How would orbulon react to the shroobs :0 I'm just curious

NOT WEIRD i fucking love thinking about warioware's connection with the Greater Mario Universe, which I am also unhealthily obsessed with. In fact I'll do you one better:

Shroobs

Going to talk about them as a collective here (so this includes all shrooboids and shroobsworths and whatnot), but first of all I fucking love the shroobs. I think the concept of a fungus alien that weaponizes mycorrhizae is ingenious, and their blank little gaping mouth expression is hilarious. THAT BEING SAID, orbulon would be a little less receptive to them. Given that he's been trying to take over the world for 1000 years, and they almost conquered it in like 2 seconds, he would probably be scared shitless. 0/10 too scary

Tatanga

A lot of people ask me about this one. "Would tatanga and orbulon be buddies? They are both aliens that worked for wario!" And to that I say no. Yes, they are both diminutive little aliens bent on conquering the world. However, so are Shroobs. Not only would orbulon be similarly intimidated by someone way more competent at doing so than his lazy ass, but tatanga, notably, does NOT respect women - he kidnapped the resident red-haired girl to try and force her to become his bride, something that would not fly with orbulon given that he is best friends with a red-haired girl and is also occassionally one himself. Furthermore, while Orbulon works for Wario because Wario offered him a place to stay in his hour of need and they are friends, Tatanga worked for Wario because he was really mad that their mutual enemy stopped him from forcing someone to become his bride. (This was also during Wario's evil phase, so he didn't really care about that as long as Mario got walloped. Which he didn't. Good going, Tatanga.) Fortunately, Orbulon never had to cross paths with tatanga due to my pet theory that he was asleep for the entirety of Super Mario Land. 2/10 incel

X-Nauts

You may be sensing a pattern here. This is another one that Orbulon is not a fan of, but this is also one that he's actually around for. Unlike the invasion of the Shroobs, which he was around for but not invested in Earth beyond a potential conquest yet, or the invasion of Tatanga, which he was asleep for and didn't find out about until he woke up to a million missed notifications on his dashboard about Unknown Spacecrafts Near You, this happened around the events of Warioware Touched (if you decide to view mario games as happening concurrently with wario games released at the same time, which is a fun thought exercise if you ignore enough things.) SO, if we arranged the timeline just so, we could pretend that he had an experience like this:

Squirps

There is absolutely no chance of Squirps and Orbulon interacting or having interacted. Which is a shame, because they'd probably get along better than most aliens on this list. Squirps would probably regard Orbulon as a weird old man, despite technically being at most half a century younger than him. Orbulon would think he was a cute kid but likely be overwhelmed by his energy as Squirps runs laps around him (similar to Kat and Ana). 7/10 just make sure he doesn't bite you

I made a cool little AU! Fawful and the spilled Tea!

Thanks so so much to @aliencatwafers for inspiring me to make this AU...a few days ago she drew the concept of what Minty as a shroob would look like, and after thinking about it some more at 2am, BAM! Stayed up until morning coming up with a what if scenario if the story elements of Wafer's Second Shroob Invasion and Minty Frazzles was combined. It all starts with Minty getting shroobified, thus renamed to M1ทt33! Their earth nickname is Tea.

A uhhh short plot synopsis and details are in order!

It all starts off normally when Minty and Fawful are hanging out. They've been friends for quite some time now, he thought about finally confessing his feelings to her, but then the second shroob invasion starts. With the two having witnessed the first invasion years ago, panic ensues. The shroobs originally intended to capture Fawful to shroobify him due to his very high intellect but Minty ends up getting captured instead.

Now with no recollection of her past, M1ทt33 carries on as part of the shroob army until Fawful finds them. Wanting the love of his life back, to undo his guilt, he manages to drag her back to his base. But with Tea's lost memories, empathy to the shroobs, and false backstory that they've been feeding to her, it's difficult for Fawful to get her back to her normal self. Let alone having the information necessary to know if he can even undo this in the first place. Did I mention this is all happening in the middle of an invasion?

Despite this stranger dragging them to a place they've never seen before, M1ทt33 swears this all feels so familiar. More memories start to come back to her as the plot goes on, but things get complicated...even though Tea IS Minty, Tea has become her own being too. Born from horrible means...does she have a right to even exist?

