, y/n! Can I talk to you?” he asked with a friendly smile on his face.
You hesitate, then nod, gesturing towards a quiet corner. Lewis leans against a wall, his voice gets a little serious.
“I saw you and Charles... And I get it now, there's something there, a history I can't compete with.” There's a hint of disappointment in his voice, but mostly understanding.
“Lewis, I... I'm really sorry. Things just moved too fast too soon, and I realized what I was risking.” you say softly but Lewis offers a shy smile.
“No need to apologize, but follow your heart, y/n! That's all any of us can do... Besides, maybe next time on the track, I can finally knock your team off that top spot in the strategy battle.”
A genuine smile graces your lips. “Don't count on it, Hamilton. But hey, maybe we can grab a coffee sometime and hash out some friendly competition strategies. No promises on who'll win, though.”
Lewis chuckles, the tension dissipating. He extends his hand for a handshake. “Deal! And good luck with Charles. He's a lucky guy!”
You shake his hand, a newfound sense of clarity settling within you, he gives you a warm smile and a friendly hug. As Lewis walks away, you glance towards Charles, who's watching the exchange with a hint of possessiveness in his eyes. You catch his gaze and he winks at you, a silent promise hanging between you.
He walks towards you with a little smile on his face and takes you in his arms.
“So... How about we get out of here? I could use a real shower you know?” you say and Charles' smile widens, genuine relief washing over his features.
“Sounds like a plan. My place, or yours?” he asks softly.
The air hangs heavy with unspoken possibilities. You know this is a turning point in your relationship, a chance to rebuild something stronger.
“Your place only if you promise to make that killer pasta dish you always brag about.” you say teasingly.
Charles lets out a mock groan, but there's a twinkle in his eye. “Fine, fine. But you have to help me chop the vegetables! No bystanders in my kitchen, okay?” You laugh, the tension finally breaking. As you finally grab all of your things, Charles slings his arm around your shoulders, pulling you close. “Come on, sweetcheeks. Let's get out of here before someone challenges me to another mario kart race.” he smiles softly. “You know I can't resist a good challenge, especially when you're involved.”
You nudge him playfully, a warm feeling blossoming in your chest.
”Oh, I'm sure you can handle it, Leclerc. But just you wait, next time I'm schooling you.”
Together you walk out of the garage, the setting sun casting an orange glow across the racetrack. The future is uncertain, but with a newfound commitment to each other, you're ready to face it head-on. You and Charles head towards his car, the promise of a home-cooked meal and a chance to reconnect hanging heavy in the air.

Hi!
Can i request a fluff georgie x reader where he is head over heals with her?
The family dont know who she is (just sheldon bcs they are in the same university and she is very smart), but one day georgie takes her back home to hang out as friends and the family falls in love with how kind smart and charming she is and they are like: "this is the one for him"
Your writing is wholesome 😚

Sometimes when you look at someone you like, you get this feeling of time slowing down around you but fast forwarding to the moment you imagine yourself with that person. That feeling is what Georgie experiences when with her. Y/N L/N. There are many beautiful girls around the world, but nothing can compare to her.
She’s beautiful in his eyes, no matter what setting they are in, whether it is dark or not. She glows in his eyes. When it’s bright, she’s the cause. When it’s crowded, she’s the only one he sees. When they’re alone, nothing else matters. Needless to say, Georgie will always be proud to admit that he is down bad for this girl, and yet he couldn’t find the courage to do it in front of her.
It is no secret that Georgie is not particularly the smartest one in the family; however, that does not mean that he is dumb. He’s smart in his own way. Everyone is. It’s always comforting when she tells Georgie that he’s not dumb, as other people put it. In her words, she is "book smart” and the boy is “street smart," to which the latter agrees since Y/N does not go outside much.
There’s more ways to enjoy herself in the comfort of her home, more specifically in her room, where all her books and experiments reside.
That’s why she was left confused when she found herself at Dairy Queen with Georgie. How he convinced her to hang outside, she doesn’t know. Clearly it was one of Georgie’s talents to be so convincing. Partly, it was because Y/N couldn’t say no to the boy.
