also I don't use neos and don't know how they work. so there isn't many neo mentions.
no I don't stick to these all the time!! thoughts and opinions change.
and silly ™ for the characters at pride
for some reason the TM doesn't work anymore (no storage probably) so I'll probably just use TM instead lmao

crp/mh pride hcs
got inspired by a mutual (the-s1lly-corner) <3 i wanna have a silly post about my silly guys. under cut bc i might get long
jeff the killer
jeff feels very greyrom/aro bisexual to me, i think he "prefers" women because he doesn't wanna admit he's bisexual at first. idk if he explicitly uses the greyrom label or anything but it describes him pretty well. he/him
liu woods / homicidal liu
can we give it up for TRANSHETS!!!!!!! realized he was trans (ftm) at a young age, didn't get to transition until adulthood because the only family who supported him was jeff. mainly to hide from his past he's also stealth about being transgender. he/him
sully (liu's cohost and protector) is arohet i think? idk haven't thought much but i do think liu and sully have slightly different seuxalities. it/he (EDIT: its sexuality is also influenced by the fact that it's an introject of jeff)
jane the killer
lesbian and also trans mtf!!! transbian jane epic win. i think she knew for a while that she was a lesbian and then also realized she was trans in high school as she was going further through puberty. i think she's femme lesbian specifically??? she/her
nina the killer
bisexual (initially had a pref for women, now just has a pref for the glasgow killer, aka jeff), cis girl but LOOOOOVES experimenting with pronouns!!! she/her default but PLEASE use neopronouns on her she would literally die for you if you got wacky with it
ben drowned
even if he wasn't ethereally both 12 and 32 he would still 100% be aroace. that shit does not intrigue him! he also uses he/they pronouns, maybe it/its. lost their gender in the whole becoming a computer shit
ticci toby
transmasc nonbinary, biromantic asexual! he/him pronouns specifically, despite not being a man he really leans into masculine terms and also even is on T and gave himself top surgery! yes. to himself. don't ask. it looks awful. world's worst top surgery scars award
clockwork
Tumblr media
she/her. not butch not femme but a secret third thing (the butchest lesbian twitter can handle before getting scared /ref)
tim wright (two hcs)
normal hc is that he's biromantic aceflux! he doesn't really have a preference, frankly he's nervous about entering a serious relationship regardless of gender. his asexuality is kind of a roulette; he also probably falls between sex-neutral and sex-repulsed. he/him
"my house now" hc is that he's an intersex butch lesbian (not sure which exact intersex disorder but one of the ones i'm debating is something with 46,xx dsd?) that doesn't care about gender but uses he/him and masc terms because someone called him that and he was like "why not lol". he/him but frankly not offended if any other pronouns used
masky uses he/they in the first hc, it/its in the second hc
brian thomas (two hcs)
normal hc is that he's a gay man! discovered he was gay pretty early on in life and was probably tim's unofficial bisexual awakening back in college. very open about his identity, he's like the queer beacon in my eyes. he/him
"my house now" hc is that he's a lesbian and trans mtf! for the longest time she thought she was a bisexual man, but then in her late 20s to early 30s realized that not only did she feel like One Of The Girls(TM) but also that the only "man" she was attracted to was tim, who's not a man, so whoops! transbian time! she/her
hoodie uses he/it in the first hc, it/they in the second hc
jay merrick
trans ftm and bisexual! went on T but hasn't gotten top or bottom surgery before becoming the nefarious skully or whatever. cracked his egg in college, but probably figured out he was biseuxal in high school. he/him
skully uses no labels just vibes. queer/abrosexual and genderfluid are probably the labels that best describe them but again they don't fucking care. they/them default but sometimes uses others depending on which of their "many" are at the forefront
jessica locke
now if that's not the biggest lesbian i have ever seen in my life... her and taylor absolutely get married in lesbians after the comics are over. jessica probably always knew she didn't like boys but didn't realize she liked girls until a fateful sleepover in middle school or something. she/her
nothing specific for the others rn, might make a part 2 if i come up with more <3 adios

my personal until dawn pronoun/sexuality headcanons but they accidentally turn into normal headcanons too (coming from a bisexual she/they user please don't burn me)
Ashley: she/her, biromantic asexual | just doesn't feel sexual attraction like everyone else. thought she was weird for it then her friends reassured her once she came out (mike joked around with her a lot because he's like the total opposite)
Chris: he/they, bisexual | this man has definitely experimented with Josh before, you cannot tell me otherwise. also maybe possibly transgender and his friends got together and made him a little care package after his top surgery (he cried. he totally cried.)
Emily: she/her, says she's straight but... mm, idk.... | has drunkenly made out with Jess more than once before but she acts like it never happened (they've all seen it happen at least once)
Jess: she/her, unlabeled because she doesn't need a label to tell her what she is (real) | has also kissed Josh once because he's Just That Kissable (also real) but that's all that happened, he still teases her about it sometimes though
Josh: he/him, pansexual | doesn't rlly have a type, as long as they're nice to him and kinda hot then he might develop a crush. jokingly flirts with everyone and they're all pretty used to it, he and Chris go back and forth for hours sometimes just coming up with the stupidest pet names for each other and everyone else is just like "ohh my god shut up already please shut up.."
Matt: he/him, pansexual | literally does not care if someone uses they/them on him though. also, enjoys giving his friends platonic kisses (mostly Ash on her forehead because they're silly friends) and he also kissed Jess on the forehead as a comforting gesture after the whole incident in the mines. fight me, he's love-shaped
Mike: he/him, bisexual | will jokingly respond to she/her and pretends to be one of the girls when Emily and Jess are gossiping. playfully flirts with everyone in their friend group (like josh) but Matt was tired of it and casually flirted back once (surprising bc he always is like "dude, we both have gfs...") and Mike stuttered so hard he almost choked and then tried to play it cool like nothing happened (everyone saw it happen, michael)
Sam: she/her, also unlabeled | doesn't really like labels that much, just wants to like who she likes. doesn't give a shit about they/them being used on her either. she fr just does not care. definitely used to have a small crush on Josh before everything. she, like Matt, loves giving her friends affection though like a small side hug or bumping shoulders or straight up squishing her cheek against theirs bc it makes them laugh
BONUS because i almost forgot about them..