It's all so tragic I know, but deep down I know there's a good ending somewhere...

I don't really plan to do anything HUGE with this btw, it was just a fun concept to make that i love talking to Wafers about!

How do you manage the workload of requests/commissions? What helps you when you’re writing?

992nd3 hi there! Sorry I didn't answer sooner lol. It can be pretty damn difficult to manage everything and still make room for myself sometimes, though I manage to get by. I'll have days where I dedicate 5-10 hours to just writing alone, waking up at around 10am-ish and going to bed at 3am. I usually do commissions first at the start of the day, but sometimes I'll need motivation, so I go over to the regular requests or my multi-chapter fics and work on that instead. Though, mainly my friends have been helping me keep on track and motivated (and stopping me from going absolutely insane lmao). As of currently, every other day, I'll spend either 1-4 hours hanging out with them on discord sort of near or after dinner time, then end the day off with more writing until I get tired enough to go to sleep. Sometimes I'll write while on call with them too. The main thing that helps me write is playlists that I've listened to before, or other familiar music. I'll also set a mini goal for myself and try to write that amount in a day (like.. write 2,000 words or smfn). I sort of spread my attention out to multiple fics at once (Dear Detective, AVC, The King’s Jester, Dichotomous Key, the commissions, one or two general requests,) but work on them one at a time (if that makes sense)

Lost World's New Superstar

The KN8/Mario and Luigi crossover is finally here! It took quite awhile to plan this one out since it involves the Fawful Saga which spans between three different games. Now let's get started.

29 year old Kafka Hibino didn't know what he was truly getting into when he decided to visit the carnival. It had been the type of one that travels around the country and he didn't see the harm in reliving some childhood nostalgia. This particular one has a very special 'attraction' from the rumors Kafka heard while waiting to purchase his ticket.

A hall of mirrors that could evidently lead someone to what they truly wanted. Kafka couldn't help the curiosity stewing inside him so why not pay a visit? The worst that could happen to the man anyway in a hall of mirrors was getting lost.

It had been Kafka's initial thought until the halfway point where things began to become...strange. The reflections in the mirrors no longer looked like him but instead were now peculiar people and very strange characters. Folks with beans for heads, two short mustached men, a blonde haired princess, even a giant monster turtle!

Kafka was ready to turn back only for him to hit a massive mirrored wall. The thing being pitch black in color except for the three pairs of eyes that stare evilly back at him. All it took was a second before the darkness inside the mirror spilled out to swallow the man whole.

Kafka Hibino would be declared missing after not showing up for work. The carnival he vanished inside was put under investigation with the only clues of foul play being the man's wallet standing before a shattered mirror. No one knew Kafka Hibino had been taken into a world that became lost from theirs by time and space...

Nothing like an impromptu isekai to light a fire under someone. For those wondering, Kafka pretty much crash lands outside of Toad Town and makes quite the scene since he fell on Luigi. (The brothers were on an outing with Peach when this happened.)

Mario figures the stranger might be in the same situation that he and Luigi were once in. (Think Mario Movie/Super Mario Super Show where the brothers got pulled into the Lost World from their home in Brooklyn.) As to not overwhelm him when he wakes up, Kafka was taken to a room in the castle with the Toads waiting outside.

Good idea on their part after the trio hears the story their guest had to offer. Considering the vast difference between Kafka's world and the Mario Brothers' own, nevermind the mirror part, it was pretty clear it would take time to find out how to get him home. The man would stay with the brothers while Peach has some of her subjects looking for any leads.

It takes at least 3 weeks before Superstar Saga begins. Enough time for Kafka to become accustomed to the strange world he found himself in. Since his physical skills weren't like Mario Bros', Toadbert was able to get in touch with Professor E.Gadd.

Kafka relies on FLUDD when it comes to moving across terrain alongside early battle. Throughout his adventures in the Lost World, he gains new abilities to aid him against the more harder obstacles. What these include are:

Transformation Charm that allows him to use power-ups both in and out of battle(Partners in Time). Ice Brand, a lost hand technique found inside Jokes' End which can freeze anything if powered up enough(Superstar Saga). And Monster Force that allows Kafka to mimic a monster type(Bowser's Inside Story).

