When I was a kid, we moved into a house that had a huge lilac tree out front. It was mostly rotten, and it needed to be taken down before it fell. It took a while, but eventually, it was gone.
Mostly. A couple years later, little lilac babies popped out of the ground in its place. My mom was determined to get rid of them, because she'd planted a beautiful flower garden there, and the lilac trees would overshadow and kill the whole garden. I insisted on saving at least a few saplings. She said fine, but I had to dig them out and put them in pots myself.
So, I did. I spent days digging little lilac bushes out of the ground and putting them into pots. Some couldn't be saved, but some could. When all was said and done, I had five brand-new lilac saplings. Seven or eight years old, and it was my absolute pride and joy.
Three died due to sun scorching, severe drought that no amount of watering could save, and perhaps just being moved from their place in the ground. But two survived, and I was awfully proud of them! I'd go out and talk to them every single day. I watered them by hand and made sure they were fertilized properly. I learned all about their favored environments, and I was determined to make sure they lived.
One of my mom's friends saw what I was doing with the lilacs. She asked if she could have one to put in her backyard, and I agreed on the condition that she take very, very good care of it.
It's now fucking enormous. I'm talking ten feet tall and bursting with beautiful purple flowers every spring. My mom still gets updates each year as they start to bloom, which she forwards to me. And all I can think is, "That's my friend! Thriving some twenty years on, there it is."
The other tree nearly died, too. It lived in a pot for far, far too long. I wanted to plant it somewhere in my parents' yard, but my mom was reluctant. Eventually, we agreed to put it in the far back garden. It grew okay for many years, despite the shade, but in all these years, it's never bloomed.
Last year, the massive tree casting massive shadows over the lilac and the garden cracked in half and fell. It tumbled into the garden, crushing part of the nearby shed and destroying a few plants beneath it.
It missed my lilac by inches.
The clean-up is long done. The rest of the tree has been cut down, and my lilac has full sunlight for the first time in fifteen years. It won't bloom this year, I know. But it's got new shoots up. It's taller than ever. I spent half an hour a few weeks ago praising it for surviving all this time, dreaming about its future and telling it how I believe it'll become the tall beauty it's always been meant to be.
I think next year, I'll see flowers.

❝not a joke ❞ — Shoyo Hinata
-haikyu{manga spoilers}

Synopsis: childhood besties to lovers, hinata is finally back from Brazil and things take a turn when he's back.
C/w: fem! reader x timeskip!hinata, no smut in this part but it's suggestive
~4.2k words, this is part 1 { part 2 here}
You fidgeted with the hem of your sweater as you stood near the arrival gates, your heart pounding in anticipation. It had been two years since you last saw Hinata. Two years since he had left for Brazil, chasing his dream. You had kept in touch—video calls, texts, the occasional voice note—but nothing could compare to seeing him in person again.
Then, finally, you spotted him.
The moment he stepped through the gates, your breath hitched.
This wasn’t the same scrawny, hyperactive boy who used to race you to the convenience store or challenge you to impromptu volleyball matches at the park. No, this Hinata was different. He stood taller, broader, his frame filled out with muscle in a way that made your stomach flip. His tanned skin, sharp jawline, and confident stride made it clear—Brazil had changed him.And damn, he looked good.
Your legs moved before your brain could catch up. "sho!"
His head snapped up, and the second his eyes landed on you, his entire face lit up. "___!"
In an instant, you crashed into him, your arms wrapping around his shoulders as his strong ones curled around your waist. He lifted you off the ground effortlessly, spinning you once before setting you down, his laughter ringing in your ears.
"You're real," you mumbled into his shoulder, squeezing him tight. "You're actually here."
Hinata pulled back just enough to look at you, his wide grin never faltering. "Of course I’m here! Did you think I was some clone?" He laughed, the sound warm and familiar, and you felt a lump form in your throat.
You smacked his arm playfully. "Shut up, you know what I mean."
Hinata chuckled, his grip on you tightening for a moment before he finally pulled back just enough to look at you. His bright eyes searched your face, as if making sure you were real too.
"And you haven’t changed at all!" he teased, ruffling your hair like he used to, though there was something softer in the way he did it now—more affectionate than playful.
You swatted his hand away with a pout. "Speak for yourself! What happened to the little tangerine I used to know?"
Hinata grinned, flexing his arm exaggeratedly. "Turns out playing beach volleyball in the sun every day does wonders!"
You rolled your eyes, but your smile gave you away. "Yeah, yeah, whatever, big shot. Let’s go—your mom’s been texting me every five minutes asking if you’re here yet."
His eyes widened. "Oh, crap. She’s gonna kill me if I don’t call her right now."
With a laugh, you grabbed his wrist and started dragging him toward the exit. The warmth of his skin against yours sent a jolt through you, a reminder that he was really back. No more time differences, no more lagging video calls. Just him. Here. Now.
As you walked side by side, Hinata glanced at you, a small smile playing on his lips. "I missed you."
Your steps faltered slightly before you caught yourself. The words were simple, but the way he said them—soft, sincere—made your heart stutter.
You swallowed, pushing away the sudden rush of emotions. "Yeah, me too, Sho."
~
The next day came quicker than you expected, and as you got ready, a strange mix of excitement and nervousness settled in your chest. It shouldn’t have felt like a big deal—you were just taking Hinata out for the meal you’d promised. But something about it felt… different. Maybe it was because you weren’t kids anymore. You had both grown, matured, changed. And though Hinata was still his usual energetic self, there was a newfound confidence in him that made your stomach flip.
You smoothed down the floral dress you’d picked out—simple, cute, just short enough to feel a little daring but not too revealing. With one last look in the mirror, you grabbed your bag just as the doorbell rang.
Taking a deep breath, you opened the door.
And Hinata froze.
His brain seemed to short-circuit for a second as he took you in, eyes widening slightly before he quickly cleared his throat.
"You…" He blinked rapidly, trying to shake off whatever had just come over him. "You look—uh—wow."
You raised an amused brow. "Wow?"
A faint flush crept up his tanned cheeks as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I mean—you look really nice! Like, really, really nice."
Your lips curled into a teasing smile. "Thanks, Sho."
And just like that, his usual grin returned, though his heart still hammered in his chest as he stepped aside for you. What the hell was that? You’d always been pretty, but for some reason, tonight, seeing you like this, it felt like his heart might actually leap out of his chest.
~
The restaurant you picked was a cozy little spot, nothing too fancy but perfect for catching up. The two of you settled into a booth, ordering your food while slipping easily into conversation. Hinata had endless stories about Brazil—the intense training, the beautiful beaches, the culture, the food. His eyes practically sparkled as he talked, his excitement infectious.
At some point, between bites of your meal, the topic of dating came up.
"So," you leaned back, stirring your drink with your straw. "Did you see any hot girls in Brazil? You know, sitting on the benches watching you play?"
Hinata smirked, eyes glinting with mischief. "Oh yeah, plenty."
You hadn’t expected your stomach to twist at his response, but it did. You forced a laugh, taking a sip of your drink to mask the unexpected pang of disappointment. "Wow, look at you. Living the dream, huh?"
He grinned but didn’t say anything right away, just watching you with a knowing look. Then, after a beat, he leaned forward on his elbows. "I was just teasing, you know."
You blinked. "Huh?"
Hinata chuckled, shaking his head. "You looked kinda sad for a second."
You quickly waved him off. "Pfft, no way. I was just surprised, that’s all."
He didn’t seem convinced, but he let it slide. Instead, he tilted his head, curiosity dancing in his expression. "What about you? Did you like anyone while I was gone?"
You scoffed, rolling your eyes. "Please. No guys would go for me."
Hinata frowned. "What? That’s not true."
You gave a half-hearted shrug. "It’s fine, really. I mean, I guess I just wasn’t anyone’s type. Maybe I should start carrying a sign that says desperate and available might speed up the process." You laughed at your own joke, but Hinata didn’t.
Instead, his brows furrowed, and he leaned in just slightly, voice softer now. "You know, if any guy didn’t see how amazing you are, that’s their loss."
Your breath hitched, your fingers tightening around your glass.
He said it so naturally, like it was just a fact. Like it wasn’t something that made your heart stutter in your chest.
For a moment, you couldn’t speak. The way Hinata looked at you—earnest, unwavering—made your usual ability to deflect and joke disappear. You swallowed, breaking eye contact as you toyed with the rim of your glass.
"Well," you said, forcing a chuckle to lighten the mood, "good thing I have you to boost my ego."
Hinata huffed, shaking his head. "I’m serious." His voice was firmer this time. "You’re funny, kind, and you’ve always been there for me. I don’t get why some guy hasn’t already swept you off your feet."
Your heart pounded against your ribs. He said it so casually, like it was obvious. Like it wasn’t making your chest tighten in a way that felt dangerous.
You tried to brush it off with another laugh. "Guess I’m just too intimidating."
Hinata snorted. "Yeah, right." Then, after a beat, he grinned. "Maybe guys just think they don’t have a chance with you."
That caught you off guard. "What?"
He shrugged, leaning back in his seat. "I mean, think about it. You’re cool, you’re cute—maybe they’re just scared to confess."
Your breath hitched. Did he just—?
Before you could even process it, Hinata stretched his arms over his head, completely unaware of the effect his words had on you. "Anyway! Doesn’t matter. If they’re too dumb to see how great you are, then they don’t deserve you."
You stared at him, something fluttering in your chest. He was still the same Hinata—loud, a little clueless, always brimming with energy. But sometimes, just sometimes, he said things that made you wonder if maybe he saw you differently than he used to. And maybe… maybe you were starting to see him differently too.
As the two of you stepped out of the restaurant, a sudden downpour greeted you. The once-clear sky had turned dark, raindrops pelting down hard against the pavement.
"Ah, crap," you muttered, pulling your arms close to yourself as a chilly breeze followed. "I didn’t check the weather."
Hinata groaned, rubbing the back of his head. "Me neither." He glanced around before perking up. "hey, my place is closer. No one’s home either so you can stay over...maybe?"
You stared at him for a second before smirking. "Hinata Shoyo, are you trying to get me alone?"
Hinata choked. "Wha—?! No! I didn’t mean it like that!" He flailed his arms, face heating up. "It’s just—y-you always used to come over when we were kids, right? It’d be like a sleepover! But, uh, not in a weird way! Just—y'know—so you don’t have to walk home in the rain!"
You stared at him, amused by how fast he was unraveling.
He cleared his throat, still clearly flustered. "I-I have a spare pair of clothes you can borrow! So you don’t get sick!"
You bit back a smile, watching him trip over his words. "Relax, I’m just joking with you."
His shoulders slumped with relief. "Don’t do that to me," he whined.
You laughed, nudging his arm. "Alright, alright. Let’s go before we get completely drenched."
Hinata huffed, pulling his hoodie up. But as the two of you started jogging toward his place, you couldn’t help but feel that same strange flutter in your chest from earlier. Because as silly and panicked as he got… he still wanted to take care of you.
By the time you reached Hinata’s place, you were both soaked. Your dress clung uncomfortably to your skin, and Hinata’s hoodie was drenched, his damp hair sticking to his forehead.
"Okay, yeah, this was a terrible idea," he admitted between breaths, shaking out his arms like a wet dog.
You laughed, hugging yourself for warmth. "I told you we should’ve just called a cab."
"Where’s the fun in that?" He grinned before stepping aside to let you in.
You walked through the hallway, the familiar scent of Hinata’s home wrapping around you like a nostalgic hug. It felt like stepping into the past, except… everything felt different now.
His bedroom door was slightly ajar, and you peeked inside.
It was almost exactly how you remembered it—volleyball posters, random clothes on the chair, and his bed a little messy but still welcoming. The only real difference was the trophies and medals on his shelf, a testament to how far he’d come.
As you stepped inside, your fingers ran over the edge of his desk, your mind lost in memories of all the times you had spent in this room, whether it was watching dumb videos, challenging each other to games, or just lying on the floor talking about your dreams.
Then—
"Boo!"
"AH!" You jumped, spinning around just as Hinata burst into laughter, clutching his stomach.
"Hinata, you idiot!" You smacked his arm, but he barely flinched, too busy laughing at your reaction."Sorry, sorry! I couldn’t resist!" He grinned, holding out a towel and some dry clothes—a worn T-shirt and a pair of shorts. "Here, you can change into these."
You grabbed them, still glaring. "I should make you suffer for that scare."
Hinata smirked. "Oh no, are you gonna steal my bed and make me sleep on the floor?"
"Tempting," you muttered, looking down at the clothes. His T-shirt looked big—big enough that it would probably hang loosely over you. "Guess I’ll be swimming in these."
Hinata chuckled. "Better than staying in that wet dress."
You rolled your eyes but didn’t argue, making your way to the bathroom. The second you shut the door, you let out a breath you hadn’t realized you were holding.
This felt… weird. Not in a bad way, but in a way that made your heart race a little too fast. You’d stayed over at Hinata’s plenty of times as kids, but this was different. You weren’t kids anymore.
As you changed in the bathroom, you realized with a sigh that your bra was just as drenched as your dress. There was no way you were putting it back on as it clung uncomfortably to your skin, cold and heavy with rain. You hesitated for a second before deciding to go without it, pulling on Hinata’s oversized t-shirt instead. The fabric was soft, slightly worn, and it smelled like him—fresh laundry mixed with something undeniably Hinata. You ran your fingers through your hair, trying to make yourself look somewhat presentable before stepping out.
When you stepped out, Hinata glanced up from where he was towel-drying his hair, and just like before, he froze. His brain short-circuited.
At first, he had just been prepared to tease you about how his clothes practically swallowed you whole. But then his gaze caught on the way the loose fabric draped over you, how it shifted with your movements, and...oh
You weren’t wearing a bra. The way the thin material did absolutely nothing to hide the erect peaks poking out from underneath, and the soft swell beneath it.
Hinata’s face went up in flames.
Oh. Oh.
He ripped his gaze away so fast he almost gave himself whiplash, suddenly finding the most fascinating spot on the floor to stare at. Don't look, don't look, don't look—
But it was too late. That single glance was already burned into his brain, and no amount of panicked mental screaming was going to erase it.
"N-nothing!" His voice cracked, and he gripped the towel in his hands like it was a lifeline. "You just—uh—you look comfortable!"
You smirked, completely oblivious to the absolute war happening in his head. "What, jealous that I pull off your clothes better than you do?"
Hinata let out the most unconvincing laugh of his life. "Y-yeah! I mean, no! No way!" He could feel his ears burning, and he desperately tried to focus on literally anything else. "S-so, uh, movie?"
You stretched your arms over your head with a yawn, completely unaware of how his eyes almost flickered down again before he clenched his jaw and forced himself to stare straight ahead.
"Yeah, sure," you said, flopping onto the couch beside him.
Hinata grabbed the remote, fingers fumbling as he picked the first thing that appeared on the screen. He had no idea what he just put on. It could’ve been a horror movie, a documentary, or a three-hour-long ad, and he wouldn’t have noticed.Because no matter how hard he tried, he could not stop thinking about the fact that you—his best friend—were sitting next to him, wearing his clothes, and making his heart race in a way that felt far too dangerous.
As if things couldn’t get any worse, Hinata—still reeling from his internal meltdown—mindlessly pressed play on whatever movie popped up first. Big mistake.
Because barely fifteen minutes in, the screen suddenly shifted to a scene that made both of you freeze.
Heavy breathing. Slow, lingering touches. Clothes slipping off way too easily.
Oh. Oh.
You choked on your own spit. "Hinata—"
Hinata, already red as a tomato, practically threw the remote in his panic, scrambling to grab it again. "I—I DIDN’T KNOW! I JUST CLICKED SOMETHING!"
You clapped a hand over your mouth, trying not to burst into nervous laughter. "Oh my god."
Hinata, on the other hand, looked like he was fighting for his life. He was stiff as a board, eyes darting anywhere but the screen. "I’ve never watched this with you before!" he blurted out, as if that somehow made this less mortifying.
You raised an eyebrow. "So, you’ve watched this alone?"
Hinata nearly died on the spot. "THAT'S NOT—!" He smacked the remote until the screen finally blessedly went black. Silence.
Then you lost it, bursting into laughter while Hinata groaned, burying his face in his hands. "This is the worst."
Still giggling, you leaned back against the couch, wiping a tear from your eye. "Oh my god, Sho, that was so bad."
Hinata groaned again, dragging his hands down his face. "I swear on volleyball, I didn’t mean to put that on."
You smirked, nudging his arm. "So you have watched that kinda stuff alone, huh?"
"STOP," he whined, throwing his head back dramatically. "I’m already suffering."
You couldn’t help but laugh at how flustered he was, cheeks still red, ears burning. You’d never seen him react like this before—it was… oddly cute.
After a moment, Hinata huffed, crossing his arms. "You didn’t exactly change the channel either, y'know."
Your face heated up. "HEY! I was shocked! I wasn’t expecting to see—" You clamped your mouth shut, shaking your head rapidly. "Nope. Not finishing that sentence."
Hinata snorted, finally cracking a grin. "Yeah, let’s just pretend that never happened."
You nodded. "Agreed. Now, please pick something safe. Like, a cartoon. Or a volleyball match. Something that won’t make us want to die."
Hinata grabbed the remote again, determined. "On it. No more accidental… that."
But as he scrolled through the options, a single, dangerous thought crossed his mind...Why was it so easy to picture watching something like that with you… and not just as a joke?
As Hinata scrolled through the movie options, his mind was still stuck on what had just happened. The sheer embarrassment of it. The way you had looked at him, teasing but also—maybe—just a little flustered too.
And then there was the part that was really messing with his head… the part where, for just a split second, he’d wondered what it would be like if—
Nope. Nope. Absolutely not going there.
But then, you stretched beside him, adjusting the oversized shirt you were wearing—his shirt—and the movement drew his eyes right to where the fabric clung to you. His throat went dry.
And as if the universe wanted to make things worse, you turned to him, tilting your head. "You okay?"
"Y-yeah!" His voice cracked, and he quickly looked away, staring so hard at the TV that he was surprised it didn’t catch fire.
You raised an eyebrow, smirking. "You sure? You’re looking kinda nervous."
"N-no! I’m fine! Totally fine!" He forced a laugh, but the way his knee was bouncing gave him away completely.
You leaned in a little, resting your chin on your hand as you studied him. "Hmmm… is it ‘cause of that scene?" Hinata froze.
A slow, knowing smile spread across your lips. "Oh my god," you whispered, eyes twinkling with mischief. "Are you still thinking about it?"
"I—*NO!" he practically yelled, face burning hotter than the sun. "Why would I—?!"
You let out a low hum, clearly enjoying his reaction way too much. "I mean, I get it… it was a lot," you mused, voice just a bit too playful. "Not really something we’ve ever watched together before, huh?"
Hinata swallowed hard. "Nope! Definitely not!"
You traced random patterns on the couch, pretending to be lost in thought. "Kinda makes you wonder, though…"
His brain screeched to a halt. "*Wonder what?!*"
You grinned, leaning in a little closer, your voice dropping just enough to make his heart stutter. "What it’d be like to watch something like that… on purpose."
Hinata nearly died on the spot. His whole body tensed, his mind scrambling to process your words, but all he could come up with was pure, unfiltered panic.
"WHAT?!" His voice shot up so high it cracked, and he practically threw himself back against the couch as if that would somehow put distance between him and the very questionable situation unfolding.
You bit your lip, clearly enjoying every second of his meltdown. "What?" you teased, tilting your head. "Just saying…curiosity is normal, right?"
Hinata's brain was short-circuiting. His hands clenched into fists on his lap, his ears so hot they could probably fry an egg. "Curiosity—?!" He gulped, shaking his head furiously. "Nope! Nope! I refuse to be a part of whatever weird mind game this is!"
You just laughed, plopping back against the couch. "Relax, Sho. I’m just joking with you."
But that did not make him relax.
In fact, if anything, the damage was already done. Because now, no matter how hard he tried, his brain was not letting go of the thought. Watching something like that with you.On purpose. Or worse...you and him doing— no. Absolutely not.
Hinata swallowed thickly, shifting uncomfortably. He was so screwed.
You shifted closer, resting your chin on his shoulder, pretending like you weren’t feeling the heat creeping up your own neck. "Shoooo," you dragged out his name, voice laced with amusement. "Why are you so red?"
Hinata tensed like a live wire, jaw clenched, hands gripping his knees like they were the only things keeping him grounded. "I—I'm not!"
You let out a small hum, eyes flickering to the way his ears were practically glowing. "Liar," you whispered, your breath brushing against his skin. He jolted, his whole body stiffening like you’d electrocuted him.
You smirked. "Ohhh, you’re totally flustered!"
"No, I’m not!" Hinata shot back, turning to face you—big mistake. Because now, your faces were *way* closer than he expected, and for a split second, neither of you moved.
Your heart pounded. His eyes flickered down—to your lips, to the slight curve of your smirk—before snapping back up to meet your gaze.
Dangerous. Very dangerous.
And you did what any reasonable person would do when faced with this much tension. You attacked. Your fingers darted out, finding that one ticklish spot on his side, the one you knew would break him.
"AH—HEY!" Hinata practically yelped, twisting away, but you were relentless. You pushed forward, giggling as you dug your fingers into his ribs, his stomach, anywhere you could reach.
"Admit it!" you laughed. "You’re so flustered!"
"*N-nohoho—!*" Hinata was losing it, squirming as uncontrollable laughter bubbled out of him. "Stohop! It tickles"
"Never!"
He tried to escape, but you were quick, dodging his weak attempts to grab your hands. He was laughing too hard, his strength betraying him.
Then, suddenly—
Hinata snapped.
With a burst of energy, he lunged forward, grabbing your wrists and flipping the whole situation on you.
You let out a surprised gasp as your back hit the couch, Hinata looming over you, pinning your wrists above your head. His breathing was heavy, his hair slightly disheveled from all the movement.
And that wasn’t even the worst part.Your shirt had ridden up way more than either of you had realized in the chaos, exposing the smooth skin of your stomach, the subtle dip of your waist. His hands were still pinning yours above your head, but his eyes—traitorous, stupid eyes—lingered a second too long.
Too long to be normal. Too long to be ignored.
And you noticed. You sucked in a sharp breath, your chest rising and falling a little too quickly. "Shoyo…"
Wow...this took a while and it's not complete. Second part coming soon which is gonna be smut so mdni!