Hannah: she/her, straight | super loud ally when it comes to pride month, rainbows everywhere. Josh and Beth get embarrassed but they love their sister <3 also she definitely crushed on Matt at one point
Beth: she/they, lesbian | tried to date a guy once, never again. does not understand when Hannah gushes over Mike. may or may not have liked Sam at some point but stayed away because she thought Josh and Sam liked each other and she didn't want to get in the middle of it because she wanted Josh to be happy
note: ignore the fact that they're almost all bisexual, it's because they're really fucking fruity, shhh

Ocean O'Connell Rosenberg, the most successful girl in town.
Ngl, besides from Ricky, Ocean is for sure my favorite RTC character, mostly because of my silly little headcanons. Talking about Headcanons, here's some of my Ocean based ones:
Ocean is an asexual transfem lesbian.
If she hadn't been so dull and ignored him, she and Ricky would have been amazing friends.
She likes getting her hair braided by Ricky.
She paints her usually fingernails either seafoam green or black.
Ocean learned ASL for Ricky
She leaves out food for stray cats and dogs.
She is deathly afraid of dogs, but she will admire them from a distance.
Ocean didn't even know what Transgender meant as she was simply ✨raised a girl✨. Her parents had no clue there was a term for it either.
She has an older brother and sister who are older to the point where they all have their own lives somewhere else and none of them really talk anymore.
Ocean likes Salted Caramel ice cream.
Ocean call Ricky a nerd. Ricky calls her a dork. They are besties ❤️.
Ocean's room is filled bottom to toe with books.
Upon crashing, Ocean's neck snapped. Perhaps if they had derailed a second sooner or later, it would've been Ocean whos head was lost in the wreck instead of Penny.
That's all! Expect more of the choir members sooner or later!

My poor attempt to introduce us
Hello! I’m the host of the system, my name is Avery. This is a simple (ish) introduction post so maybe things can make a fragment of sense.
So we are a DID Traumagenic/Neurogenic system dubbed the “International” system! We’re open to asks about us and our experiences with plurality. We are very endo-inclusive and mogai-inclusive <3 Here’s a shit list of everyone and what we know:
First, some about me. I’m Avery (again), I’m 19 and genderfluid. I have a partner who has OSDD and we’ve been together for two years now. I’m also autistic, and I love gaming and anime. <3
Frequent Fronters:
Jonus - Co-host, Internal Helper - He/him - 18 - Very sarcastic, witty dude. Very emo, loves his music. A little bit of a hothead but that’s okay, he just loves his family. Biromantic Homosexual, questioning/experimenting poly, Toni is one of his partners, as well as someone in our partner system
Toni - Protector, s*xual alter - She/her - 18 - Silly, also a bit hot-headed. Identifies as demigirl. Loves music as well, and usually the one to welcome the new alters when we split. Polyamorous bisexual, Jonus and Mika are two of her partners (and two in our partner system). She’s also POC (one of the three in the system).
Mika - Caretaker, Trauma Holder, Nonhuman - Ve/vir - 20 - The second of us that we know of so far, things have been discovered and we don’t know what else there is hiding in our plain knowledge. Vir very quiet and tend to take care of things “behind the scenes”. Polyamorous pansexual, Toni and three others in our partner system are vir partners. Ve are also a demon.
Hoshiko - Fictive (Danganronpa OC source) - She/her - 16 - Very shy, but helpful. Tries her best to appease everyone. She’s very sweet and tries to doll the body up when I feel feminine. Bisexual.
Emily - Little, Internal Helper, Nonhuman - She/her - 6 - Emily is a very, very silly little girl, and very pure. She is slowly starting to learn the gender spectrum and pronouns with the help of Mika. She’s very wild and loves to draw, and loves to cuddle with our stuffies. She’s an elf.
Liam - Nonhuman - He/him - 13 - The only other one in our system with autism symptoms. He’s very quiet and hyperfixates specifically on Pokemon. We collect games because of him. Doesn’t seem to show any interest in dating or romance yet, but we haven’t talked to him about that yet. He’s a literal angel <3
Newest Alters
D’vonte - ??? - He/him - 20 - Toni’s older brother we recently found in headspace. We don’t know too much about him yet
Gadiel - Little - He/him - 7 - An alter who split off about two months ago. All we’ve really observed about him so far is he gets along very well with the rest of the system and loves to talk to other littles. He also seems to really like gaming.
Sage - ??? - She/her, they/them - ??? - An alter who split off earlier this week. We don’t know too much except she has memories not belonging to the body, and is transgender. We think she split off due to the stress of the c*r*n*virus
Silas - ??? - He/him - 17 - Very quiet, secluded alter who doesn’t like to front for long periods of time. Seems very confused about everything around him still, despite being here for a few months now.
Stella - Nonhuman - She/her, possibly Kit/Kitter/Kitself - 19 - Seems to be “scene” (Jonus often claims she’s “stuck in 2006″). Loves music and loves getting to know everyone. Just fronted for a long period the first time yesterday. Half-cat (neko girl?), and lesbian
Other Alters
Denver - ??? - He/him - 21 - Very, very shy; has only fronted maybe once or twice on his own, then would go back into hiding. We don’t know anything except he is Lisa’s twin brother
Lisa - Protector - She/her - 21 - Not shy, but really only fronts when Denver is comfortable. She’s sort of a “backup” protector if Toni can’t handle a situation on her own. Also don’t know much about her.
Kenna - ??? - She/her - 15 - Gothic, and very quiet. Only fronts if things are quiet and secluded here. She likes to read, and seems to be the only one who can wrangle Ocelia to calm down.
Ocelia - Persecutor, Nonhuman, Trauma Holder - She/her - 25 - Only fronts for short bursts. Doesn’t seem to want closure for her trauma (different than the other two trauma holders’ trauma), but seems very upset still. We’re still trying to help her, we have hope in her. Very loud, brash, doesn’t like anyone. Demon (about the typical “story” demon: red beady eyes, claws, etc), and biromantic asexual (but doesn’t seem interested as of now)
Margie - Little - She/her - 11 - Mute and doesn’t like to write as she finds it difficult, so likes to speak in emojis and pictures. Emily is trying her damnedest to help her. Very shy and timid, unlike the other two littles. Don’t know much about her as she doesn’t front often.
Titus - ??? - He/him - 16 - Transmale and super chill. Tends to front in short bursts (comes for about a week then disappears for a month, rinse and repeat). Good friends with Toni and Jonus.
Marigold - Trauma Holder - 14 - Skittish and very shy. She was the first of us to form and took most of the ab*se, and it’s caused her a serious fear of men. Because of that, she doesn’t front much. She claims to hallucinate sometimes while fronting, but we think it’s more very severe PTSD than anything else.