Similar to the Mario Bros, our himbo will also be put in a unique situation for each respective adventure. Kafka utilizing Trio Attacks alongside Trio Moves to traverse the BeanBean Kingdom. Skully Hibino, who gives him a taste of his destined Kaiju power than just the future, as he helps fight off Partners in Time's Shroob Invasion. Finally Kafka uses his new monstrous Koopa form forced onto him by Fawful to aid Bowser's quest throughout Bowser's Inside Story.

If you are wondering how long he's been in the Lost World, it's two years and six months. That's how long it took to find his way back home. Kafka is still connected to the Lost World as Professor E.Gadd would build a pipe linked to both worlds and give the man one such copy.

Our himbo appears in the middle of a 3rd Division mission since that's what was happening in the area where his apartment is. No perfect place for an impromptu reunion between childhood friends than an active battlefield. Mina definitely thought she was hallucinating when she saw Kafka.

Especially since he was wearing weird clothes, holding a comically big hammer and sat atop a pile of dead Yoju who were clearly pummeled by said weapon. Kafka did get taken into Defense Force custody for a bit. He was missing for almost three years and spontaneously showed up on a battlefield of all places.

Kafka is pretty entangled with the Defense Force afterwards since he can't exactly lie about where he's been. Especially since a private nurse had triggered the Ice Brand during a full body exam. (Thank the stars that FLUDD and Stuffington were with him to help explain things.) He does lie about the Warp Pipe given to him by E.Gadd though.

Kafka rather not have anything from the Lost World slip into his or vice versa since the Defense Force would confiscate it. Plus he does want to visit his friends there every once in awhile. Now Kafka isn't an official member.

Due to what he experienced in the Lost World, especially since Stuffington provided footage of all three adventures, he was too high priority to be left alone. Kafka's lifestyle became partly monitored by the Defense Force. He would often be escorted to the 3rd Division, 1st Division, or sometimes Headquarters from time to time.

This happens more frequently when Kafka gets caught up in a Kaiju attack. He WILL fight if it's a situation where people can't get to safety or the Defense Force is unable to make it on time. The Higher Ups weren't exactly happy about it since Kafka became a superstar of sorts to the civilian populace.

Some good things do come from this. Kafka managed to rekindle his friendship with Mina as the two had quite the heart to heart when he returned. Soshiro, Okonogi, and Narumi were also added to the friend group since he often visits their respective divisions.

A good thing too when Kafka gains his kaiju powers. You can say that was a much bigger trip for him than in canon since Skully does show up to help for Partners in Time. Even moreso when he gets into the very same work related accident which creates the little Yoju just a week later.

You can say things are still quite nutty for Kafka despite being back in his universe. Sometimes the weirdness of the Lost World follows those it touches. And that includes 32 year old sunshine himbos.

"Er, plumbing, yeah!" Let's just go with that! You think plumbers when you think pipes because they're the ones who handle it but these weren't your everyday pipes. Warp Pipes were a whole other beast really and the fact they just...called them the second part could make things confusing. Regardless, less talk, more action! She'd get it when they make it.

"Let's-a go! We've got-a people to save and monsters to bonk!" Those guns of hers didn't bother him too much. Jill obviously wasn't trigger happy unless you were mutated. He motioned for her to follow him then turned on his heel to begin leading the way. The smell of the sewer didn't bother him but it was surely there. Smells less-than-fresh compared to the one's he's been through but then again who's calling a sewer fresh? Plumbers, that's who!

"I've fought a few infections in my-a day. First off I'm-a Doctor!" Badumtss. "There was also this-a invasion from a bunch of-a aliens called the Shroobs. They invaded the past and a bunch'a timeholes started opening up around-a Peach's castle. My brother and I had to-a team up with our younger selves to stop it. Can you believe my-a brother's younger self defeated them by crying?"

Jill gives Mario a playful smirk. "A pipe, huh? Like, a plumbing pipe? Guess we'll both be learning a bit about each other once we're all safe!"