“After graduating high school, I just go to Dr. Sturgis’ class for the hell of it.” Y/N explains while scooping up some ice cream, “My parents are trying to convince me to go to a university and finish my studies altogether; honestly, they just want to brag to our relatives that I graduated college at such a young age.” She furrowed her eyebrows while letting out a bitter smile. “Don’t get me wrong, I love my parents, but I don’t want to rush into college, y'know? I just want to take a break from studying, but I gave them a chance to let me enroll in Dr. Sturgis’ class, but only in his class so technically, still not in college.” Y/N laughed slightly before turning her attention to the person she’s with.
Georgie nodded his head at times when Y/N was telling her story, and the girl noticed, “I’m sorry, I’ve been talking about myself; how about you? What’s the latest news going on with Mr. Georgie Cooper?" The girl smirked smugly at the boy in front of her, making the said boy chuckle nervously.
“Nothing much, really.” Georgie shrugged, not knowing what to tell, “Just the usual, religious mom, coach dad, carefree meemaw, chaotic little sister, know it all little brother, y'know the normal.”
Y/N laughed at his description of his family. Nothing is normal with the Coopers, that’s for sure, but that’s what makes them so unique in a way that the girl wants to have the pleasure of meeting them. And because of that, she blurted out, “They sound fun; it’ll be a joy to meet them personally.” She not-so-subtly hinted to Georgie, who stopped scooping his ice cream.
“Why? "Georgie squinted his eyes confusingly, not really understanding why the girl wanted to meet his family.
Y/N shrugged, playing with her spoon. “Nothing really; I just want to meet them. Is that okay?" She then asked, losing confidence in her voice, which, again, the boy noticed.
“It’s okay, just don’t let them freak you out.”
"Oh, please, how bad can they be?”
・‥...━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━...‥・
“Y/N, what were your thoughts in Dr. Sturgis’ class today? I think it was motivational. Then again, it’s not like I don’t know what the contents of his lessons are anyway.” Sheldon arrogantly bragged as he walked alongside the older girl. Although he did not know he was being arrogant, it’s just the way he presents himself to people. And Y/N has come to terms with that.
Y/N decided to humor the younger boy as they walked outside the university. “Well, I think Dr. Sturgis made a mistake during his lecture.” Sheldon looked up at her, confused with his face all frowning. “What do you mean by mistake? I’m sure I would have recognized the mistake that Dr. Sturgis made.”
The girl was about to answer when they heard a car honking, startling Sheldon in the process, before they both noticed it was “Georgie!” Y/N exclaimed, a huge smile on her face seeing her friend. She ran up to the car as the boy got out of it to open the passenger door for her.
“Ma’am, your service awaits.” Georgie pretended to tip his imaginary hat. “Why, thank you, kind sir," while Y/N attempted to mimic a British accent, almost doing it perfectly.
“Georgie?” Sheldon asked, confused as he walked to his older brother’s car, "What are you doing here? Where’s Meemaw? Will you be the one taking me home? ”
Georgie sighed a bit annoyed. “Meemaw is a bit busy right now, so I volunteered to pick you up, also because Y/N will be joining us for dinner.”
“Huh. Well, that’s delightful to hear.” Sheldon opened the backseat door, waiting for his brother to come in before speaking again. "Delightful, as in Y/N joining us for dinner and not you picking me up.”
“Would you like to walk home? ”
“No.”
“Georgie!”
・‥...━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━...‥・
“We’re home!” Georgie shouted once they came inside the door of their home. The Cooper household, it was nerve-wracking for Y/N to experience this kind of situation. She didn’t grow up with that many friends due to her isolating herself most of the time. But there’s a first time for everything.
Sheldon, after pestering Y/N with what mistake Dr. Sturgis made in his lecture, went to his bedroom to drop off his briefcase, but not before telling Y/N that “This isn’t over, L/N.” Y/N raised an eyebrow at the walking boy before turning back to the nearing footsteps.
Mary came face-to-face with Y/N, not being familiar with her. “Hi, I’m sorry. Who are you?” She asked, not wanting to be rude but wanting to know this stranger inside her house.
"Oh, where are my manners?” Y/N offered her hand to the woman, giving her a beaming smile. “I’m Y/N, Mrs. Cooper. I was invited by your eldest son to dinner, but now I figure that you weren’t informed of my presence here in your humble abode.” The girl then turned to Georgie, who shrugged with a smile on his face. “I wouldn’t want to possibly intrude.”
