It was crazy how history could repeat itself in such small particular moments. As Chepe walked into the basement he saw Diedra in a chair, slouched and sitting across from someone whose face was swollen from punches. Chepe smiled as the scene reminded him of when he first met Diedra.
The painful sounds of someone being beaten and tortured filled the underground cellar. Diedra’s white shirt was practically dyed red now from the blood of the person in front of her everytime she slugged, gripped, and tortured him. It wasn’t phasing her though, it was something she was used to. She was hired hands, part of something because she had this ability to turn it all off in situations of this nature. It ran in her blood, it was in her genetics. The Lowman family traits were stoic, tortuous, and some might even use the word insane.
“Who is that?” Chepe’s voice was intrigued as he stepped down into the cellar next to Pacho who was watching the events unfold in front of him.
“No one you need to be concerned with.” Pacho couldn’t help the smirk on his face as he heard Chepe’s question. Both of them now staring at the woman who was in front of them beating answers out of this man.
Diedra was no stranger to this life, it felt like her earliest memory was stained with violence and blood. If one was to look back at her life, at her family, at her journey it was pointed in this direction. This is what she was good at, what she got enjoyment out of. She knew it wasn’t normal, but nothing about her life was.
Chepe was enthralled with her, it was rare to see women in their field of work and when he did, they definitely weren’t beating the shit out of people and from Chepe’s observation, enjoying it.
Pacho looked over at Chepe, and it took a lot for him not to let out an obvious laugh. He was going to have to pick Chepe’s jaw up off the ground when they were finished here and poke his eyes back in his head.
“Do me a favor and don’t get drool on the floor.” Pacho knocked Chepe’s shoulder lightly.
“Do me a favor and tell me who she is.” Chepe was extremely serious as he spoke despite Pacho’s teasing.
Before either of them could continue the conversation the sound of a yelp they hadn’t heard before alerted them both to look back at the tortuous scene in front of them. Somehow the man who had been tied up had gotten his left hand free and surprised Diedra with a blow to the face. The yelp was not one that she was proud of, it was rare that she’d let someone get the upper hand on her.
Chepe instinctually took a step forward to take control of the situation when Pacho stopped him by putting his arm in front of him. He wasn’t doing it for Chepe in the way one would think. Pacho knew how the woman worked, if Chepe tried to play the knight in shining armor he’d find himself getting rocked and bound to a chair himself.
Diedra was quick to recover from the blow and if anything she took the opportunity to have it work in her favor. Within minutes the person was giving up the information she had been digging for over the last hour.
The woman turned around, feeling no different than before, despite accomplishing her goal. Her face was still stoic and her brows were meeting in the middle of her face. Spitting out the metallic taste in her mouth into the towel that was first draped over her backpack but now in her hands should not have been as attractive to Chepe as it was. This whole situation was. Chepe was crazy and he felt like this woman in front of him was someone who matched his passion equally, if not more.
Diedra was quick to pick up her backpack, the towel still touching up spots of blood on her face as she walked over to the two men near the exit of the cellar.
“That guy you’re looking for is in Bogata. He lives in the square, plaza de bolivar.” Her eyes were glued to Pacho’s, not even bothering to give a morsel of attention to the other man who had joined him. She could feel his eyes on her, they were practically burning a hole into her face. Any other time, Diedra would have been quick to shut that shit down but she was looking forward to the paycheck from this job and she knew that by punching the guy who seemed to be close with the man who’d be paying her might put a wrench in that.
“Thank you, I might have a few more jobs for you, if you’re interested.” Pacho was reaching into his back pocket to pull out an envelope.
“Yea, I’m down.” Diedra was grabbing the envelope and placing it in her back pocket. She didn’t bother to look at it, this wasn’t her first job for Pacho, she had known him to be fair and trustworthy.
“I’d actually like to bring you onto our team, I think you could offer more than just,” Pacho paused for a minute to look at the man who was groaning as he came to it from being passed out, “persuasion.”
“I could.” She nodded, adjusting her backpack on her shoulder.
“Let’s talk more tomorrow.” Pacho nodded at the girl. “Take the night to yourself, clean up, relax. I’ll have someone come by your room and bring you food.”
Diedra nodded, at the mention of relaxing she felt the exhaustion come over her. The jet lag was catching up to her, she was covered in blood and dirt, and the pain from being punched was starting to throb and give her a headache. She was feeling happy her commute wasn’t far, Pacho had opened his home to her, one of the many unoccupied rooms in the large mansion was now where she had settled in. As she brought the towel back up to her face to spit some leftover blood into it as she made her way towards the cellar entrance. Now, she was passing Chepe, again offering no acknowledgment to his presence until he let out a sentence that boiled her blood.
“I could help you with that.” He had lifted his hand to point at her soon to be bruised face. The first thought through Diedra’s mind was that the man was lucky that finger wasn’t pointed in her face because she’d rip them off his hand.
Her eyes rolled as she turned, making eye contact with Pacho who was grinning and shaking his head as he looked down at the floor and then back up at her. All he did was close his eyes, shrug his shoulders, and smirk and that was all Diedra needed as a green light. It wasn’t like she needed permission, if she wanted to put this guy down she would’ve but there was something so pleasing in knowing that she could do that and not only keep future jobs but also probably get a laugh out of the guy paying her.
“Put that finger any closer to me and I’ll rip it off and shove it down your throat.” Her voice didn’t change at all, there wasn’t any added layer of anger or frustration in her tone. Now, it did help that she tended to normally speak with a ‘don’t fuck with me’ attitude.
It had been about two years since that instance but Diedra still found herself in the same exact scenario. She’d chalk it up to being a Lowman, to never thinking ahead more than a couple days to make any real life changing decisions, but truthfully, it was more than that. She liked it here. That was a new feeling for the girl. She had felt like an outsider in her own hometown, but then again the MC didn’t leave a lot of room for anyone but themselves in Charming. Happy and her sister did their best, and she loved them for it. But everytime she looked at Kota, how different she was from her, it really hit her how much she didn’t belong here. Kota was happy, 99% of the time. She was a Lowman for sure, didn’t take shit from anyone, scared the fuck out of her boyfriend too, which always made Diedra laugh. But ultimately, she had this spirit about her, and Diedra didn’t have that. The eldest sister knew why, the trauma she had suffered that her younger sister didn’t likely stole the spirit from her and left her with whatever this was. For a while she thought maybe it’d come back, that Charming would open up a spot for her, or at least her father would. Maybe she could help out around the club–that was wishful thinking. Women didn’t become contract killers for the MC, they had specific roles for women and she definitely didn’t fit in any of those.
That’s why she landed here, working for a drug cartel and it was the most life made sense for her.
She probably shouldn’t have let the reminder wander for those couple seconds because it earned her a knee to the face. This time, unlike two years ago, she didn’t yelp, a grunt did escape from her mouth but she caught the knee of the man quickly and toppled him over, bringing her knife swiftly into the muscle above joint and twisted it and asked her question one more time.
“Now you pissed me off,” the blood was dripping from her nose, there were a couple cuts across her face likely from the chains that were wrapped around his legs, “answer me right now, or I’ll kill you over and over again.”
“That’s not even possible.” The man still had a little fight in him.
She twisted the knife more and smiled, blood all across her pristine white teeth. “You don’t even want to know what I can make possible.” Her words continued as she explained what she was going to do to the man, how she’d bring him to look the reaper in the eye, and bring him back like an angel, just to push him right back to the edge of death.
The man gave up his crew in seconds. Diedra left him with her own knee to his face before she lifted her shirt up to her nose that was likely broken.
She approached Chepe, her bag hanging from her shoulder as her eyes looked at his.
“I got the info.” She said pinching her nose now hoping that’d stop the bleeding.
Chepe laughed at what she said, “You know I don’t care about the info.”
“But your business partner does.” With a swift motion she was twisting her nose so it was back in it’s normal positioning and the bleeding quickly stopped but the pain was throbbing. “Fuck.”
Chepe was moving in closer, quick to place a kiss on Diedra’s forehead and throw his hand over her shoulder. “C’mon. Let’s go home.”
She nodded, allowing the man that she threatened in this very spot two years ago to touch her, in probably one of the more PG ways over the last year. While didn’t exactly melt into his embrace, she didn’t push it away, and she was truthfully looking forward to collapsing in bed with him when they got back to their house. She nodded, still messing around with her broken face as they began to step out.
“I could help with that.” He brought his hand up and pointed to her face and it earned him a menacing look from Diedra.
“Don’t push it.”
________
Diedra felt her whole body ache as she walked up the stairs of her home. She didn’t realize until this moment that she was pretty banged up and bruised all over, beating someone up tended to have that effect. She jumped into the shower, the warm water was a mix of calming while also painful, a true representation of herself. The dirt and blood washed down the drain but the bruises were hard to erase as easily. The bruises were the reminders, they sat next to her scars, because the long term reminders weren’t enough, she needed short term ones too.
With a new fresh tank top on and just her underwear, she stood back in the bathroom, staring at herself in the mirror. The first aid kit was scattered across the vanity, her eye scanning over the items she needed, butterfly bandages, instant ice packs that all you did was squeeze and shake for them to go cold, ointment, instant sterilizing liquid. Diedra managed to get a stiff bandage across her nose to help keep it in the same place. She had an ice pack balanced on her shoulder, easing the ache of constantly swinging and punching the last 6 hours of the day. As the more time passed, the more the ache spread and it became harder to lift her arms above her head.
The struggle was beginning to frustrate her as she tried to clean the cuts on her forehead and cheek but struggled to keep her arm raised for more than a couple seconds. She banged her hand against the vanity in annoyance, the entire medical kit shaking as well, some of the bandages falling into the sink. Her eyes closed in defeat, and also as the pain from the hit radiated in her body like a pinball.
A sudden knock interrupted her moment and she was snapping her neck forward to see Chepe at the door. He didn’t say anything, just casually walked in and picked up the bandages from the sink and tossed them back into the red plastic box.