Jill can tell from his basic look, his strange mannerisms and sudden appearance out of a manhole that Mario probably comes from...somewhere else.

Something almost nobody knows about Jill, and other extremely highly-ranked members of S.T.A.R.S., is that she knows of the existence of parallel worlds and realities. The United States intelligence community spent the past 25 years playing with some pretty far-out stuff because of Cold War paranoia, and they occasionally opened doors they did not precisely mean to. S.T.A.R.S. has known about these experiments from the very outset, has been keeping an eye on them, and Jill suspects something similar probably brought Mario here.

Desperate times require desperate measures, and if saving a handful of survivors from a virulent outbreak means spiriting them away into an alternate universe, then that's what it'll take.

Jill presumes Mario has some control over his chosen method of interdimensional travel, but that explanation can come later. The safety of the survivors comes first.

"I don't think there's any going back up there," she admits. "So onward to the Mushroom Kingdom it is. Sounds like a lovely place! Let's go find your pipe and make sure nothing else has."

Heheheheh so as someone who has literally dissected the "Fawful scene" from PIT I have some questions relating your AU 👁️👁️

What would happen if Fawful were to find out the babies' identities? How would he react, and what would he do as a result?

Also what would happen if the adult Mario and Luigi were to stumble across Fawful caring for the babies?

Hiiiii, thank you so much for reaching out. I'm glad you broke the Fawful scene in PIT to pieces to see what it's all about. I'll be happy to answer your questions.

Alright, so with the AU, there's the ever mounting tension of the babies' identifies and vice versa. The babies do all kinds of deception to fool everyone. Why did they bother with Fawful in the first place? It was since Fawful is one of the most interesting people they've met, he makes inventive and G R E A T food, he's always working on an interesting gadget, he teaches the babies skills like budgeting, sales and tax fraud, he's working on evil schemes that the babies want to uncover, and he cares for them. Fawful is basically like the new weird kid in school who is full of mystery.

Fawful, meanwhile, would fret about the Mario Bros. hurting the babies and tells them to be watchful. The babies know that Fawful's fears are unfounded for them since the adults are their caretakers and they trust the adults more than they do Fawful. But, for their safety, they let Fawful ramble on and provide them weapons to protect themselves against the Bros. Fawful is also more than happy to upgrade their hammers.

If they succeed, I would plan for Fawful to find out at the very end when the babies give him a drawing of their family (they hop into a Time Hole soon after). Fawful is overcome with happiness seeing himself drawn among the babies, but then he opens the rest of the drawing and sees the Mario Bros. Immediately he panics that the Mario Bros. were gathering information on him when he was at his lowest. He would scream into the nether that the Mario Bros. wanted taunt him and see him suffer. As such, he adds extra details in his scheming where he'll have Bowser inhale the Adult Bros. as payback.

If Fawful found out sooner, he would be heart-broken. Probably couldn't bear to look at the babies for the rest of the day. But, it would dawn on him that the babies aren't the same adults that ruined his life.* As such, Fawful asks the babies to not kill him in the future. Maybe he might consider taking the babies in as toadies (as Cackletta did for him) so that he could get rid of the biggest wrench in his plans for conquest.

*(to be fair, Fawful was a terrorist, and Mario and Luigi were defending the Beanbean Kingdom; Fawful ruined his own life but refuses to take accountability for that).

The Mario Bros. ,ooooooh boy would they be M A D! The only context they know Fawful in is him causing terror over and over. Being protective, they would assume that Fawful was taking advantage of the babies like using them as pawns in an evil scheme or to get information about the Mario Bros. They would first see Fawful being near the children and get in between them. Then they would threaten Fawful and demand to know his intentions.

A fight would ensue with the babies trying to stop it.

Then the Mario Bros. would think on it seeing that Fawful is just as terrified as they are for the babies' safety. What tips them off is that Fawful is more concerned about the babies' needs and how scared they are rather than his wants and all that evil lair was spotted too soon.