42 Webcomics Keshet Reads
I was recently reminded that I currently read a lot of webcomics, or have done so in the past. Here’s an incomplete list, linking to the first page where i can (which will usually mean the worst art). Organized thus:  Title, Author. Genre. Format (long-format stories, short-format & single-page stories, or mixed). Description.
The Adventures of Dr. McNinja, by Christopher Hastings. Comedy, Parody, Action. A man from a long line of Irish ninjas has devoted his own life to saving lives as a doctor, disappointing his family. His staff includes a sentient but non-speaking gorilla receptionist, and eventually a boy sidekick who grew a fabulous mustache out of sheer determination. Recurring threats include fast food mascots, ghosts, wizards, ghost wizards, and a disease that turns people into giant lumberjacks. Completed.
BACK, by Anthony Clark and KC Green. Comedy, Adventure, Absurdity, Weird West. Long-Format. A cowgirl comes back from the dead with no memory of who she was or how she died, and is told by a trio of “Cool Witches” that she has to bring about the end of the world—though what exactly that means remains a mystery. Consistently excellent visual storytelling from masters of sequential art; at least one WLW pairing among the characters.
Bite Me!, by Dylan Meconis. Comedy, Horror, Historic Fiction. Long-Format. A young woman becomes a vampire amidst the chaos of the French Revolution. Featuring immortal angst, a Jewish werewolf, and sacré bleu, the chickens. Completed (website can be slow to load).
Broodhollow, by Kris Straub. Horror, Weird Fiction. Long-Format. By the creator of the original creepypasta that inspired Channel Zero. A young man abounding with neuroses and compulsions comes to a strange little town in order to settle a late relative’s estate. Themes of unreliable memories and differences of perception.
Chainsawsuit, by Kris Straub. Comedy. Short-Format. Three-panel gag comic.
ChaosLife, by A. Stiffler & K. Copeland. Slice of Life, Autobiographical. Mixed-Format. The life of a queer couple and their pets: humor, lgbt issues, mental illness (K. experiences paranoid schizophrenia), cats, and occasional puppets.
Crunchy Bunches, by Scott Warren. Comedy. Mixed-Format. Cereal mascot parody focused on snaggle-toothed feline mascot Munchy and his friends.
Dead Winter, by Allison Shabet. Action, Horror, Comedy. Long-Format. Zombie apocalypse story with occasional partially-animated scenes, and a relatively low focus on the actual zombies. Infrequent updates, but has a Patreon with weekly content.
DRIVE, by Dave Kellet. Sci-Fi, Comedy. Long-Format. Humanity has taken to the stars, led by a second Spanish Empire that controls the secrets of FTL travel. When the crew of the Machito recover their science advisor and accidentally pick up a mysterious amnesiac alien at the same time, they become embroiled in intrigue that affects the whole of human space and beyond, caught between secret police, mind-controlling invaders, and a species dedicated to invention who have a grudge against humans.
El Goonish Shive, by Dan Shive. Adventure, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Superheroics, Slice of Life, Mad Science. Long Format. Difficult to pin down, once described as “the most squeaky-clean fetish comic online”—lots of characters undergoing fantastic transformations of their bodies. Starts out weak but gradually grew into one of the most progressive webcomics out there as the creator started to really think about the meaning of someone wanting to transform from a nerdy boy into a busty girl. I’ve said more about it, here. Significant LGBT content, including canon gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, genderfluid, and asexual characters.
Family Man, by Dylan Meconis. Historic Fiction, Horror, Romance, Libraries. Long-Format. A learned man of Jewish ancestry takes a position as a lecturer at a small Christian university in the middle of nowhere in the Germanies of the 18th century, and falls in love with the daughter of the head of the university—who has some secrets relating to her mother’s family  On hiatus as of July 2017.
Freefall, by Mark Stanley. Comedy, Sci-Fi, Furry. Long-Format. A larcenous alien and his naive robot pal living on a human colony world acquire the services of an uplifted humanoid wolf as their ship’s engineer under less-than-legal circumstances. As time goes on, the crew becomes caught up in the struggles and politics of the artificial intelligences of the colony. Binge-reading page here, colored strips here.
Girl Genius, by Phil & Kaja Foglio. Gaslamp Fantasy (Not-Steampunk), Action, Comedy, Mad Science, Alternate History. Long-format. A young woman discovers that she is the latest in a line of mad scientists including the vanished heroes of Europa as well as some of its most terrible villains.
Goblins, by Ellipsis Hana Stephens. Fantasy, RPGs, Action, Body Horror. Long-format. A tribe of goblins go from being mere MOBs to taking levels as adventurers themselves, facing ambiguity about alignment, morality, and the place of "monsters” in a world that seems to favor humanoids. Can get very gory at times. Light LGBT content including a prominent gay male character; transgender creator.
Goodbye to Halos, by Valerie Halla. Fantasy, Adventure. Long Format. Forced through a gateway to another world for her own safety, Fenic finds herself in the “run-down queer district” of a city of animal people—and spends a few years coming into own identity as a trans lesbian, forging a new life. But the reasons she was forced into this world are catching up to her, and she’ll need to turn her protective streak towards defending herself. Heavy LGBT themes; often not safe for work. The only work i can think of where a trans girl’s underwear bulge is treated as a completely nonsexual and innocent thing.
Grrl Power, by Dave Barrack. Superheroes, Sci-Fi. Long Format. Probably Not Safe For Work. Comics nerd Sydney Scoville winds up becoming a superhero herself after circumstances force her to reveal her powers and join up with an agency providing training and oversight. While consistently funny and clever with the use of powers, it can be very centered on the male gaze; the art starts out being pretty . I actually first started reading it because I recognized one of the characters from years prior when the artist was posting softcore smut to furry websites.
Guilded Age, by T. Campbell & Phil Kahn, art by John & Jason Waltrip and Erica Henderson. Fantasy, RPGs, Action, MMOs. Long-Format. A group of adventurers face off against threats to their world—such as the CEO of the company that programmed their world in the first place. Strong themes of intrigue, the nature of violence, and the concept of good and evil in fantasy settings. Completed, now running extras & side stories, including annotated repeats of the original pages.
