just a star wars doodle from a while ago

for context: i'm an alpha tester for cwaemu/clone wars adventures emulator and i usually post art on their discord server- i was also the one who drew those chibi emotes the server has, of which one is darth nihilus holding a heart

knowing darth nihilus and what he can do, someone asked me whether or not that emote is supposed to be wholesome or threatening

so i just doodled that as a response :D

Yknow, I've tried multiple times throughout my lifetime to play and finish this game.

Starwars: Knights of the Old Republic, originally on the OG Xbox and PC.

Ive heard great things! People say it's amazing, one of the best!

But everytime i have returned to it, i get bored before i finish the first planet of Taris.

I love Star wars, this game has a good story, good flavor... But man is it dull in execution lol.

Its a long, drawn game. I can see why people love it though.

Believe it or not, I DO like it lol. But i just can't stick to it. So it remains something i fondly return to play a little every 8 years or so.

Sometimes you don't need to finish a game to enjoy it. I say, you're allowed to play a little bit of a game and be satisfied with it.

Everyone stuck waiting in the Taris apartment because that force sensitive weirdo from the Endar Spire said they were getting take out and not out playing pazaak

I'm doing these a little out of order, forgive me. I was playing one of my fave games again for the first time in years and I was thinking about how huge that abandoned apartment was and how everyone stands like a zillion feet apart from each other, so I wanted to imagine them all hanging out for once.

And i only listened to 2.5 hours of Taris Hideout 10 Hours drawing this haha...

One thing I do love is how when you run into Malak on the Leviathan, Carth immediately goes Han in Cloud City and  tries to shoot the big bad Sith lord even though he has to know that has only an infinitesimal chance of success.

Had this dope conversation with @kirain - (who seems awesome btw go follow, they put up with my excited and fragmented ADHD rambles) - in the comments of one of their posts, and it got me thinking about Mask of the Betrayer again.

I loved this game, so figured I’d give it a little attention. All y’all BG3 players looking for similar fare, this game was great, especially if you like to play evil.

Second only to SWKotOR and featuring the next best companion after HK-47, One of Many.

I mean, I don’t want to spoil anything but they are just the best. Well. Not as best as HK obviously, but second best. They are just the second best companion ever.

I probably should say if you’re looking for romance maybe not your thing, I remember none of the romance options from this game, but if you’re looking for a megalomanic evil power trip, this is the game for you!

((If you want romance I have other recs, maybe I should make lists based on RPG interests, I play a lot of games. Too many games maybe. But I could make good recommendation lists.))