It's already worrisome that he's living in the sewers. They would see Fawful spiraling and feel that he isn't in the best state to care for both children's needs. (They fear that the babies would see things that would traumatize them like Fawful's violent mental breakdowns or the babies being forced to act as Fawful's caretakers). After a while, they would get concerned for Fawful's mental health and try to get mental health services in and better housing (since rearranging your whole life to spite someone at the cost of your health and wellbeing isn't healthy, neither would be making two children be responsible for your mental health - Fawful hasn't done that second part, but the Bros. fear he will eventually). All the while, they would explain to the Baby Bros. how complicated brains are and that sometimes mental illnesses happen. It doesn't mean someone is incompetent or doesn't deserve to live, but that they may need help (just like how if someone breaks an arm, they get help to heal the arm. If someone is struggling with mental health, then society should provide help to heal the brain).

If the three were to meet, a third party would need to intervene. Maybe Princess Peach given that she is level-headed and wants a full picture of the situation (since she would see that Fawful does care for the babies and that the Mario Bros. have every right to be weary of Fawful).

There's one thing for sure: the babies have A-LOT of explaining to do.

I took inspiration from the original Partners in Time poster with everyone on Earth clustered together in fear as the Shroobs descend from above.

Captain Goomba and co. - Captain Goomba is very headstrong while Shy Guy has a brain cell. Captain Koopa loves rhyming while Captain Boo watches on, lovingly. Meanwhile, Captain Goomba has regrets about people he couldn’t help and holds himself up to high expectations

Head Scientist Shroogagen - The Shroob that acts as both a scientist and the Regent’s doctor. Gagen loves to experiment and loves his work a little too much. He is the only person who can give the Regent crap and survive. Meanwhile, the Regent tells Gagen what to research. He was there for the Regent when nobody else was, a little bit of a whimp and his life might change

?????? - A project for the Regent, related to one of the main characters

Center:

Regent Shrooben - Ever since the Shroob Princesses died in the first Shroob Invasion (Partner in Time), Regent Shrooben has been leading the Shroobs. Messages between Planet Shroob and Earth take 30 years to transmit. When the Regent finds out what happened to his Princesses, he draws his invasion plans. He has an eye on Fawful and Veenie…

That is since the Shroobs’ technology are thousand of years ahead anything on Earth. And Fawful loves working with technology. He would adjust very quickly and even experiment with said technology. The Shroobs would be impressed as they realized they’ve underestimated Fawful.

Plus, the Shroobs and Fawful both want to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom and they’ve primarily conquered Peach’s Castle. So they wouldn’t have that barrier of not taking over kingdoms - they would bond over it. At most, they would conflict on egos and how far to conquer. The Shroobs want EVERYTHING to be Shroob-like as they detest anything different (thanks to xenophobia). Fawful wants everything Fawfulized but can work with others different than him.

Furthermore, they both come from a place of struggle. Fawful had to work his way up to villainy while the Shroobs’ home planet appeared to be dying (as it was shunned by starlight, so they wanted a world of warmth).

Also, Fawful is strange and the Shroobs are strange. They would both feel out of place and bond over that.

But of course, the Shroobs want him in many AUs of mine. They see each other as precious resources that must be taken and exploited lest someone more powerful comes along. Maybe there’s a chance for a real connection?

That depends heavily on their choices.

One of the hardest parts of being a writer is having a shit ton of ideas but having to focus and hone in on a few of them. And then working through a few ideas and then another idea pops up but I can’t go back and include it and AHhhhhhh! Part of writing I’m learning is having to kill my darlings. Some ideas feel like a good idea but don’t mesh well with a cohesive story or even contradicts stuff. Just being grounded can be hard while writing. With that being said, I got a few stuff in mind. Some are really fleshed out while others may get sprinkles of content here and there. I’ve got about three AUs.

Sewer AU -> Takes place during Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Very little changes from canon except the babies and Fawful bond and have a sibling-like dynamic. (Mario and Luigi are kept in the dark). The AU only lasts until the game ends. After that, everything goes as normal. No Shroobs invade in the present and there are no Shroobs on Homeworld.

Second Shroob Invasion -> Also takes place during Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. The major change is that the youngest batch of Shroobs were left under the care of Regent Shroob back on Homeworld. As such, the youngest batch grows up and invade the present while the Mario Brothers are handling the Shroob Invasion in the Past. Since Fawful gets caught up in the Shroobs’ business, he isn’t around to help the Baby Bros. much. (Content is on Archive of our Own).

