I felt a bit of a Discworld vibe - specifically a scene from "Small Gods", where the gods played a big board game with their followers as pawns.

Yes, Bendy is very tiny compared to Narinder. Even after turning into a Beast, he would be at his one flick, so… sorry, Sammy, but you lost in the fight of gods. In an ax fight - you still have a chance, 'cause Wrath is easy to distract…

The Ink Demonth 2024 - Day 12. Copy

Another picture with Alice and her Minions. 'Cause I simply love her, them and the thread I came up with for them all in SATIM. This is one of my favourites.

This situation is absolutely canonical - and took place before Henry arrived at the Workshop, specifically after Bendy crippled Alice, but before he disappeared into the Ink Machine. And now some VERY LONG-TIME spoilers for SATIM fans (before I post strips about this, you probably forget - or there may not be room to explain it in the regular story - so go ahead and read). Well, in these times, Alice, when Bendy went hunting on the lower levels, sneaked to the Ink Machine level and printed more members of the Butcher Gang. However, the models designed by Joey and Co were so imperfect that despite numerous attempts at corrections, they didn't turn out the best, so Alice at some point decided that she would repair them after printing. Ta-dah. The situation in the picture above.

And since I literally had nothing to do at work today, I decided on a bonus, which is the canonical SATIM explanation of why Strikers have their mouths sewn.

Yes. Without the front mouths sewn, these poor things would have bled out ink within moments of being born. I was planning this for a very shocking strip, but it probably won't appear until around season 4, so in about a hundred years (at the current rate)… so you have it on the Ink Demonth now. Ta-dah!
