in one of my aus logan and patton have been married for years and despite seeing them act like a couple and knowing them his whole life, roman has no idea they've ever even dated. because they haven't explicitly told him. they thought it was obvious and it never came up so they just didn't mention it.

after minutes of meeting them for the first time, virgil casually asks them how long they've been together and that is how roman figured it out

Patton forming first like Joy did in the original movie, "it's just going to be me, and Thomas :) forever"

Then the crying starts, and instead of turning around to see sadness or something it's freshly formed Logan white knuckling the controls like "We're hungry as FUCK, I don't know what he's doing, but if it ensures our SURVIVAL then this is obviously necessary."

Patton is convinced Logan is some representation of sadness all throughout Thomas's infancy because every time that guy touches the controls Thomas cries until he's grown up enough for other forms of communication and can actually express his direct needs and wants

I love Sanders Sides Au's where Virgil swaps introduction wise with either Janus or Remus because when Janus and Remus were introduced in season two, Thomas was so genuinely surprised and shaken, (though he has kinda calmed down around Janus, and he hasn't had enough cannon interactions yet with Remus) and like worried about them. But when Virgil first showed up in season one Thomas was just like "Dear god, this bitch again?" like he wasn't threatened at all

and I just think its funny that if Remus had showed up in season one instead of season two, instead of being generally feared and have Thomas be confused by him. Thomas would have just been slightly annoyed and gotten rid of him in five fucking minutes, please tell you find this as funny as I do

Roman Logan and Patton are demons

Virgil Janus and Remus are angels

Roman and Remus are brothers (ofc)

Roman used to be an angel but he fell and is now a fallen angel

The fall hurt :(

Roman then befriends Logan and Patton (or rather patton befriends him and logan warms up to roman)

Janus is a seraphim, and a pretty high ranking angel

Virgils role as an angel is to “deal with” and kill demons

Virgil and roman used to be good friends in heaven, but after romans fall virgil lost all respect for him and tried moving on from whatever friendship they had because hes a demon now and virgil assumes hes a bad guy

Roman still thinks fondly of his friendship with virgil :)

Remus really misses his brother