Someone tries to flirt with their significant other
Characters: Gi-hun, The Salesman, Se-mi, and Hyun-ju
Y/n is gender neutral reader
Warnings: None just mention of cheating and alcohol
Pt1 | PT2
Gi-hun-
Gi- hun and you would go out every Friday to bet on horse races. It was one of your favorite date night ideas since you would either walk out with a pocket full of money or empty ones but both your hearts full of love. On one of these dates night Gi-hun actually won quite a lot so he went to the front box to collect it. So you were left there alone looking to see if you had also won and you did you jumped up in happiness and you were about to head to where Gi-hun was but a strange women decided to cling to your arm “Oh hey I see that you won so how about you take
me out.” You tried to wiggle yourself but you couldn't since she kept gripping your arm harder.
Gi hun was on his way back to you when he saw the scene of a random lady holding on to you so when you looked over to where he was you just lip whispered help me and he was glad to do so. “Um miss could you please let go of my S/o” “And who do you think you are” The lady hissed at him.
“I'm their boyfriend!” He shouted “So you better not mess with them” She let go of you so fast and just covered her face due to everyone watching. Your bf made you wrap your arm around him and you both walked off laughing at what just happened “Thanks for saving me there” you told him as you kissed his cheek.
The Salesman-
After getting married with the love of your life you were both unable to be apart from each other. The only times where you both weren’t together was when he had to work. So whenever he left you would just stay home and do the chores since he would bring the money home it was the least you could do. It was about that time that he would come around so when you heard the doorbell you thought it was him “Welcome back hon-” You soon notice that it wasn't him just some door to door salesman. “Oh hello, how could I help you?” “I was wondering if you might have some time to hear about these products we sell” He said, grabbing the door making sure you couldn’t close it “Well-l” “It will only be a few minutes” As he began to speak about the products he eye’s lingered on your body. “If you don't mind me saying that outfit you have on looks nice nice on you body” he growled at you. You felt disgusted. Was he looking at your body this whole time!? You wanted to push the door shut but you couldn't since he had a firm grip on it. You soon saw a taller figure behind him that pulled him right to the floor. It was your lovely husband. “WTF was that?” When he saw the taller man that pulled him he became quiet. “Honey was this disgusting human talking to you” You just nodded and knew what was about to happen.
“Sweetie, could you serve us dinner? I'll be right back ok!” he smiled at you while holding the salesman by the collar. You don't question it and do what he told you to do. After only 5 minutes he came back with some blood on his face and his hair kinda messy.
“I'm glad I got here in time” he said, giving you a passionate kiss. You just melted in his kiss forgetting all that happened.
Se-mi-
Being the bold person that she is you knew what she was going to do
Both you and Se-mi were invited to a mutual friend party. You both dressed in matching colors so others knew you were both in a relationship. But without you knowing your friend invited your ex and to say that things ended awful was an understatement.
When you both arrived you went to greet your mutual friend. The party was already halfway in so people were already tipsy. You both made it around greeting new and old friends and then you saw them….your ex.
You told Se-mi you were going to the bathroom to freshen up. Your ex was listening in on the conversation and began plotting something. Once you left the bathroom someone pulled you into a corner. It was them. “Please take me back Y/n I beg you without you i'm lost.” They reeked of alcohol so you knew they weren’t in the right state of mind. She began to get touchy with you. “Please get away, I don't want to have anything to do with you” You said trying to push them off you. Before anything could happen Se-mi waltz in and slapped them making sure everyone's attention was on her. “If you’re here to hit on other people's partners then what type of human being are you?” She grabbed you in and kissed you in front of everyone. This is my love so you better not get in between us and if you do then you better watch your backs. She apologies to the host before leaving.
Once you made it to her car you broke down. She listened to everything that happened and comforted you. I’ll always be here for you “I love you” she said “ I love you too”
Hyun-ju-
While walking around the mall you and your girlfriend passed by a perfume shop so both decided to check it out. Once you enter you both get bombarded by workers asking if they wanted to try a sample of perfume. You didn't want to be mean and say no since they were just doing their job so you let them spray each perfume on you.
You soon started to feel dizzy and almost fainted but you fell into one of the workers arms. “I think an angel fell into my arms.” You got up quickly stumbling back a bit as you did. “I'm sorry but I have a girlfr-” she soon stopped you from finishing your sentence and asked if you wanted to be there S/o and if you did then it would be a match made in heaven. You wanted to get away but you thought it would be rude.
Hyun ju knew you weren’t a mean person and wasn't going to speak up so she went over and introduced herself. After Hyun-ju introduced herself to the worker she was in shock “OMG I'm so sorry I didn't mean to just flirt with them. I just thought since they were alone they weren't with anyone.” She apologized again before coming over and giving a free perfume. Sorry again for the inconvenience. You accept her apologies. Before leaving Hyun ju said “I hope you one day find your angle like I did.” You blushed at her words and quickly covered your face. “Thank you” she said as she watched you both walk hand in hand.
Here's Pt2!! So I did end up getting it done today and i'm glad I did!! If there's any other characters you want to see please suggest them!! (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)

