Note: I've been having these recently, and I decided to write about how Slashers of my choosing reacting to the reader eating a Pb & P sandwich

You offered him if he wanted to try your sandwich, which he politely declined the offer

The week passed, and you made another pb&p sandwich. Jason came up to you and asked if he could a little of it

Lifting up his mask and bit the corner of your sandwich

Now he understands why you like it

He takes his now half to the table to eat it

Watching you making your sandwich, he wanted to hurl from the combination of Pickles and Peanut butter

His ass ate a dog, and he is grossed out of Peanut butter and Pickle sandwich

He's not a Fan of Pickles. The flavor is too gross for him. He will avoid the Pickle jar when he's raiding you fridge and would give you his Pickles slices off his burger so he can eat it

You make him a Pb&J from hearing him gagging from the living room

He's a picky eater through and through

Would gag when smelling your sandwich you made

Why did you make that??

He would rather have peanut butter and pickles separately

Hell, he would eat peanut butter out the jar

He would make it just for you

Till he had a taste and he now gets it. Sweet peanut butter lessens the pickles vinegar taste

He just grimaced at seeing the combination of the site of Pickles and Peanut butter

What a strange combination of peanut butter and pickles

What's the appeal of the combination of peanut butter and pickles?

As long as you're happy making it, he's still going to grimace

When you're somewhere else, he took some peanut butter in a spoon and grabbed a pickle out of the jar, and tasted them together

He's definitely not a fan of Pickles, but he sees why the combination

But he's not making a sandwich anytime soon

He likes cheese and Jam sandwiches

May have tried your sandwich by accident when he was working on his drawing or painting

But he didn't stop eating it

it's hilarious to me when people suggest resources for homelessness like i haven't already tried/considered them.

yes, homeless people know the local shelters and food banks. yes, homeless people know what a case manager is and often work with them. yes, homeless people know what food stamps are.

i've been doing this for over 4 years in 2 seperate states. if this had been military service, i'd be considered a veteran twice over. you don't know more about this lifestyle than i do. i have your pamphlets, your phone numbers, and your resource guides. i have all the business cards.

obviously people can't know what my experience is, and it's a good idea to suggest resources just in case. the thing is, whenever i say 'yeah, i tried that,' and 'i didn't like that place at all' people get... disheartened? annoyed? it's hard to tell. they don't seem to take it well in any case, especially cops.

not every homeless person wants a job, or medication, or rehab, and not all the resources are good. some of them are actively bad for homeless people.

not sure what my point with this post was, but i guess just listen to homeless people. instead of approaching with an idea of how you could help them, ask them what they want or need right now. trust them to lead their own lives. help them because they are people, not because you want them to get a job

one of the WORST things i see in fandom/ship discourse is when people say "straight ships just dont sit right with me.." like hey.. what do u mean by that.

ESPECIALLY if we're talking about GIRLS who EXCLUSIVELY like mlm ships... i dont care what you say, i think youre fetishizing gay men and youre weird for this. (same thing with guys who exclusively ship wlw but i see that less in fandoms.)

its not "straightphobic," in fact its literally more homophobic than anything (do not deny that its super fetishy, we all know that its fetishization so dont play dumb..)

(im not saying u have to ship straight ships btw i literally dont care, ship what u want, im SPECIFICALLY talking about people who hate on them, call them toxic because theyre straight, comment on every post that their gay ship is better, etc.. generally just people who are super annoying and fetishy about it. not just people who ship what they ship...)

Jack couldn’t bear to spend any more time with Marnie’s parents lurking around the house being rude, so he enlisted his buddy Kyle for help. They let her parents know Jack’s friend needed a place to stay, and that they felt “it would be the godly thing to do�� to welcome him into their home, knowing that’s the only way they’d be able to get them OUT of their house. It worked. They are kind of scared that they’ll start asking them to join them at church every weekend now, but that’s a problem for future Jack and Marnie. The family then got to enjoy the rest of the night together, Mabel got to try bananas for the first time (and loved them) Marnie started teaching Iris how to ride her bike, and Jack accidentally kept Jacob up way past his bedtime playing video games with him and Kyle.
