Taking care of yourself doesn't always have to mean grand gestures or expensive spa treatments. Sometimes, it's the little things that make the biggest difference in our well-being. Here are some simple suggestions for self-care:
❤️Take a break: Simply step away from your work and do something you enjoy, such as reading a book, listening to music, or taking a walk.
❤️Treat yourself to a nourishing meal or snack: When you take the time to prepare and savor a healthy meal, it can be a form of self-care.
❤️Get a good night's sleep: Make sure you're getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep each night by sticking to a consistent sleep schedule and winding down before bed.
❤️Stay active: Exercise can help reduce stress, improve mood, and boost energy levels, so try to get some physical activity every day, whether it's going for a walk or doing a yoga video.
❤️Practice gratitude: Take a few moments each day to reflect on what you're thankful for, whether it's a loved one, a cozy home, or a beautiful sunset.
Remember, taking care of yourself is important for overall health and happiness. Don't underestimate the power of small acts of self-care in making you feel good both inside and out.

Create your reality!!
What if I said heaven and hell is a state of mind? You ever been depressed? Torturing yourself with cognitive distortions, anxious over things that have not happened, obsessing over what may not be. Its hell. What if you consciously and consistently spent your thoughts and energy on things that made you feel GOOD. What if you took responsibility for your thoughts and daydreamed about what you wanted instead of what you did not want. What if you created exactly how you wanted your life to look....what if you took a chance.

Change the Narrative....
In my morning meditations I was breathing in changing the narrative of your life. I read some information that showed me how people recycle the same experience over and over again. Same story, different characters, same results. How are you so afraid to come out of the toxic behaviors that you were somehow socialized to believe is right? What do you really fear about change? At what point do you realize that your living that same exact story...you just changed the characters. Let's unpack this...on the couch