PART 8 MEETING DAD

As Mattia stepped off the plane, the warmth of Spain hit him like a wave. He felt both excited and nervous, his heart pounding in his chest. Clutching his suitcase, he scanned the crowd, and then, he saw him.
“Dad...” he whispered, trying to hold back the emotions welling up inside him.
Carlos Sainz Jr. appeared, effortlessly cool in a Cowboy outfit, looking every bit the part. As soon as he spotted Mattia, his face broke into a huge smile. He took off his sunglasses, eyes sparkling. “Hey, Matheo! Welcome home!”
Without a second thought, Mattia sprinted toward him, and as soon as he was close enough, Carlos crouched down and spread his arms wide. “Come here and give me a hug!”
Mattia’s eyes filled with tears as he flung himself into his father’s strong arms. “Finally… It’s you!” he said through his tears, smiling so widely his cheeks hurt.
Carlos picked him up while he was spinning around, with his son in his arms, after that he looked him in the eyes, laughing. “How was camp? Hope it was awful, ‘cause you’re not going back! I missed you too much.”
Mattia wiped his tears with the back of his hand, smiling up at his dad. “I missed you more.”
Carlos ruffled his hair, but looked at him strangely, when he remained somewhat silent. He always remembered that his son was quite expressive when telling stories. “Is something wrong, Chilli?” looking at him curiously. “Hold on... Is it just me, or are you getting taller?”
Mattia blinked in surprise. “What? No, it’s nothing, Dad! I just missed you,” he said quickly, trying to hide his nervousness.
Carlos just give him a warm smile. “Me too. Chilli.”
Mattia couldn’t help but smile. “Dad, how are Chessy and the others?” Mattia asked between the half hug and his way to the car, “Oh, they’re at home, anxiously waiting for you. A Chessy living in hysteria has ended her days. She miss you so much.”
Carlos looked at his son, who was looking at him strangely. “What's wrong? Did I shave too much? I didn't mean to cut off all my beard.”
“It's nothing dad, you really look good, even though you look like a cool cowboy" Carlos raised an eyebrow. “Well, seeing you for the first time is... well, I mean seeing you for the first time after the a month that passed.”
Mattia was nervous and didn't want to ruin the plan. Carlos kept looking at him and the boy felt more nervous. “Suddenly I feel like you're taller, dad.”
Carlos chuckled, patting him on the back. “Well, let's get home, little Chilli. Chessy and Sammy are waiting for you.”
****
Once in the car, it was a long drive for Mattia. But he loves the beautiful view outside, it was really great for him.
Carlos glanced over at his son, who sat beside him in the car, “So, how’s everything going, Chilli?” Carlos asked, a mischievous smile tugging at his lips. “I remember someone promising me letters... but nothing ever showed up.”
“I am glad that I give you that chilli keychains, so you will never forget me” He continued.
God, Mattia didn’t know if his twins had promised to send Dad some letters, because they’re busy planning everything to go perfectly. Mattia scratched the back of his head, a nervous grin on his face. “Well, we were really busy Dad...,” he stammered, his voice trailing off as he tried to think of an excuse.
“Were we?” Carlos repeated curiously.
“I mean, me and my friends with camp and all, Dad. Oh, and I met this nice boy there. We got along so well—just... we kinda like brother’s”
Carlos chuckled, raising an eyebrow. “Since when are you so polite, Matheo?” He finished with a smile as he remembered his twin brother.
Mattia shot his dad a playful look. "What? I’m polite! You know, ... it's all part of growing up."
Carlos was about to say something more when he noticed Mattia nervously chewing on his nails. He reached over, lightly grabbing his hand. “You still biting your nails, huh?”
Mattia blinked, taken by surprise. “How did you notice that, Dad?”
Carlos grinned. “How could I not? You’ve been doing it for 9 years.”
“Ugh, yeah! But I’ll stop! It’s a horrible habit, I swear,” Mattia groaned, feeling a bit embarrassed.
Carlos laughed, the sound warm and familiar. “Nice boy, a horrible habit. Seriously, what camp did I send you to? A finishing school?”
Mattia burst out laughing, shaking his head. “Sorry, Dad, it’s just... I didn't realize I was doing it.”
Carlos smirked. “So, why do you keep saying 'Dad' at the end of every sentence, huh?”
Mattia’s face softened as he glanced out the window. “Ugh I... I don’t realize that, Dad" he admitted, his voice quieter.
Carlos looked at him out of the corner of his eye, trying not to laugh,
“But Dad, do you want to know why I say ‘Dad’ all the time?”
Carlos made a sly smile at that “Because you missed your old man so much, right?”
Mattia looking at his dad, with his smile and his big brown eyes like his dad eyes. “Exactly. It's because in my whole life, I mean, you know, for the past month, I was never able to say the word Dad. Never. Not once. And if you ask me, I mean, a dad is an irreplaceable person in a boy’s life. Think about it. There’s a whole day devoted to celebrating fathers. Just imagine someone's life without a father. Never buying a Father’s Day card, never sitting on their father’s lap, never being able to say, hi, Dad, or what's up, Dad, or catch you later, Dad. I mean, a baby’s first words are always, Dada, Dad, aren't they?
Carlos’s expression shifted as he processed Mattia's words. “Let me see if I get this. You miss being able to call me Dad?”
"Yeah," Mattia said, a small smile tugging at his lips. "I really do, Dad." Carlos’s heart swelled with warmth as he tried not to show his emotion.
Okay now he like wanted to cry, but when Mattia noticed his dad gaze, “God, God, don't make things up!" he said when he saw the large estate in he said when he saw the large estate in the distance.
"Now you're the same Mattia as before," Carlos said, amused.
*****
The sun shine brightly over the sprawling estate, casting a warm glow on the vibrant gardens that surrounded it. Mattia, stepped out of the car, her heart racing with excitement. The estate was even more beautiful than the photos. Right at the entrance appeared a woman, who was coming towards him in a very cheerful manner. She was his babysitter, Chessy.
"Matheo, you're finally back!" The brown-haired woman greeted Mattia with great emotion and went to hug him and lift him up. Chessy put him back on the floor and looked at him.
"You're taller, Matheo! Tell your old man that you're not a kid anymore and you're ready for real action."
Mattia laughed a little at this "Okay, Cheesy." She replied with smile, then asked him. "Are you hungry? I made some Tortilla! Your favorites!"
Mattia smiled, he wasn't that hungry "Great!"
"Am I missing something?" Carlos asked, holding Mattia's suitcases. "Were you talking about Tortilla?"
"Yes, they're in the dining room," Cheesy told him.
"Good, because I'm hungry.” Carlos smiled before going inside the house.
Chessy tilted his head, seeing Mattia “You look different. Something’s... weird.”
“You sure you’re okay? You’ve got this... weird.”
“I’m fine!” Mattia said, a little too quickly, forcing a grin. “Just tired from the flight.”
Chessy squinted suspiciously but let it go, draping an arm around Mattia’s shoulders as they followed Carlos inside. Just then, a loud bark interrupted them. A Golden Retriever dog came skidding into the room, tail wagging wildly.
“Sammy!” Mattia grinned, crouching down. But instead of greeting him, the dog barked, tilting its head in confusion.
Chessy frowned, crossing her arms. “What’s the matter, Sammy? Don’t you recognize your brother?”
Mattia scratched his head awkwardly. “Maybe it’s because I smell like the camps?”
Chesssy chuckled, kneeling to pat the dog. “He’ll back soon. Right, Sammy?” Sammy barked again, but this time his tail wagged just a little.
Mattia straightened up, glancing around the room. The mansion was breathtaking, bright walls, wooden beams, and giant windows flooding the space with sunlight. “It’s even prettier than I imagined,” he murmured.
Chessy clapped his hands together. “Alright, little chilli, what’s the plan? Eat first? Unpack? Or eat while you unpack?”
Mattia’s eyes widened. “Wait, you’re saying I can eat in my room?”
“Why not?” Chessy grinned.
“Super!” Mattia exclaimed, practically bouncing on his toes.
****
Then, on the other side of the room, which was like a door, his father appeared with a plate in his hand that had many Tortilla on it. "Hey Math! If you’re done come out to the terrace, I want you to meet someone," he said.
Mattia smiled “Okay dad”
“Okay Chilli” Carlos said walking to the other end of the terrace.
Mattia heard someone and came a little closer to get a better view. There was someone, it wasn't just someone, it was a young woman with her back turned, wearing a sexy dress and a hat.
“Will there ever be a day when I won't see you eating Sainz?” the young woman asked his father.
"I don't think so" She seemed to approach his Father and whispered.
"Have you told him yet?" Carlos swallowed his food. "Slow down Mer, not yet. He just arrived."
"Oh, Carlitos..." the young woman said in a baby voice.
Mattia frowned at what he witnessed from his room, his disbelief already at its peak. “Who is that woman?” He asked through gritted teeth, he could hear Chessy sighing tiredly behind him.
Its mean she was used to by seeing his reaction. He looked at the young woman again who still had her back to him, he couldn't ignore the feeling that something bad was coming from her.

.ᐟ chapter one: can you see me using everything to hold back?
wc: 1k
cw: talk about death of parents (literally one sentence)
the first time we met, the first thing I noticed about vi was her ridiculous haircut and how she had the most beautiful blue eyes i had ever seen (which wasn’t saying much, considering I was only 10). i instantly wanted to be her friend. but my mom had told me that she and powder were still adjusting and their situation was a little delicate since they had just lost their parents. so, i held myself back as much as I could.
three weeks later, when the adoption papers were signed by vander and they officially became his daughters, i was given the mission of helping the girls feel at home. they were very shy at first, but ekko and i helped them, and in no time, vander’s house had become their home. from then on, vi and I became the best of friends. i covered for her when she got into fights at school, we studied together, played together, we were basically inseparable.
i remember one afternoon not long after the adoption. vi was sitting on the roof, kicking her legs idly and staring at the stars. she looked lost in thought. I hesitated for a moment, not sure if i should bother her, but eventually, i walked over and sat beside her.
“what’re you doing out here all by yourself?” i asked, trying to sound casual.
“just thinking,” she said, her voice quiet. she didn’t look at me, but her hands fidgeted with the hem of her shirt. “it’s weird, you know? having a new home.”
i didn’t know what to say to that, so i just nodded. “yeah, I guess it would be.”
she finally looked at me, her gaze piercing but soft “do you think it’ll get easier?”
i smiled, trying to reassure her even though I wasn’t sure myself. “yeah, i think so. you’ve got vander now. and powder. and… me.”
she smiled for the first time that day. “you’re not too bad, I guess.”
i laughed. “not too bad? wow, thanks for the compliment.”
──────────────────────
life couldn’t have been better—until we got to high school and vi had a growth spurt and became insufferable. not only did she get taller and figure out how to manage her hair, but she also developed a sense of style and made it her mission to break every heart in zaun. Suddenly, every hallway we walked down was filled with girls trying to catch her attention, and she seemed to enjoy it.
one day, as we walked home together, i couldn’t help but tease her about it.
“you know, you’ve got a fan club now,” i said, smirking.
vi raised an eyebrow. “a fan club? what are you talking about?”
i gestured back towards the school. “those girls who basically tripped over themselves trying to say hi to you. pretty sure one of them nearly fainted when you smiled at her.”
she laughed, a confident sound that only made her more infuriating. “can i help it if people think i’m charming?”
i rolled my eyes. “charming? not so sure. annoying? definitely.”
she bumped her shoulder against mine, her grin widening. “admit it, you’d miss me if i wasn’t around.”
i looked away, trying to hide the flush on my cheeks. “yeah, right. you’re just my backup for when ekko’s busy.”
“liar,” she said, laughing again.
i shouldn’t have cared about any of that, but my brain decided it would be a fantastic idea to fall in love with her. so, every time she had a girl around—whether it was someone new she was flirting with or a girlfriend she brought home—i had to pretend life was great and that it didn’t affect me at all.
it got harder as time went on. every stolen glance at her became more unbearable, every casual touch felt like torture, and every time i saw her with someone else, it felt like a reminder that she’d never look at me the way I wanted her to. but i couldn’t show it, couldn’t let her or anyone else know how I felt. i was scared our friendship would suffer the consequences of my feelings, so i buried it deep, pretending that everything was fine.
which it was, it actually became second nature by the time we moved in together for college.
our apartment was small but comfortable, and vi's personality seemed to fill every corner. she had insisted on hanging a crooked poster of a rock band that jinx had gifted her—a band she loved—in the living room, despite all my protests.
“it’s not crooked,” she argued, stepping back and tilting her head. “it’s artistic.”
“it’s crooked,” i said, crossing my arms. “fix it or i’m taking it out.”
vi grinned at me. “if i fix it, where’s the fun in watching you suffer?”
“you’re impossible.”
“you love me,” she said casually, turning to grab her drink from the counter. my heart stuttered, and I quickly looked away before she could see my face.
“unfortunately” i said, but it came out without the bite intended.
──────────────────────
late one night, we were sitting on the balcony, watching the city lights. vi leaned back in her chair, her legs propped up on the railing, as she stared up at the sky.
“do you ever think about what’s next?” she asked suddenly, breaking the comfortable silence.
“what do you mean? i asked, sipping my coffee.
“like… after college. what we’re gonna do. where we’ll end up.” she looked at me then, her expression softer than usual. “do you think we’ll still be close?”
the question caught me off guard, and I had to force myself to answer without hesitating. “of course. Why wouldn’t we be?”
she shrugged, her gaze drifting back to the stars. “i don’t know. life happens. people drift apart.”
“not us,” i said firmly, surprising even myself. “we’ve been through too much. you’re stuck with me, violet.”
she smiled, her eyes catching the faint glow of the streetlights. “good. i like having you around.”
my chest tightened, and I looked away before she could see the way her words affected me. “someone’s gotta keep you out of trouble.”
“hey, I’m a model citizen,” she teased, laughing. “you’re the bad influence here.”
i laughed too, even though the ache in my heart lingered. she had no idea the effect she had on me.

