Okay, but have you considered... Lana Beniko as a Victorian-era detective?
She gets called in to help by the police and she pursues the case with her normal ruthless efficiency... accompanied by her talented but bungling companion, Theron?

Tell me this idea isn't money? Tell me this isn't Miss Fisher vibes?

Another random SWTOR story idea:
What if in your character's tome for the coffin section they aren't actually dead, they're actually in carbonite and are either discovered during the clone wars era or empire era. Like just imagine if clone wars characters or rebel characters or imperial characters were to stumble upon an ancient tomb, they go inside it and accidentally thaw out your character's carbonite, reviving them.
It could either be a crack/funny story, action story, sad story, etc. Personal favourite would be the funny shenanigans that happen. I can just imagine the characters going something on the lines like "crape the museum piece is alive".
Another fanfic idea that I know I'll never write or finish. But feel free to use it as a prompt if you ever run out of prompts.

WIP (?) Gamer AU
Theron moved his character out of the way of a ground AOE while maintaining his rotation--thank the Stars for being melee. His party mates did the same, except for their black mage, who used their teleport at the last second to maximize their DPS in their runic circle. He rolled his eyes as they cursed over the comms when they got clipped by snapshot damage.
“You should have moved sooner,” one of their healers chastised as they placed a restoration spell on the mage.
“I was casting!” the black mage argued.
“Ok, and how much casting are you going to do tanking the floor?” the healer quipped back.
“Why you…”
“Clear the comms, you two,” the other healer and co-raid leader said, his pleasant, gravelly voice commanding and cutting off any further argument.
Theron couldn’t help but grin at that. He loved how Oram--the co-leader’s character name--took charge of situations like this, nipping them in the bud before they got worse. Not to mention, he loved hearing the other man’s voice; it was the first thing that attracted Theron to him--among other things. He’d never tell the other man that, of course--Void knows he was already awkward enough around the healer as it was.
The next mechanic started, as did the next call-out. “Tank buster, collapse.”
Thankfully, the rest of the raid went uneventful--save for their one melee flipping backward off the platform…again. Theron could hear Lana sigh at that from the other desk in their designated gaming room. It reminded him how great it was to have a roommate who also gamed and raided with him--no need to keep super quiet during intense fights.
“Good job, everyone,” she said, as she distributed loot as the raid leader. “We’ll start on the next boss next week, so be sure to do your homework.”
“Yes, mom,” their bard said, knowing full well the other woman hated it when anyone called her that.
Theron snickered, which earned him a ball of paper being thrown at his head. Lana growled at them both before saying in comms. “Don’t worry about pots and food; Lyrei and Kairos have ‘volunteered’ to handle getting that for us.”
“Rude!” Lyrei growled; all of them could practically hear the bard pouting over the comms.
“Hey now,” Theron whined. “How did I get pulled into this?”
“Because I can hear you snickering even without the comms,” she said, looking over at him for good measure. Lana smirked and added on, not on comms, “Besides, you’ll be thanking me in a moment.”
Theron raised an eyebrow and was about to ask when a familiar chuckle rang out over the voice chat.
“Will you be farming the mats tonight, Kai?” Oram asked, causing the rest of the channel to go quiet--fucking snoopy gossips. At this point, most knew about Theron’s crush on the other man--how Oram didn’t know was beyond him.
Theron could already feel Lana’s smug gaze at the back of his head as his cheeks flushed. “Uh, yeah, probably. I don’t have work tomorrow, so I can finish most of it tonight.”
“Same here. Would you like company?” the healer asked. “I don’t mind helping out with getting the materials you need.”
“You’re welcome,” Lana said in her irritatingly smug tone of voice.  She then said over comms, “I’m going to head out for the evening. The rest of you have a good night.”
“Same,” the bard said, suddenly cheery again, followed by the rest of the group. With the rest of the group gone, it was just the two of them alone.

I really don't need more WIP things. ;-; Not sure if I'm going to go anywhere with this, but it was nice to write some of it out.

