Sanji very quickly agrees and starts saying some thinly veiled declarations of love and "he is the sun to Soba Mask's moon" type stuff in response before Franky yells at them to stop flirting.

Then, post-wano, Usopp finds Sanji as they're waiting for Zoro and Luffy to wake up, his Sogeking mask behind his back, and. uh.