Firsts - George Russell
Words: 386 Word Prompt: Firsts
Masterlist | Support Me! | Sin’s Sept. Blurbs
George when he had first met his girlfriend hadn’t expected for her to change his life so much, but he was more than thankful for all the changes she and her son, their son, Harry had brought.
They were both just unbelievably wonderful. He had never been so in love, his breath still catching every time he saw her. And the warmth in his chest every time Harry saw him and cheered or smiled, seemed to just grow.
“He got so big.” George says, feeling a little sad as he looks at Harry. He’d just been gone for a few days, to the factory, while they went to her parents and he’d come back Harry having gone up a shoe size and just a bit taller.
She circles her arms around George’s waist, leaning against him and he happily holds her. “I know. He’s growing like a weed.” She then sighs, “Also, a new development has happened.”
“Oh?”
“He’s interested in using the toilet.”
“He’s not even three.”
“That’s what I said! It feels much too early. But apparently I showed an interest before he did at that age and your mum was telling me that you were the same way.”
Warmth fills him and he presses a kiss to the top of her head.
“Has he tried yet?”
She shakes her head, “he wants his dada to teach him. I’m not allowed.”
Tears prick his eyes at the words. Maybe it’s stupid to be getting teary-eyed over being asked to potty train Harry, but despite only being with her for a year, being in Harry’s life for a year, he had still missed so many firsts of Harry’s. And every time he gets to experience one, no matter how big or small, it always makes him tear up a bit.
“I guess him and I will do a little guy’s trip tomorrow, pick out a potty seat he likes, yeah?”
“Yeah, and I know he brought it up, but if you can pick up some of those gold star stickers, poster board and markers, so he can get rewarded.”
“Of course, love.” He presses another kiss to her head.
“Thank you for giving me this.” He whispers a moment later, the both of them watching Harry play with his legos.
“Thank you for loving us.”

MY JEALOUS BOY - LN4
summary: y/n and lando visit a family friend of y/n’s who just so happens to be a boy
warnings: none
pairing: lando x fem!reader
-
You and Lando were sitting in your car. You were visiting the country you’re from and you decided to go visit as many people as you could.
You were sitting in your car with Lando, going to your family friends house. “So who are these people now?” Lando asked since you were visiting so many people he lost count of who everyone is. “They are our family friends, our moms were friends in college and now they’re one of our best friends.” You said as you pulled up to their house.
“Heyyyy! I missed you guys” You said as you got out of the car and gave f/m/n (friends moms name, idk how else to write it) a hug. “How are you y/n, tell us everything you’ve been doing in monaco!” she said. “Yeah i’ve been doing great, living with my boyfriend now, really missed home tho.” You said as Lando got out the car and stood next to you. “This is my boyfriend, Lando” You said. “Well aren’t you a handsome guy” f/m/n said as she hugged him. “Let’s go to the backyard terrace, everyone’s there” y/f/m said.
You went to the terrace and saw f/d/n (friends dads name). “Omg you’re so grown up since the last time i saw you.” He said as he hugged you. You let go of the hug and f/d/n turned to Lando to shake his hand. “This is Lando, my boyfriend.” You said as they shook each others hands. “F/d/n, nice to meet you.” f/d/n said.
You all were sitting down and eating when you realized that y/f (your friend) isn’t here. “Oh btw where is y/f?” You asked his parents. “Oh he’s gonna be here soon too, he had to work today.” f/m/n said.
You heard a car pull up to the house. “That must be f/n, go greet him, i’m sure he’s missed you as well.” F/m/n said to you. You got up to go meet your friend, and lando got up after you.
Way taller now, a mullet, a perm, your friend looked way different now than the last time you saw him. “Hey, it’s been a long time.” You said as you saw him get out of his car. “Yeah, hey, it’s so good to finally see you.” He said as he gave you a hug, which Lando didn’t really like, he would’ve preferred a handshake or a smile.
-
Hours later you were hanging out with f/n and Lando in the living room.
“You uhh wanna go on a drive? Like the old times?” F/n asked you. “Yeah, it’d be fun, god those were some times weren’t they?” You said.
As you got in the passenger seat of f/n’s car, leaving Lando to sit in the backseat, you noticed a bracelet hanging from the rearview mirror. “oh hey, you still have this here.” You said as you pointed to the bracelet. “Yeah, it’s been there forever” F/n said.
“Wanna go through the woods? Drift a little?” F/n asked you. “Obviously, that’s all we did back then, wasn’t it?” You replied as you smiled remembering the old times. “All you did huh?” Lando said as he looked at you and your friend.
“Yeah, every time i would come here we would go drive in the woods with this car. Can’t believe it’s still holding together” You said. “Well i’m planning on getting a new one soon, gonna be hard to say goodbye to this one” F/n said as he drove to the woods. “Awhhh, you’re getting rid of it? The memories in this car were amazing tho.” You said, which made Lando get even more jealous.
“What memories?” Lando asked, voice getting deeper and eyes getting narrower, you could tell he was getting jealous.
“This is the car in which i learned how to drive, Lando” You said as you turned back to look at him. “I thought you told me you learned how to drive with your sisters car.” Lando looked at you with a raised eyebrow. “Technically i did, but this is the car i learned all the basics in.”
-
You were flying through the woods with the car, drifting through certain corners, windows down, music blasting through the speakers.
“I know i drive cars super fast for a living, but this is fucking crazy.” Lando said as you flew through another corner.
“Yeah well f/n has quite a skill of doing this.” You said. “Yeah, been doing this since i was like 15” F/n said. “Oh I’ll never forget the first time we ever went for one of these drives, nearly broke the car.” You said.
-
You all were now back at F/n’s house. You, Lando, F/n and his parents and sister all sitting in the living room, catching up, sharing stories, having fun. Lando getting super jealous seeing you talk to f/n, the way you laughed and smiled every time f/n mentioned some of the things you used to do together, talking about all the fun you had on vacations you took together with your families as kids.
You could see and feel Lando get more jealous throughout the whole evening.
“Well i think it’s time for us to head home now.” You said. “Make sure to visit us more, can’t wait to see you again.” F/m/n said.
You and Lando were in your car now, driving back to your house. His hand on your thigh, holding on to it like he’s about to drop you off a cliff if he lets go.
“Lando what’s going on?” You asked him, knowing well what’s going on.
“Was there ever something going on between you and f/n?” Lando asked, getting straight to the point. “What do you mean?” You replied. “Oh come on, don’t act like you don’t know. You were talking with him, looking at him, like you are some kind of a married couple visiting your hometown.” Lando said. “There never was really anything between us Lando, except for a few times we’ve kissed” You said.
“YOU KISSED HIM?!” Lando was the tiniest bit away from yelling. “WHEN WE WERE KIDS LANDO, YEARS AND YEARS AGO.” You practically yelled at him. “I don’t like him, next time we visit this house i’m making sure he has to work even later.” Lando said.
-
You arrived home and immediately plopped down on the couch. “i’m so tired.” You said. “Go to sleep then, baby” Lando said. “No i don’t want to, not yet, come here.” You said. Lando went over to you and sat next to you, you leaned against his shoulder immediately and he put his arm around you.
“So you promise there was nothing ever going on between you two?” Lando asks. “Of course Lan, nothing was ever going on.” You said. “Okay okay, i love you baby.” Lando said as he kissed your forehead. “I love you too my jealous boy.” You said and giggled.

oh gosh i loved your “a surprise visit” so much that it had me lamenting over caleb again ☹️
if you’re up for it, i would like to request headcanons for caleb with a reader who wants to cuddle him but is too shy to initiate. (i feel for the shy girls whose love language is physical touch 🙈)
thank you so much and have a great day!
Dear Anon-san,
It flatters me so much that you enjoyed "A Surprise Visit" I wrote for Caleb <3 With this request of yours, I decided to turn it into a story. I'm aware that it would be a little different from what you expected when sending me this request. Still, I do hope you enjoy this cute little piece.
For all the shy girls out there, I wish you courage to put your feelings into actions, just as MC does at the end of this story <3
When The Crabapple Blossoms
You had been waiting for a chance to tear down the last bit of the wall separating you both. He also wished for the same thing.

❀ Request
You had always been Caleb's shy little girl.
One day many years ago, when he had just been brought home by Grandma, there was a little girl, barefoot on the grass, holding a teddy bear, coming out to greet him. Grandma told the two of you to quickly get to know each other, but you said nothing and looked down. One hand kept the teddy bear tight, while the other grabbed the hem of Grandma's dress. You hid behind her and refused to look directly at him. Grandma had to coax you for a while before you could tell the boy your name.
It took you a while to open your heart to accept him into your life. You were the little girl so shy that she only talked to him through the teddy bear used to cover her face. Then, on another day, you got lost. You were terrified and cried until your tears dried. When you saw Caleb, the first thing you did was to rush to hug him. Since then, it seemed that the wall between you and him had begun to crumble.
You said, Caleb had such warm hugs. You would always feel safe and comfortable in his arms. A few more years passed, and Caleb grew up so quickly. He began to grow taller, and his arms became larger. That made you feel even more protected. He said, he must grow up fast to defend you.
And you gave him a new moniker: Mr. Bear. Instead of using the old teddy bear to talk to him, you began to regard him as a teddy bear with the size of a human; which was able to move and talk, and knew how to take care of you.
Still you were very shy. Except for that time when you got lost, you never made the initiative to get close to him. All the time, it was Caleb who started first.
“Pipsqueak, come here.”
Simple as that, you would obediently go to Caleb. He would pull you into his arms, caress your hair and gently rub your back. At times like those, you felt like all the troubles in the world disappeared, leaving only the two of you with this simple yet extremely precious warmth. And because you could not say it with words, you used those gentle brushes against his chest as a way to express your feelings.
Then, both of you grew up. Caleb went to the Academy and you started your training to become a Hunter. He and you had both gone separate ways, and there was little time spent at home or seeing each other. But you missed the feeling of being buried in his arms. It seemed that when you grew older, all your emotions no longer retained the simplicity of a child.
You were not sure how Caleb felt about you. You were too afraid to ask, and then received an answer you did not want. You anxiously waited for him to come back home every weekend, covertly studying every change in him. His skin began to tan, his hands developed calluses, and his muscles grew more visible. You wondered, during those days at the Academy, did he have a girlfriend? Had anyone else shared the same warm embrace that Mr. Bear once reserved just for you? You wanted to ask Caleb numerous questions but did not do so.
Since he knew your timidity, Caleb took the initiative in everything, from planning outings when he was on a break to holding your hand in crowded places. He was also concerned that you would dislike it; since after all, you were now a young lady and no longer the child who would follow him everywhere. He started asking more questions like: "Do you want to sit next to me?", or "Can I hold your hand?", and waited for your approval.
Of course, you were happy with the touches. Still you wanted a little more. You counted every day to see him again during breaks, hoping to touch him just a little more. But he never asked for it. Did he no longer wish to embrace you in his arms?
That day, you were silent the entire trip home from the movie theater with Caleb. As if realizing what you had in mind, he spoke up:
“Pipsqueak, is there something bothering you?”
Your footsteps paused on the bridge. Sunset tinted the sky with mild orange and pink, mixed with clear blue. You did not say anything, only shook your head.
“I know when something's wrong with you.” Caleb added. He did not accept your answer. “Say it, I'll help you out.”
You still felt like it was difficult to speak up. Your hands gripped the wooden bridge, nails barely scraping the surface. What to do? There was so much to say, but you had no idea where to begin.
“Some guy made you sad?” Caleb asked, half joking, half serious. You smiled and replied briefly:
"That's not it…"
While all you wanted to say was: No. The only person I care about is Caleb.
But he would never hear that, because you were too shy to say it out loud.
Caleb sighed. He leaned against the bridge, gazing at the sky in the East, while you turned towards the setting sun. In secret, you glanced at Caleb, halting at his shoulder. There was a small petal staying on it; that one must have fallen at the foot of the bridge where a crabapple tree was in full bloom.
Out of the blue, you reached out and picked up that flower petal. Caleb reacted fast and grabbed your wrist just in time. The wind surged. He stared into your eyes for quite a while.
You had been waiting for a chance to tear down the last bit of the wall separating you both.
He also wished for the same thing.
Since a long time ago.
“Well… um…” You hesitated. “There is a flower petal on… on your shoulder…”
Your fingers extended, the flower petal was lifted high by the wind. You glanced at it, as if to say farewell. Caleb still locked his gaze on you. Intense yet gentle.
He had yet to let go of your hand, while getting closer and closer to you.
"Pipsqueak." He called softly. “The truth is… Can I…”
You continued to wait. Caleb was about to say something but paused.
“Ah… Nevermind…”
His fingers wrapped around your wrist gradually loosening. You started to panic.
If I don't say it, he will never know...
If I don't say it, he will leave again...
If I don't say it, we will forever just be brother and sister...
“Caleb!” You called his name, so loudly that he was startled. You did not know where to start. Since when did you start looking forward to his touch? Since when did you hope to be a little bolder and tell him what you really wanted?
Better late than never. You looked at his hand that was slowly retracting, then decided to grab onto his arm.
“Caleb I… I want to…” It felt like something was bearing down on your heart and suffocating your throat. You could not do this. Your entire body trembled. But you had decided to seize this chance no matter what.
“I want to be embraced by you!!!”
After those words, you shut your eyes, your lips pursed hard. You clung to Caleb's arm but he did not feel the pain since his mind was preoccupied with something else. After a long while, when you felt his arms wrap around you, when the sound of his heart beating strongly and clearly heard, you opened your eyes then.
“Come here, pipsqueak. I also want to hold you close..."
Caleb breathed the words in the late spring air, faintly scented with crabapple blossoms; it made your heart burst. This was enough. Step by step, one at a time. There was no need to be in a hurry and let this dream slip away. Gradually, you would find ways to let Caleb know what your heart had to say.

