If you're a sports betting enthusiast or a passionate fan of college basketball, understanding the odds for NCAA basketball is crucial. Whether you're interested in point spreads, over/under, or moneyline betting, having a solid grasp of NCAA basketball odds can enhance your viewing experience and potentially make your betting more profitable. Here at SportyConnect, we provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on all things sports, including NCAA basketball odds. Understanding NCAA Basketball Odds NCAA basketball odds are a numerical representation of the likelihood of a particular outcome in a game. These odds can be presented in several formats, including American odds, fractional odds, and decimal odds. However, in the United States, American odds are the most common. "NCAA basketball odds are more than just numbers. They're a reflection of the perceived strength of each team, and they can provide valuable insights for both fans and bettors." When you're looking at the NCAA odds basketball, you'll typically see two numbers next to each team's name. The first number is the point spread, and the second number is the over/under. Point Spread Betting in NCAA Basketball Point spread betting is the most popular form of betting on NCAA basketball. The point spread is a number set by oddsmakers to provide a numerical advantage or disadvantage based on the margin of victory or defeat for a given team. For example, if you're looking at the point spread NCAA basketball for a game between Duke and Wisconsin, you might see Duke listed at -7.5. This means that Duke is favored to win the game by 7.5 points. If you bet on Duke, they would need to win by 8 or more points for your bet to be successful. Over/Under Betting in NCAA Basketball Over/under betting, also known as totals betting, involves wagering on the total number of points scored by both teams in a game. If you're looking at the over under NCAA basketball, you might see a number like 140.5. If you bet the over, you're betting that the total points scored by both teams will be more than 140.5. If you bet the under, you're betting that the total points scored will be less than 140.5. NCAA Basketball Championship Odds When it comes to the NCAA odds basketball championship, these odds represent the likelihood of a team winning the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, also known as March Madness. These odds can change throughout the season based on team performance, injuries, and other factors. Interpreting NCAA Basketball Odds Understanding how to interpret NCAA basketball odds is key to making informed betting decisions. Here's a closer look at some of the key terms and concepts: Favorites and Underdogs: In any given matchup, the team expected to win is known as the favorite, while the team expected to lose is the underdog. In the odds, the favorite is denoted by a minus (-) sign, while the underdog is denoted by a plus (+) sign. Moneyline: This is a type of bet where you simply choose which team you think will win the game. The odds might look something like this: Duke -200, Wisconsin +180. This means that you would need to bet $200 on Duke to win $100, while a $100 bet on Wisconsin would win you $180. Point Spread: This is a type of bet that "evens the playing field" between the favorite and the underdog. If Duke is a 7.5-point favorite, they must win the game by 8 points or more for a point spread bet on them to pay out. Over/Under: Also known as totals, this is a bet on the total number of points that will be scored in the game by both teams combined. If the over/under is set at 140.5, you can bet on whether the total points scored will be over or under this number. "Understanding NCAA basketball odds is like learning a new language. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to read the odds like a pro." NCAA Basketball Betting Lines and Spreads The NCAA betting lines basketball and spreads are constantly changing leading up to a game.
Factors such as player injuries, team performance, and even weather conditions can affect the odds. It's important to keep an eye on these changes as they can influence your betting decisions. For example, if a key player on a team gets injured, the NCAA men's basketball lines and spreads for that team's games could shift significantly. This could present an opportunity for savvy bettors to find value. NCAA Basketball Vegas Odds When it comes to NCAA basketball betting, many people look to the Vegas odds NCAA basketball as the gold standard. These odds are set by professional oddsmakers in Las Vegas, and they often have a significant influence on the odds offered by sportsbooks around the world. Making the Most of NCAA Basketball Odds To fully utilize the NCAA basketball odds, it's essential to stay informed about the teams and players. Understanding team dynamics, player performance, and recent trends can give you an edge when placing your bets. Follow the Teams: Keep an eye on team performance throughout the season. Look at their wins, losses, and how they perform against the spread. This can give you a good idea of a team's strength and consistency. Track Player Performance: Player performance can significantly impact the outcome of a game. Keep an eye on player stats, injuries, and recent performance trends. Stay Updated with Trends: Betting trends can provide valuable insights into how a team is expected to perform. Look for trends such as how a team performs after a loss, in away games, or against teams with a winning record. "Making the most of NCAA basketball odds involves more than just understanding the numbers. It requires a deep understanding of the game, the teams, and the players." NCAA Basketball Betting: A Game of Skill and Strategy Betting on NCAA basketball is not just about luck; it's also a game of skill and strategy. Hong Kong stocks rose first and then retreated in the first quarter. The Hang Seng Index opened 274 points higher at 20,583, and then rose by as much as 412 points to reach a high of 20,721, a new high since the 3rd of this month. Afterwards, the increase narrowed, reaching a low of 20,357 in the afternoon, and closing at 20,400, up 90 points. The HS technology index closed at 4,303 points, up 33 points. The full-day turnover of the Main Board was HK$140.5 billion.
For the week, the Hang Seng Index rose 484 points; the HS Tech index rose 78 points.
The Hang Seng Index regained the 20,000-point mark in March. On a monthly and quarterly basis, the Hang Seng Index rose 614 points and 618 points respectively; the HS Tech index rose 378 points and 174 points.
In the short term, the Hang Seng Index rose to the 50-DMA (20,618) last Friday and was blocked, showing a black candlestick. This week, it may consolidate first. If it can hold the rising gap (19,875 to 20,107) last Wednesday, the market outlook is still favorable, and it can break through 21,000 points There is a chance to retest the high of 22,700 on January 27 this year. It is worth noting that, traditionally, the market conditions in April are relatively quiet, and funds may flow into individual sectors such as new economy stocks for speculation, which is beneficial to the market.
European stock markets performed well, with British, French and German stock markets closing up 0.15%, 0.81% and 0.69% respectively.
The most important inflation indicator of the US Federal Reserve, the personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index, rose 5% year-on-year in February, slightly lower than market expectations. Inflation has cooled down slightly, and the Fed has little room to raise interest rates, which has boosted the market investment sentiment.

