Various Scum Villain Fics

1. While Shen Yuan is transmigrating into Shen Qingqiu, the system messes up a teeny-tiny bit and he wakes up with amnesia. 2. Amnesia AU part 2 3. To avoid marriage market melodrama, Shen Qingqiu invents himself a fiance and faithfully sends him letters. He never expects the man to actually show up. 4. Letters AU part 2 5. Letters AU part 3 6. In which Shen Yuan transmigrates much earlier.

7. Shen Yuan stumbles into another world (Spirited Away AU).

- If this were a proper fic, it’s title would be The Name Of Life. Fun fact about this author: she really loves the Ghibli soundtracks.  

- Since this is Shen Jiu’s domain, there is of course a bamboo forest. 

- Might be hard to see, but I tried to imply that Luo Binghe was looking for the pendant in that first scene

- *grinch gif @ pig line*

- The pendant gleaming was not, in fact, Shen Yuan’s deteriorating sanity.

- The urge to lay on the ground and fade away has nothing to do with the translucent skin or the unmoving legs.

- The pendant actually does have a curse, related to the above.

- The medicine thing is related to both of the above.

- Shen Yuan here, casually staring meaningfully into LBH’s eyes after returning the most important object LBH had, which he’d nearly given up on ever seeing again.

- Fun fact: The reason LBH knows about SY’s sibs and what happened to them is bc he’s the one who cursed them and sent them to the pens. It makes him feel a bit guilty, and combined with the whole pendant thing is a big part of why he helps SY out.

- Originally I had it so that LBH had Bingge as a nickname, with his actual name-that-isn’t as Bing-Bing, because Shen Jiu (and I) thought it was funny. 

- idk SY, joking with the most feared apprentice of the bathhouse master is pretty metal as far as any spirit is concerned. 

- So in Spirited Away, every character’s name is like a description. Kamaji literally means boiler grandpa. BUT I DIDN’T WANT TO DO THAT so I didn’t.

- So IDK about Chihiro but that run into the wall?? Really should have bruised more me thinks. ERGO I TURNED IT INTO A HEADCANON. The reason SY did not break his nose is related to the medicine he ate earlier. Coincidentally, he hasn’t complained about hunger since then, has he?

- I love the soot balls. This isn’t a fic commentary I just want ppl to know I love them.

- Shang Qinghua’s Rapunzel hair was inspired by this one NSFW moshang fanart I saw ages ago. I was wondering how to fit the spider legs and like... the light-bulb shined.

- LBH can tell Shen Yuan is human by smell, as can most of the spirits. The fact that Shang Qinghua has to look at him to know is relevant. 

- SQH frequently tries to give good advice. Like with the original SJ and his comment about LQG’s qi deviation in canon SV, it isn’t always paid attention to.

- Master Shen’s reputation precedes him, but not as far as the human realm X”D

- I had no idea what title to go for for SQH so I just used “mister” for now.
