#Also known as Candy Mers#It looks like mercedes lol#Doodles#Mermay#So some worldbuilding about the Candy Mers! I mentioned before that plain old water is caustic to candy people but not to Mers!#They are kinda like glass blown? They're hollow inside and fill up with sweet air that's a different colour than their skin#Which is transparent and they can come in different colours :D#This one's just a plain regular white sugar glass#That also means that their hair is see through and whatnot so you can see their whole faces if they've got emo bangs lol#But also when they come up above water they become all the way transparent and you can't see the hollow because it's all air!#I think that's all the notes I have on them right now; they're pretty normal aside from that#And then for funsies I threw in Easter Nest & Honey 'cause I'm working on her#She needs some kind of facial accessory but what! What does she need#Anyway she's the one with the Candy Mer B Plot give a fish a smooch#Swedish fish was a little too obvious on that one lol she'll get a Candy Mer B Plot as well but it'll be a different lesson#Oh wait I thought of one more worldbuilding thing: Candy Mers can provide the equivalent of ''natural springs''#Since a real natural spring would hurt a candy person the candy levels that leech into the surrounding water makes a sugar pond!#Which is safe to drink and bathe in#Just Desserts