Cushion Cut Diamonds Scream Vintage, Wouldn't You Agree?
Lab grown diamonds come in a number of shapes, each of which has its own appeal. Take the round brilliant cut for example. With its numerous facets and glaring brilliance, the round brilliant cut is all about elegance. The princess cut, with its straight sided rectangular outline enunciates for a sharp style statement. The emerald cut is all about sophistication, but when it comes to the cushion cut, it screams vintage. Wouldn't you agree?
The Origin of the Cushion Cut
The origin of the cushion cut dates back to the 19th century. Named after the old Brazilian mines, the cushion cut was earlier called the mine cut. Though very similar in shape, the mine cut had 58 facets while the modern cushion cut has 64 facets. It is said that the cushion cut, as we know it today, has drawn inspiration from other cuts such as Peruzzi and candle cuts. This cut has come a long way since its inception, thanks to the evolution of the diamond cutting and cleaving process. Many of the world’s most famous and the largest diamonds like the Hope Diamond (45.52 carats) and the Regent Diamond (140.5 carats) happen to be in the cushion cut.
The Cushion Cut Lab Grown Diamond Is Trending
The cushion cut lab grown diamond is in news currently. Perhaps, it is the overall appeal of this spectacular cut? Or maybe, it is the fact that Lightbox, the lab grown diamond retail brand by De Beers, has recently added this trendy cut to its collections.
The cushion cut was very popular during the Victorian and the Edwardian eras. In the present day and age, the cushion cut continues to be a rage among the bridal buyers; it has done especially well in this season. The wedding shoppers seem to be completely taken in by the vintage appeal of the cushion cut lab grown diamond.
Unique Features of the Cushion Cut Diamond
The cushion cut is also known as the pillow cut or the candlelight cut. As the name suggests, the cushion cut lab grown diamond has a square to rectangular shape with rounded corners which closely resembles a pillow. It usually has 58 large facets which allow greater light dispersion, thereby adding to the more fire and brilliance of the cut.
The cushion cut was first spotted in the 19 th century, and it has come a long way since then. The modern day cushion cut may be described as a cross between the old mine cut and modern oval shape.
In this cut, the lab grown diamond looks chunkier and more radiant. The enlarged culet associated with this cut creates a distinctive look. According to Lumera Diamonds, "Many buyers are attracted to the antique feel combined with modern performance offered by the cushion cut."

