Crazy Town’s Shifty Shellshock Dies at 49

Crazy Town frontman Shifty Shellshock has died at 49, according to multiple media reports.

Shellshock, born Seth Binzer, was reportedly found dead June 24 in his home. No cause of death has been reported.

The rap-rock band had a hit in 1999 with “Butterfly.” The group went on to release two LPs and play at Ozzfest before breaking up in 2003.

“Rest in peace,” read a post on the festival’s Facebook page.

Crazy Town reformed in 2007 and released another album in 2015. Shellshock had been performing recently as Crazy Town X.

“You became familiar to many for a song,” Shellshock’s touring mates Saving Abel said on social media. “You became our friend because of your kindness to us.”

One of my fav nu metal bands. They're actually good, butterfly isn't the best song they have. (Hollywood Babylon, Darkside, think fast, them days etc are my fav songs by crazy town!!)

Un petit post sur les "rencontre d'artiste" que j'ai pu faire en premier Sidilarsen que j'ai suivie pendant presque 10 ans

Le groupe Julien-K formé des anciens membre de Orgy (Ryan et Amir) j'ai aussi apprécié ma rencontre avec Elias batteur de Julien-K

Ultra Vomit j'ai même passé la soirée avec eux !

Highlight Tribe avec qui j'ai eus la chance de pouvoir avoir un interwiew quand je faisais partie d'une radio locale

Mon souvenir préféré, j'ai quelques concert à Validé pour une persone quiest cher, partis bien trop tôt et fan de musique, surtout fan de ce mec Seth Binzer alias Shifty Shelshock, Chanteur Leader de Crazy Town tant de moment passé avec cette personne à chanter le morceau Butterfly, il faisait les parties de Seth, je faisais les parties de Bret Mazur alias Epic un bonheur de les rencontrer tous les deux.

Faire des Anus avec Giédré ^^

En tant de Covid rester sérieux mais passé un agréable moment avec Jérémy Ferrari

Collectionner surtout les baguettes de batterie et quelques médiator.
