Idk why everyone hate river welder when he called her out 😂 now I watched this show out of prefer and this was the first episode I watched and their Chester seemed good and she seemed into him and everything so when he said that I was mad confused

But when reading people commentary in this episode , everyone said how Carmela was a user and manipulated peopel to get what she wanted

But how is she this and yall still taking her side after someone called her out on her behavior? Like why get this man all emotionally involved and wrapped up in a relationship ? Only to hurt him later when he finds out? Better now than later …

The Story of “Woke Up This Morning”

The beat kicks in and James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano, reaches out and grabs the – now defunct – New Jersey Turnpike ticket. It’s a perfect pairing of music and drama.  The song Woke Up This Morning is from the British band Alabama 3.  It was on their 1997 album “Exile on Coldharbour Lane” and was co-written by bandmates including Rob Spragg.  It was based on the 1996 second trial of British woman Sara Thornton for the 1989 murder of her husband.  

Already, sentence to “life”, the second trial occurred because Thornton's case was taken up by “Justice for Women”. That group believed that her case had not been handled correctly due to the domestic violence she suffered throughout her marriage.

A bit of license was taken in the lyrics…since Sara killed her husband with a knife…so technically she never “got herself a gun”.

dude istg i always see "breaking bad this" "the sapranos that" BUT NOBODY CAN BEAT THE FUCKING WIRE. Dude that shows Baltimore from the inside out. Its so real and general unlike the sapranos and breaking bad having a "whats the must fucked up thing this guy can do"-off. Every character is realistic, the show is realistic, the writing is fucking phenimonal and the cininamatography is great for a early 2000s show. WATCH IT PLEASE OMG.

Way Past Our Bedtimes...

This weekend was like a blast from the past...past our bedtimes! We spent some quality times with friends.

Friday night, we went out to dinner with our neighborhood friends. Although we did break the "we don't go over the bridge" rule, we still had a lovely triple date. After dinner, we enjoyed a night cap at our place. We still had plenty of booze from our Super Bowl party, so we broke it out for another round. We also brought back the full arsenal from the restaurant's dessert page. It didn't take long to move the conversations to more serious topics than the weather with the more alcohol in our blood. Not to worry, no one did any driving home.

The next night, it was time to check off one of Amy's bucket list items... the Rodeo. Unfortunately, the rain kept our double date with Krista and Butch completely indoors and away from also enjoying the fried food associated with the on-site fair. The Silver Spurs Rodeo did not disappoint! From Bull Riders to Trick Horses, this event had it all! Amy even got to wear the cowboy hat again.

By the time Sunday hit, we were ready to relax and took in a "Sapranos" binge marathon.