From its initial launch in 1983 as a 1984 model, Chrysler Corporations Mini Vans threw down the gauntlet and change the family transportation landscape in America forever. Initially sold only as the Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager, 1987 saw the introduction of the long-wheelbase Grand Caravan and Grand Voyager models. Then Chrysler introduced the Town & Country for 1990 which was the highest-trim level of the three vans and sold only in the long-wheelbase body length.
The Pacifica name was initially used on a cross-over vehicle from 2004 – 2004 but Chrysler revived the name in 2017 to replace the previous longstanding name, Town & Country
This is the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and it’s available in 4 gas only trim levels starting with the
Touring: $35,495
Touring L: $38.795
Limited AWD: $48,490
Pinnacle AWD: $53,770
The Chrysler Pacifica is also available in Hybrid form with the same 4 trim levels starting with the
Touring: $40,295
Touring L: $42,595
Limited: $45,720
Pinnacle: $51,225
This Pacifica is the Pinnacle Trim Level and its presented here in Velvet Red Pearl-Coat and it has Black and Caramel colored Quilted Nappa Leather seats and Its MSRP is $54,885
It’s powered by a 3.6L Pentastar 24 Valve, DOHC V6 that produces 287 hp and 262 lb ft of torque. It’s driven by a 9-speed automatic transmission and it does have All wheel drive.
Now, in my reviews I always mention the horsepower and torque numbers that a vehicle has, but what does that really mean and how does it apply to how you use the vehicle.
What exactly is Horsepower and Torque?
Horsepower is a unit of measurement used to denote power or the “rate at which work is done” by an engine or motor. Your car’s horsepower denotes how quickly that work can be done with more power allowing for quicker work.
Torque is force multiplied by distance. In the case of cars, “the rotational equivalent of linear force.” Essentially, it’s the amount of force applied to an object with a twisting motion, such as a motor applying force to a crankshaft, which in turn, rotates your tires.
So, what’s the difference between horsepower and torque? The two are very much two sides of the same coin as one goes with the other...torque being the force and horsepower being the rate at which that force is done. The difference is torque is doing the work, while horsepower is how fast that work is being done.
So, now you know. Ok, let’s take a look out front...

-New grille design with gloss black grille and satin chrome surround with forward facing camera
-Body-colored front bumper with parking sensors
-LED Fog lights highlighted by satin chrome trim

-Down below is a functional air intake with a body-colored lower lip or splitter
-And up top there is a smooth, clean, wide hood with a few subtle body lines

Along the side

-LED brake lights, turn signals and reverse lights
-I like the red reflector strip that spans the width of the tailgate tying together both rear light housings