“Wanted to let you know I made you something to eat.” He spoke as he dropped the other items back in as well.
“Not in the mood for a shitty sandwich.” Her words were pointed because it was how she felt, projection at it’s finest.
Chepe just smiled, still packing up the box. “I made chicharron con tostones, picked up alfajores too.”
His lack of eye contact showed he wasn’t hurt by Diedra’s bark, he knew it well, they had been living together now for just under a year. When he mentioned the dessert cookie, her eyes widened, shocked by the fact he cooked but also that he picked up one of her favorites. Chepe actually credited alfajores for the reason he could call her his girlfriend.
He offered her one when they were out by the pool one day at Pacho’s place, Diedra had been off in the deep end, away from everyone, sitting comfortably with her feet dangling in the crystal clear water. She had her sunglasses on so no one could see where her gaze was landing, but it was obvious it was locked in on Chepe as he slowly approached her with a plastic bag.
“Here.” He spoke, asking the girl to take from the bag.
“Todo bien.” Suddenly, her gaze moved from the man and back to the view she was staring at trying to ignore him.
Chepe couldn’t help but smile at the girl, he left the bag next to her, casually tossing it so it landed close enough for her to grab but far enough none of the powdered sugar would spread on her.
30 minutes later, the empty bag was dropped on Chepe’s tanning chair, and he was looking up at her as his own sunglasses fell down the bridge of his nose.
“What are these.” Diedra pointed at the empty bag. Despite it being a question, the way she spoke demanded the answer.
“He took his sunglasses off, wanting to take in this moment in it’s entirety. “Agree to go out with me and I’ll tell you.”
By the look on the girl’s face he almost considered this an utter fail. That was Chepe’s first lesson on Diedra Lowman. She couldn’t be bribed.
“Alright,” he raised his hands, “how about, I just drive you to where I buy them. We can go weekly, stock up your supply.” His eyes squinted now, a combination of the sun and him trying to gauge her response.
Now that got her thinking. She’d be game for that.
“Deal.”
And the rest was history, those weekly trips brought them here, in whatever kind of relationship this was, it wasn’t like either of them were the type to define it.
“Do you mind–”
She was cut off by him, “I already brought it up here, it’s on a table next to the bed.”
Her body collapsed a little at that information, grateful she didn’t have to manage the stairs again.
“Will you let me help you now?” Chepe was about to close the kit but this time he looked up after he spoke the words, directly at the cuts on her face.
It took everything in Diedra to agree, and she couldn’t even say the words, she just gave a kurt nod and stood still so he could help.
Chepe also knew better than to boast, he similarly gave a nod and shuffled through the kit to pull out what he needed before quickly moving to touch the girl’s face. Her winces were miniscule, the real pain being the aches over the cuts. She’d always take a slice over a bruise. The sting felt more thrilling than the pulsating of a blow.
“They shouldn’t scar.” Chepe spoke up in a whisper.
“Wouldn’t care if they did.” It was spoken as she exhaled.
Chepe laughed. “You say that because you know you’ll still be as beautiful as ever.”
That made Diedra smile, it took her a while to warm up to the compliments Chepe would feed her but eventually they made her smile.
“Why don’t you come to New York with me for a couple weeks. I think you could use the break.” He was so dangerously close to her, but it felt normal, it felt comforting. His hands were lightly on her skin, bringing one side of the cut closer to the other as the butterfly bandage pressed each side together.
“Pacho needs me for something in a couple days in Medellin.” The excuse was spoken so quickly it was like she had it prepped and loaded.
“You know if you asked he’d say yes in a heartbeat, and if he didn’t he can’t say no to me.”
“Because who could say no to that charming, smug face.” It was as close as a compliment that she’d say out loud, but she showed her appreciation for him in other ways, just as he did for her.
“Just think about it.” He moved his hand to her chin and tilted her head up so she was forced to look into his eyes. Chepe wasn’t asking for confirmation, he did it so he could place an intimate kiss on her lips, one that said everything for him.
As he pulled away his eyes fell on a cut that was on her neck. “Let me just clean this one real quick.” He was bringing the qtip up in a matter of seconds so he could wipe any stuck dirt and dried blood from it, and that’s when his eyes caught the scar not too far off.
Diedra had a lot of scars along her body, some he was aware of, and many others he could only guess. This being one of the latter.
“Don’t think you ever told me about this one.” He didn’t dare to touch it, with where he was looking she’d pick up on what he was talking about.
“Don’t think I ever will.” Her eyes were on the mirror, staring at the scar in question, but what she was seeing was a flash of a memory she really tried to bury, her father coming to her rescue in a little gas station bathroom, the blood, the words she could barely get out as she explained everything to Happy.
“Whenever you’re ready, you just give me a name, a description, and I’ll make what you did to that man earlier today look like nothing.” His eyes were on Diedra through the mirror, his arms wrapping around her body, lightly so as to not make her ache in anymore pain.
“Easy killer.” She turned around now, the ice pack beginning to fall down her shoulder until Chepe caught it and pressed it a little harder against her skin, sending shivers down her body that didn’t make her flinch in the slightest. “Let me eat dinner first and then we can talk about wiping out all the people who’ve ever wronged me.”
She was squeezing out of his grip and making her way to the bedroom so ready to eat the food he had prepared.
“And then maybe we can talk about New York?” He called out down the hall, still in the bathroom so he could clean up the rest of the mess before joining her.
“Don’t push it.”

Okay I have another request. This time it's for Jax. I have a list of prompts for him.
7. Stay away from my sister. (I'm thinking maybe possibly an au cross over.)
13. I promise.
17. I love you.
15. Are you gonna kiss me or not?
21. Like what you see?
27. What if someone sees?
25. Don't act shy now.
Hey! Ohhh I like these prompts for Jax and I agree with the crossover idea! In fact I think I know exactly which hot temper Mayan to pair him with! Lets see what kind of magic I can work up for ya. I do see some smut so. As always 18+.

Prince Charming
Jax took the punch to his jaw like a champ. He knew it was deserved after what had transpired the last few weeks. In his effort to bring a peace between the Sons and Mayans he had fallen head over heels for you. Unfortunately for him you were seen as Mayan royalty and off limits . Jax had ignored every warning as all he could think about was tasting the forbidden fruit that was you.
"Its fine" he stated as he stood up waving Chibs and Tig back as he met the gaze of your brother. Smirking Jax rubbed his jaw. "Nice sucker punch" he remarked making the younger man bristle as he stepped closer pushing his forehead to Jaxs. "Are you gonna kiss me or what Guero? I mean your sisters a bit of a freak but I can't imagine she would be down for this" joked Jax trying to ease the tension in the room.
"Stay away from my sister" growled Guero as he shoved Jax backwards. "Or else" he added before going to turn away. "I can't do that man. Shes a drug and I'm an addict" replied Jax with a shrug.
"Jesus Jax. What did you say?" you murmured as you stepped up on the porch of the Mayans clubhouse. Angel had called you and told you their had been a scuffle between Jax and your brother. He hadn't wanted you to be shocked when you arrived to the party. "I told him you were very pretty I promise" joked Jax making you roll your eyes as you stared down at him on the bench.
You sighed as you shook your head before shooting him a small smile. "I love you but your such a bad liar. I told you not to tease him" you replied as you crossed your arms. Jax chuckled but his attention was on the way your nipple rings poked out of the skin tight dress you were wearing. "So are you gonna kiss me or not? Make my boo boos better?" he questioned as he let his eyes roam your body.
"I think you should kiss me. I had to rush out the door so fast I couldn't finish getting ready" you replied as you placed a hand on your hip. "Jax moved his hands to your hips and pulled you closer before planting a kiss on your covered navel. The feel of his lips through the fabric sent shivers down your spine. You felt Jax groan into your stomach as his hands moved under the fabric of your dress.
"Let me see what you didn't get a chance to put on babe" commanded Jax his icy eyes igniting a fire over every fiber of your being. Grinning you stepped back checking to make sure you were alone before pulling the hem of your dress up and giving him a quick spin. The cool night air on your bare skin felt like sweet sin. Giggling as you pulled your dress back down you sent him a smirk as you watched him move his hand to his belt.
"Like what you see?" you inquired as you moved back to him. "I sure do" murmured Jax as he pulled you down on his lap making you straddle him. You moaned as you felt his hands slide up the back of your thighs to your ass and his teeth gently nipped at your nipple piercing through the fabric of your dress. Jax continued his assault on your body as you rocked your hips against his growing erection that tented his jeans.
"I'm close Jax" you moaned into his neck after a few moments. "Need to be in you babe. Need you to cum on my cock" mumbled Jax as he lifted you up some breaking the contact you had. "What if someone see us? " you whispered as you bit your lip nervously as he worked on removing his cock from the prison of his pants. "It'll look like were just having a heated make out. Also I doubt anyone would care" replied Jax as he watched your eyes move to the hand stroking his cock.
"Don't act shy now. Not like this isn't the first public fuck we've had" replied Jax with a smirk as you let him position you back over his cock. You moaned as you felt the head of his cock slip through your slick folds. Jax groaned as he felt you sink onto his hard cock your soft walls gripping him tightly. Jax held you in place as he pistioned his hips up into you. Barely leaving you giving you deep fast strokes that had you seeing stars before tipping over the edge himself within a couple minutes." I love you so much" panted Jax as he kept your firmly planted on his softening cock as he kissed your neck. "Lets get home for round two" you replied feeling him grin into your neck.

Darkness. It’s all you see around you, like an empty void ready to consume you. Your head is spinning, trying to make sense of your absence of sight. Your ears ring due to the deafening silence of your surroundings.
Where am I? Is the first thought that breaks through the fog, echoing in your mind.