DP x DC AU, Bruce/Danny (if someone knows the ship name *please tell me-*)
Side note: I'm using asterisks (*) to signify italics, because for some reason Tumblr is being annoying about those.
- - -
He never really told anyone about it. No one really remembered but him, Alfred, and the photos they had kept.
Bruce had a friend when he was younger, one who had lived on the streets before moving into the manor.
The two had been practically inseparable.
Yet, as they grew older, they knew that his friend needed to stay away from the cameras and stares that had started following Bruce like mosquitoes.
So, his friend left when they were in their late teenage years. They kept in contact of course, and the two visited. But when the youngest (at the time) Wayne began to get involved with less than legal activities in their twenties, he hid it from his friend.
The rate of their visits slowed down, until it came to a halt. They sent letters, of course, but seeing him in person meant danger. Potentially putting *him* in danger. And Bruce could not let that happen.
- - -
The Batkids all stare in varying levels of confusion, concern, and awe as Bruce becomes visibly flustered.
"Bruce, Darling, it is so nice to see you again!" The man, Danny, says, before kissing Bruce on the corners of his mouth. He holds the billionaire's face in his hands as he tilts his own head to the side, a soft and affectionate look on his face. "I have missed you and Alfred so much! How have you two been?"
Bruce stammers for a moment, not taking his eyes off of the taller man in front of him. "I've, um, been well, thank you. Uh-" He flicks his eyes over to his kids before returning them to Danny as he gestures to the gathered crowd in his entryway. "These are my children! Wo-would you like to meet them?" He blurts out quickly, a smile that he seemed to be desperately fighting on his face.
"Of course! Why wouldn't I want to meet them?" Danny says jovially, turning to the others.
As the man calmly walks over, Cass makes a few observations. His lithe, relatively short body not tense in the slightest, every step seeming purposeful yet not at all thought about, and his eyes flick over everyone in front of him like he's analyzing them. Seeing them like she sees people.
Still smiling, he opens his mouth to speak to all of them, when he freezes. The group tenses, watching as he doesn't take his eyes off of the second eldest brother as his smile falls.
With pain in his eyes, the older man simply breathes out an, "Oh."
Jason stared into Danny's eyes, something akin to grief beginning to show on his face.
"Oh, *Sweetheart.*" Danny said softly, stepping closer to the younger man. He carefully takes his face into one hand, holding him like he may break. "*I'm so sorry.*"
At that, Jason's face metaphorically crumples, tears spilling down his face as Danny feels his [*hurts tired scared angry tired hurts scared h e l p -*]. Danny's thumb rubs his cheek in an effort to soothe the young man, an understanding sadness on his face. In response, Jason lets out a small whimper as he tries to bury his face into the other's hand.
Gently, delicately, despite the sheer size of him, he pulls Jason close, practically curling around him like he's trying to shield him from the outside world. One hand rubs his back, the other curling into his hair as the Bat's face buries itself into his neck, muffling the sounds of sobbing. [*Safe together protect safe comfort soothe safe*]
As the Batfamily watched this happen, most were too caught off-guard and utterly dumbstruck to notice some unusual details.
Cass's eyes squint slightly in suspicion as Danny's toxic green ones close. Weren't those a nearly unnatural blue when she first saw him?
- - -
I'm sorry if this got repetitive; I don't usually beta anything I post!
Essentially, Danny senses Jason's ghostly-ness, and is like, "Who the heck hurt this baby?!" Immediately reaching out with the whole ghost-EM field-thing, Jason's whole world is flipped because he'd been subconsciously trying to reach out that way ever since he got back to Gotham, and had been getting increasingly distressed because no one was understanding what he was communicating.
A few years after he was brought into the manor, Danny had explained to Bruce and Alfred what he is, what happened in Amity Park, how he got deaged, etc., and they accepted him wholeheartedly. *Except*, he left out any and all mention of vigilantism / the bigger enemies that he fought, and went on to working on being the ghost king when he moved out. He doesn't know about the Batfam being the Bats and Birds, and they don't know about him being royalty, nor his vigilante past.
He and Bruce are both very intelligent dumbasses, and do not realize that they have romantic feelings for one another. Alfred is well aware. Is Bruce also dating someone else in this AU? Potentially! It is currently up to interpretation, since I have not thought about who would go well for this scenario. (Although, I do feel like Danny would have beef with Clark because of the whole Connor debacle. Maybe, behind the scenes, Danny adopted Connor, and now Danielle has a brother!)
Also, I'm tired of people being like, "Danny is short! He's only 5'7!" (/lh) It makes me feel short. In this, he is 5'4, and he does not care if this whole ass man is over six foot, he *will* do his best to curl around him and help him feel safe for the first time since he was a teen.

Fan behaviour
word count; 2898 – f!reader, manga spoilers
Hoshiumi was looking for the right entrance at nationals when he saw you for the first time. You were dashingly beautiful and looking frankly a bit lost. His stare shamelessly settled on you, already memorising your pretty features. Weirdly enough, they seemed somewhat familiar.
You must have felt the burning stare, eyes finally meeting his and just barely startling him. He opened his mouth, about to make some smart comment that would be one of his first attempts at flirting, but he wasn’t given the chance. “Hoshiumi Korai,” you said, crossing your arms. You were interesting and spoke confidently. He watched in awe as a small smile fell on your face. She knows me?
“Have we met?” he asked, sounding annoyed even if he didn’t mean to. He wished he knew your name too, if only so that you wouldn’t have the upper hand on the conversation.
“They say you’re the new little giant,” you say, stepping closer slowly and not exactly answering him. As you came closer, Korai could see that you were slightly taller than him.
“So you’re a fan.” he teased, raising his chin as if it made him taller.
“You might face Karasuno on the court soon, I’d rather you see me as competition,” you say, not backing up and sticking to your sweet, bordering on smug, smile.
“Karasuno… Then I look forward to beating you,” he said, already knowing that it was a match he was dying to play. No less now that the mystery girl was involved.
“Good luck.”
Unfortunately, Kamomedai defeated Karasuno after Hinata was benched with a fever. You almost felt out of breath watching Hoshiumi call out to Hinata that he would be waiting for him as the little tangerine was escorted off the court. Hoshiumi’s stature and voice had you wrapped around his finger from the sidelines.
Korai celebrated with his teammates after their win, and he was only spared a few three seconds to meet your eyes through the crowd before getting scooped up in celebrations again. You had more important things to do anyway, like support your younger brother through his first loss of the season.
You two didn’t see Hoshiumi much for your third year. You came to cheer for some of Tobio’s games when they got to nationals again and purposefully looked for the white-haired boy but didn’t find yourself lucky. Sometimes you wondered if he looked for you too and the two of you just missed each other. Then it was off to university, leaving that silly crush behind.
Kageyama Tobio, your younger brother by one year, told you about Hoshiumi Korai when he went to the All-Japan training camp in his first year. You simply had to research this guy who thought he was all that. There wasn’t much to find, he didn’t enjoy interviews, but that’s how you knew his name when you two first met. Tobio had called you in the evening one day while at the camp, saying that some guys were trying to pick fights with him even though he couldn’t quite understand it. You adored your clueless brother and just told him to keep being himself and make the most out of his time there. His skillset would speak for itself. He eventually left the camp with a good experience and new inspiration, and you welcomed him home to hear him talk about what the floor was made of. However, your mind kept going back to this little guy with white hair that made Tobio think that Hinata could fly even higher. If you hadn’t been so distracted by that, maybe you would have noticed how bothered Tobio was with Atsumu’s comment about his playstyle.
When said dear little brother got accepted to join the Schweiden Adlers, you were thrilled! Not just because it was a team you used to watch on television, but because that also happened to be where Hoshiumi ended up. Call it silly, but your little crush on him hadn’t exactly worn off as he just got a bit taller and more handsome every year. He was eventually forced to start doing some interviews, and who could blame you for watching them? It’s not fan behaviour, you just.. like.. him?
It might be impossible to believe, but you finally met him again without meaning to. You barely let Tobio open his front door before pushing your way inside, a huge bowl of food that your older sister made you bring from her place settled in your arms. “Tobio, hii. Miwa told me to bring you some food so I’ll just stuff this in the fridge,” you rambled as you toed off your shoes and strolled into his living room. “Oh.. sorry…”
There sat Tobio’s new friends, Hoshiumi and Ushijima. Your brother came up beside you and complained about you just walking in as if you lived in his apartment, so you fired back by complaining about his ungratefulness. Poor visitors didn’t know what they should do and ended up just awkwardly waiting for you two to stop bickering. Ushiwaka tried to share a look with Hoshiumi, but the shorter man was stuck looking at you with his mouth slightly open in awe.
“Well if it isn’t my greatest competitor.” he interrupted, leaning forward in his seat with an incredibly charming, lop-sided grin.
And as you and Kageyama both faced him with incredulous looks that were nearly identical, it clicked. They’re siblings. Tobio had no idea what his teammate was talking about, but you finally fell into a smile at the fond memory, tucking some hair behind your ear. “Little giant, you remember me?”
“How could I forget that sweet look of defeat when we beat you.” he countered, standing up even though there was a whole coffee table between you two. Let’s just say he never worked on his flirting techniques as much as his volleyball techniques. Kageyama watched with a frown but didn’t want to interrupt Korai.
You handed the food over to your brother before rolling up your sleeves like you were squaring up, squinting at the white-haired man for a moment before acknowledging the other one as well. “Sorry, hi. Kageyama y/n, nice to finally meet you,” you said calmly, bowing to Ushiwaka who sharply bowed back with a short answer of his name and a greeting.
Tobio walked to the kitchen to put away the food while you turned your attention back to the shortest man. Hoshiumi hadn’t heard your name before, but now he quite liked it. Like he couldn’t wait for it to roll off his tongue.
“You should come to our game next week.” Hoshiumi blurted out confidently, sitting back down in his seat and glancing to his side where there was space for you to sit down. Not that he dared to ask if you were staying.
“Right, I brought your ticket,” Tobio mumbled, as if suddenly remembering that he had invited you to that one too. You were still quite interested in the sport, helping Tobio practice when you weren’t out with your own friends while growing up. “Here.”
“Thanks,” you said while putting your shoes back on. You playfully ruffled your brother’s hair before waving at the rest of the crowd, letting your eyes linger for a second longer on Korai. “I’ll be there as your fan this time, play well,” you said before leaving so none of the men could see the light blush that covered your cheeks. Hoshiumi was left feeling breathless from the interaction. When you know, you know.
The visit became rather short as you had to move on with other errands, but now you had something exciting to tell your friends while sitting down for coffee tomorrow.
Game day arrived and you put on some of the Adlers merch that Tobio got you before heading to the stadium. You went with Hinata and the two of you enjoyed catching up in the best seats, ready for the teams to come out and play. You sent a couple of snaps of the crowd to your brother as well as a couple of selfies with his friend, hoping to hype him up and show him where your seats were. The number on your shirt said 16, which you just assumed was Tobio’s number since he was the one you should be cheering on, but Hinata had given it a curious look when he sat down. He didn’t know you were so close to Hoshiumi but he didn’t want to intrude and ask.
The game started and everyone around you quickly learnt that you and Hinata could make up a whole cheering squad on your own. Whenever there was anything you could react to, you two would be on your feet and cheering or booing the loudest out of everyone. After a particularly nice kill from Hoshiumi, set up by Tobio, you pointed to the white-haired man and yelled with joy. “Nice kill, little giant!”
Hoshiumi looked at you in surprised glee that suddenly turned into a shock that he had to quickly shake off so they could continue the game. His eyes had gone from your face down to your shirt before he quickly turned away, making you finally sit down and rethink your life choices.
“This is Hoshiumi’s number, huh?” you asked Hinata rhetorically, already feeling the embarrassment and planning out how to destroy the one who gave it to you. You finally noticed the number on the original owner’s shirt and covered your red face with your hands. Now you certainly looked like a fan.
After the match, you and Hinata made your way down and to the back, showing VIP passes to the guards so you could wait in the closest hallway outside the locker rooms. The two of you had gotten into the hype again after your embarrassment and were now on cloud nine after the win. Both reenacting your favourite moments and talking over each other.
Hoshiumi found you very beautiful the first time you two crossed paths, and that never changed. He got so flustered seeing you with his number, but it also boosted his morale for sure. Tobio smirked sideways at him when they were changing, finding himself pretty clever. And it only got better when Ushijima got involved.
“Are you and Kageyama’s sister romantically involved, Hoshiumi?” he asked, ever so formal and making Kageyama crack up. The shortest boy was sputtering in disbelief, face tomato red.
“No! We’re not!” he denied as if the thought hadn’t crossed his mind. It had.
“Oh. Okay.”
When they exited the locker rooms, Hoshiumi and Kageyama found you and Hinata outside, excitedly jumping around and not seeming to notice anyone outside your bubble. Hoshiumi felt this old pride bubble in his stomach, wondering how tall Hinata had gotten now and if you ever went to a black jackals game with his number on your shirt.
So he cleared his throat, making you quickly turn around, flustered by how you could suddenly see his face up close. He was thinking the same thing, and the other two guys were in disbelief at how neither of you decided to start the conversation.
“Nice jersey, y/n.” your brother teased childishly, making you move your stare to glare at him.
“You-“ you started saying before jumping at him and pulling his hair angrily. That was always the best way to get him to surrender his towering height so you could rub the top of his head until he gave up. The older sibling always wins.
“Let go! You said you were a fan so I got you his jersey!” he complained, embarrassed that some more teammates might see this. You did as he asked, dusting your hands off and stepping back beside Hinata. Hoshiumi found you entertaining and even chuckled a little, finally out of the stupor your pretty face left him in earlier.
“I am flattered,” Korai said, making you look back at him and trying to contain your blush. Now he’s all cocky about it, and you wish you didn’t find it so attractive. “Truly.”
“Careful or I’ll beat you up just the same,” you mumbled, biting back a smile. Now, you might think all Hoshiumi could see in that sentence was a challenge, but he was already trying to win another competition.
“I bet you’d look good doing that too,” he said cheekily, cheering on the inside when you turned away first and started walking towards the exit. That’s a win.
“Are we going out to eat or not?”
After getting out into fresh air, you cooled off from your flustered state and fell into more normal conversation. The atmosphere was nice and mostly filled with friendly bickering, but only the two in question seemed to notice their eyes drifting to each other every so often when Hinata and Kageyama were busy yelling at each other.
The dinner was nice, like a group of friends who had very obvious, growing crushes on each other. You sat beside Hinata, across from Korai, and to say it annoyed Korai was an understatement. This was the one thing he absolutely wouldn’t lose to Hinata. He wanted his fingers to accidentally brush against your thigh.
So after everyone went their separate ways, he texted the orange-haired man. Something blunt along the lines of are you interested in Kageyama?
Shoyo: which one?
Korai stared at the message for a moment before chuckling. The girl?
Shoyo: not like you are;)
Korai put a thumbs-up reaction to the message, laughing to himself at how he didn’t even realise Hinata might have a thing for Tobio. Guess it’s a competition, first to ask their Kageyama out. This is just how his brain works.
Hoshiumi is sitting in front of the TV in his apartment and does what he finds to be the most tactical next step. He calls Hirugami and updates him on everything.
“Your heart skipped a beat? Who are you and what did you do to Korai?”
“Shut up,” he said, clearly not angry at all but rather embarrassed that his best friend was calling him out on his uncharacteristic heart palpitations. “It’s so weird, I even imagined her meeting my mom. And you. You’d get along, I bet. She’s like me but sweeter.”
“That’s exactly what I always thought you were missing. A little sweetness.” Hirugami said. It was very clearly supposed to be teasing but Korai got a little stuck on it, a small dazed smile falling on his face as he thought about you rambling on by the dinner table earlier. He looked around his relatively boring apartment, at how there was perfect space for another person cuddled up to his side on the couch. “Korai?”
“Sorry. I just think you had a point,” he admitted. “I have her number now, is it rude to ask her out over text?”
Hoshiumi stared at the message he wanted to send you and for the first time in a long while, he felt a little extra insecure. What if you didn’t actually like him? You could probably get someone like Ushijima. Someone taller.
No. He will be whatever he needs to be to deserve your attention. If only he knew he already was the object of all your desires.
Just like the first time you met, you got ahead of him. He saw your name pop up on his screen and he let out an audible gasp. You played really well today, I was proud to wear your number:)
Korai wrote and rewrote about ten different responses, even requesting some help from his aforementioned friend. Thank you! I appreciated seeing you there.
It was a stale and basic answer and made him subconsciously bite at the tip of his fingernail as he watched your chat. He should have said you looked good in it or something, damn it. Nonetheless, you didn’t disappoint. Would you like to call? I’m bored.
And so he spent the rest of the evening listening to you talk and laughing with you. He moved around his apartment, played with a volleyball he had lying around and held the weirdest poses on the sofa because all his attention was on your voice. By the time you hesitantly thanked each other for the time spent, it was the middle of the night and he didn’t have any other choice but to go to sleep if he wanted to make it to practice in the morning. As he tossed and turned in his bed that night, he couldn’t stop berating himself for not securing a date.
Instead, you and Hoshiumi got into the habit of calling each other almost every evening. It made him happy and built up his confidence enough that he eventually dared ask if he could take you out, just the two of you.
Your first date was fantastic. He took you to play laser tag and the other teams didn’t stand a chance against the two of you. After getting the gear off, you were laughing on your way out and he led you to a restaurant close by. Well planned, of course. You shared two different dishes and it really just felt like you were catching up on years of not being friends.
And what better way to finish catching up on your friendship than ending said friendship with a sweet kiss?