American Pop, Revolutionary Russia, and Feminist Icons - spring exhibition reviews
A unusually busy schedule for this season has left me quite behind on my exhibition reviews. After the lull of the winter period, springtime openings always catch me off guard! So rather than leave anything out, I have decided to provide short summaries of the shows I have recently visited in one single post. All of these exhibitions are still open, but you’ll have to hurry to catch ‘Emma Hamilton: Seduction & Celebrity’ and ‘Revolution: Russian Art 1917-1932′ as these both end on April 17th.
‘The American Dream: Pop to the Present’ at the British Museum
★ ★ ★
This is the story of printmaking in the United States: specifically, how a creative method has been used by artists throughout the modern era to illustrate the nation’s wealth, power and cultural influence. Examples from the ‘giants of printmaking’ - Jasper Johns, Robert Rauschenberg and Jim Dine - reveal the irresistible pull of this medium throughout the modern era, but the British Museum is somewhat guilty of overselling the American Pop aspect of the show. Pop art is a guaranteed crowd pleaser; I just hope that the contemporary works on show, from the likes of Kara Walker and Mel Bochner, are not overshadowed in the minds of the visitors.
‘The American Dream: Pop to the Present’ is on at the British Museum until 18th June 2017.
‘Emma Hamilton: Seduction & Celebrity’ at the National Maritime Museum
★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Though she is best known today for being the mistress of Lord Nelson, the exceptionally talented Lady Emma Hamilton was also the muse of the artist George Romney, as well as an accomplished actress, performer and model. The National Maritime Museum’s exhibition aims to present the characters of Emma that have become lost to history in order to reveal her irresistible charm and allure. This is a thrilling story narrated with visually stunning curation and theatrics. It is definitely one of my favourite exhibitions of 2017 so far.
‘Emma Hamilton: Seduction & Celebrity’ is on at the National Maritime Museum until 17th April 2017.

‘Revolution: Russian Art 1917–1932′ at the Royal Academy
★ ★ ★ ★
After the 1917 Russian Revolution, opportunities seemed endless for artists and craftsmen, and this fascinating exhibition looks at the 15-year period following the dismantlement of Tsarist rule until Stalin’s suppression of creativity was finalised. Big names like Kandinsky, Malevich and Chagall are all here, though my favourite inclusion is a replica of an avant-garde apartment designed by El Lissitzky. There are moments of artistic glory, particularly in the depictions of agricultural labour and physical splendour, but the sombre ending reminds the visitor that this period of creative resourcefulness was not to last.
‘Revolution: Russian Art 1917–1932′ is on at the Royal Academy until 17th April 2017.
‘Vanessa Bell’ at Dulwich Picture Gallery
★ ★ ★ ★
Much like Emma Hamilton’s story, Vanessa Bell (1879-1961) was a talented artist whose social stance, domestic lifestyle and sexual relationships overshadowed her work. This charming exhibition showcases Bell’s paintings, as well as pieces from other members of the Bloomsbury Group, to position her at the forefront of 20th-century modernist art. There is also an extra display featuring photography from both Bell and American writer, artist and musician, Patti Smith. Their contrasting black and white imagery - the former’s full of life, the latter’s nostalgic glimpses of the past - depict Bell’s Sussex home of Charleston, and are a real highlight of the show.

As well as its Russia show, the Royal Academy is also currently presenting an American themed exhibition; specifically the art of the 1930s following the devastating Wall Street Crash. Artists such as Thomas Hart Benton, Edward Hopper and Philip Guston chose to depict scenes of urbanisation, industrialisation and immigration to capture the atmosphere of the day, but perhaps most notably, ‘America after the Fall’ is showcasing Grant Wood’s American Gothic, one of the country’s most iconic paintings. This is the first time the dual portrait has left North America, so this is a huge opportunity to see it before it returns to the Art Institute of Chicago.