Gunnerkrigg Court, by Tom Siddell. Fantasy, Sci-Fi. Long-Format. A young girl attends a strange boarding school specializing in matters of the supernatural and obscure, making friends with classmates, a ghost, robots, psychopomps, living shadows, fairies, and eldritch horrors in the form of silly woodland creatures while exploring the mysteries of the school and her own ancestry. Shows remarkable art progression; the style of the first storyline is unrecognizable from the present. Especially rewarding if you’re into alchemy. LGBT content, including prominent WLW characters. Warnings: unreality is a recurring theme, and there is a bit of “suicidal” fairies desperate to be reincarnated as humans. Boxbot is rubbish.
Johnny Wander, by Yuko Ota & Ananth Hirsh. Autobiographical, Fantasy, Humor, Mixed-Format. A mix of slice-of-life autobiographical pages, and short stories, including the longer format “Barbarous” and “Lucky Penny”.
Kevin & Kell, by Bill Holbrook. Comedy, Slice-of-Life, Furry. Mixed-Format. Extremely long-running strip (daily updates since September of 1995). In a world of anthropomorphic animals where predatory species can legally & without repercussions hunt & consume other species, a businesswoman wolf (Kell) and her uncommonly large rabbit husband (Kevin) make their blended family work in spite of social stigma against predator/prey relationships. Far more light-hearted than it sounds, though it often touches on social issues and drama. Light LGBT content from some minor recurring characters.
Kill Six Billion Demons, by Abbadon. Fantasy, Metaphysical, Martial Arts. Long Format. A college student’s attempt at heterosexuality is interrupted by the arrival of a legendary king of all reality. Thrust into a battle over the greatest power of all worlds, Allison faces devils, angels, and the city at the center of the 777,777 universes. It’s a lot to take in. Occasionally not safe for work. Frequent LGBT content, including WLW.
Love Me Nice, by Amanda Lafrenais. Comedy, Hollywood. Long Format. Set in a world shared by cartoon characters and ‘real’ people (think Roger Rabbit), where TV star Mac T. Monkey Jr. struggles between his irresponsible instincts and his attempts to build a life as an adult and a relationship with fellow protagonist (and manager) Claire. Some LGBT content; infrequent updates. Occasionally Not Safe For Work.
Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, by Coelasquid. Comedy, Videogames, Parody. Mixed-Format. The staff of a temp agency for “ludicrously macho guys” tries to help the protagonists of video games, TV, and movies deal with their testosterone-addled brains in a constructive fashion. Occasional LGBT content—mostly MLM, naturally. Keep an eye out for the fluffy little velociraptors, and Mr. Fish the Gyarados. On indefinite hiatus since June of 2018.
Narbonic, by Shaenon K. Garrity. Comedy, Sci-Fi, Mad Science, Gerbils. Mixed-Format. Comp Sci. grad Dave needs a job. Helen B. Narbon, cute blonde mad scientist with a gerbil fixation, is hiring. Story arcs feature action-packed forensic linguistics, a worldwide conspiracy of guys with the same name, rodents uplifted to sentience, time travel. Some awkwardness around gender transformations, light LGBT content. Completed, with author annotations.
Nedroid Picture Diary, by Anthony Clark. Comedy, Absurdity. Short Format. Short comics that very quickly come to focus on the antics of the anomalous ursine orb Beartato and his friend/roommate Reginald, a bird who is just terrible.
Not Drunk Enough, by Tess Stone. Supernatural, Action, Horror. Long Format. A survival horror styled webcomic by a creator with a history of exceptionally dynamic page composition and lettering. Expect lots of magnificently weird body horror.
O Human Star, by Blue Delliquanti. Roboticist Al Sterling died. Al Sterling woke up an android body mimicking his own. As he reconnects with his former partner-in-several-senses, he explores a world that remembers him as one of its greatest innovators. Major themes of identity, the definition of humanity, and gender and sexuality. LGBT themes including MLM and transgender characters. Warning for some discussion of self-harm.
Outsider, by Jim Francis. Sci-Fi. Long Format. Beautifully-illustrated science fiction story that is painfully slow to update. If you watched a lot of 80s and 90s sci-fi anime, you’ll get the vibe that this has—including its arguable weak point of being centered on a man who finds himself among an alien race dominated by warrior women.
Patrik the Vampire, by Bree Paulsen. Supernatural, Slice-of-Life. Long Format. The unlife and history of an exceptionally awkward vampire and the mortals around him—book club, knitting, coffee shops, violent murder. Some LGBT content.
Poppy O’Possum, by I. Everett. Fantasy, Furries. Long Format. A single mother in a world of animal people where only opossums lack magic, Poppy just wants to settle down in quiet and safety with her daughter Lily. The world has other ideas—but fortunately, Poppy is mind-blowingly strong. On hiatus. Some LGBT content.
Questionable Content, by Jeph Jacques. Slice-of-Life, Comedy, Sci-Fi. Mixed-Format. Starts out focusing on indie rock fan Marten and his robotic “anthroPC” Pintsize. As the art evolves, so does the subject matter, focusing more and more on the rest of the cast and topics like the nature of personhood and identity for artificial intelligence. Eventually comes to feature significant LGBT content, including bisexual and transgender characters in the main cast.
Rae the Doe, by Olive Brinker. Comedy, Slice-of-Life. (Mostly) Short Format. If Garfield was a transgender doe and wore clothes and also there weren’t any jokes about Mondays or lasagna and the comic was constantly assumed to be autobiographical in spite of its creator frequently asserting otherwise and the comic was still genuinely funny. But otherwise just like Garfield, really.
Selkie, by Dave Warren. Sci-Fi, Slice-of-Life, Comedy, Drama. Long-Format. Former adoptee Todd becomes a father himself to a strange young girl who turns out to be a refugee from a secret underwater civilization. While the public gradually becomes aware that humans are not alone, family forms and is redefined as secrets from both Todd and Selkie’s past are revealed and dealt with, and kids confront issues of inclusion and exclusion. Also, for some reason two of the kids from Evangelion are Todd’s neighbors.
Skin Deep, by Kory Bing. Fantasy, Coming-of-Age, Monster Girls (and Boys). Michelle discovers the secret world of mythical monster people after a small medallion unlocks her own heritage as a sphinx—supposedly long-extinct, according to the other monsters. Michelle must explore who she is and her family history while also trying to avoid completely upending nonhuman society and maintaining secrets within a culture already used to the use of magical illusions and transformations. Light LGBT content.
Skin Horse, by Shaenon Garrity.  Comedy, Sci-Fi, Mad Science, Zombies, Canadians. Mixed-Format. Set in the same universe as Narbonic (see above), “Skin Horse” follows an organization of  the same name dedicated to providing social services to beings only recognized by the secret shadow government—staffed by a patchwork zombie bioweapon, a talking sled dog, a cross-dressing pansexual psychologist, and a receptionist in the form of an immobile Victorian robotic weapon of mass destruction, all overseen by a sentient swarm of bees. Frequent LGBT content.