See Me (Now) - Part I
Pairing: Trent Alexander Arnold x OC/Reader
Warning/Genre: Age Gap (3 years), Angst, Suggestive Theme, Smut (not yet on this chapter tho’), friends to lovers
Part II
Part III (final)
***
“You’re not my sister.”
“Pfft how dare you? I’ve known you since forever. The least I deserve is to be your honorary si-”
“No, you’re not.”
He cut her off, his stare was sharp, but then it softened as he cupped one side of her face.
“You can’t be…in order for me to be able to do…this.”
Then his mouth was on hers and her mind short circuited.
***
She didn’t know exactly when things started to change.
Their parents had been friends since a long time, so they had known each other for almost as long as she could remember. She first met him when she was nearing six, and he was barely three. His parents were visiting her house for a brunch with him in tow.
She remembered his beautiful doe eyes, in the shade of dark coffee, gazing up at her with a shy smile tugged on his lips.
“Hi Trent, do you want to play with me?”
She smiled and asked the small boy. Her mom had told her the boy’s name that morning and that she should make friends with him.
“Sure!”
His eyes twinkled as she grabbed his smaller hand and led him to her corner at the living room, where she stored her toys and games. Trent ended up as her first living guest in her royal tea party. He refused to wear a crown, but she reckoned he was a much better guest since he was way more interactive than her plush dolls.
They played together almost every weekend. Being older than Trent, she viewed him then as a little brother. They had less playing time when he joined the local football academy but still saw each other often since his parents often invited her family to his football matches, among other things.
She was close to his other brothers as well, but her bond with Trent was tighter. As they got older, they saw less of each other but kept in touch through texts and social media. She went abroad for university as he continued to rise as a football prodigy. Still, they spoke frequently about anything. She told him about her challenges being away from home. She shared his laughter and his heartbreak as he surfed on the top league.
It was almost Christmas, and she was back home for the first time in almost two years, finding her cozy yet modest-sized home filled with people. Her parents had thrown a welcome back party for her in conjunction with friends and family Christmas gathering.
She was swarmed by hugs and questions from all sides. She hugged them back and talked with them, finding the need to take a breather after a while. Her parents were high on the extrovert scale. Her? She was not a recluse by any means, but she found that she needed some quiet moments when dealing with crowds.
Slipping away from the crowds, she had just taken a few steps up the stairs when she slipped, unaware of several car toys scattered around. A yelp left her mouth as she braced for her fall, but it never came. She felt a broad chest cushioned her back as a pair of strong arms enveloping her.
“Careful…”
The masculine voice was so familiar, and she turned around straight away to hug her savior, who also wrapped his arms around her.
“Trent! Oh my God, I missed you! How – whoa, you’re way taller than me now. Do you not stop growing?”
She said as she took in his height. The man just chuckled, looking effortlessly good in a pair of dark jeans and beige sweater.
“Can’t be shorter than you forever, can I?”
His warm chocolate eyes looked at her teasingly. She shook her head, smiling.
“Guess not, and look at yourself now, our very own world-famous footballer. I am such a proud sister!”
Just like that, amusement left his eyes, and he took a step away from her. Tension radiated from his handsome face.
“Trent? What’s wrong?”
Because Trent was kissing her, plump lips moving against her frozen ones. Trent.was.kissing.her and she would have to plead for temporary insanity because at some point of time, she closed her eyes and found herself kissing him back.
Her lips parted slowly to welcome him then he drowned her even more. He tasted like a mixture of coffee, cinnamon, and a hint of spiciness that she couldn’t quite put a name on. He whispered her name between kisses, then pressed her smaller frame against the side wall, carrying on wreaking havoc on her senses. Her lungs burned, but she didn’t have the will to take a breath. All she wanted was more, perhaps so much more.
The sound of muffled yet loud laughter brought her back to reality, reminding her where she was and she pushed him back, or rather he also stepped away. Breathless, she just stared at the younger man, eyes rounded in shock of what just transpired between them.
She opened her mouth, but the fire in his eyes made her lost her words. Then she heard footsteps coming towards them and without even thinking, she ran to her room in a speed that would make even an Olympic athlete proud.
Leaning on the back side of the door, she sighed and closed her eyes, body temperature still running high.
What in the hell just happened?
Author's Note I've been holding myself back not to get sucked into what I called a Trentnado because God knows I have so much to do, but after he posted those summer pics, just had to write..something. Anyway, first ever Trent story. Apology for errors as I’m not a native.

We were all on a trip to see as many states as we possibly could. It's only been a week and I already just want to go home. Y/N has been spending all her time with Pope, talking about the history of things we've seen. Right now we are in New York, walking Broadway. "We should go see Hamilton!!!" Pope sounded way too happy about that. "What's Hamilton? Some geeky history shit?" I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. "It's a musical JJ, I've told you this. And it would be a good compromise for all of us. It's history for me and Pope but it's music for you guys." Y/N seemed excited about that. "Musicals aren't really my kinda thing. Nothing wrong with them but I don't listen to music like that." She laughed at me. "JJ this isn't a regular musical, they mostly rap instead of singing." I groaned as she pulled me by the arm into the theatre with everyone else trudging along behind us.
"What's wrong Jayj?" She asked, clearly she saw my cheerful grin. Just as I was about to answer, Pope plopped down into the seat next to her. Out of jealousy and put my arm around her shoulders but Pope still caught her eye. She forgot about the conversation she had started with me?!
I can't take this shit anymore, I stormed out of the theatre as the show was starting and I waited in the lobby of the bathrooms so I could catch my breath.
Y/N came crashing through the theatre doors and stomped towards me. "What is wrong with you?" She asked only fueling my rage. "Why don't you just go back to your little boyfriend." I rolled my eyes. "What?!" She was playing dumb. "Your boyfriend." I took her phone, went to her camera roll and scrolled through the hundreds of selfies they took together this week.
"Pope?! You're jealous of Pope? Really?!" Y/N questioned me. "You haven't given me a reason to not be jealous of him!" I shouted at her. "So you're jealous because I took pictures with my best friend?" She was confused. "Not just the fucking pictures!" "Then what is it?!" She got in my face. She was trying to be intimidating but she just looked so sexy. I had the perfect view, I am a good almost foot taller than her and she's wearing that beautiful yellow sundress I got her that shows her tits so well.
"I see the way he looks at you babe! I look at you the exact same way!" I tossed my hands in the air. She scoffed. "Jayj?" She asked sweetly. "Yes doll?" I replied. She grabbed my hands and slapped them on her ass. "Can Pope touch me here?" She asked and moved my hands to her tits. "or here?" I bit my lip as she moved them lower. "or here, on my delicate little pussy?" She whispered. I shook my head no. "Then why are we having this conversation?" She looked in the women's bathroom before grabbing my hand and leading me to the last stall. "If you were horny..you could've just said so baby." She smirked before locking the stall door, throwing her hair back, and getting on her knees. Y/N pulled my pants down along with my boxers and kissed my tip gently. "Already dripping with pre cum for me? How long have you been like this baby?" I was getting ready to answer but she sucked every ounce of pre cum out of me and off my dick. "Fuck.." Was all that slipped from my lips. She looked up at me with a smirk. As much as I loved her pretty little mouth wrapped around my cock, it was definitely my turn.
I pulled her up and took her little yellow dress off.
I started reaching for the backs of her thighs. "Jump" I whispered. She gladly obeyed. I pressed her back against the cold wall as she wrapped her arms around me tighter. She placed a sloppy kiss onto my lips as I lined myself up with her hole. I got too into the kiss and simply slipped in, which caused moans to escape from both of us.
I couldn't take it any longer, I just needed to fuck her. She was moaning in time with my thrusts as I picked up the pace. Her head rolled back but I couldn't let her look away. I gave her a bit of a harsh slap on the cheek and forced her head down. "Eyes on me baby." Which only caused her more pleasure. "Could he fuck you like I do?" She shook her head no in response. "You know how to use that pretty mouth of yours. Speak." I said with another slap. "No, no!" I chuckled lightly to myself, going even faster than before.
As we were reaching our climaxes together, the door opened. "Y/N?" We heard a faint whisper. I covered Y/N's mouth to make sure she wouldn't make a peep. She was cumming on my dick, and someone who's been in bed with her a time or two, I know she's quite fucking loud.
"Y/N/N?" We heard a different voice ask. It sounded like Sarah and Kie. Probably wondering where the hell we went. I slowly slid my hand off her mouth and tried to let her answer. "Yes?" She simply asked. "Is everything okay?" Kie said, it sounded like she was getting closer to the stall door. "Yes I'll be out in a minute!" My pretty girl responded. I couldn't help myself in this moment. My dick was still inside her, and I was still horny. Maybe I could get her to go again..? I wrapped my lips around her neck, being cautious of my volume. I kept sucking on her sweet spot as they had their conversation. "Are you sure? You've missed nearly the entire first act!" Sarah said. "Mm yes! I'm okay, I'll be out and tell you when I'm done in here!" She tried not to moan, what a good girl. "We can stay and help if you'd like." Kie suggested. Hell no. Get the fuck out. "I'm fine! I just need to be alone! Thank y-you-!" She said surprisingly well. There was a moment of silence, some shuffling, and then we heard the door slam as we heard the two girls walk out. I released my mouth from her neck and set her down. We used the toilet paper to wipe ourselves off before getting dressed. I guess I wouldn't get lucky two times in a row.
She walked out of the restroom to make sure I could come out undetected. I'm assuming I couldn't because she was taking so long.
Y/N's POV
I walked through the door and was immediately stopped by Sarah and Kiara. Sarah looked at me and pointed with a smirk. "Ah-hah! I knew it!" She elbowed Kiara who was gawking at me. "What?" I said confused. "I thought I recognized those boots. You don't wear those kind of boots Y/N." Kiara teased. "And your dress is a little dirty, thought I saw it on the floor." Sarah picked. "I don't know what you two are talking about!" I crossed my arms. "Where'd the hickey come from?" Kiara smirked. "Fine. Fuck you two. Go away so he can come out." They smiled and giggled as they headed back into the theatre. I looked around before opening the door and telling JJ to hurry. He wasn't fast enough though, apparently everyone is curious as to where we were in that moment. Pope came out of the theatre doors and saw us. "Y/N I was looking for you!" Pope came over to us, not really realizing what happened. "Of course you were." JJ scoffed. "What's that supposed to mean?" Pope started to get defensive. "Stop trying to steal her man, she's taken!" JJ was getting a little aggressive. "What?! I'm not stealing anyone! She's my best friend! So are you! Why would I do that to you?" Pope said trying to stay calm.
JJ really thought about Popes words, he realized that he had nothing to be afraid of. They were best friends, they would never do something like that to each other. "Just kiss and make up already! You made me miss enough of the show already Maybank!" He giggled at my comment and hugged Pope. We rushed inside to see everyone sitting together, but one thing stood out. John B was crying. "We will now take a 15 minute intermission." We heard over the speakers. Damn it. "JB you good man?" JJ asked. "It's so fucking beautiful. Such a great story." He cried more. "Wait till act two!" Pope said. Needless to say, John B walked out of there bawling even more.