Came back to this post cause it's glorious and I love this AU so much, as well as the gorgeous art
Any current plans for a part 2?
Love your ideas Alix, they're always so creative and well thought out, not to mention a delight to read
@astrobookwormsinger come online bitch this is about your husband
Let's give Thexan at least some role in the plot. Please?
Tumblr media
Yknow... I never really understood where, at the end of it all, Thexan's ghost actually was? Like... The only time we saw him (apart from that one single 5 seconds long flashback) was in echoes of oblivion where he (finally) joins his family to help them beat the shit out of Valkorion. But here's a question, why didn't he join them earlier? I mean beside lazy writing and rushed plot? It's not explained, he could've showed up in the final of 9th chapter like with no problem? Where were you all this time bae???
Ok. So. Just imagine. KOTET. Chapter 7. Nathema. Outlander and Arcann (who, lets be honest should be the one to go there with you, I take no criticism) sneak into sanitarium.
Everything goes as it was in a game. They find records, zealots, later find Jarak and get into Valkorion's vault... And at some point Arcann feels something. They find the holocrone, open it, but instead of finding lord Dramath in it they find... Thexan! His damn ghost, cut off from the world, bounded to the ancient holocrone, absolutely alone and helpless to do anything.
Now that would make A LOT MORE sense and impact on subsequent events.
Lemme explain. First off all, Thexan is proven to be strong enough to not to become one with the force and (to me at least) always seemed to be the connecting link that kept all family members together. Without him being around EVERYTHING quickly goes to hellfire! There's no one to balance Arcann out (or just assure him that he does not hold a grudge against him), no one to help Vaylin with... well, everything that happened to her, and no one to call for outside help! And second of all, he cares enough to at least TRY to help his family even like that. So... primarily because of all this Valkorion have to make sure no one intervene his plans so he cages him soon after death.
"But he doesn't have to be imprisoned, Valkorion could just use his powers to stop him from approaching his siblings or Zakuul at all!" you may say.
Okay, but let me tell you that there's no way, you hear me? there's no fucking way, that in that scenario he wouldn't IMMEDIATELY rush to Senya, telling her EVERYTHING that's happened with them. Prisoning Thexan would literally be a pro gamer move from Valkorion.
Back to Nathema!
Thexan explains why Valkorion imprisoned him there and gives some suggestions on how to kill him (after all he's been alone for a while, got some stuff to think about, maybe even had several conversations with dearest father as a ghost). Arcann finally gets the chance to apologize for everything he did to his brother (or didn't do, when should've), and Thexan explains that he himself is not without mistakes, and that his humility and serenity might've caused as much pain for all of them as Arcann's impulsiveness. In the end dialogue gets interrupted by flows if Vaylin's power, so strong that she might destroy the whole place in minutes. They say goodbye to eachother, not knowing if they'll ever be able to meet again. Outlander sets Thexan free from holocrone, and he fades saying that he'll try to help them even with all the small power he has left.
Mb I'll make a p.2

okay lore dump time (subject to change)
She is a Professional Lair Designer, like if anyone needs an evil lair designed, she is an expert in that. Probably helped Collin design his secret lair.
She is also a part time creature trainer, primarily training akk dogs but open to training any creature really. She owns two akk dogs, I think they are named Red and Shadow but not sure.
She would be the type to just call them dog at first but then realize that gets confusing so actually gives them names habklweh. I think her akk dogs are trained to protect her but she is actually probably more protective of them so its hard for them to their job lol.
She has venom in her tail but its like a limited amount. She would only sting someone as a last resort/if she really really hated them. She definitely has done this before, enough to have a reputation and for people to know its deadly.
I think something happened to her jaw/throat but I don't have that defined yet.

in complete contrast to my lil cookie drawings here is this habkl; weh
Uhhh epic star wars girl boss concepts
Her name is Dana

OC-tober 16: Wielding a weapon of choice.
(October is over when I say it's over.)
Anyway, I thought big wolf Ahuska would be a very fitting companion for @storyknitter's medieval fantasy version of Sanna. Someone's really about to be sorry for whatever they did!

Vaylin Healed By The Voss AU
So I know many of you find Arcann's "redemption" arc controversial, but I need an AU where Senya is able to take Vaylin to Voss for healing.
(No, I don't want to write it. 🤐 )

Rebels crack AU where Ezra and Kanan keep dragging the Ghost Crew on field trips to do mythical Force Stuff TM and on almost every one of these field trips Sabine stumbles over an ancient Mandalorian artifact or completes some rite of passage.
Like, they go to some random moon to commune with an ancient Force deity, and Sabine trips over what at first glance appears to be a rock, but upon further inspection, it turns out to be the kriffing Mask of The Mandalore. Just lying there. In the dirt. The original symbol of Mandalorian Rulership is half buried by sand on some nowhere rock.
Hera decides to go to the local markets on some Outer Rim planet while Kanan and Ezra do some Force nonsense in an abandoned temple and drags Sabine with her. In this run-down antique shop Sabine sees the most famous tapestry of Mandalore the Binder’s life story, one woven by Mandalore the Binder himself.
They go to Jedha to complete a trial for the Guardians of the Whills and because these things seem to take forever, Sabine goes to a restaurant to get lunch. She trips over an old man on her way back to her table with her food, and before she can finish apologizing he just smiles at her and tells her it's alright before walking away. Later, once they are all back on the ship Sabine opens her bag only to realize there's a holocron in it. She gets Ezra to open it and it's Tarre Vizsla's holocron.
They go to Tatooine to fight a Darkside ghost and Sabine gets poisoned by Tuskens. She manages to fight her way into their camp and get the antidote, with minimal help because the only crew member left outside the ancient Darkside vault beside her was Chopper. Later on Sabine talks to her parents about how weird of a day it's been and Ursa's so proud she went through that ancient trial, her many times great-grandmother would be so pleased. (This was my least favorite Tatooine quest in SWTOR).