Pain suddenly radiates through-out your body. You realize your shoulders, your collarbone, and your wrists all feel as if they’ve been battered black and blue. You try to shift around but somehow; your wrists are bound behind you. Your confusion grows, your mind fighting through the haze. You blink, feeling fabric brush against your long eyelashes. You try to think back to where you were before this, but even thinking is painful. You instinctively start to rub your temple against the bone of your shoulder in an attempt to push the rough, ratty material that you realize is blinding you. After a few attempts, an old twisted up cloth falls into your lap.
You’re welcomed to the sight of more darkness. It appears you’re in a room, from what you can make out. Your eyes sting when exposed to all the dust that’s hanging in the air. You stifle a cough, irritated that you’ve been breathing heavily, inhaling basically asbestos at this point.
What the fuck?
You blink hard, all your senses coming alive with your eyesight regaining. Pain. Every part of your body aches, your hands are tied to a wooden foundation pillar behind you with what feels like old rope. Its split ends tear into your skin like sandpaper. You try moving your wrists around, to see if the rope will give way so you can free yourself, but it's no use. The bindings, if anything, tighten that much more from your movements. Giving you less and less room to work with. Whoever did this to you, had no intention of letting you go. You shudder at the thought of whoever this mysterious person may be, holding you captive. What they may want…
You refocus your attention, desperately trying to remember anything from before but you can’t seem to recall what happened. Was I at home? Work?
No, there’s no way you’d been snatched from the clubhouse while tending the bar. You must’ve been at home, sleeping?
You lean forward, trying to use your body weight and the corner of the pillar to separate the rope, but it doesn’t work. As you contemplate your next course of action, a horrifying thought plaques your mind.
How long have I been here? How long do I have to get out of here before they come back?
With that now in the forefront of your mind, you gain a new sense of urgency. Frantically, you try rubbing the homemade cuffs against the wood. You ignore the fact that the air is still clouded as your breathing deepens in an effort to free yourself. But once again, you fail. You growl in frustration, throwing your hands back against the wood, ignoring the dull aches seeping from the bruises on your battered wrists. As panic and adrenaline continue to take over, you scan your eyes over your surroundings once more, analyzing the area to see if anything can help you.
With one little window above the wooden stationary table across the room from you, there really isn’t much of a light source. Just a delicate stream of moonlight, illuminating the dust particles dancing in the air, stirred up from your panicked escape attempts. You think again, where the fuck was I? But you come up with nothing.
“God damn it Jax” You whisper to yourself. You knew this was coming, it came for all the women who dared to join the Prince of Charming in his tirades of violence. It was well known history that whoever stood next to Jax, had a death wish. Yes, believe or not, dating the President of a biker gang isn’t as glorious as it seems. Being an old lady makes you an instant target for the enemies of the sons, of which there are many.
Who found you this time?
That’s right, this time. You’ve been kidnapped before. The Mayans followed you home one night. Before you even had the chance to turn the ignition off in your car, you were ripped out of the seat and taken for negotiation. Then there was the IRA. You were held hostage; your life was on the line once again. Literally on the phone line, with Jax on the other end telling Gaelan he would continue distributing for him in exchange for your survival. And now this. You know your luck is bound to run out. Your breathing quickens as you start to accept the reality of the situation. There’s no getting out this time. Is the club even aware that you’ve been taken? The question you keep coming back to is how long have you been tied up in this dingy basement? The fact that you don’t know the answer to that and probably never will, causes a pit of dread to form in your stomach.
“Fuck” you mutter under your breath as you roughly shut your eyes.
This song and dance is starting to get old. To what end is enough, finally enough? Each time your safety is questioned, you tell yourself that it’s too dangerous to go back, that you can’t handle the life; always watching your 6 as well as your 7-8-9.
Yet each time you’re rescued, you’re consumed by the ways of the club, and always end up back to square one. The simple fact is you desire the life. The atmosphere, the people, the machines, the thrill... you feel you belong. That your role is meant to be at Teller-Morrow assisting those men in kutte, offering sanctuary and support for the women in tight dresses, to stand beside the old ladies and keep them on their toes. As for the president that sits at the head of the table; for him you’re the reason he stays resilient and clear-minded. Each time you get a chance to see how short-lived life is for those around the sons, you tell yourself you’re on borrowed time. That you need to walk away, that you will leave the life, but you know you speak the language of lies.
“Quit your bitching” you mumble to yourself, thudding your head lightly against the wood. They’ll find you. They have too. The notorious band of killer bikers always do. You know how much you mean to Jax, and you know they’re probably already on the hunt looking for you. Jax calling all charters for assistance and letting the reaper inside him take the wheel.
The reaper. That side of Jax, he can smell you. Feel your pull when he needs you. Everyone says that he’s the prince but really, he’s the god damn devil himself. He’s feared among warriors, he puts demons to shame. And your soul will always belong to him, no trade necessary.
“I see you’re awake.”
The sudden intrusion of your captors' grating whisper tears you from your thoughts as your whole body goes rigid. Your breathing falters at the realization that you’re no longer alone, your heartbeat getting louder and louder in the growing silence. You can feel the echoing of each beat in your ears. You wish you could turn it off and hide in the dark, in silence.
“Shh... “The sound slithers from the shell of your right ear across the nape of your neck causing your hair to stand on end as it settles in your left ear. You can’t move, your body is frozen in shock, locked in a state of fear. You can’t even bear to look, to reveal the mystery.
“It’ll be quick...” the voice drawls out, an underlying tone of excitement riding with it, riddling your skin with goosebumps.
Just then, you’re startled by a muffled vibration from directly underneath your rear. Holy shit. You’ve had your shitty iPhone 4, in your back pocket this entire time. Regardless, you wouldn't have been able to snake it out from beneath you but the fact that it’s ringing on silent mode, gives you just enough confidence to believe you might get saved. You know it’s Jax trying to get a hold of you.
“Doesn’t matter” you manage to spill out. The two words are all you could say as you clutch onto your mask of composure.
“You won’t receive the same fate.” You whisper, staring ahead. Your eyes glues to an old piece of tape stuck on the wall in front of you as an anchor. You could feel it’s presence right beside you. Feel eyes burning into your flesh.
“Look at me” the low voice says with a sharp hiss.
You clench your jaw. You know you have to face your captor. It’s your best chance for an opportunity to escape or buy yourself more time.
“You see” you start your attempt to distract.
“When you’re in his grip, there will be no such thing as a quick death” you spit the words as you turn, to stare down your opponent.
Your eyes grow wide, the second they make contact with hers. A shriek clambers out of your throat before you can even think to stop it, you try to rationalize what you’re seeing in front of you
“W-what are you!?” You scream at her, as you push yourself back as close as you can against the wooden pillar.
You can’t believe your eyes, as they focus on the woman – no - thing, crouched in front of you.
A smile slowly works its way onto her face. “I always forget how ignorant you humans are…so unaware of what’s lurking in the dark all around you”
She creeps closer, stepping over your legs as she does so.
It wasn’t the fact that her face, lips, arms, her entire body was covered in tattooed lines or that her expression seemed void of any emotion, but it was her eyes. They glowed deep blue. Her silhouette black against the navy hue emanating from her eye sockets. It was unnatural.
“You’re a monster” You utter the words in disbelief, your eyes wide at the creature staring back at you.
She advances again, giving you a better look at her disguised form. It looks starved, deprived of meals.
“A Djinn” her voice echoes as she closes the space between you two. Your mind fills with confusion at her words. You feel her cold touch, gripping your chin. Before closing your eyes due to the blue light blinding you, your eyes focus on her tattoos and how they move… all travelling towards her hand, to her grasp on your face.
Another wave comes rushing through you, but this time it’s peaceful. Not a nauseating sensation but a sense of euphoria. Your eyes roll back, as her toxins continue to seep into your pores. Your mind is abruptly cleared as a moment of clarity hits you. You find yourself in a different world, such as a dream. Your body completely relaxes without instruction. Everything feels… calm. Calm enough to let yourself fall further into the hallucination.
“Grab the girl, I got this!” You hear a deep shout somewhere in the distance, or maybe it’s right in front of you. The now familiar haze in your mind makes it impossible to decipher. Maybe there is no voice at all.
“Dean!” Another voice echoes nearby.
You feel yourself losing consciousness as your hands are suddenly free from their restraints. Your vision starts spinning once again as you feel yourself being lifted from the ground. The motion of being airborne is enough to make you blackout due to being so vertiginous. The last thing you can remember is your arm wrapped around someone’s neck, as this person carries you in theirs. Your fingertips brush against slick, long hair.
“Jax?” you weakly whisper before slipping into the darkness once more.
                                                        ~
“Found it! Jax, I found her!” Juice shouts as he runs through the clubhouse, holding his laptop above his decaled head. Jax, who was just inches from walking out the front door snaps around, his face riddled with worry and downright anger.
“Where!?” The president barks back, his glare piercing juice’s very soul. He wastes no time as he turns, continuing to the railing outside, which is accompanied by several Harleys. Following Jax were his comrades from the SOA crew.
“Her cell just came back into service; the ping shows she’s 40 miles out headed towards Oakland. She’s on the highway right now” Juice said, placing the laptop on the outside bench and reaching for his helmet sitting on his bike.
“Aye, Niners Jackie boy” Chibs speaks as he buckles his own helmet on. Jax looks into his brothers’ eyes with flared nostrils, seething.
“If they fucking touch her- “
“Go get our girl and bring her back!” Bobby interrupts from the club door, hollering at the cavalry of big men in leather kuttes straddling their roaring machines.
“I got this; you guys go!” He motions to the men to head out. The clubhouse is accompanying more and more bodies as Jax had ordered a lock down since the discovery of your disappearance. He has learned his lesson from previous threats, it’s the quickest way to make sure all the women, children and other men of mayhem are accounted for.
Bobby chose to stay back and monitor in case the wrong people came knocking. He was doubtful that this was a distraction tactic but the one thing he did know, is that anything can happen. As he watched the bikers ride out, he was thankful for wearing his black shades, as he would have trouble believing his own concealed expression. There was a chance you weren’t making it back this time, and everyone knew.
