In the chapter 406 "Wrath", when Sesshomaru loses his temper, Rumiko Takahashi added the note "That noble soul, that noble pride, no one can defile them" 🤗🤗🤗

Of course we know who he's referring to… 👀👀👀

These details about Sesshomaru's feelings for Kagura are really precious. 🤗🤗🤗

This chapter just feels so much heartbreaking in its beauty.

Did you notice Takahashi's use of images and onomatopeias? The way we can hear that "BDMP" of Kagura's heart as she sees Sesshomaru? To think that the very first thing she's felt through that so much wanted heart of hers just after got it was pain, and pain alone, physically and emotionally, and yet now she finally is able to feel something good, like a tiny light within warming her.

Naraku once again meant to prove his point that the lives of the weakest are meaningless. At least this time he could not win.

I would write pages upon pages about this chapter alone, maybe some day.

One of the many nice details that the anime staff cut off. Even when Kagura died, Sesshomaru turned one last look towards her, exactly as he did EVERY TIME Kagura left when they met, he always turned his gaze towards her. 🥹❤️❤️❤️