Something*Positive, by RK Milholland. Comedy, Slice-of-Live, Parody. Mixed-Format. Very long-running comic that gradually grows from a dark and misanthropic sense of humor into a dark and misanthropic sense of humor with a warm and gooey center. Earlier comics can be pretty weak and handle many subjects very poorly (the first strip, linked above, features an abortion “joke”); gradually improves.in terms of LGBT representation to the point that it’s one of the better webcomics in that regard. I might recommend skipping ahead in the archives to the current decade (the “1937″ and “1938″ are strips flashing back to the previous generations).
Spacetrawler, by Christopher Baldwin. Sci-Fi, Comedy. Long-Format. The naive but brilliant alien race known as the Eebs are enslaved by interplanetary society at large, depending on their servile nature to maintain the high standard of technology and transportation across the void of space. A group of utterly incompetent aliens come to Earth to seek help in freeing the Eebs... and generally fuck everything up for the best with their terrible choices of sample humans. Currently in the midst of a sequel series focusing on new intrigue and antics, including a talking, murderous kangaroo.
Spinnerette, by Krakow Studios. Superheroes, Comedy, Sci-Fi. Mixed-Format. A grad student develops spider-themed superpowers—including extra arms—and attempts to navigate both concealing her transformation, and becoming a superhero in a world where super-powered vigilantes and criminals are a fact of life. Not Work-Safe due to suggestive artwork including improbably form-fitting costumes over improbably large bosoms. Recurring LGBT content.
Val & Isaac, by @tredlocity. Sci-Fi, Fantasy,  Comedy. Mixed-Format. A space mercenary, her wizard buddy, and the cyborg fish girl who keeps all their technology functional, occasionally featuring their shapeshifting assassin friend Space Dread. Major LGBT content, including WLW and MLM, and a prominent transgender character.
Vattu, by Evan Dahm. Fantasy, Worldbuilding. Long-Format. Born to the Fluters of the grasslands, Vattu finds her traditional subsistence lifestyle torn away as a multi-species empire asserts a claim over her people’s lands. A fantasy epic with several major arcs; see also the creator’s earlier completed works Rice Boy and Order of Tales.
XKCD, by Randall Munroe. Science, Parody, Comedy. Short Format. Stick figures and scientific silliness. Make a point of checking the alt-text of each comic by moving your cursor over the strip. Early pages are much more along the lines of experimental sketches; link above directs to a random comic in the archives. Some comics are more along the lines of interactive games!
Yet Another Fantasy Gamer Comic (YAFGC), by Rich Morris. Fantasy, Comedy, Parody. Mixed-Format. Not Work-Safe. The inhabitants of a world heavily based in Dungeons & Dragons go about their lives as monsters, humanoids, and soul-searching mixes of the two. Begins with a romance between a beholder and a goblin, gradually builds up to battles between nations and the gods themselves, while also finding time to explore family, loss and love, and whether kobolds count as sapient. Moderate LGBT content including recurring gay & bisexual characters (it’s a very large cast); new readers guide here.

I’ve made a very personal realization recently.
I normally don’t post personal stuff that isn't just like a funny story or something silly, but I really wanted to share this.
It’s pretty long and kind of a jumbled mess so I’ll leave it under read more.
Okay this is gonna sound weird but- I just realized that I’m like really actually gay.
I mean the past two years I’ve been pretty open about liking girls so we been known, you know, but not like known known?
That probably doesn't make sense.
What I mean is I didn't totally understand it.
(if you wanna skip to the chase you can scroll down to the bottom and read under the horizontal line)
You see my family is pretty conservative, and I love them and all but I have to be honest, they aren’t very open minded. On top of that It wasn't until VERY recently that I’ve had any openly gay friends or piers.
So for the past seven years I’ve really struggled with who I am and how I feel. It’s hard to talk about it and accept my feeling because for years and years I really convinced myself that I was just fucked in the head and couldn't love anyone. I thought the only correct option for me was to like guys and that if I didn't like guys there was something wrong with me.
It wasn't even on my radar that a girl could actually like a girl. It was so cemented in my brain that guys were the only option, and never had anyone around me who could show or tell me otherwise. Like it wasn't that my family or community forced those crazy “you cant be gay!” or “gay is a sin, and if you’re gay you’re going to hell!”  “values” upon me. It’s that no one ever spoke about the gays or being gay.  Gay just didn't exist in my world.
I was so completely... uninformed I guess.
The first time I discovered anything gay was around 8th grade; I was on the internet by then and hung out with the weebs at school so I had heard of Yuri and Yaoi. (I rarely saw yuri though) These two girls in particular who I was the closest to in the weeb group, were in fact lesbians. But like my brain just couldn't recognize it. I didn't realized they were ACTUAL lesbians for the longest time, one because I just thought they were acting like these two anime characters they shipped together and two because I still didn't know what a lesbian was, I just knew that a girl kissing a girl was yuri.
there’s so much that I didn't know or understand. I wish that someone who could have just told me so I wouldn't have had to suffer so much just to learn what I know now.
it was also around 8th grade that I found out Asexuality was a thing and was like:
 “Oh yeah that’s super me!”
because back then (and even now) I hated the thought of being physically intimate with a guy. It super freaked me out and made me uncomfortable.
Additionally America is fucked and likes to make people scared of sex instead of actually educating anyone about it; so for most of my life intimacy of any kind has always been labeled as “A bad bad terrible thing you should never do or you’re a shameful and disgusting person”. It was so bad that I thought that it was wrong to even think about holding someones hand. (I’m still struggling with that tbh. partly because of my anxiety and slight germaphobia. But i’m getting better about it and it almost not even a problem around people I’ve known for a long time)
I dont really remember when or what led me to realize I liked girls. I just remember it was around maybe 11th or 12th grade, when I befriended this guy and thought that since I liked him more than other guys that I had met that it meant I “like liked” him, so we started dating. Around this time I still considered myself asexual, but started joking about anime girls and shit like that, because it was the hip meme at the time.
But the more I joked about liking girls the more I realized that it wasn't really a joke. I started thinking about how pretty and nice girls are; and about how I like being around them. How I never really felt any strong or even really positive feelings towards any guys. So I started thinking if I had ever liked anyone more than my boyfriend at the time, and it hit me like a brick.