One by one, they follow their leader, silently preparing themselves for the worst. Jax however, was preparing for war while struggling with the ongoing battle in his head.
Jax hates, truly hates himself for being selfish. It’s exactly what this is. He hates that each time your life has been in danger, he has to face the picture of standing over top your headstone.
Since you came back to Charming, Jax vowed to serve you, protect you, love you. He knew he was destined to be yours when you told him the life didn’t scare you, just the fear of losing him. You agreed to be his old lady, despite all the risks and stand by his side during all the chaos.
Even though Jax would never leave the club, he wishes he could. Every day he thought about how you deserved more. Just like him, you suffered sleepless nights, restless days, endless dry throat from all the cigarettes you smoked to ease the stress away. He thought about the way you startle each time your cell rings, adrenaline consuming you as you brace yourself to receive bad or very bad news. This life, it too affects you. He’s selfish because he holds your freedom in his hand. A better existence. Fuck, you’d do anything for this man no matter how deep it hurts. Yet, he’ll never set you free. You are the only light in his days of darkness, his one true love. This life isn’t easy, but no matter what, you always look evil right in the eye and challenge it. You’re a fighter, and you fight hard. It’s another reason why he loves you so effortlessly. You’d listen if he told you to walk away, to leave Charming and he knows it, but he also knows he’d find you dead before ever granting you that peace.
He tries his damndest to keep his eyes dry, to override the blue with pure red hate, but regardless of his efforts, the tears fall, disappearing into the wind. He wreaks on the throttle harder, hoping the rumble would drown out his sorrow.
                                                              ~
“Dean, It’s the only antidote we have, that blue eye freak got away. There’s a chance we’ll need this once we find her again and kill her for good.” The agitated voice spoke right beside you.
“Sammy, I’m not saying this again, give her the fucking antidote.” Someone responded from further away. It was hard to tell over the rumble of.. a car?
“Such a waste, we don’t even know her!” You felt a grip tighten around your arm.
“Give it to her, now!”
“Fuck!” You shriek as your arm is stabbed with a needle birthed from a large syringe. The sharp infliction snapped you out of whatever previous fog you were residing in or maybe it was the effect of the content that was administered into you.
“That fucking hurt!” You shout, ripping your arm out of the stranger’s grasp and holding onto the spot that feels like its bruising already.
“Yeah, well it was that or deteriorate due to your blood getting sucked out, disintegrating your brain” He responds, seemingly sarcastic whilst putting the needle away into a bag.
“Jesus Christ” The voice comes from the driver seat. You look over at the rearview mirror in the darkness, suddenly catching a glimpse of deep green eyes accented by freckles as he drives underneath a spotlight. His face disappears as the dark of the night envelopes the inside of the car once more.
You look up at the man who had been manhandling you in the backseat to find him staring back at you.
“I think it worked” Sam says, looking passively towards the driver. You rub your eyes, as if when you open them again, you’d be back home.
“Good, we’ll keep her at the motel. Try and stray the Djinn off her scent.”
“Why? it would make more sense to use her as bait, draw the djinn back in and finish it off.”
“She doesn’t need to be a part of it Sam.”
“She became a part of it when she almost died, Dean.”
As you listen to these men banter your conscience becomes clearer. You have no idea where they were taking you, what had happened to the creature that was apparently about to feed on you, and what the SONS may be doing to find you. With rising confusion, you snapped.
“Who the hell are you guys!?” You blurt out, interrupting their fight. “And what the fuck was that thing back there!?” You point your thumb towards the rear window.
“Because I swear when she touched me, it felt like… I was drifting away...” You shift yourself upwards in the leather seat, well more like a bench, in this vehicle that these men threw you into.
You watch the man who sat in front of you, his broad shoulders rising as he clears his throat.
“What you saw… is what you think you saw” Dean says slowly from up front, locking his eyes with yours from the mirror again. “She’s a monster… and she was trying to kill you”.
“We really giving her the talk right now Dean?” Sam says with his eyebrows raised. You side-eye him, shocked by how comfortable this guy is. You wonder if this is something they’ve done before. “The less people know the better” He continues.
“Might as well, she saw too much and clearly she remembers, don’t you?” Dean asks you.
You rub your forehead with your fingers. This is all too much. This isn’t really happening, is it? You’ve spent the last year running away from thugs, for what? To run straight into the arms of monsters?
You scoff to yourself, then inhale deeply through your nostrils, eyes shut trying to center and organize your thoughts. You’re capable of handling a lot of bullshit, but this is next level. You make a silent agreement to figure out the truth first.
You open your tired eyes, “Alright, one thing at a time.” You mutter just loud enough for them to hear.
“So, you’re Sam?” You point your finger at the long haired, flannel wearing giant who barely fits inside the car. He nodded; his eyes intense as he continued to analyze you. Maybe to see if the antidote was still working.
“Sam Winchester” He speaks up.
“Winchester… okay.” You whisper.
You glance back to the rear mirror, searching for those earthy forest green eyes.
“Dean, is it?” You question him in the dark as he continues driving down the wet highway.
“That’s right sweetheart” You could hear the smirk on his lip, and you barely know the guy… Kidnapper, savior, whatever he is.
you correct him by giving your name. “That’s a pretty name” Dean replies before his brother interjects with a huff.
“We’re brothers, we work this gig together” Sam says.
You pause with your brows raised. “Gig … as in … killing monsters?” you speak slowly, feeling silly even saying the words.
“We hunt monsters, then kill them. It’s sort of a family business” Dean explains.
You stare at him in disbelief, jaw agape. “Okay…” You drawl out.
“The thing that attacked you was a Djinn. They infuse their victims with poison, which acts as a hallucinogen, which you learned. As you dream away, they drain you of blood until you’re all dried up. The poison also seeps into your bloodstream slowly shutting down your entire system, hence why you needed the antidote.” Sam ever so calmly reveals what could have been your fate.
“Right…” You shake your head, still trying to register all that has occurred. It doesn’t help that every time you close your eyes, you see that blue haze, scouring the inside of your eyelids like veins.  Just as you’re about to question more, a white sign with black fonts catches your eye as you speed by.
“OAKLAND”
“Wait, wait, where are you guys going?” Your voice starts to raise as your panic quickly surfaces.
As if Dean can hear the unease in your tone, he responds softly.
“Back to our motel. You gotta stay there and we’ll go back out and finish the job. We’ll take you home when it’s safe”.
You hear Sam scoff.
“Yeah no, I think I’ll manage just fine on my own actually. We need to turn around and head back to Charming, like now”.  You turn looking out the back window wondering if Niners are trailing the impala.
“Oh yeah? Being tied up to a pillar is how you manage? How’d that work out again?” Dean questions, tearing his eyes from the road and meeting your gaze with furrowed brows.
“Yeah, thanks for saving me, I get it” You spit back with your arms crossed, shooting a glare at Sam who clearly didn’t want to give you the antidote. He shrugs his shoulders back at you.
“But listen, I’ve got bigger problems on my tail than this monster you guys are hunting, I need to get back to Samcro” You demand, catching Dean's eyes in yours.
“I can’t do that” he says matter-of-factly as if he actually has control over you.
“Hah” You laugh out loud. “Little do you know we’re probably being hunted right now” you say with a grin.
“What are you talking about?” Sam turns to you.
“I deal with real monsters on a daily basis, your worst nightmare is my constant” You speak with one brow raised. “Have you ever heard of a group called Sons of Anarchy?”
Dean stared at you through the mirror, you could just see his half smile cracking, showing a little bit of his perfect teeth “Oh? Those old boys that ride scooters?” he chuckles.
And it was as if Dean had summoned Jax Teller, the Reaper himself because there it comes. The loud rumble of the Harleys, sounding like the impending hoof beats of the horsemen of the apocalypse arriving on the battlegrounds of war.
“We got company” Sam states, as he crawls over the seat from the back to join Dean in the front, he opens up the glovebox and pulls out a pistol.
“Guys, guys just pull over” you try to suppress the panic in your throat. The last thing you need tonight is to get caught in the middle of a full-blown drive by.
Just like that, the men in kutte open fire while they gain speed. That’s their first warning to the brothers to pull over. They intentionally miss the impala as they presume you’re inside.
“Fuck that” Dean curses as he slams on his brake causing an ear-piercing squeal followed by the stink of burning tires - a sharp punch to the nose.
“Jesus!” You spit as you hold onto the seat in front of you to brace yourself.
“Stay in the car” Dean commands as he and his brother step out, slamming the doors behind them.
“For fucks sakes” you mutter underneath your breath as you attempt to crawl over the seat yourself.
The Harleys come to a screech themselves as the men all then quickly step off their steeds. Each one, reaching and pulling out their weapons to point at the brothers. The sounds of Glocks being cocked simultaneously, echo into the night.
Sam and Dean follow suit, raising their own guns, facing the crew.
“Jackie boy, these guys are looking a little too white to be niners” The Scotsman shouts to his president.
“She’s with them” Jax murmurs lowly. His skin screaming, he knows you’re in the impala, he can feel it. He takes his helmet off before hanging it on the clutch.
The blonde man is yet to be armed as he plucks a cig from his pack in an all too calm manner. He slows his strides as he walks over to the brothers in his famous swag, one white sneaker in front of the other. He places his smoke in between his lips before pausing to light the end. His sharp framed face looks eerie, as the light from the flame casts shadows across his cheekbones.
In the still air the crackle of his intake is loudly audible. The smoke drifting from his nostrils before he exhales
His stance expelled power. His feet planted widely apart from each other, one hand to his mouth assisting his smoke. The other clutching his belt buckle. He let his hand fall down, exhaling once more before breaking the silence and the hair-pulling tension.
“Give her to me” He finally speaks, in a low haunting tone. His eyebrows raise with his words before furrowing. He can see your shadow moving in the vehicle, bringing an instant blanket of relief over him.