Once the pandemic ends what will be the ozone picture in the San Joaquin Valley?
There is just no way to know what way the air-quality pendulum will swing for California’s San Joaquin Valley (or simply, “the Valley”) post-COVID-19, well, not at this juncture, anyway.
But, by looking at air-quality trends of the past this could provide a clue.
So, two points of reference: 2005, prior to the onset of the Great Recession and 2014, post-Great Recession recovery.
California’s approximately 24,000-square-mile San Joaquin Valley is home to approximately 11 percent of the state’s 40 million residents or 4.4 million people.
Vernalis on the San Joaquin River
The overarching sentiment among the scientific and healthcare communities seems to be that the COVID-19 crisis will worsen before conditions in this regard see significant improvement. How much worse the Corona Virus pandemic will get before the numbers-curve peaks and a trend-reversal is seen, is the question. In the Valley what’s unclear is to what the crisis extent is as well as how long cases and deaths from the disease persist.
The fact that the Valley suffers from a disproportionately high amount of air pollution doesn’t help matters. In fact, that residents are regularly exposed to polluted air, experts contend, puts Valley residents at much greater risk regarding COVID-19’s effects.
That said, by taking a look at two years – 2005 and 2015 – in terms of the levels of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and volatile organic compound (VOC) pollution in Valley air that we could get an idea of what could be in store regarding the post-pandemic period, air quality-wise. The season in question is summer while identified sources are: Stationary, Area-wide and Mobile.
Referenced, meanwhile, are Emissions Inventory Tables “Table B-3 Summer Average Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Emissions Inventory, tons per day” and “Table B-4 Summer Average Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), tons per day,” in the “2007 Ozone Plan,” Appendix B: Emissions Inventory, from the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, published on Apr. 30, 2007.
For year 20051, Valley-based NOx and VOC emissions are as follows:
Stationary: NOx – 114.5, VOC – 79.8
Area-Wide: NOx – 11.3, VOC – 140.5
Mobile: NOx – 504.2, VOC – 178.3
Total: NOx – 630.0, VOC – 398.6
And, as to year 2015, referenced are Emissions Inventory Tables “Table B-1 Valley NOx Emissions (Summer Daily Averages in Tons per Day)” and “Table B-2 VOC Emissions (Summer Daily Averages in Tons per Day)”. Estimates are for anthropogenic emissions only are those caused by human activity.
For year 20152, Valley-based NOx and VOC emissions are as follows:
Stationary: NOx – 34.7, VOC – 86.7
Area-Wide: NOx – 4.8, VOC – 145.7
Mobile: NOx –232.4, VOC – 83.5
Total: NOx – 271.9, VOC – 315.9
One would expect there to be differences, of course. But with respect to energy (stationary sources) and transportation (mobile sources) the percent changes for both NOx and VOC for the two years are quite marked.
Taking, on-road (vehicles of the light duty category) as just one example, NOx went from 21.8 tpd (highest of all vehicle classes) in 2005 to 7.1 tpd (not even the highest which was the medium duty trucks category at 7.8 tpd) in 2015 – a difference of -67.4 percent. Why such a big change?
The light duty trucks category saw an even bigger NOx decrease: from 28.9 tpd to 7.1 tpd – a reduction of 21.8 tpd and a difference of -75.4 percent.
Where VOC is concerned the picture looks similar. For the same two categories (light duty vehicles and trucks) in tons per day the amount emitted in 2005 was 31.1 tpd versus 2015’s was 13.0 – a difference of -58.2 percent. As for light duty trucks, here again a quite pronounced reduction: 27.4 tpd in 2005 as opposed to 11.6 tpd in 2015 – a change of -57.7 percent.
So, staying with the light duty vehicle and light duty truck sources categories, could the improvement be because of the cleaner summer fuel blends, a reduction in driving, a combination of the two, or just what? Again, this is for the two pollutants and emitted just during the summer months.
What’s clear is that overall there was air quality improvement NOx and VOC emissions-wise in the San Joaquin Valley in year 2015 relative to year 2005. What remains unclear is what influence weather had on said emissions during each of those two years’ summers.
What is important to note is that based on data from the two aforementioned tables that NOx pollution from mobile sources in the Valley accounts for 80 and 85.5 percent for years 2005 and 2015, respectively.
In terms of drawing any conclusions regarding a post-pandemic Valley where summer ozone pollution – or air-quality trends for that matter – is concerned, at this point, well, that cannot be done with any confidence with just the above information given. But one can take comfort in knowing that, as more information in this regard comes in, the bigger picture over time will become clearer.