Shroob Marriage -> Happens after the M&L games in the afterlife. Fawful, Cackletta, and Antasma wander into Shroob territory in the Underwhere. Elder Princess Shroob nabs them and anyone else who wanders in. She makes them fight for her sister’s claw in marriage while her and Princess Shroob talks. Elder Princess Shroob, having been imprisoned by the Cobalt Star, gained powers like being able to manipulate time for a small bit. She senses that Fawful has Dark Star powers deeply imbedded inside him. Princess Shroob chooses Fawful for marriage. Everyone is like “what the heck” especially since marriage isn’t a thing in Shroob culture. Rather, Shroobs can connect to others, but they reproduce asexually (most of the time). So the Shroobs can easily make heirs by themselves. Rather, marriage is used as ownership - the Shroobs are trying to claim Fawful as their territory and get access to the Dark Star. The reason why the Shroobs also want Fawful is unknown. But Cackletta, Antasma, and Fawful must go through with it (either it’s that or live on the streets like they have been doing).

No matter what happens, there is two things in common. Fawful is around and the Shroobs have an eye on him. To me, the Shroobs and Fawful are inseparable.

Thank you @doodlebob54 for being awesome! We were chatting and I love her oc Sasha (they/them). She told me a lot of amazing lore about Sasha and how they’re a chaotic entity. Doodlebob54 made Ra1ey (she/her), the child of Sasha and my oc Regent Shrooben (he/him) from my Second Shroob Invasion series. I love this little family and love drawing their interactions (plus an angry and jealous Gagen in the top right corner - Sasha stole his husband lol).

Her stuff scares even me who loves torturing my characters (which I mean in a good context - if you can scare someone who tortures their OCs, you did amazing)! Doodlebob54 also wrote “Regent’s Revenge” which is an amazing story and an honor to read. I also need to check out her Fawful x Peasley story! (I love that ship too)!

Her and I had an awesome art trade. She drew my OC Shrooveen (aka Veenie) with some old gone friends and old photos. I absolutely adore this piece! I love the melancholy vibes and alien-esque environment. The way she drew the old friends adds to the separation Veenie feels after the events of the invasion. While resisting Regent Shrooben was needed, they regret that it led their friends to such brutal and lethal fates. It’s bittersweet.

Y’all should check out @blurryfangirlansuke ‘s blog!! Her stuff is absolutely gorgeous and expressive. I adore her art! I think y’all should look at her blog and give her a follow especially if you love self-shipping. It’s one of the freest forms of expression. She also has an Instragram too!

I got my sona and a lot of Shroob lore mostly figured out. I’m stuck between dropping in how I interpret Shroob lore and having everyone ask. I’ll go with a middle ground and drop in some lore here and there.

Fallen AU - Chapter 1

Here is my first chapter of the Fallen AU. I figured i wanted to write a few chapters about the AU. I promise it’ll be much shorter than the Second Shroob Invasion. (I’m also typing the chapters on my phone which helps with condensing stuff). I figured this would help when drawings come up short.

Premise: The Shroobs have won. While the Adult Bros are taken, Princess Shroob condemns the babies to her barren Homeworld for survival. Fawful is condemned to the safe fate. They all try to survive.

Been hit with a cool idea!

I know I make AUs left and right when the only AUs I’ve developed were the Sewers AU and Second Shroob Invasion stuff. My brain usually rapid fires with ideas but can’t settle on one thing to work through and develop it enough. But this idea settled in my head for much of the day and I want to write it down before it vanishes.

So the Sewer AU (where Fawful looks after the babies in between time holes in PIT) is the main premise. It’s limited in that the babies can’t spend too much time lest they wind up getting caught or the Shroobs invade. The AU ends when the Shroobs are defeated and the time holes are shut. Fawful makes his plans in BIS and everything goes as normal.

But what if the Shroobs won?

Adult Mario and Luigi are out of commission. Princess Peach is nowhere to be found. Baby Bowser is stuck as a Mushroom; Kylie Koopa and Toadbert met the same fate. Stuffwell is barely functional.