I dont want to talk about it to much but there’s a certain person I used to talk to that I was really really close to. I always thought about how I wanted to live in a house with her and see her everyday and joked about getting best friend married to her. They were jokes but I did mean them. I really did want to live with her, I wanted to see her everyday, and I remember really wishing there was such a thing as “best friend marriage”.
If I had even one openly gay friend back then I think I would have figured it out so much sooner.
Actually Thinking back on it now all my friends probably thought I was gay, wish one of them would have told me, lmao.
(I also realized that a majority of my ocs were very very gay)
But I was fucked up about it for a long time, because she was my best friend, and I had been saying I was straight or asexual for so long, I was so scared people were going to think I was a crazy liar and hate me. Plus she was straight and had a boyfriend by the time I moved away.
Which I wasn't sad or mad about actually. He's a really cool dude and he made her really happy which always made me really happy. Like he would make her laugh and I would almost want to just thank the dude for making her so happy.
We drifted apart, which is kind of my fault. I missed her so much but I felt like it was wrong for me to miss her, and I was scared that I would confess my feelings to her compulsively and it would make everything awful and weird, and that she wouldn't want to talk to me ever again. To me our friendship going unruined was the most important thing, because I didn't want to make her uncomfortable or unhappy, so and my dumb ass brain decided that If I basically stop being friends with her by ghosting her that I couldn't ruin our friendship.
It’s not like our friendship ever “ended” or anything. If I wanted to talk to her I’m sure I could. But it’s been so long that I just want to leave that door closed. But I’m at peace with that and have actually been able to move on.
There’s some stuff I want to briefly mention just because they’ve all happened pretty recently so I don’t entirely have my thoughts on them settled yet.
How about two years ago in my collage art class I made friends with some lgbt people who Invited me to their club, and started going to meeting with a couple different lgbt students. I learned a lot there. I wish I would have asked more questions back then but it was all so new at the time I dont think I could have reaaaally understood any explanations I got anyway.
I dated someone who was non-binary trans for a while, and I have to be honest I didn't really get it back then; transgender was a new concept for me at the time so I kept getting confused. You see I thought trans only applied to mtf and ftm and that non-binary was a category all it’s own. I mean it is but you know what I mean.
I wanted to understand but felt like asking them questions about it would have been mean so I didn't. hhhhhhhhhhhh im so fukin dumbbbb.
I’m not proud of it but I broke up with them because I felt so bad for not understanding them, I felt like I wasn't giving them the understanding and validation they deserved. I really liked hanging out with them and talking to them, but they really liked me and I just felt like I wasn't a good enough. I was so scared of hurting their feelings that I... hurt their feelings.
Flawless logic, I know.
and here’s the part were I finally realize that I’m a big gay
It’s stupid because It’s literally the most basic and obvious thing you would realize when you’re gay and yet it somehow took me this long to figure it out.
I realized that the thought of kissing a guy is gross, but the thought of kissing a girl is nice.
I would be comfortable and happy being in a relationship with a girl.
I would like to live with and marry a girl one day.
I’m mad that it took me so long to freaking realize this shit, but I’m glad that I have.
I dont think I’m a lesbian technically since I do like non-binary people too (Though with a fem lean. if that’s how you say that???)
But there’s a lot I still dont know, like what I would even call myself, but I would really like to learn; So if any of you have read this far and want to share some of your knowledge please do!
Thank you all so much for your time and support, I love you and hope you have a great day!

and I mean you're very true. about the whole sexuality split model thing causing people to harbour more internalized homophobia- I thought I was a "biromantic asexual" for the longest time as a way to avoid being "truly" gay before realizimg I really only liked girls. a lot of the things you say are very fuckikg true, but- then again I am just 16 idk ksosksj
Nah, even at 16 you’re a capable being who should know yourself and who you are!! I have a friend my age who’s 20 and she’s “biromantic homosexual” even though I think she’s just bisexual like me, lol. Or even lesbian, because she has a girlfriend now and wants her to be her wife. It’s just kinda silly.
Like gay people aren’t “homoromantic homosexual?????????” lol. Gay/lesbian/etc. encompasses all kinds of attraction, and being gay isn’t just about having sex. -_- So splitting up romantic and sexual attraction is just silly. Bisexual people can feel different kinds of attraction for different genders, so the split attraction model is just silly. and many lesbians and gay people have a complicated view of their own sexuality, too!! being gay isn’t limiting.
and yeah, I identified as demisexual / asexual off and on for a few years because I was just scared of sex? and I was like 16 and so of course I was? and I felt myself unworthy of love and affection and that’s due to mental illness, trauma and abuse, and being transgender and hating my body, but it was an easy way to explain all of those things in one simple explanation that didn’t force me to think further.
Now that I’ve transitioned and I’m finally slowly starting to see my self-worth and accept my body, I’m not ace, lol. And many asexual people even enjoy having sex??? That’s a whole different issue, but like. The split attraction model / obscure genders and sexualities you have to Google and explain are just silly (that doesn’t mean I find being nonbinary silly, or I won’t respect your personal gender or pronouns, just like... most times you’re overcomplicating things and things can be said much easier, like you can be lesbian and dislike sex, you don’t need a whole another identity for that dshfkjsh)

idk your scholars but 30 through 40 for them (all of them if you have more than one) thank you!
Hoo baby baby I have five little squirts and I am ALIIIIIVE because I love this specific selection of questions!!
I’m on mobile so there isn’t any formatting or gifs this time, but I will edit it on my PC later what it isn’t dead XD.
For the sake of brevity I’m only gonna include a scholar if the question applies to them well.
✨✨✨✨✨
30. Is your scholar self-conscious about anything? If so, what is that thing?
❤️ Lillie: YES. Lillie always feels like she is annoying people. Because she is so hyper and talkative she gets told to shut up or to slow down a lot, usually in polite ways, but as a consequence of her lower self esteem it takes the wind out of her sails pretty fast.
❤️ Darcy: He feels like he is expected to be a clone of his sister and has a huge inferiority complex. It doesn’t help that he’s also trans which means being compared to his sister not only strips him of individuality, but also triggers dysphoria.
❤️ Abby: She’s self conscious about what the media says about her. When in public she clings to her security guard and wears identity concealing clothes like how Michael Jackson used to put paper bags on his kids heads to hide them from the media.
31. Does your scholar get along with their parents or guardians?
❤️ Lillie: Heck yes. Her parents helped her get out on puberty blockers at 10 and managed to assist her in changing her legal name and gender by 16 even though her grandparents disapproved.
