HRU Preview: Summer Abigail

I don't know why they even bothered. This changes literally NOTHING. Sabby needs something unique. Introducing Sleep as a mechanic and being an worse, AOE version of Abby is not enough to justify her existence as an SSR. I repeat, why exactly wasn't she an SR? And none of that even gets into how the new effect on this skill IS SOMETHING SHE EFFECTIVELY ALREADY FKCING HAD. Useless. Literally useless. The fuck is wrong with you.

I'm including a passive along with the equivalent HRU, because it's actually important in explaining what unique ability i'd give Sabby involving her S1.

New Passive: Viral Cognition EX

Automatically apply NP Seal to enemies with Sleep and at least one other Mental Debuff while unit is active. (Terror and Confusion can be applied to sleeping enemies but will not proc their effects on sleeping enemies)

Mass Hysteria B+ -> Stuff of Nightmares B

Inflict Terror status on all enemies (4 turns^). Decrease DEF for all enemies (4^ turns). [15-25%] Apply Special ATK [enemies with Mental Debuffs] to self (4 turns). [10-100%] [Reduce cooldown by 1 to 8/7/6.]