Chicken Parmesan Lasagna – Skinnytaste
I combined two of my favorite foods – Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna to make this delicious Chicken Parmesan Lasagna, the perfect family-friendly dish to feed a large crowd!
Chicken Parmesan Lasagna
You’re going to need a really deep baking dish to make this!! This extra deep lasagna has 5 layers of noodles (I used no-bake), with two layers of breaded chicken cutlets (yeah baby!) in between all that saucy, cheesy goodness!
I partnered with Pyrex to create this mouthwatering dish in their new line of baking dishes Pyrex Deep which are up to 50% deeper which means there’s room for more layers!
On Sundays, I love having my family over for dinner. Usually I get together with my Mom, brother, sister in law and my nieces, sometimes my aunt, uncle and cousins come too. I made this dish last night, and my family loved it! I assembled everything ahead and popped it in the oven when they came, which gave me more time to spend with them instead of in the kitchen. Portions here are very generous! I served this with a big tossed salad and dinner was done.
How To Make Chicken Parmesan Lasagna

Tips and Variations
This tastes great for leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. If you wish to bake and freeze, this would make a great freezer meal. Simply cut it into portions once it cools and freeze them in individual freezer-friendly containers to reheat for lunch or dinner.
To Make Ahead and Refrigerate: May be prepped 24 hours in advance before baking. Prepare and refrigerate, tightly wrapping with foil. To bake, cover with foil and bake in a 400F preheated oven in the center rack 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover, add the remaining cup of mozzarella and bake until melted, 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let it rest 15 minutes before serving.
To Freeze and Serve: Prepare unbaked lasagna in a freezer to oven safe Pyrex Deep baking dish, cover tightly with foil and freeze for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator 24 hours before baking. To bake, cover with foil and bake in a 400F preheated oven in the center rack 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover, add the remaining cup of mozzarella and bake until melted, 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let it rest 15 minutes before serving.
If you wish to simplify this recipe, you can use the breast meat of a rotisserie chicken and shred instead of breading the chicken. It won’t be as high, but it will still be tasty.
I whipped up my homemade marinara sauce to make this, but you can also use your favorite jarred sauce, you will need two jars.
A few reasons to love the new Pyrex Deep:
New Pyrex Deep baking dishes are the deepest glass baking dish sold in the US
Holds up to 50% more than your current glass bakeware
The deeper size lets you bake your favorite layered recipe – without it spilling over in the oven – and a plastic lid makes for easy storage
Let’s you add more layers to your favorite recipes to feed a large crowd, so you can have chicken parmesan AND lasagna all in one dish!
You can find it at PyrexHome.com and Walmart.
Chicken Parmesan Lasagna
Prep Time: 35 mins
Cook Time: 55 mins
Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins
I combined two of my favorite foods – Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna to make this delicious Chicken Parmesan Lasagna, the perfect family-friendly dish to feed a large crowd!
For the chicken:
4 (32 ounces total) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise to make 8
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, I used whole wheat, you can also use GF crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
olive oil spray
For the lasagna:
15 ounce container part-skim ricotta cheese, I like Polly-o (almost 2 cups)
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil, plus more for garnish
4 3/4 cups homemade or jarred marinara sauce, from about 2
9 ounce box no-boil lasagna noodles, I used Barilla
3 cups baby spinach
3 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a large baking sheet lightly with spray.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Beat the egg in another bowl.
Dip the chicken into the eggs, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Discard the remaining crumbs.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet, lightly spray the top with oil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, do not turn. When done, remove from the oven and reduce oven temp to 400F.
Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, parmesan cheese, and basil in a medium bowl.
In a 9 x 13 x 3-inch Pyrex Deep baking dish, ladle 3/4 cup of marinara on the bottom of the dish.
Arrange 3 lasagna noodles across the dish (they will expand as they cook), top with 3/4 cup sauce, 4 pieces of chicken, 1/4 of the ricotta cheese mixture, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup spinach.
Repeat the 2nd layer, skipping the chicken.
Repeat the 3rd layer with the chicken, and the 4th layer without the chicken.
For the 5th layer, spread the last 3 sheets of pasta noodles with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce on top.
Cover with foil and bake in a 400F preheated oven in the center rack 50 minutes.
Uncover, add the remaining cup of mozzarella and bake until melted, 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it rest 15 minutes before serving.

CUSHION CUT DIAMOND: BEST TIPS ON CUSHION CUT DIAMONDS WHOLESALE
The cushion cut was first spotted in the 19th century, and it has come a long way since then.
