Nice little tribute video for Dinamo Minsk's Vadim Shipachyov, who broke Sergei Mozyakin's KHL points record yesterday. He did it against his hometown team, Severstal Cherepovets, too!

In Magnitogorsk, the celebration of the Metallurgist Day was held, this year additionally marked by the date of the 85th anniversary of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. During the festive celebrations, the delivery of silver medals to the hockey "steelmakers" of the Russian championship was held. At the ceremony came Vladislav Tretyak, Dmitry Kurbatov and already legendary pupil of Magnitogorsk hockey, two-time world champion and three-time Stanley Cup winner - Evgeni Malkin. After the official award part, it's time for surprises: the fantastic figures of Sergei Mozyakin (1000 points in the Russian championships) were not only applauded in honor of the great Master, but also a memorable gift from the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine - a real golden stick! The stick was handed personally to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "MMK", President of HC "Metallurg" Viktor Rashnikov. (x)
