Stolas 100% knew that what he was saying in this scene in the apology tour song wasn't true.

This is not the face of a man that is convinced he's telling the truth, like just the upper set of eyes here really speaks to me here.

Honestly, Stolas probably got peer pressured into saying that, considering Verosika kept talking over Stolas during the song. The facial animations during this song are killing me rn they're so good.

Plus, if that didn't convince you, there's proof in the argument Stolas and Blitz had at the start of the episode that Stolas knows it meant at least something to Blitz.

"If by "crushes other's feelings" you mean- end shit before it gets serious, then bingo. I'm doing everyone a favor because relationships are boring."

"Oh, yes, very boring. So what are you doing here, then?"

Stolas calls Blitz the fuck out here for pretending like it meant nothing to him, so we know damn well Stolas was lying when he said 'it didn't mean a thing at all' in the song.

I'm not sure if Stolas was referring to all the times Blitzø stole things, including the stuff from the palace, but I can't help thinking about this short interaction and what it could be connected to.

On the bright side, Stolas might already be aware of all the things Blitzø has been hiding from him, and yet his love for Blitzø has not diminished one bit.

Stolas knows that Blitzø keeps many secrets from his past, but that he is not ready to share them, and Stolas really respects that, even if it can be painful to feel that the other person does not feel safe enough with you to be vulnerable.

However, in the same conversation, Blitzø does show vulnerability and shares something that he doesn't even seem to have shared with anyone else in I.M.P.: Blitzø talks about his sister and in doing so seeks to make Stolas feel less alone. He seeks to connect with him.

Despite the terrible emotional state Stolas is in, and the fact that he does not yet have the full context to know the courage it took for Blitzø to share that valuable piece of his past, I think Stolas understands that Blitzø is really trying to break down those walls that separated them emotionally.

Can't wait to see what the next season has to offer. I hope it has more intimate moments like this one, that allows them to understand each other's past and therefore also their present actions.

Delulu me also wants them to talk about their first interaction as kids and flashbacks from Blitzø's perspective if possible hehe.

“Stolitz isn’t canon”

I keep seeing people say things like “I hope Stolitz is canon soon!” Or “Stolitz still not canon” etc etc (the discussion of Stolitz being canon, either positive or negative) & I think people are misunderstanding the word “canon” because Stolitz is canon and has been since… essentially day 1.

“Canon” = true to the source material. The whole show is based around Stolas and Blitzo being a couple and their tribulations as such, it endorses the relationship between them, showing scenes where they confess their feelings, kiss, are in general in love, etc, meaning it is canon.

I mean- It’s still up for discussion if Stolitz is endgame but it’s not up for discussion if it is canon. Just like Verosika/Blitzo was canon, Fizz/Ozzie is canon, etc. but say…. Stolas/Beelzebub, that is NOT canon.

It’s just funny to see people say “Stolitz isn’t canon” bc that’s just incorrect lol. Anyway hopefully this taught someone something 🤷‍♀️

So this is a take that I imagine won’t make me a lot of friend…

But this clip from the trailer is NOT actually Blitzo rescuing Stolas.

Really look at what this shot is showing and what it is implying:

The shadow of a giant claw, likely created by Andrealphus or Stella (probably the former, given the other shot), coming down to crush Stolas and Blitzo. With what seems to be an injured and probably defenseless Stolas being held by Blitzo who in turn is also holding up a sword of some kind towards the approaching shadow in a defiant gesture.

The thing is, this is NOT a shot meant to convey strength from Blitzo but rather helplessness. It is showing Blitzo making a desperate yet clearly futile attempt to protect Stolas as they are both about to die.

This shot is not conveying Blitzo saving Stolas. This shot is setting up both Blitzo and Stolas to be saved by someone else.

I mean, we’ve all seen stuff like this before, right? The big ominous shadow of smashing coming down on its would-be victims, followed by a smash to black. Then a shot of said victims realizing they have not been smashed, followed by a reveal of whoever has jumped in at the last moment to stop the smashing.

So that just leaves the question of WHO is going to be saving these two?

A few options do come to mind: Octavia with the Grimoire displaying her newfound power as a Goetia, Loona with the Grimoire displaying the magical talent we’ve gotten subtle hints towards all series, Loona AND Octavia working together, Moxxie via headshotting Andraelphus with the blessed carbine he swiped from Striker all the way back in Season 1…

However, the option I find the MOST interesting, especially as it pertains to potential character development, is VASSAGO. Particularly if he’s already been set up as a potential love-interest for Stolas.

In which case him swooping in for a big dramatic rescue of Stolas (and Blitzo) could totally clench him as Stolas’ big rebound going into Season 3.

I was joking with a friend earlier how funny it'd be if after the Full Moon and Blitzo getting a bit more his shit together he enters a Polycule with Fizz and Ozzie but Stolas is still being a pissbaby about Blitzo not loving him only for Fizz and Ozzie to sit him down and be like 'dude, we're gonna help you making a dating profile and help you get over your self-pity ass so you can leave our boyfriend alone', only for Stolas to be confused before Blitzo walks in like "Hey I'm boyfriend btw".

Just picture the look on Stolas' face guys. Just...picture it...