The baby bros are left to their own defenses. They barely manage to sneak back in the Present devastated. They’re trying to decide what to tell E.Gadd and the Toadworths. Baby Luigi has Stuffwell cradled in his arms while Baby Mario is on the lookout.

But it’s the least of their problems.

The moment Elder Princess Shroob won, she and her sister invaded the Present. Princess Peach’s castle was quickly overwhelmed in the Present. The Shroobs rounded up everyone and lined them up. A Commander Shroob would quickly access each Earthling and either point left or right.

Left to be Shroobified and ready to serve the Shroobs, no resistance or hesitation, no free will or memory.

Right to be sent into a large Shroob Prison Ship.

Immediately, the baby Bros get sent to the left alongside the unconscious Adult bros.

A few seconds later, the Shroobs yank Fawful out from the sewers. He resists each step and nearly bites one Shroob’s claw off. Despite his weak stature, he is a hassle. It takes several Shroobs to restrain him and several more to aim laser guns at him. He nearly gets killed a few times trying to escape.

The baby bros use the hassle as an opportunity to slip out. Fawful spots them and makes a run for it too.

Of course, it fails miserably.

Just as the Commander Shroob is about to take his laser gun and off the three, Princess Shroob walks in. She smirks at the three of them, recognizing the Baby bros. For a few moments, she analyzes Fawful and takes note.

A few moments of silence.

Without a word, she raises her claw to the right, and the three are shuffled into the prison ship.

As soon as everyone is packed into the ship, it takes off at light speed, and lands on the old Shroob Planet?

It lands on the old withering planet; it is shunned by starlight.

And all the prisoners are dropped off there at random locations! Fawful gets shoved off the ship first near a rocky volcano. The Baby Bros are shoved off by a beach near the volcano.

The babies land on Stuffwell safely, thus surviving the fall.

Many others aren’t so lucky.

Of course, Stuffwell is barely functional, and the bros don’t know how to fix him. They wander aimlessly using everything they packed in the case and pockets to survive. There’s enough Bros items to fend off ravenous predators with, enough mushrooms to heal wounds, and some food left. It’ll run out one day.

They make their way to the volcano and are shocked that Fawful is…alive?!

By all accounts, he landed in a hard place from a long distance, and he had nothing to cushion him. How the heck is he alive?

And Fawful is more out of it rather than in severe pain or injured. It hurts to move, but he can move a bit. The bros give him a Mushroom which heals whatever damage he sustained and makes him less loopy. Reluctantly, Fawful fixes Stuffwell while the babies update him on what’s going on. Fawful tells them that Stuffwell was an old project he and Professor E.Gadd worked on before Fawful was taken in by Cackletta.

Stuffwell, now alert, is shocked and questions what happened. He takes X-Ray scans of everyone. The bros are fine, but his alarms go off at reading Fawful’s records.

Fawful: What is it being? I am not liking the suspense like eggs not hatching.

Stuffwell: ummmm…well…by my accounting and measurement cycles, you should be dead.

Fawful: *in pure shock* Huh, Fawful must’ve given Stuffwell humor of darkness. I know you have favoring of E.Gadd due to your morals of stupidity, but Fawful is being proud of you. If that is being the worst insult you are having, it needs more heat in the oven.

Stuffwell: NoNo! Im in Gratitude Cycle that you are functional. What I mean to explicate is that your X-rays show deep and lethal fractures all over each of your bones. Your spine and skull has the worst splitification. By all accounts, it should render you unable to move or perform Life functions without support. Evidence points to you being dead, but you’re respiring and engaging in locomotion.

Fawful: *thinking back* Yeah, Fawful logically should’ve had tasting of the dust of death. I had seeing of suffocating darkness, but I had waking like I had recovery from a fever of badness. And I am getting better? It has no sense making.

Stuffwell: In that case, we’ll make sense of it.

*Baby Mario and Luigi cry*

Stuffwell: But for now, we must have survivalification on this hostile planet.

Fawful: You can be scanning the planet for anything or use.

And so it begins. Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Fawful, and Stuffwell explore the planet and try to survive.

TL;DR: Made a new AU where everyone is on barren Planet Shroob while the Shroobs rock out on Earth.