Mary waved a hand in the girl’s direction before shaking hands with her. “Nonsense, darling, I’m happy that Georgie made friends with a gorgeous girl like yourself, and you may call me Mary.” The woman then led them to the dining table, not noticing that Y/N elbowed Georgie once her back turned to them. The boy crouches in pain, not before seeing Y/N’s overly sweet smile.
・‥...━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━...‥・
“So you mean to say that you go to the same classes with Sheldon at the university?" Missy questioned, interested in the new girl placed between Sheldon and Georgie. “And you survived being with him? Oh, I like you.”
Sheldon looked offended by his sister’s insult before looking content with their mother scolding the twin girl.
“It’s not much of a challenge anyway; I like Sheldon’s wit. It amuses me.” Y/N laughed at Sheldon’s arrogant expression.
“Do you have any religion, Y/N?” Mary asked hopefully. So far, she really likes the girl between her sons; the woman thinks that the girl is the one for Georgie.
Y/N nodded, swallowing her food before answering, “I was born and baptized a Christian, as my family is all Christians.” Mary, after receiving the answer, smiled widely at that, looking at George, motioning her head toward the girl excitedly.
“You mentioned that you graduated high school? At what age?” It was now George’s turn to ask; they were all taking turns getting to know the girl, and by that, it meant questioning her.
“Yes, Mr. Cooper. I actually graduated high school when I was 13. And now, I’m thinking about when I’m going to enroll fully in a university to get my degree. I haven’t really thought about going to college any time soon; basically, Dr. Sturgis’ lectures are just hobbies in a way.”
“And what exactly is your relationship with our Georgie here?” Connie finally asked what most of them were thinking, casually drinking a beer. Y/N choked on her pasta, with Georgie patting her back gently and offering her water, which she took. The boy noticed his family eyeing his actions toward Y/N; he sent them an eye roll.
“We’re just friends, Meemaw," Georgie answered, fighting back the urge to confess his feelings right there and then. But he figured to take this more privately than out in the open with his family present. That doesn’t really scream romantic to him.
Y/N paid no mind to his answer and rubbed her thumb on the back of his hand, smiling at him. "Thanks, darling.” She was grateful for him taking care of her when she was nearly dying earlier. “Don’t mention it, dear.” Georgie smiled back.
They didn’t notice the eyes on them, as they only saw each other right now. Needless to say, the family found the one for Georgie Cooper. He did too.
“I still don’t recall Dr. Sturgis’ mistake earlier.” Well, it was good while it lasted.

Can u do a fic where u take him to the outskirts of the sea to show him how similar he looks to the otters 😍 thank u elder sheldon 🧏♀️
YES OFC ELDER SHELDON WILL DO THIS, I HOPE U ENJOY <3 || unedited / not proof read
“And may I ask, if that is okay with you, where we are heading?”
"I already told you, darling," you hum, your fingers grasped around his large gloved hand and give it a squeeze and in return, he squeezes right back. "It's a surprise."
an exasperated sigh fills the air. "You already know how I feel about such surprises, my love. Why do you continue to antagonize me by doing so?"
"It's not a big deal. I promise you, you're gonna like this one."
"I sure hope so," he mutters, following you down the steps that lay behind the Opera Epiclese. His eyes squint from the sun and avert his gaze elsewhere, turning his head to the right and noticing the sandy path.
"The coast?" he asks in curiosity. His nose scrunched up at the small crunch sounds underneath his shoes - hating that he might have to clean his attire later when he returned to his home.
"Mhm!"
After about a few minutes, the two of you finally reached your destination. You let go of Neuvillette's hand and carefully climb on top of the lowest rock, using the other rocks for assistance and your lover follows your actions.
"Well wha-"
"shh!" you shushed him, patting the spot beside you and he found himself on his knees beside you. "Look," you point out towards the sea and the lone rock that resides not far from you.
on that rock lay 3 otters and around the rock, 2 others were lying on their back in the water, holding paws to not drift away from one another.
"Otters?" The chief justice was absolutely dumbfounded.
"yes!" you laugh. "they look exactly like you!"
"hmm." The chief justice is left puzzled. his head tilts to the side slightly, eyeing the sea creatures not far from him. "Perhaps," he mutters, eyes widening slightly when the animal props its head to stare at him.