“Not gunna happen, pretty boy. Unlike you guys, trafficking isn’t really our style.” Dean spits out, never wavering his raised hand, gripping his gun. He can only assume these guys wanted to hurt you, that they used you for whatever needs they required. The fact that they’re chasing you down, guns out, demanding for you like some piece of property, enraged him to his very core. He never liked gangs to begin with but a biker gang? What a joke. He’s familiar with the Sons of Anarchy as he’s a man of research whenever he goes into any new town to hunt. Within moments of searching up Charming, the notorious Men of Mayhem found their way onto the Google search page. They seem to cause trouble, attend a charity here and there, then more trouble again. Their reputation, other than running a consensual brothel which is right up Deans ally, bothers him.
Jax lets out a chuckle, flicking his lit bud to the side of the road. Before it can land onto the wet concrete, Jax pulls out his own piece and points it right at the shorter, dark-haired brother. The taller one flinches at his motions, looking over at Dean. Jax could tell he was trying to read his face, to navigate their game plan.
The Impala door squeaks open, and a light thud sounds as you stumble onto the road as you pull yourself out.
“Wait! Don’t shoot” You call out, causing all the men to turn their attention to you. Jax’s breathing stops as he watches you approach him.
Abruptly, Sam puts his hand across your torso, blocking you from your path; his other still holding the gun.
“Get your fucking hand off of her” Jax then points the gun at Sam as the men behind him holler with rage.
“Move” you mutter as you shove his hand off, continuing towards Jax unphased as you walk to him in line of his weapon.
Dean calls out your name, watching you walk to the leader, his heart pounding while thinking the worst.
Jax scowled at the sound of your name coming out of another man's mouth. He keeps his eyes on Dean as he clutches your waists and pulls you into him. The brothers seemed utterly perplexed that you weren’t a target; more so a member.
With a scowl still residing on his face, he finally breaks the eye contact from Dean to you.
“You okay Darlin’?” He murmurs to you as you lean into him.
“Yeah, I’m fine, get them to put their guns away Jax” you motion to the armed crew behind him “they didn’t hurt me” He tilts his head at you with confusion, his icy cobalt eyes scanning your face.
You turn to the brothers, their concern growing. You knew they didn’t want them knowing about their... occupation. You remembered what Sam said earlier “The less people know, the better”
You look back at your dark prince.
“They saved me Jax, I was tied up in a house” you start to explain “I’m pretty sure it was the Niners, but… I can’t remember shit” you rub your head as you blatantly lie through your teeth.
The brothers were first to lower their guns, Dean raising his hands in surrender.
“She’s telling the truth” He says, speaking directly to Jax.
“We were in the area, heard her screaming, thought we’d check it out.”  Sam explains.
“Did you see them?” Jax asks, clutching your waist tighter, bringing his gun down.
“No, by the time we showed up, it was just her'' Sam pitches. “We untied her, carried her out of the house, just trying to help her”.
“Aye, and what were the two of you planning on doing to ... help her?” Chibs spoke out as he grabs his scarred cheeks, trying to conceal the pure hell boiling internally. He doesn’t trust these guys as far as he can throw them. Nothing about this made sense.
Dean scoffs, shaking his head. “She might be right, maybe they do see worse shit than we do” he says, mumbling to his taller brother.
With a dry chuckle, Sam responds “Yeah, you’re telling me”.
Jax releases you, as he tucks away his piece before sliding both hands into his pockets motioning his chin at them with his jaw clenched.
“Wanna tell me why you two are driving around Charming in some shit impala then? Besides searching for women in distress?” Jax speaks sharply, his words laced with hostility.
Dean closes his eyes slowly, his hand curling into a fist. “Shit impala” being repeated in his head. That car is his baby.
“We’re just driving through; we’ll be out of here by tomorrow” Sam intercepts knowing damn well his brother is still trying to recover from that comment.
“Tonight” Jax demands through gritted teeth. He wanted these men out of sight. It didn’t add up, the Niners haven’t had beef with the SONS. Why were you taken? Why did you stay with them? Did they make you feel safe? Was he not enough?
“Tsk” the click of Dean's tongue echoes down the highway before he purses his lips.
“Or what?” he says with a half-smile. He couldn’t help it, he liked to get under people's skin and there was something about Jax that just pissed him right off. It was the entitlement, or maybe it was the fact that you were so calm about the matter, around guns, around bad men. He wondered what kinds of hell they put you through in order to be so tough-skinned.
“Fuck around and you’ll find out” Opie utters, stalking up to join his blood brother in their battle of wills against these two posers. Settling his deadly glare on the taller one with the mop of hair on his head.
“Oh, like how you found her?” Dean snaps back, his voice a deep rasp. “Maybe you should take better care of your women or better yet, maybe I should stay in town, just to make sure she stays alive, cause if it wasn’t for us buddy, she’d be cold by now.” He motions his index finger at you.
Your President jerks forward but before he can get his hands on Dean standing in front of him, you shove yourself in his path, grabbing his kutte in fistfuls. Glaring at his brothers over his shoulder to back down.
“Jax” you breathe, looking up at him “They’re not a threat!”
“I really don’t give a shit” He says, leveling you with his dark eyes. That’s when you know he’s plotting his revenge for you later on. Disappearing doesn’t go unpunished, even if you were kidnapped.
You swallow hard. This isn’t the man that was smitten by you, how his eyes would sparkle at the sight of you, the man that appreciated hearing your two cents, the man that would softly ask you to listen to him when he was frustrated, no. This was the Reaper, and he’s very unforgiving. You know when you’re out of bounds with him, and as of right now you’re on the tipping edge. You blink rapidly realizing just how affected he is by the words spat by Dean. You release his kutte from your hands, feeling his anger radiating from his body. Before you can speak, he cuts you off.
“Sit your ass down on the bike and shut your mouth” he says to you coldly.
That was a direct order. You’re grateful for the dark of the night as it hides the growing red in your cheeks. You hate when he embarrasses you in front of his soldiers like that. You can feel the looks of concern settling on you, the men in kutte don’t particularly like it either but, that’s what being an old lady entails and you signed up for it.
Dean watches you with Jax, his entire body tense with rage. He can’t even begin to understand the relationship you share with this man. He can’t fathom how you’re a part of a gang. You seemed so innocent, so defenseless tied up to that pillar in the cellar. Yet here you stand, next to the President of murderers. Hell, he barely knows you but for some reason, he doesn’t want to leave you there. Not until he knows for sure, that you truly feel safe.
The air is so silent you could hear a pin drop. You slowly make your way over to Jax’s Harley, quietly slipping on his helmet and swinging a leg over the seat. You keep your gaze down, eyes locking onto a little pebble sitting by the kickstand of Jax's bike.
Jax analyzes Dean, how he watches your every step. He grows more and more infuriated as he witnesses Dean struggling not to call out to you, like he thinks he’s some knight in shining armor ready to rescue you from the Dark Prince you’ve seemed to settle with. It looks as if he is worried about you. And Jax simply doesn’t like that.
“Hey, you gunna be okay?” your head snapped up at Dean who called out to you. His forehead creased with lines as he awaited your response. His carelessness was going to get him killed.
“Don’t fucking talk to her” Jax shouts as Opie intervened, standing in between.
“Ill be fine” you responded to Dean in the smallest voice, that it squeezed his heart. You feel guilt rising as you deliberately ignore the glare from Jax for disobeying his orders.
“Tonight it is then” Sam states, not wanting to pursue this any further. His focus was on hunting, not this ‘who’s dick is bigger’ pit fest. He turns to Dean, nodding his head to the impala. “Let’s go”.
Dean remains in his stance, his eyes flicker back at Jax once more, letting out a scoff before following Sam.
“Hey brother, we’ve got the clubhouse on lockdown still. We should get back.” Opie turns to face Jax, trying to read his expression.
“Time to let these wankers get on the road aye?” Chibs joins in. “She’s safe n with us now”
Jax stares at the mystery brothers with his brows furrowed. Absorbing all the details of their features, their car, their potential baggage. He would be sure to remember them if they ever step foot near his town again and more importantly, come near you.
Nothing more had to be said between the standoff of Jax and Dean, their eyes said enough. Jax turns, patting Opie’s chest. “Let’s go brother” he commands.
Collectively the men begin to board their steeds.
You peer up from your lashes, feeling his presence as he walks towards you. He slips his black leather gloves on and by surprise he grips your face, squeezing your cheeks together before giving you a hard kiss.
It’s clear he is marking his territory in front of the brothers; you really aren’t sure why he’s so threatened by the two. You deal with perverse men on the daily, but Jax very seldom had this reaction. He releases your cheeks, glaring towards Dean as he stood watching the two of you before opening the impala door. Once Jax sits on the Harley, you wrap your arms around his waist.
Discreetly you look at the Impala once more, to see Dean looking back at you through his side mirror. You wanted to tell him that you’re thankful he saved your life, to tell him that you’re safe in this club. Well for the most part anyways. You wanted to apologize for the way the sons greeted them. But you knew this was the last interaction you’d have with the Winchesters.
Your heart sinks when the engine turns over. You don’t like this feeling of uncertainty residing within you. You have so much more to learn about, this whole deal with monsters? Is this Djinn still tracking you down? Are you watching the only people that could protect you, drive away out of town, out of your life? You’re left with so many questions and an atmosphere that makes you feel incredibly alone.
The machine below you roars to life, rumbling underneath you, the sound growing louder as Jax steers around. He then squeezes the clutch, and revs his engine, causing the tires to spin out spitting up gravel on the side of the highway which coincidentally patters the rear of the impala before heading back to the direction they came from.
BANG!
Your shoulders dip, your ears ring slightly at the sound of a gun going off. You frantically release one hand off Jax, to turn and look behind you, the wind causing your hair to blow across your face. Your eyes scan, as you’re worried that they had killed the brothers. Tig was the last one following the comrade, holstering his Glock with a smirk across his face. With a sigh of relief, you see Sam step out of the impala, to inspect what appeared to be a side mirror blown into pieces on the ground.