Everyone could appreciate someone’s beauty, right? Right?
That was what Abby was thinking as you two were making your way down the street to the bars where Ellie and Cait were supposed to meet you. Your delicate heels were clicking on the pavement and well. This little strap around your ankles made them look so dainty and it was so aesthetically pleasing Abby didn’t want to look away every time you sped up a little. You were in a short black dress and wow, some girls could really pull off a dress - it was so tight around your body. Abby wouldn’t wear something like this ever, it was so not her style, but when she saw other girls in dresses? She just couldn’t help but admire how beautiful they were. And when the beauty met the intelligence - Abby was full-on fangirling. She always thought it was vain of her to want to be friends with women who were practically goddesses (except Ellie, Ellie was a gremlin even if she was smart), but fuck. Wasn’t it cool to know women who were just smart and beautiful and then boast about knowing them to everyone?
“I’m a little excited to meet Ellie.” You admitted, you eyes a little more bright after you shared some wine at home. “You told me so much about her, she is a legend in my head.”
“Ellie is a menace and a threat to society.” Abby sighed dramatically.
“Exactly. How can you describe her like this to me and not expect me to get insanely curious?” You smirked and almost tripped, but Abby caught you, holding your arm gently. “Thanks.”
“No problem. Just hold on to me.” Abby offered you her arm and you stared at her, surprised, before snaking your arm around her. Abby liked the feeling of protectiveness when her friends relied on her like that. Yeah, she was an MMA fighter, she could protect them against any asshole, and she liked when girls felt safe around her, so she walked you down the street as carefully as possible.
You made your way to the bar, and you let Abby go in the instant when you saw your friend, but there were so many people Abby couldn’t see who exactly was your friend.
“Cait is right there, I’m going to grab her. Do you see Ellie?” Abby looked around and spotted the familiar bun.
“Yeah.”
“Let’s meet here, okay?” You said and walked away, leaving Abby to get Ellie.
Abby made her way through a few people before she got to Ellie and grabbed her shoulder.
“The fuck-” Ellie started, ready to fight, but she relaxed when she saw Abby. “Fuck, Abby, you scared the shit out of me.”
“I really like that you think you can fight.” Abby laughed and Ellie punched her in the shoulder.
“I swear to god I’m gonna beat your ass one day.” Ellie looked around, expecting you to be somewhere close. “I thought (y/n) is with you?”
“Yeah, she went to meet her friend. Let’s go. Don’t be a dick.”
“Dude, I won’t. Is she hot?”
“What is up with you lesbians asking about each other?” Abby scoffed.
“Oh, she asked if I was hot?”
“I said you were so ugly she’d go blind.” Abby said with a small smile and caught Ellie’s hand before it hit her again.
They made their way to the spot when you agreed to meet and Abby saw you with your friend and she just forgot how to speak. The girl was tall - taller than Abby, and it was saying something - but she was so proportionate in her hourglass figure. Abby looked at her, bewitched - she looked like a model. Legs for fucking days, long raven hair, and listen, Abby didn’t have any insecurities about her own body, but this girl’s chest was truly impressive. She was missing something, though - your confidence and ease, the girl looked a little awkward and nervous, but it seemed like your presence was grounding her. God you were so fucking nice.
"Hi!" You said with a smile and motioned at your friend. "This is Caitlyn. This is Abby."
"Nice to meet you." Abby smiled and Caitlyn smiled in return with an adorable gap in her teeth. "This is Ellie."
Something was not entirely right, because when Ellie and you made eye contact you both froze. Abby noticed it even though you recovered quite fast, and something uneasy sat in her stomach.
"I'm (y/n)." You smiled and Ellie smiled back like you both were sharing a secret, and Abby hated how it made her feel like a fool. "Okay ladies. We all need a drink, don't you think?"
You made your way to a free table in the corner of the bar, feeling your hands shake, and you tried to not show it, but you felt both stares at your back: Cait’s, who probably put two and two together, and Abby’s, who probably didn’t. For some reason you felt guilty, even though you didn’t do anything - well, except you slept with your roommate’s best friend. Roommate you were trying so hard not to crush on. Roommate who was straight (you know. usual gay shenanigans). And it happened months ago, way before you met Abby, you had no reason to feel ashamed, but you still did.
So you repressed the feeling to the pits of your consciousness and did what you did best: got a drink and started talking to get everyone to know each other and relax. You were mostly worried about Caitlyn - she wasn’t a big party-goer, and meeting people wasn’t easy for her. Well, thankfully, Abby and Ellie were very enthusiastic and Cait relaxed pretty quickly, letting her beautiful sarcasm make everyone laugh.
“You know we look like we’re on a double date.” Ellie snorted and you laughed, taking the comedy of the situation.
“This is a very fortunate support of stereotypes.” Cait said and you waited for her to say something else, because Cait just would. “Unless it was your attempt at flirting, of course. In this case I’m sure you can do better.”
The look of offense on Ellie’s face was precious. You laughed so hard you slapped Abby on her thigh, and she laughed too, you both wheezing and gasping for air every time you looked at Ellie’s face.
“I can do better.” Ellie said, flustered, and you couldn’t decide if she got defensive or eager to prove Cait wrong.
“I’d certainly like to see it.” Cait leaned on the table and you made a little “ooooh” sound while Abby laughed into your shoulder.
“Yeah, Els, I think Caitlyn is already kicking your ass here.” Abby said and you laughed again. Then Abby leaned in to you so she could whisper in your ear, her hot breath making your baby hairs stand up and your hands tingle. “Look at her, she is so riled up.” You both giggled and looked at Ellie again who was puffing but trying to come up with something to say.
“Oh, you don't know what you signed up for." Ellie said with a triumphant smile, and you got curious. You remembered Ellie as very confident and flirty, but she didn't seem to be like this right now.
"Surprise me." Cait smiled and you barely kept yourself from pinching her cheeks and saying "that's my girl", because you were so proud of her, coming out of her shell and being so forward.
"You know, the weather wasn't good today." Ellie said casually, not looking at Caitlyn. You and Abby watched what she was going to say next like it was a movie.
"I suppose."
"That's because all the blue from the sky is in your eyes." Ellie said in a quiet seductive tone as she looked into Caitlyn's eyes.
All three of you groaned and it looked like it only encouraged Ellie, because she grinned like a maniac.
"And I have more." Ellie threatened.
"She does." Abby whispered again and fuck, why did it feel so fucking intimate? Why did it feel like you were her-
No. You were not going this road. Nope.
"Well, I'm glad you're self-aware. It has some charm to it." Caitlyn smiled and Ellie looked happy from the compliment. "Give me your worst one."
"Oh I'll need a drink for this." You said as you stood up, losing the warmth of Abby's side to go to the bar.
The night went smoothly after. Ellie didn't leave Cait alone after that, saying a pickup line every chance she got, but Cait seemed to like it for the pure feeling of cringe. Eventually they both found out what kind of nerds they were and they had a long discussion about something you couldn't care to get into, because your head was a little fuzzy from alcohol and Abby being close. Her side was pressed to your side and you basked in her warmth. You were a touchy drunk, and even though you controlled yourself and didn't touch people without permission, the feeling of someone else close to you got you longing for human touch.
It was getting closer to 4 am and Abby noticed you getting more quiet and putting more weight on her. Abby leaned down to you, careful not to scare you.
“Are you sleepy?”
“Oh fuck.” You said as if Abby’s words revealed something obvious to you. “I am. I miss my bed.”
“You wanna go home?”Abby said fondly. She drank the same amount as you did, but the difference in metabolism meant she burned through her drinks faster and wasn't as drunk as you were, so she felt her mom friend mode kicking in.
“Yeah.” You nodded and looked at Ellie and Cait who were still talking like 4 hours passed in a second. “Ladies, we’re going to head out.”
“Already?” Ellie asked, surprised.
“I wanna go hug my bed.” You shrugged.
“Text us when you get home, okay?” Abby asked when you both stood up, ready to leave.
Both girls stood up too to hug you and say their goodbyes before you left the bar. Abby was still shocked at how tall Caitlyn was - it was rare for Abby to hug girls who weren’t a head shorter than her. And Cait was a head taller than her, so it was a very strange experience. Ellie and Caitlyn stayed, still talking, and you were glad Cait got along with her - she really needed some other friends and not more rich arrogant idiots Cait had before.
Abby supported you as you made your way back home, your legs a little wobbly, but Abby had to give it to you - you were wearing heels and you were walking just fine, even sleepy and a little drunk. You weren't tipsy, but you weren't wasted either - just in the middle where you still were in your right mind, but your body was starting to give up on your coordination. You held onto Abby's forearm and she just felt so fond of you.
"Do I speak funny?" You asked Abby and she laughed.
"What do you mean?"
"Do I slur?"
"No. You're not that drunk."
Suddenly you snorted and Abby had to stop both of you before you'd fall.
"Fuck, you know that video? When the guy comes home wasted and he is like. I'm not drunk. And then his mother I guess, she is like. Can you tell the time?"
"God, your English accent is awful." Abby wheezed, already being entertained by your little reenactment.
"Fuck you. So this guy is like, …Yes. And then turns to the fucking clocks, points at them and goes. I am NOT. fucking. Drunk." You wheezed again, almost folding in two from laughter, because that video was 10 times funnier when you were drunk. "Have you seen it?"
Abby was laughing too, both at your terrible posh accent and the story.
"No."
"Oh man, wait. Stop. We're gonna watch it."
And now you two were standing at 4:30 in the morning in the middle of the street laughing your asses off at the stupid old video when it replayed again and again. Abby was worried at one point you'd just fall, but you stayed on your feet, even if your heels were not steady on every step, because the straps on your ankles were dangerously loose. (yep, she was still staring, but alcohol made her forget the reason why it was okay for a straight girl to stare at another girl's ankles)
Somehow you made your way home in 10 minutes and Abby made some tea for both of you while you were in the shower - it wouldn’t hurt to get some hydration before sleep. You came to the kitchen, your hair in a bun, your usual sweats plus an oversized t-shirt combo on, but Abby stared, her thought process coming to a screeching halt.
You mixed the t-shirts in the bathroom and put Abby’s t-shirt on. Abby’s mind was literally blank. She didn’t understand what she was feeling, but that feeling was so fucking strong she couldn’t even say a word as her eyes looked you over. Her t-shirt was big on you, shoulders way too low on your arms, and you looked so cosy and homely and cute and pretty-
"What's up?" You asked as you sat down on the chair, noticing Abby's stare.
"You- um. This is my t-shirt." Abby admitted, and her chest was so tight with The Feeling she was afraid her voice went two octaves higher. You looked down and then stared back at her, as surprised as she was.
"Oh god I'm so sorry, I didn't check. I'll go change." You stood up from your place, ready to go, but Abby stopped you.
"I don't mind, you can wear it, it's not a big deal." Abby shrugged. And it wasn't a big deal, it was just one of her many t-shirts, she didn't mind sharing. You were sobering up and probably tired as hell, Abby would prefer not to bother you.
"Really? My t-shirt is probably in the bathroom, I can change in a second."
"Keep it." Abby said and put a cup in front of you, strange feeling of possessiveness making it home in her vocal cords.
"Thanks. I'll wash it, I promise."
You both drank tea in a comfortable silence, watching the sun slowly go up. The city was quiet and empty, the morning wouldn't really start in another hour, and it felt intimate, to experience this empty morning with you.
You washed both of your cups while Abby went to take a shower. After Abby finished showering, she reached for her t-shirt on instinct, but the empty rack reminded her where her t-shirt was. Well, your t-shirt was still there and she needed to get dressed anyway. It would be only fair, right?
Abby took your t-shirt and put it over her head, her nose immediately being attacked with your scent: your spicy perfume, body wash and a slight hint of mint shampoo. You smelled nice, and your scent reminded Abby of the safety of your apartment: that was the first thing she smelled when she'd come home if you were already here. It was nice. Or sometimes you'd be out earlier and she'd smell your perfume in the hallway.
Abby walked to her room and fell on the bed, checking her social media. There were a few stories on Ellie's insta, and the last one was her and Cait drinking coffee and playing chess. Abby had no idea where they found the chess table, but hey, they were having fun. Abby liked when Ellie showed her true side instead of being cool and hot and a fuckboy, which worked amazingly when Ellie wanted to hook up, but sometimes she needed to get her nerd side shine or she'd infodump on a first available person.
There was a knock on the door and Abby looked up, meeting your eyes in the doorway. You looked a little apprehensive but also vulnerable, and Abby couldn't get a read on why you were here.
"Hey, um. Do you wanna cuddle to sleep with me?"
What.
Well what did she mean "what", she didn't need to overthink it! Her new favourite person wanted to cuddle!
Abby opened her arms, silently inviting you, practically buzzing with excitement: you wanted to cuddle with her and Abby was a sucker for cuddles, so of course she'd let you. You walked through her room carefully as if you weren't supposed to be here, but then you just fell on top of her, and wow, (y/n) is so fucking soft.
That was why Abby liked to cuddle with her girl friends: women were soft. And you were soft in her arms right now, letting a long pleased sigh.
"You're very soft." Abby said as she curled her arms around your shoulders.
"That's the boobs." You chuckled. "Yours are very soft too."
"Thanks, I guess?" Abby laughed when you put your head on her left tit.
"As long as you're okay with this." You murmured and went up a little, still finding a right position until you put your nose next to Abby's neck, sending shivers down her spine. She was ticklish, but she could manage. "Really. I don't want to do something you're not comfortable with."
"I'm so comfortable, don't worry. I like cuddles." Abby wasn't sure why you were so persistent in checking if she was okay with being physically close to you, but she thought it was very sweet. "I didn't think you were a cuddler."
"What? I told you before. When we watched that shitty horror movie."
"Oh, I thought you were joking." Abby murmured as she breathed your scent in. You felt so safe to her she was already drifting off.
"I wasn't. I like cuddles."
"That makes two of us."
You sighed again as you wiggled around, slotting yourself more comfortably against Abby and she started mindlessly stroking your back, soothing you into sleep. She was already half-asleep and she needed you to stop moving and just relax so you'd stop waking her up. When you didn't stop, Abby pressed you closer and moved you to what she thought would be more comfortable for both of you. You got quiet suddenly, and Abby sighed, content, falling asleep almost immediately, oblivious of your flustered face.