❤️ Vivi&Darcy: Yes. They have three parents, two mothers and a father, in a polygamous relationship. This made it easier to raise twins for the parents and so there was less drama during their formative years.
❤️ Flora:Of all my scholars, Flora has the best parental relationship. Her biological mother and her stepmother both are open minded. They made sure Flora was humble and aware of her privileges and also the power she has to help others.
When Flora messes up or makes a mistake, they don’t berate her endlessly but they sit her down and get her to reflect on what she’s done and how to avoid it again later.
❤️ Abby: She was taken by CPS from her birth parents at age 8 so that goes without saying how she gets along with THOSE parents. Her adoptive parents took her in because when they went to the adoption centre in search of a baby they fell in love with 12 year old her instead.
They are constantly doing what they can to help her heal from her trauma, and have studied up about her culture to make sure she never loses touch with it despite now living in a whole new world. They are very proud of her artistic achievements and are the first ones to buy her albums.
32. What is their sexuality?
❤️ Lillie: straight asexual
❤️ Vivian: bisexual polyamorous
❤️ Darcy: bisexual
❤️ Flora: lesbian
❤️ Abigail: lesbian
33. What is their gender?
❤️ Lillie: transgender female
❤️ Vivi: cis female
❤️ Darcy: transgender male
❤️ Flora&Abby: cis females
34. What is their favorite part about their crush’s body?
❤️ Lillie: She loves his (Tadashi’s) nose and lips. If/when they get together, Lillie will trace them with her fingertips and kiss them gently.
❤️ Vivi: she loves Claire’s hair and Alistair’s chest.
❤️ Darcy: Axel has a lot of tattoos and you bet Darcy can’t get them out of his mind.
❤️ Flora loves Abigail’s tummy and boobs. Abigail loves flora’s hands.
35. What is their favorite part about their crush’s personality?
❤️ Lillie: She loves how serious Tadashi is taken. She strives to someday be acknowledged like he is. His work ethic and cunningness makes her feel inspired.
❤️ Vivian: she is purely smitten with Alistair based on his charm. He’s a warm and inviting person. She likes Claire’s dedication to her department and silent disposition.
❤️ Darcy: he’s a sucker for the cocky flirty type. Axel is basically equal halves of both of those.
❤️ Flora loves Abigail’s artistic expression and her deep soul. Abigail loves Floras confidence and motherly instincts.
36. Is your scholar selfish at all?
❤️ Vivian is very full of herself but doesn’t let that get in the way of helping others. She’s just a little narcissistic.
❤️ Darcy is definitely a little selfish, but most of it comes from an inferiority complex he developed over his sister.
❤️ Abigail is selfish for trust/trauma reasons. She’s a little too dependent on Flora at times.
37. Does your scholar have any silly secrets?
❤️ Darcy’s giant mega crush on Axel is his silly secret.
❤️ Flora’s favourite music is rap/hip hop, and she can sing/rap really well but doesn’t cos it looks weird for a skinny white chick to break out into 2Pac all of a sudden.
❤️ Abigail thinks Shrek is the best kids movie ever, knows the whole movie by script and owns the soundtrack.
38. Does your scholar have any big secrets?
Only one scholar has a big, deep secret, and ironically it’s the happiest scholar I have;
When Flora was 14 and overseas with her parents, she had a one night stand for the hell of it with a boy, and later in another country found out she was pregnant. She was so afraid to tell her parents that by the time they found out, she was showing, and was not willing to abort it because of how long she’d had it inside her. She gave birth to a son who is now being raised as her brother by her mothers who were very shocked but also willing to help her through it.
39. What is their favourite article of clothing?
❤️ Lillie: Shirts, preferably cute femme ones, but with a goth color scheme.
❤️ Vivian: Sundresses
❤️ Darcy: oversized jackets
❤️ Flora: button up shirts
❤️ Abigail: shoes and accessories.
40. What is their least favourite article of clothing?
❤️ Lillie: school uniform
❤️ Vivian: sneakers and gym socks
❤️ Darcy: anything feminine
❤️ Flora: sweatpants
❤️ Abigail: anything leather (sweaty!!!!!)
✨✨✨✨✨
I AM SO SORRY THIS IS SO LONG BUT I WARNED YOU
And THANKS FOR THE ASK AAAHHH!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So I really don’t like. Just this, kinda pattern of people aggressively saying that some historical figures are gay/lesbian, or what not. Obviously, many g/l historical figures have their sexual identities erased - and a lot of times you can tell what the fuck is going on, like they live with someone of the opposite sex, and etc. But with that said, I’ve sometimes seen a lot of people who are just way too fucking aggressive about those ideas, particularly with other lgbt communities. And sometimes they’re silly, and wrong, but sometimes they are actual possibilities that l/g people are just shutting the fuck down. One idea is Isaac Newton? I’m not an expert, but from what I’ve seen, most people say ~Newton was gay :) ~ based on the fact that he ‘never touched a woman’ and tried not to think about sex. But to me, that seems like an asexual kind of thing to do. And it’s neat, for me, to think of Newton as being asexual. And yet, so many fucking gay people just shut the idea down. The other thing, are historical women breaking gender norms of the period, and people saying a) Look At This Woman Who’s Breaking All These Rules Isn’t She Powerful or b) LESBIAN. Whereas, I would rather wonder if she wasn’t in fact a transgender man, without the ability or the words to recognize it. Imagine that.
The point is. Both viewpoints are valid, and we’ll never know until we recover new information on the figures or invent a time machine, but I really just wish people wouldn’t be so damn aggressive about their opinions/possibilities, when it comes to shit like this (with other lgbt groups). Cause I get shutting down straight people and their fucking homophobic shit, but it’s getting really fucking annoying to see l/g people declare the identities of every possibly-queer historical person as either cis gay or cis lesbian, and then attack anyone who disagrees/speculates otherwise. I especially feel for the bi people I see who get yelled at for saying ‘he/she isn’t gay/lesbian, they’re bi. They had relationships with both’ and whoever deciding that they only had relationships with other genders due to ~societal pressures~. Like yeah, maybe. Or they were fucking bi, dude.
Also worth noting is that some people are wrong, esp. when there’s a ton of evidence to support a claim, but. In general. Can we just all try and be more open minded? Cause, l/g and straight people aren’t the only ones who would like some historical role models, and some possible history. That’d be great, thanks.