The last thing you saw was Dean stepping out with his hands behind his head, before dropping his arms in frustration. You truly feel bad for them, they don’t deserve this treatment. Surely anyone who offers a hand in protecting your life would be put on a pedestal by Jax but this time, it seemed as if death was as good a reward as any. You feel his chuckle through his kutte, as he’s pleased with Tig’s style of amusement. You place your hands back around Jax, pressing your cheek up against his back. With shut eyes, you try to mentally prepare yourself for the chaos awaiting you back at the clubhouse.
But due to the exhaustion of the night, you drift in and out of sleepiness on the way back to Charming, your mind replaying the scene of those deep green eyes, accented by freckles underneath the passing streetlights.

Aim for the head Part 1
Tumblr media
I just thought what would be to the club if the walking dead invaded the streets of Charming. It would be probably quite a long one, but we'll se how it goes. Feel free to express your opinion on this kind of stuff
Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6
-----
Now in the course of time Chibs couldn’t really tell how it all started. It seemed that they’ve just came back from Ireland and Clay, Jax and others were out of prison, and the club was seriously discussing drug traffic, and the new sheriff seemed the main problem. And now a year later, club became one of the rare groups of survivors, and TM car service – a real fortress in the dead Charming.
That morning a year ago it all went as usual, everyone gathered in the clubhouse for a vote, but suddenly Jax’s phone rang and sons, sitting around the table heard Tara’s voice, high and loud with fear. They knew something awful happened. Something that wasn’t even possible to realize.
"Something’s going on in St. Thomas.  We have to go there." Jax said, making his way outside. Others followed, silent and tense.
Further actions were going on in some dreadful daze, as if it was some kind of movie. Yet it wasn’t. Sons parked their bikes in front of the hospital and hurried inside as people – patients and medics - screaming and crying, were rushing in the opposite direction, some of them covered in blood.
"Tara!" Jax called, running along the corridor. Inside it was all a mess, broken furniture, blood on the floor and walls.
Some noise could be heard in one of the exam rooms they were passing by. Chibs stopped, pulling his gun out of the holster and carefully opened the door, peeking into the room. He saw a man in a hospital robe, sitting on his knees, bending over the body dressed in medical robe. Telford thought a guy might need help.
"Hey you, what…" He started, but before he could finish his question the man, or whatever it was, turned around, groaned as some kind of a beast and began to walk towards Chibs. His face was covered in blood, a piece of flesh hanging from the corner of his mouth, his eyes pale, with no sign of life in them. He was moving slowly and clumsy, but his hands were stretched out towards Chibs, fingers scratching air. It was so unreal, so disgusting and creepy that Filip couldn’t move for couple of seconds, but his instincts then woke up even earlier than his mind, he shoot couple of times, and in some kind of a slow motion he saw, how bullets ripped the flesh on this creature’s chest. Yet it didn’t even stop, didn’t even notice and just kept moving forward. “Yer bastard” Chibs muttered, aiming higher and making another shot, this time in the middle of monster’s forehead. Somehow it helped, creature stopped, rocking from side to side slightly and fell on the floor.
Filip took a deep breath, trying to wrap his mind around this scene; he couldn’t even imagine something like that in a real life. But there was no time to keep processing this information, as he heard fast heavy footsteps from around the corner where his brothers went, and in the next moment he saw them running, Jax holding Tara’s hand, yelling to others “We’re leaving! Call everyone; they have to get to TM as fast as possible with all of their families!”
Chibs joined sons as they were rushing towards the exit, pulling his phone out. As they made their way to the parking, Telford, Clay and Tig managed  to call everyone who wasn’t in the. Driving along the streets of Charming Chibs saw many scared, hurt people and he really wanted to help them, but he also saw same creatures as the one he hopefully killed in the hospital, so he knew there’s not much sons could do before they really understand what’s going on.
The TM’s parking was crowded, every member of SAMCRO and their families were now there waiting for the members of the club to come back. People were scared; people were confused as much as Chibs himself.  Gates were opened to let Jax and others in and closed as fast as possible. “What happened?” “What’s going on?” people kept asking, but Clay hopped off his bike and raised his arm.
"Quiet!" He said firmly. "Members – inside, others – wait. We need time to discuss. Tara, come, you have all the information."
Noise around ceased as the club members headed inside, followed by Tara. Guys sat around the table looking at each other with a question in their eyes. “Did you see this?” was this question but no one dared to ask it out loud. Everyone had another question for themselves – have I gone mad?
"Tara, speak." Clay stated as everyone shifted their gaze on her.
"There’s not much I can tell." She was standing behind Jax, her fingers gripping the back of his chair. – It was a usual day in the hospital, they asked me to check a man in the ER who was attack by some homeless on the street. I went down there and saw a man with a bite on his arm, quite a bad bite I must admit. As I was preparing to stitch him, he suddenly went insane; he attacked the nurse and when she tried to leave the room – followed her to the corridor. I locked the door and called Jax, and as I was waiting for you to come, he attacked several other people in the corridor. I don’t know what was going on there, only heard some noise, scream and so on.
"I got it." Clay nodded and looked at Chibs. "You were shooting. Why?"
"I…" Chibs cleared his throat wondering if he’s really gonna say it. But he probably had to. "I heard a noise from the exam room and as you went further, I stopped to check. There was some creature, it was… Ugh, it was eating someone! And he noticed me, he turned to me and walked my direction, trying to get me. I put two bullets in bastards chest but he didn’t even notice. Only when I shot it in the head it fell down and I still have no fucking idea if it’s really dead."
Everyone was silent, not even looking at each other, everyone knew what Filip saw in the hospital and what they saw on the streets. And no matter how crazy it was, there was only one explanation to it.
"Okay." Juice broke the silence finally. He was younger than the rest of the club and it was probably easier for him to believe this incredible thought. "I think we have no other option than to admit… Those people became… well, let’s call it zombie."
Sons looked at Ortiz and each of them was trying to find any fact that could prove him wrong, and no one could find any. The guy in the hospital was bitten by some homeless, he then bit several people in St. Thomas who ran outside and by the time guys were going back to the clubhouse they already saw several “zombies”. It proved that this virus or whatever it was is spreading way too fast. Now what the club had to do is to find any way to protect their people.
It was almost a year ago. And in these past months guys learned how to avoid zombies or, how they called those bastards – empties. They knew now that the empties are attracted by the noise so it was vital to be as quiet as possible using barrel silencers and avoid riding bikes when it was possible.  They also soon found out that “aim for the head” is not just a phrase from zombie movies. Club made its main priority at first to make their clubhouse territory as safe and fortified as possible, build a buffer zone around the gate to have opportunity to go in and out safe, harden the walls of their fortress and place watchtowers around so every moment the surroundings of the clubhouse was under control.  They also used some space in the yard to make a small garden with vegetables and to keep chickens. The car service was rebuilt to give a place to sleep for everyone in separate and common rooms.
While the mobile phones were still working, Clay contacted Mayans and 9ers to coordinate their actions. Every club was accepting people in their shelter, just random citizens who couldn’t leave Charming for some reasons, so three clubs divided the city in three parts to take care of people there and to gather supplies. They also visited St. Thomas all together to spread medicaments between gangs. Surprisingly, there was not such a big deal to make those agreements as everyone was trying to unite in front of the common problem. And expectedly the police was not really helpful, as the police office was one of the first places invaded by the empties.
Life in the clubhouse was slowly getting to something that could be called almost normal. There was the only thing that was bothering some of club’s members. Clay and Gemma’s daughter, Y/N, was somewhere out there in the big world, crowded with dozens of empties as several years ago she left to San Francisco. Many times club members discussed what can be done to get her back here, but they all knew – it was impossible as she could’ve been anywhere now.
It was Chibs’ turn that day to stay on the watchtower by the gates of the clubhouse. He was leaned against the tower wall, cigarette in the corner of his lips, sniper rifle placed next to him; he was watching the street lazily. Several empties were dangling around but it didn’t really bother Telford. Club decided that spending bullets on every single empty was wrong, so they shot those bastards around the base only before someone was about to go to another raid or another ride. Telford was thinking about the future, is there any chance that somehow everything will get back to normal? Is there any possibility to stop empties? He was worried, because lately there started to appear some new forms of monsters, faster and stronger than usual ones, who knows, what else can happen.
Filip’s attention was suddenly caught by some uncommon movement from the left, down the street. He raised his riffle and looked through the optical sight. A woman was moving fast towards the clubhouse, she had a big knife which she used to kill empties she met on her way, and Chibs could swear she knew how to deal with these bastards. He was curious who she was and what she was doing here in Charming, everyone who could leave left ages ago and those who couldn’t were now living in this clubhouse or with other two gangs and it was doubtful that anyone would visit Charming by their own will. As the girl got closer, Filip felt some sense of recognition. Her face seemed similar to him and only mud on it made it hard to realize who she was. Several moments later he finally understood.
"Get ready to open the gate on my command!" He said to one of the prospects downside and aimed for the empty that was quite close to the girl. As the monster fell down, the girl looked up in the direction of the shot and smiled. Chibs, who was now the only one to know she’s back, smiled as well and a moment later eliminated another monster.
"What’s going on there?" Clay’s voice was heard from the doorway of the clubhouse, but Telford didn’t answer. He was busy, clearing the way for the girl, and she was now running towards the gate.
"Open the gate, Ratboy!" Telford commanded soon, as Y/N was about to enter.
The prospect obeyed, even though Clay was rushing towards him to stop him at least before Chibs explained what’s going on. But the president stopped half his way, shocked by the sight opened to him. Telford remained in his post, unable to see what followed, but he could imagine the happy reunion of the family. He heard Clay’s and Gemma’s voices as they were leading their daughter to the clubhouse.