Alcina Dimitrescu x reader
A night spent with Alcina caring for you when your feeling bad.
FLUFF
Your lady was your greatest concern of a evening, when you first arrived at the castle you were one of the scullery maids, nothing more than the lowest of the low. But now you were her lover, her personal maid also. everything you do was for your Lady. Even though Alcina loved to look after you and make sure you didn't have to lift a finger but you couldn't help continue you maid duties.
You knocked on her bedroom door eagerly awaiting her voice, "come in" she called. You slowly opened the door and stuck your head round the corner. she was facing her dresser putting her hair in little rollers, you loved seeing her like this. Everyone sees the grand lady Dimitrescu who shows no emotion and instils fear in all who speak to her. But this is your favourite Alcina is your favourite, the wish of living a domestic life with her.
she saw your reflection in the vanity mirror " My darling" she grinned at you " come help me finish this off" she said pointing to her hair. You shuffled over taking her gorgeous midnight locks into your hands. No matter how long you have been together she still takes your breath away every time your close to her. "
" How was your day Darling" she whispered into your hands as you moved them to gather more hair. " It was okay, I've missed you though. spent most of today in the library" you replied. Now you were no longer Alicnas maid you spend your days anywhere other then the wings that lead to the dungeons. you have seen you fair amount of maids go down there and never return and the screams are enough to keep you awake at night. You were lost in your own thought brushing your hands through her hair humming to yourself. You felt Alcinas large hands over yours, she was looking at you in the mirror with concern " My love, tell me, what is bothering you"
you sigh looking down at the floor. Alcina notices your sadness and turns round so she's facing you, even with er sat down and you standing she was still a head taller than you. she lifted your chin up with her fingers. " I just never see you anymore" you whisper trying to hold back tears "Your always in meetings with Mother Miranda or dealing with business for the wine, which is good I'm happy your doing business but I just miss seeing you I get lonely being here by myself" you were battling with tears that feared escaping from your eyes as you spoke " I just feel like you don't want me around anymore"
You look into Alcinas eyes you could see the sorrow forming " oh my Darling don't think that, I'm sorry I haven't been spending as much time with you but with the wine and Mother Miranda i don't have much time during the day and when I get back here I see you sleeping so peacefully i don't dare wake you"
"Here let me make it up to you" she picked you up bridal style carrying you to the bed something she enjoyed way too much considering your height difference. she set you down on the edge of the bed and started slowly removing your dressing gown. she kissed a trail down your neck as she removed the fabric replacing the silk with her lips. you moaned slightly into her touch enjoying the closeness. Once she got down to your belt she pulled it off and slowly let the fabric fall onto the bed. You were wearing a black lace underwear set, something Alcina has specifically tailored for you.
She looked down at your figure on the bed and brought her lips to yours, you took her mouth in yours and enjoyed the moment, you brought your hands to her waist and took off the belt that surrounded her waist, pulling the fabric back over her shoulders and onto the floor. she released your lips and pulled back so you could see what she was wearing, a Blood red lingerie set accented with black lace. It complemented your set perfectly. you licked your lips at her.
You scooted back onto the bed giving her indication to join you, Alcina crawled up the bed towards you. you could see her animalistic side coming out. She kissed you again this time with more passion, grabbing hold of your waist and pushing you into the bed. She enjoyed how soft you were under her fingers, she loved your curves and the plumpness of your body, letting you know about it every time you were together " you look gorgeous my darling" she said into your lips not letting you go. "I could say the same about you" you giggled pulling back and biting her bottom lip.
There you stayed for a while cuddling with each other, talking about simple things like what dates you want to go on and rearrangements of the never-ending pile of books in the library.
Looking into your ladys eyes you noticed them looking darker then usual. " Are you okay my love" you ask a bit concerned. Alcina looked down at you " would you mind if I got up to get some wine" she asked with genuine concern in her voice. " of course go, go" you chimed shooing her away. Alcina got up and slid back into her robe swaying her hips as she walked to the wine cellar.
You didn't mind about Alcinas constant drinking, you knew she needed the Blood to keep her mutation under control, and if you had to admit you found it incredibly sexy seeing how animalistic she got over it.
After a few minutes she returned, ducking her way under the door bottle and glass in hand. She sat down on the spot she had just been in before. you taking the bottle and pouring her a glass. She sipped back the first mouth full and you could see her visibly relax. " Darling, you look so beautiful when you drink that" you say to her. you couldn't help yourself you loved to see the stain of red around her lips and smell the wine on her breath. you didn't care what she had to do to get the wine as long as it meant she could stay with you, you didn't mind.
You had a idea watching Alcina taking the last swigs of her glass. she positioned the glass towards you so you will be able to fill it up again but instead you brought the bottle to your lips letting the liquid fill your mouth. Alcina looked confused " my love what are yo-"
You pulled Alcinas face close and put your lips around hers pushing the liquid into her mouth. you felt her ease into your grip and drink down the liquid. parts dripping out of your mouth and down your chest. Alcina pulled back, a slight moan leaving her lips admiring your blood stained mouth.
"oh darling, you have no idea what you have just done" she grabbed you and slammed you back onto the pillows. Passionately kissing you for the rest of he night.

You see you’re enrolling back to a school you swore to never become back to but you made a long life promise that you will come back as a different person. And you did. You levelled up while everyone else stayed and stood the same. You’re a new person. New you. New chapter. No one can recognise you because you poured all the blood sweats and tears into your new self and new life to come back and show them what they’re missing out on. All you ever wanted was to be popular.
You wanted to be liked. You wanted to be invited to things, the things you craved back then are only getting more and more intense. You would’ve done anything to have what the popular kids have, to experience getting love and compliments. You wanted to be mainstream, you wanted to be viral. The attention they got was unfair because you never once had it back then. But now it’s different. You’re the new girl. No one recognises you.
At least you hope someone does recognise you so you can shove it in their face how brand new you look with all the hard work and suffering you had to go through.
Walking down those school hallways was something haunting. You feel like you’re back at the very start of hell that you had to deal with all those years, but now the looks on people’s faces weren’t facing you but giving you surprise glances. They have a new girl enrolling?
The boy on the side wearing a red hoodie with a white shirt underneath and a pair of denim jeans was caught off guard by the beautiful peach scent running from his nostrils, glaring up wondering where it was coming from, he saw an unfamiliar figure walking in front. Wearing a loose white sweater over a collared shirt buttoned up. The flowyness of the black skirt fluttering from each step she took with her legs. It just makes him stand there, mesmerised and also, thinking who was that?
The boy nudged his friend who closed the locker with a gentle slam. “Hey Sungchan,” He spoke with the inability to look away but make his friend watch the person he became someone so infatuated with. “Who’s the new girl?”
The taller boy, Sungchan, also his best friend despite being a year younger looks over at the girl he pointed at and a long-long face was expressed on him. “Jaemin. Don’t tell me you are already harassing the new girl?” Sungchan sighs.
“Looks like you don’t know either.”
The guy with slight light brunette hair smirks when he mentions that Jaemin’s curiosity was far too much already. Jaemin’s smirk stays as his eyes look at Sungchan and he pats his chest with the palm. “Cya at lunch Chan.” Jaemin said suddenly jogging away from his friend leaving Sungchan by the lockers completely stranded, but not surprised.
‘Why am I not surprised? It’s Jaemin.’ The younger boy said to himself under the breath of holding back from shouting, trying not to seem so surprised but every time something happens, he was left alone to deal with his mess.
Running to dodge a few people passing through a sudden person now walks on the same length pace as you and your eyes caught the guy instantly. You remember him. The flashbacks run in your eyes like it was yesterday it happened. How he ignored you. Left you when you needed the help the most. The same anger flusters your knuckles but you roll them forward and your strength was holding back, you had the urge to just punch him already knowing what he did to you. But he seems to be completely oblivious? Does he really not remember you? You found it almost offensive that he does not recognise you considering what he did, it stays buried within your past.
Your glare appointed to the boy you stop when you notice he was following you and about to speak to you, so you shut him up immediately before he could even speak. “What do you want?” Well that came out slightly more meaner from you than Jaemin thought he would get. “You’re the new girl right? Why don’t I give you a school tour guide at lunch time.” He offers with a sweet smile.
This was God’s plan in a way. You thought this was perfect timing to get your revenge on him and just shout at him, reveal who you are, but you couldn’t do that. You didn’t have the strength to shout and scream anymore all you have is the numbing anger to deal with on your old wounds.
Then it hits you. He doesn’t recognise you and he thinks you’re a new girl, someone he doesn’t have relations with at all. Your eyes light up and your thoughts begin to trail like a running waterfall in synch.
What if you make him fall for you? Then you can take your revenge when he really loves you? You could make him regret what he did. He can be the first one on your list to take your revenge on.
You saw that the boy was waiting for your answer with hopeful sweet eyes. Your thoughts were too dark. You were wanting revenge not friendship, so to make this look real you have to pull your act together and hide your anger from everyone, at least for now. You pull a fake smile. “Sure, show me around.”
You swore Jaemin’s sweet smile widens. “Perfect. I’m Na Jaemin and you are…?”
The hand extends out to shake yours and you feel your eyebrows raise up furrowing as you had to think of a name for yourself. You remember you even given yourself a brand new name when enrolling into this school. You really had everything planned from the get-go.
“Y/n.” You tell him as you softly shake him by the hand. Jaemin was taking notes mentally already of your name, he found you mysterious. And he loves mysterious especially for a curious guy like he is you are a dangerous box for him to find.
He smiles. “Y/n huh? Pretty name. I’ll meet you in the cafeteria. It’s by the right side of you go straight ahead. Don’t forget that.”
“I won’t forget.” Not like you can. It’s not actually your first time being at this school.

You nearly forgot how nerving it must be being the new student. Especially when you’re standing in front of the class front of everyone, the teacher trying to make the class settle down and go quiet so you could introduce yourself.
“Come on kids settle down, it’s a Monday morning you shouldn’t be so hyperactive and happy.” The teacher glimpses back to you and the students with a sarcastic tone.
The students settle down. You recognise some of them. How can you forget after all? They all did you wrong.
Ningning, the most popular girl in the school who makes everything a competition if a slightest person gets more attention than her. She is popularity itself. People often refer to her as Queen of popularity. But you’re determined to overtake her, make her life a hell like she did to you.
Then there was Chenle. He was pretty wealthy and he got away with many many things you saw him do. He doesn’t even know you saw him do it because back then, you were someone else. You were nearly broken.
And you can’t forget Jaemin. Na Jaemin. The boy who does everything so effortlessly. The school heartthrob. The most popular guy you could ever think about. Jaemin is a social network. He was everything you have to be careful of.
‘Unless you’re going to use him.’ You thought to yourself.
The teacher gave you a sign to start when you’re ready and you clear your worrisome thoughts putting on a friendly smile. You bow your head. “Hello I’m Y/n I hope we all get along well.” The students welcome you by clapping their hands as you take a seat down at the middle section. You thought it was perfect if you sat there considering you didn’t want to be at the back like before.
Students were surprised by how pretty you are too, especially the boys in the class seem to be gossiping already, which just makes Ningning on edge. The new girl was already rousing up people saying how cute you look.
Jaemin smirks raising his hand. “Sir can I sit next to Y/n? I promised to show her around at lunch.” He smugly told to everyone so they can all wow and gasp. You’re already on first name basis and it made everyone’s lips widen.
You find Jaemin already so annoying that he’s sticking by you but this makes your job so much easier.
He just doesn’t know who you are it makes this all so much funnier how he’s doing everything he can to be around you. Hip to hip.
“You may.” The teacher said dismissing it so the lesson can go on. Jaemin moves to the next vacant chair and table next to your desk where you sat and he gives you a healing warm smile.
He starts to admire you from the side profile. You really look like a doll from any angle. Jaemin raised an eyebrow though. “Do you perhaps have a sister or anything?” Jaemin now said thinking. “Or is this your first time enrolling?”
He has a feeling he knows you from somewhere but he cannot brush it away without asking straight up.
Your eyes widen. “Sister? No… It’s my first time enrolling.” You mumble quietly not wanting to attract much attention to his question either. It’s best to act dumb and play along.
Jaemin let’s out a soft ‘huh’. He wasn’t sure why he thought you’d had an older sister or something. “Hm okay then.”
“Anyways, Y/n. What school did you come from before then?” He smiles watching you.
You don’t even bother to look at him, Jaemin found it so interesting how you’re listening to the lesson while not even paying much mind to him. “I was homeschooled.”
You had to be especially careful not to reveal too much of your past to him, but you can say you were homeschooled.
He leans closer. “Did you ever go to a school like this before then?”
“Nope.”
“Not even once?”
“No.”
“Wow… you must suck at socialising then Y/n. I mean… you sounded pretty angry with me when we first met.”
You wanted to slam your pencil and tell him to stop speaking when you’re in middle of a lesson trying to catch up with some work but you couldn’t do that to him otherwise you’d explode. And it might get you in trouble.
You patiently bite down on your tongue and pray Jaemin just shuts up. “I was in a grumpy mood, don’t pay mind to my tone.” You grit your teeth as you spoke and Jaemin smirks.
He knows he’s getting to you. “Am I annoying you Y/n?” Jaemin would ask you as if he didn’t know that he was, but it felt much nicer to hear it from you. You lift your face up with a heavy sigh away from the paper you’re writing class notes in as you turn to look at him.
“Yes, yes you are. I’m trying to write these class notes.” You say to him truthfully trying to put the hint across and Jaemin let’s out a soft ‘awh’ at you.
“Look at you trying to be a good student already. Can I copy some of the notes from you?” He smirks watching your expression twitch a little.
‘What a dick.’ You thought to yourself as if you never experienced people leeching off you again.
“Will you shut up if you do?” You sigh desperate for some peace and quiet over here as you see Jaemin smirk nodding. “Of course.”
You don’t know if you can believe him. Actually you don’t. But you did this anyways and handed your notes to him so he can take a copy of it on the paper he owns.
You snatch your paper away once he was done out his hand and he sheepishly smirks leaning closer whispering to you when you’re going back to writing down on the paper.
“Thank you Y/n.” Jaemin whispers pulling away.
“No problem, Jaemin.” You sarcastically said with a tone that wasn’t so nice and upbeat to him, whispering it back.