Like out of a story, the animal finds its way closer to the two of you but enough distance to back away and flee if needed. A small noise emits from the creature, as if communicating.
"Yes I see." Neuvillette nods his head, pretending to communicate with the otter to your amusement. "Even the otter here," he gestures towards the blue mammal. "Agrees that he looks like me."
"I told you Neuv," you reach toward his thigh, giving it a gentle squeeze. "I bet you didn't even know these guys existed."
"No," he lowers his head and grows quiet as if ashamed. "I never knew. I don't come out often, you know this."
"Well," you start off, scooting closer to him and resting your head on his shoulder, eyes following the small animals playing in the water and swimming around one another. "Fontaine will be okay if you take days off. You should come and see the world with me."
"I think I will take you on that offer, darling."

— the perfect universe
warnings: pre marriage, angst with tons of fluff pairing: apollo x daughter of aphrodite and ares a/n: do ya’ll know that one scene in young sheldon when mary was losing her faith because that one girl died and then sheldon sits on the porch swing with her and he’s like “there’s (something) billion people on the earth what are the odds that you’re the perfect mom for me?” or something like that well I’m rewatching the show right now and I wanted to write something using that quote so here we are sorry for yapping hope you enjoy this 🫶🏼
back, forth, back, and forth, and back again. the silence of the slight breeze and your silky nightdress brushing against the stairs is all that fills your ears. the sun god’s hands rub over your knuckles slowly, taking his time going over each one as to keep you aware of his comfort. you close your eyes and take in a deep breath, letting it out as slow as humanly possible. you restrict the tears brewing in your eyes from streaming down your cheeks. a large pit had formed in your stomach when you had awoken this morning, throughout the entirety of the day it hadn’t left your body. the thoughts, the voices, scolding you for every stupid decision you make. “he’s going to leave you” “you’re going to end up alone” “what kind of god would settle down with an idiotic goddess like you?” “what speciality to you have?”
you couldn’t physically or mentally understand why these voices took up your mind. but what if he did hate you? what if he thought you had gotten hideous since your first meeting? what if he had already met another women more beautiful than you?
breathe. in, and out, he’s here, he loves you, it’s okay
“look at me, darling”
you open your eyes as soon as the sound waves travel to your ears, turning to apollo, meeting his golden eyes as asked. he cups your cheek with his free hand and pulls your head to rest over his chest, placing a kiss to your hair. he rests that same hand on your back and rubs up and down with the patterns of your breath
at last, he speaks again, “did you know if the universe was slightly more powerful the world would collapse?”
you take in his statement. since when was the god of the sun interested in outer space? you shake your head regardlesss
“and did you know if it was slightly less powerful the earth would fly away?”
you furrow your brows and lift your head up from his chest. “where are you going with this?”
“well gravity is exactly where it’s supposed to be. any less or any more and earth would cease to exist. what are the odds of that?”
“get to the point, please” you whisper and roll your teary eyes
“there’s eight billion people on this earth and you’re the perfect lover for me. what are the odds of that?”
your lips quiver, and for only a quick second you can hold back tears before your eyes deceive you and you let out an uncontrollable sob, returning your head back to its spot on his chest. you clutch at the fabric of his clothes, and release wherever water was left in your body until you had finally calmed down, every breath still shaky as you return to a normal state. you sigh and lift your head again to find the god already looking over at you
you sigh before speaking, “I don’t know why you’re so persistent to prove you love me when any other god would have moved on by now”
“the other gods haven’t been granted with the ability to know what it’s like to be in love. real love”
“you can’t love me. you of all gods”
“listen, my love” he removes both hands from around you and cups your face between them, kissing each tear that drops “if I have to bind my soul to the river styx to prove to you I will never love another woman for the rest of my life then so be it”
“you’re immortal, you’re bound to find-”
“darling, as much as I love nothing more than listening to your voice, I loathe when you use it to speak such nonsense”
“will you do it? bind your soul?”
“I would do it whether or not you trusted I’ll never love anyone else”
a shaky breath escapes your mouth. you accept his statement, aware he’s entirely telling the truth about doing what he pleases to make you happy regardless of how you feel it may harm him. slowly, but surely eventually— your lips both meet in the middle, to a kiss that would say more than words ever could (actions do speak louder than words as the mortals say). and the next morning, a vow and a binding would be made to cement tonight’s words