Only in the evening when his duty was over, Chibs had an opportunity to welcome Y/N back. He found her in the clubhouse, sitting on the couch, her hair still wet after shower, Gemma’s clothes she put on way too big for her little body. Telford was stunned for couple of moments; he couldn’t believe how she grew up. When she left five years ago she was almost a child, only 18, and now Y/N became young beautiful woman. He forced himself to leave these thoughts behind, came closer to her and smiled.
"Y/N, can’t believe you managed to get here alone from the San Francisco! Glad to see you though." – Chibs sat in the armchair and lit a cigarette.
"I wasn’t alone during some parts of my journey." Y/N smiled back at him. "Thank you for assisting the last moments of it, Fillip. It was you on that watchtower, right?"
Filip nodded and stretched his body, tensed after hours of standing still up there. Somehow he was glad it was him to be the first son to know about Y/N comeback.
"Tell me, how did you survive? It was a mess here in Charming for the first weeks and I can’t even imagine how bad it could be in a city with thousands of people." He asked after he poured himself some scotch.
"I was lucky to join my college mate. When we saw some shit on the street and realized what it really was, we jumped in the car and left the city before it became impossible. Then in the countryside we had do split up, as he was heading to his hometown as well. I found a map on the gas station and some food and started my journey. Can you give me a cigarette?" Y/N suddenly interrupted her story and after Chibs gave her one, continued. "For some time I was just walking in the set direction, trying to avoid crawlers."
"Crawlers?" Chibs raised his brow in surprise
"I call them crawlers… They crawl around blindly, you know…" Y/N looked confused. "How do you call them?"
"Empties… I named the first one I killed that because his eyes were… empty." Chibs smirked, he still remembered that scene in St. Thomas. "But please, continue."
"Then I met a group of survivors who was going the same way and joined them.  Good people, Neal and Gina Stone - married couple and their two grown up sons, Russell and Tyler. They were really kind to me, we were helping each other and for couple of months stayed together." Y/N paused and took a drag from her cigarette. Chibs waited for her to continue, but already knew, something bad happened. As a proof for his thoughts she said. "Then… once we stopped for the night in an abandoned gas station, a huge bunch of crawlers attacked us."
Y/N went silent again, and Chibs saw how hard it was for her to talk about it. He understood her well, in this past year sons lost several people and even with all of their guns, there sometimes wasn’t much they can do against a big group of empties. He covered her palm with his own, trying to calm her down.
"You don’t have to tell me if it’s hard for you. I understand." He stated quietly.
She sobbed and nodded. – I was outside in the woods, gathering some benches for the fire, and when I came back it was all over. If it wasn’t my turn to go for supplies I would’ve been dead…
"It’s bad those good people are gone, Y/N. But I’m glad you are here now. Your parents and Jax couldn’t stop thinking of you, we were really considering a ride to find you." Chibs tried to distract her somehow and it probably helped.
"You guys are absolutely crazy here." She smirked and shook her head "How on earth could you find me, even if I stayed in San Francisco, in such a big city without any even approximate direction. I’m glad you decided to leave this idea. It would’ve been a suicide mission."
"Now I’m glad we didn’t go. But I think you worth any risk to be honest, lass." Chibs didn’t know why he said that, just felt this way. He would have no doubt if he needed to risk himself to save this girl.
The door opened and Clay entered, accompanied with Tig and Happy, who just came back from another raid for supplies. Every time sons had to go further and further to find something useful. This time it seemed guys were lucky to find quite a good amount of canned food, some alcohol and cigarettes. And as it was very good day for the club Clay decided to through a party. So very soon the clubhouse was full of people, dancing, drinking and laughing. Chibs and Y/N had to stop their conversation and join the others.
In several weeks sons gathered around their table again, they needed to discuss a new issue – nothing was heard from 9ers for couple of days, although usually members of each gang used to leave some signs for others on the border of their territory during every outing for supplies. It could be anything – if anyone needed help with some food or materials, they could leave a note for other clubs and usually got what they needed, or if something unusual was seen by one gang, they left information for others and so on. And for almost a week there were nothing from 9ers. Even Alvarez and his people left a note for sons, letting them know that Mayans didn’t hear anything from the third part. So guys gathered around the table to decide whether it would be a good decision to enter 9ers territory and find out what happened.
To the surprise of those present, Y/N was also there. She was sitting quietly on the chair in the corner of the room. The presence of any woman here during any discussion was so unusual that Chibs couldn’t hide a question in his eyes, when he looked at Clay. Others seemed to wait for an answer from their president as well.
"I asked Y/N to join us, because she knows more about empties and how to survive around them better than anyone here." Clay said, looking on his brothers carefully. He was the first one to stand against breaking any rule the club had, but the circumstances changed a lot. While we were sitting here in our safe house, with all of our guns and people, she was out there walking alone most of the last year, and hardly she had any safe place to stay. So I thought it might be useful to ask for her advice. I expect we’ll meet something bad at 9ers territory. Furthermore, I’m afraid, soon we’ll have to go further and further, outside of Charming in order to get supplies."
Nobody answered, Chibs just nodded, he knew Clay was right, he also saw his brothers nodding as well. Everyone understood, they were lucky to have such a safe shelter, but one day they will have to start leaving in for longer than several hours. Local shops, drug stores, hardware stores and other places with useful stuff were now all empty.  And the clubhouse needed new resources to keep people safe, fed and healthy.
"Okay. If there are no objections, let us begin." Clay said after awhile. "We should now decide whether we go to niners territory to check on them. Yay or nay."
Everyone voted positive. Everyone knew that something bad happened with 9ers and didn’t want to let it spread all over Charming.
"Good. Now let’s decide who will go." Clay looked around, while sons were all silent.
"I’ll go." Chibs stated firmly. He had nothing to lose, no family, nothing at all
"Me too." Tig said and closed his eyes.
"I’ll go too" Jax was determined to join his brothers but Telford had other opinion
"No way Jacky Boy." He shook his head. "You have a family, your wife, your sons they need you."
"I agree" Clay sighed. " You better stay, Jax. We all know you will risk your life for this club, but it’s not that case."
"I hate you, guys" Jax smirked but didn’t argue.
"I’ll join you." Said Juice finally. He was young and probably scared of going there, but he was a good brother as well and wanted to help
"I’m in." Happy as usual didn’t see use in many words.
"Nay, Hap. Think of your mom." Chibs declined and Happy couldn’t disagree. His old mother needed her son.
"So, there are three of you, I think we need one more and we’re done." Clay stated
There was silence for several moments and then the voice from the corner made everyone jump, as sons almost forgot about Y/N.
"I will go there too." She said, rising from her chair. "There might be many crawlers out there if what I think happened. I know how to deal with big groups."
"But…" Chibs looked up at Y/N and then at Clay, trying to find any arguments against her decision. He just couldn’t stand the very thought of her being put to danger. And couldn’t explain his reaction even to himself. "You’ve just came back here, just started to feel safe and you want to go out there again? Let us deal with it for you."
"I’m grateful for it, Filip, but I’ve been there, I know what to do in case of danger." Y/N shook her head and looked at Clay "Dad, I will go. I can help."
Clay hesitated for couple of moments. He couldn’t believe he will send his own daughter to this dangerous mission. But she was the one to survive outside for almost a year. Finally he nodded and hit the table with his wooden hammer.
"Chibs, you are in charge of the group" He said after a moment, while sons started leaving the room one by one - Be ready to go in two hours. Better take bikes, you don’t need to carry much stuff and bikes are more maneuverable.
Telford nodded shortly and left as well. He needed some time to calm down a bit. Making his way outside of the clubhouse he lit a cigarette and took a deep drag on it, then let the smoke out slowly. He needed to stop being afraid, otherwise he won’t be able to lead the group, to think strait. And now he was really scared. He couldn’t believe Y/N would be put to danger so fast after coming back home. For those past few weeks he was spending a lot of time with her, their duties on watch towers were often at the same time, so they could talk about her life outside and about what happened in the club. Chibs told Y/N how Opie died, when he and Jax were out for supplies. They entered one of the grocery stores, while Jax was checking the fridges, Opie went to the storage on the back. There was an empty. Just one bastard. But he attacked suddenly, right when Opie opened the door and bit him on the neck. Jax had to shoot his best friend, as by that time sons knew – it takes from twenty minutes to two hours for virus to turn you into the monster.
The more Filip was spending time with Y/N the more he felt attracted to her, even though he tried to keep those thoughts away. She was a beautiful, smart young lady with a perfect sense of humor; she was still caring and gentle, no matter how rough her past year was. Talking to her late at nights felt so good and calming. And now she would go outside with him, Tig and Juice, and Fillip was terrified. He couldn’t even imagine what he would do if she gets hurt and he won’t be able to help. So Chibs knew he should be as cold-blooded as possible.
The door of the club house opened and Y/N came out, light smile on her lips as if she wasn’t even nervous. She sat next to Chibs on the bench and lit a cigarette as well.
"Why are you so tensed, Filip?" She looked him in the eyes.
"I’m just worried about you, lass. What if I can’t protect you out there?" He frowned.
"You don’t have to. I really appreciate it, but I can protect myself. I know how to survive." Y/N covered his palm with her own, sending shivers down his spine, and smiled gently. "Don’t worry, we’ll be okay."
Chibs didn’t know what to answer. She was right, but the only thought he might lose her made his blood run cold. By this point he had to admit it – he had feelings for her. Chibs didn’t expect it from himself. He hardly ever thought of being with someone for many years now. He once had family, wife and daughter and it was all gone. Several attempts to start new relationships didn’t work and he forgot about it concentrating on club needs and issues. Before Y/N came back. Now he felt it again, this worry inside when he was thinking about this lass, this awe when she was near or touched him. And despite all this, Chibs also knew for sure, those feeling should be hidden and locked deep in his heart.
"We have to go get ready for the mission." Y/N said finally, distracting Chibs from his gloomy thoughts. He nodded and they both went back to the club house, to their rooms to get everything they might need.
