Need a Family Lawyer in Delhi? Trust Nidhi Rajoura & Associates for Divorce & Custody Cases
When faced with legal challenges, especially in personal and family matters, it is vital to have the right legal representation. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates is a renowned family law firm based in Delhi, known for providing expert legal services in areas such as divorce, child custody, alimony and other family disputes. With a focus on client-centric solutions, the firm is highly regarded for its professionalism and compassionate approach.
Why do you need a family lawyer in Delhi?
Family law is complex and emotionally charged. A good family lawyer not only provides legal advice but also helps in carefully handling sensitive family matters. Whether it is a divorce case, property dispute or child custody battle, it is important to have a lawyer who understands both the legal framework and the emotional aspects. For instance, the 2021 judgment of the Delhi High Court in Manoj Kumar Sharma vs Anju Sharma emphasized the importance of mediation in family disputes. This case highlights how a skilled family lawyer can steer clients to a peaceful resolution, avoiding lengthy court battles. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates' Expertise in Family Law.
1. Divorce Cases
Divorce is one of the most challenging decisions a person can make. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates specialises in divorce cases, ensuring that clients are well informed about their rights under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or other personal laws. For instance, in the landmark case of Shyam Sunder Kohli vs Sushma Kohli (2004), the Supreme Court emphasised the need for a quick and amicable resolution in cases where the marriage has irretrievably broken down. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates has handled many such cases, helping clients reach fair settlements and ensuring the welfare of children, if involved.
2. Child Custody
One of the most emotionally draining aspects of family law is child Custody case. The firm has a deep understanding of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, and helps clients obtain protection in the best interest of the child. In Gaurav Nagpal vs Sumedha Nagpal (2008), the Supreme Court held that the welfare of the child is paramount. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates takes a compassionate approach, advocating for the welfare of the child while ensuring that the rights of both parents are respected.
3. Alimony and Maintenance
The legal team at Nidhi Rajoura & Associates helps clients obtain appropriate alimony and maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). For example, in Vimalben Ajitbhai Patel vs Vatslaben Ashokbhai Patel (2008), the Supreme Court ruled on the wife’s right to maintenance. The firm works carefully to ensure that their clients receive appropriate financial support, taking into account factors such as the spouse's earning capacity, lifestyle, and the children's needs.
4. Property and inheritance disputes
Family disputes are not limited to divorce and custody. Property and inheritance disputes are also common, especially in cases of ancestral property. Under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, daughters are now entitled to an equal share in their father's property, as confirmed in the Supreme Court's 2020 judgment in Vineeta Sharma vs Rakesh Sharma. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates has successfully represented clients in such disputes, ensuring that their rightful inheritance is protected.
5. Domestic violence cases
The firm also handles cases under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Domestic violence is not limited to physical abuse, but also includes emotional and financial abuse. In Sandhya Manoj Wankhade v. Manoj Bhimrao Wankhade (2011), the Supreme Court upheld a woman's right to protection from domestic violence even after the divorce process has begun. Nidhi Rajoura & Associates is experienced in obtaining protection orders and fair settlements for victims of domestic violence. Why Choose Nidhi Rajoura & Associates?
NOTE 14/20 - Long métrage un peu trop long, pour porter un propos important, mais un peu court.

In that post, I promised an underrated female actors list soon, and after two long months, I finally got to finishing it.