Chlue Curran | ADVOCATES
You might recognize her name from previous works with AfterEllen and her current work with LOTL and Curve, but Chloe Curran is making headlines this time in her web series writing debut with ADVOCATES. The series is brutally honest and plays on some of the LGBTQ's more famous tropes. A series featuring queer characters played by real queer actors, this series is sending an important message to Hollywood. Read more below and be sure to check out ADVOCATES today.
netTVnow: You’re gearing up for the premiere of your first web series, ADVOCATES, how does it feel?*
Chloe Curran: I’m stoked! This is my first show and it’s been- to be utterly cliche- a learning experience. From conception to rewrites to casting to pre-production to post production, we’ve taken a lot of time to make sure ADVOCATES is as good as possible. I’m excited to share it with the world.
NTN: What’s the quick and dirty synopsis of the series?
CC: Satirical workplace comedy set in a LGBTQ nonprofit called GULPTAB* (Gay, Unidentified, Lesbian, Pansexual, Transgender, Asexual, Bisexual, Asterisk). It follows a witty lesbian, Iris, a opinionated gay man, Adrian, and their silly but sincere interns. ADVOCATES is about queer people making fun of themselves, and everyone else while they’re at it.
NTN: Where did the concept of the series come from?
CC: I was hanging out with Bridget McManus, the incredible actress and comedian who plays GULPTAB*’s President, and she encouraged me to write a web series. I had just finished writing a pilot and was contemplating my next project. I wanted to write about gay people and thought a LGBTQ non-profit would be a funny setting where everyone would reasonably be queer. I knew I wanted it to be a comedy, and I didn’t want to write something we’ve seen a lot of. No coming out stories or angsty love affairs or groups of hot lesbians dating and doing dyke drama.
At that point I’d been writing for AfterEllen for several years, and I’d been exposed to all these interesting aspects of LGBTQ culture that most of my non-internet dwelling friends didn’t know about. Good stuff, bad stuff, and weird stuff. I wanted to write LGBTQ characters who didn’t depress me and who weren’t one dimensional. Then I came up with different scenarios inspired by different aspects of subcultures in our community.
NTN: What was the writing process like for you? What surprised you most about writing for this medium?
CC: Rewrites. I did so many rewrites. I’ve actually written an entire season of ADVOCATES and I’ve re-written and read through and added and honed every damn word. Here’s the surprising thing about rewrites: they genuinely make a script better. I actually threw out the first episode of ADVOCATES I wrote. In hindsight, it was crap. I started again and the next try was better, although obviously I rewrote that a dozen or so times.
I think of a lot of my favorite jokes or bits while driving. I frantically scribble them down as soon as I get to my destination and try to work them in the next day. I also pull a lot from conversations, online and in person. I take something real that I find funny or interesting and then I heighten it as much as it can be heightened.
NTN: You mentioned that every queer character in the series is played by a queer person, how important was that for you in casting?
CC: So important. If you look at the majority of LGBTQ characters in film, TV, and a good chunk of web series, they are played by straight actors. Especially lesbian characters. And then we’re supposed to fawn over them and say, "Oh how brave you are Mitzy, thank you so much for representing my community.” My community can represent itself.
When you cast a straight actor in a LGBTQ role, several things happen:
The part is not given to a LGBTQ actor, who is also probably being passed up for straight roles because they’re too gay, resulting in very few famous LGBTQ actors in Hollywood
The actor pulls from stereotypes, tropes, and bad gay cinema to create a likely one-dimensional character similar to all the other one dimensional gay characters played by straight actors
The press and conversation around the film focuses on a straight celebrity rather than gay character
LGBTQ people are depicted through the lens, face, and voice of a straight person, warping our existence and identities to appeal to straight audiences.
Hollywood needs to stop straight washing. Stop casting straight women as lesbians, straight men as gay, and really stop casting cis actors as trans.
NTN: What are some things audiences can look forward to in the series?
CC: Sweetness to go along with the snark.
NTN: Tell us more about the series’ leads. How do they fit into this fictional GLAAD-type organization?
CC: First of all: GULPTAB* is not GLAAD. Any resemblance to any organizations is purely coincidental, fictional, etc. You could perhaps draw similarities between the two, but that’s you darling, not me.
Iris, the lesbian lead, is GULPTAB*’s Director of Communications and Adrian is the social media manager. Iris is funny as Director of Communication because she’s always having to curb her communication skills as they’re a little too real for most people to handle. She’s a young, confident, ambitious lesbian looking to climb the career ladder, but she’s not always impressed by her tasks at GULPTAB*. Social Media Manager is an important but also kind of ridiculous job, and Adrian slacks his way through it.
They’re buddies, not classic heroes but good people none the less who like to mock their surroundings.
NTN: I like that you picked some of the more popular tropes within the LGBTQ community and bring a satire feel to it, why was that something you wanted to focus on?
CC: Tropes are cliches, and cliches are ripe for mockery. I’m also incredibly bored of tropes because I’ve watched so much tropey gay content I sometimes want to scream. Sometimes I do scream.
Sometimes LGBTQ people and institutions take themselves very, very seriously. I wanted to add a bit of levity. Other minorities make fun of themselves. Straight people absolutely make fun of themselves. Why shouldn’t we? What are we so scared of? That we’re going to write a couple unsympathetic gay characters or crack a couple jokes at our own expense and they’ll take away our rights? A little confidence, please.
NTN: Which character is your favorite? Why?
CC: I have no favorites. They are all my demon babies. Not because they’re demons, but because I’ve worked so much on them I feel like a mother who really, really wants her children to move out.
Every character has a bit of me. Some good bits some bad bits some weird bits. But there’s a tiny part of me in each one. Iris most of all, I suppose.  It took a lot of work, but I think each character could have a stand alone episode or plotline. They are distinct, interesting people.
NTN: Reflecting on your experience with the series, are there things you would have done differently? If so, what and why?
CC: Maybe there are a few lines I would have tweaked, or a few shots I would have set up differently. I wish we could have shot more episodes, because I think the other episodes could be even better. The series really fleshes out and gets juicy as it progresses. But we did the most we could with the money we raised.
NTN: Do you have any upcoming projects to share or anything else to add?
CC: Right now I’m working on a rom com. I guess I’d say watch, subscribe, and share ADVOCATES! And if you really like it and want to see more episodes, let us know. I appreciate you all. Over 170 people donated to make this happen. I really hope they like this. Their generosity and faith means so much to me. I’ve carried that every step of the way. I want to give my community the show they deserve. Something different.
