Berta Rosenbaum Golahny was a Jewish artist who was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1925.  Her mother, Fannie Henkin Rosenbaum, was born in Belarus and her father, Gedaliah Rosenbaum, was born in Poland.  Berta picked up drawing by watching her father design wrought-iron pieces for the company he founded.  In 1943 she attended the Art Students League of New York after winning the national scholarship there.  There she met George Grosz, who encouraged her to keep drawing, and Ossip Zadkine, who encouraged her to take up sculpting.

From 1959 to 2001, she taught at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.  She was proficient in a variety of art mediums and styles, and was known for such sculptures as Sheba and such paintings as Crab Nebula #1, Street Car Scene, and Sinai Summit.  Golahny passed away in 2005 (z’’l).

I never liked how they were portrayed in the original at all. I hope to do platonic justice to them!

Okay I have to ask cause I'm dumb and gonna get confused. So called we get a list of the ships that you kept or changed? Cause I didn't expect Mug's and Bendy to be shipped which caught me off guard and confused me. I just don't wanna get confused again. :') (Oh and if you already did then send a link or something. Sorry this is long.)
