As far as bad luck, asking for something from the gods before I thank them for what I already have. With a side of asking for myself when I haven't been keeping up with my practice. Asking for someone else, because the genuinely need it, is fine though, regardless of what else I've been doing or likely not doing.

だれかの飲んだ空き缶が落ちた。

さて、この缶、どんな末路を辿るかと

追跡してみた。

二転、三転缶は流れに翻弄され

時に水流が閉じて

滝壺のように物が

トラップされることもある。

最後に用水の取り込み口に吸い込まれ

動かなくなった。

これは取り出す人が来るまで

このままだろうね。