In an hour the group gathered on the parking lot. They put on proper clothes – lightly armored pants and long-sleeves with carbon inserts that could protect them from any accidental bite but couldn’t of course stop the heavy attack of the empties. Guys also got their silenced guns and Y/N had her big bowie knife in the scabbard on her hip.
"You don’t have a gun?" Chibs frowned. On his opinion it was better to keep as long distance with empties as possible.
"You don’t find many gun shops out there, you know. So I’m used to this knife, it can be even more effective than your guns. Don’t worry about me, Filip!" Y/N shook her head and touched his shoulder. "Can I ride with you?"
He could only nod to her question, there were no arguments left, she knew what to do and she was more confident than any other member of their team. Sons got on their bikes, Y/N sat behind Chibs and wrapper her arms around his waist, holding tightly. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath before he was able to even move. Then the group left the safe house and headed towards the 9ers territory.
Streets were as usual empty, except for the empties, which were slowly walking out of their holes, attracted by the roar of three bikes. They were too slow though, so Chibs, Tig, Juice and Y/N had nothing to worry about so far. Couple of times they met quite a big group of empties, but managed to drive around them by the nearby streets.
"We better leave bikes couple of blocks away from niners’ base" Y/N said to Chibs’ ear and he nodded.
That’s what they did. Two blocks before the 9ers safehouse, Chibs parked his bike on the roadside, Tig and Juice followed his lead. Several empties were moving slowly and clumsy towards the group, so several accurate shots left them finally dead lying on the ground. There soon would be more of them, the sound of engines was heard far away and dozens of monsters were now crawling to the direction it went from, but for now the group was safe. They would have to deal with this problem later.
"We should go. There were still no signs of niners so far and I’m afraid those crawlers got them." Y/N said, looking at Chibs, Tig and Juice. "I’ve seen this before and heard about shelters crowded by its former residents. One bitten man who didn’t tell his mates about the bite is enough to turn a safe house into hell. So we will probably see the same situation. Be ready to leave as soon as we have enough information."
"I’m afraid this girl is right… When Kozik… you know…" Tig started but couldn’t continue. Chibs and Juice seemed to understand what he’s talking about, but Y/N didn’t even know who this Kozik was and what happened to him. She didn’t ask anything, it wasn’t the right moment for another long tragic story.
"Let’s go, guys." Chibs made a move with his hand, pulled the gun out of the holster and headed along the street towards the 9ers shelter.
Others followed, moving quietly and slowly, looking around carefully. They’ve met several empties on their way, nothing special, just the usual dumb slow creatures. Those who were trying to attack were killed by a bullet of by the accurate fast hit of the bowie knife. The more Chibs saw how Y/N deal with her weapon the more he understood how this young lass survived. This knife was not just a piece of metal, but an extension of her body. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t think before she made another hit, piercing another monster’s head. It seemed so natural, as if she was taught to kill empties from her childhood.
Finally they saw the gates of 9ers base. Unlike Sons, 9ers chose to turn an old big lumber yard into their shelter. Massive wooden fence was lined with thick metal sheets, making it impossible for any monster to crawl inside. But it couldn’t save from those who appear in the shelter. Gates were closed and no one could be seen on the watch towers around.
"How do we get inside?" Tig asked, looking around.
"We have to climb over the fence" Juice suggested. And he was right, the fence was quite high but together they would pass it.
"We should get to one of the towers; it would be easier to get down on the opposite side." Chibs nodded, hiding his gun and made his way towards the fence. "Come here, lass, I’ll hoist you first and then the others."
Y/N followed Chibs and soon climbed up the wall with his help. She grabbed onto the platform of the watch tower and pulled herself up on it. Standing up she looked around and sighed. Soon Juice, Tig and Chibs climbed on the tower as well and now all four were watching 9ers downstairs. Or those who were 9ers, as now the entire base was infested by the empties, slowly crawling around.
"They’re all gone?" Juice whispered, shocked. Nobody answered. It was obvious. But he still couldn’t believe "How could it happen?"
"I told you how." Y/N sighed and looked at Ortiz "Probably one of them was bitten, but decided not to tell anyone. It all depends on when he turned. If there was no one around at the moment, they’ve got one crawler inside and they didn’t expect it, so being relaxed they became easy targets for the monster. And then it started spreading exponentially."
For several minutes they kept standing on the tower, watching what was a shelter before. Sons thought about the situation with Kozik and that their own club house could be the same if they were not so lucky. And Y/N thought about the shelter she found on her way. Stones, the family she joined, told her that there was a safe place where people were living in peace and had everything they needed. The Promised Land they called it. They even told Y/N an approximate coordinates of this place, they were dreaming to get there and settle, to have a normal life again. So after a tragedy, when those wonderful people were gone, Y/N decided to visit this so to call promised land, luckily it was on her way. And when she got there, it was not as beautiful as Stones used to tell her. It was a settlement with no man alive in it. Only crawlers, former citizens turned into, were walking along the streets. So Y/N new, it could happen with any, even good fortified and reliable, base if only people would let themselves think they are completely safe inside the walls.
"We should leave." Chibs stated finally "We’ll discuss what to do with this place, for now empties are locked inside and can’t get on the streets."
They were about to start climbing down the wall to get back to their bikes when Tig, who was still looking carefully somewhere, whispered “wait! There’s someone there”
Everyone looked at the same direction Trager was pointing. For some time Chibs couldn’t see anything, but then he noticed some movement in one of the buildings. There was someone inside, someone alive - he was making signs with a flashlight.
"We should help." Tig said, even though nor him, neither Chibs and Juice knew how to get there.
"Maybe we can tread there by the edge of the wall?" Juice finally suggested, but it seemed doubtful and he knew it. The building where the survivor was hiding was located too far from the wall.
"We will walk through the crowd." Y/N said suddenly and Sons looked at her confused as if she lost her mind. Yet she seemed to be pretty confident.
"How can we do that?" Chibs frowned, trying to read her thoughts as if he could.
"We need to find couple of crawlers outside of the base and I’ll show you. Two people would be enough. Who wants to join me?" She was absolutely calm and seemed to know what to do.
"I’ll go with you." Chibs replied before anyone else could react. He couldn’t allow anyone else to risk and couldn’t let her go alone.
Y/N climbed down the wall on the almost empty street outside, followed by Chibs. She looked around and spotted the empty not far from them. She approached it carefully before Telford could stop her and beheaded it with one fast move. Then she pulled its body closer to the fence.
"There’s another one we killed on the way here." She pointed on another empty laying on the ground fifty meters away from them. "Bring it here."
Chibs obeyed, even though he still had no idea what she’s going to do. And when he dragged the lifeless body closer he saw some awful and shocking scene. Y/N ripped monster’s belly and chest with her knife and now was covering herself with its guts.
"Jesus Christ, Y/N, what the fuck are you doing?" Chibs exclaimed, covering his nose and mouth with his arm. The smell of dead body was so nauseating and Y/N seemed to not paying any attention to it.
"Don’t you know why crawlers don’t eat each other?" She asked as if nothing special happened and ripped open the monster Chibs brought.  "They don’t react to their own smell, only to humans. Cover yourself in its guts and blood and they wouldn’t pay any attention to you. Here, follow my lead."
It took a lot of courage for Chibs to force himself to take some awfully looking and smelling goo from inside of the dead body and spread it all over his face, chest and legs. Y/N finished with her own disguise, even her face was covered, so Filip had no other choice than to do the same. Then they helped each other with spreading guts on their backs and made their way back up the tower, accompanied with Tig’s and Juice’s confused expressions.
"Later." Y/N stopped them from asking questions "We don’t have much time before it starts drying out. Filip, remember, we should be quiet and move the same way they move, it’s very important. Don’t panic, don’t hurry. Just follow me and we’ll be okay, I promise."
She started climbing down the ladder and Chibs, taking a deep breath, followed Y/N. He couldn’t believe how crazy this lass was and liked her even more for that. They soon found themselves on the street surrounded by empties, Y/N seemed to feel confident and cold-blooded while Chibs had to count in his thoughts slowly to keep himself calm. Empties were everywhere, they were quietly groaning, swaying on one place or moving slowly in different directions, hitting each other, hitting Y/N and Chibs and still paying no attention to intruders. Chibs followed lass slowly, hardly understanding the direction they headed and how long they’ve been walking.
At some point Y/N stopped and looked up at Tig and Juice who were watching them. Tig pointed somewhere and Y/N nodded, it seemed he helped her to find the right direction to move. Soon even Chibs saw the house they needed and hardly stopped himself from fasten his steps. They stopped by the door and Filip wanted to knock, but Y/N grabbed his hand and shook her head. Instead, she approached the window where they spotted a light. She saw a man inside who wanted to hide at once, but realized she was not dead. In a moment the door opened, Chibs stepped in and soon Y/N joined him, pulling one of the empties inside. It was already completely dead and Filip had no idea when she managed to do it.
Y/N locked the door fast and took a deep breath. Chibs looked around as well, looking for the survivor. It was Laroy Wayne, the head of 9ers, or the former head it’s better to say. He was standing in the corner of the room, gun in his hand, ready to fight. But as he recognized Chibs, he lowered the weapon and smiled. Laroy looked tired and scared. God knows how he survived here alone.
"Thanks God!" Wayne exclaimed and then, scared, looked at the door. "I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw you guys on the tower."
"What happened here?" Chibs asked. His nerves were tensed and he wanted to leave this place as soon as possible, but the needed to know.
"Raj, one of my people…" Laroy shrug his shoulders "He was bitten but didn’t tell anyone."
Chibs just nodded, Y/N was right. And she was the one to help them get to Laroy. Now they needed to make their way back to the tower.
"Cover yourself in its blood and guts." While men were talking Y/N ripped open the empty she brought with herself from outside. The scene repeated, Laroy was shocked, disgusted, scared. He shook his head and stepped away, but Y/N insisted. "We got here safe only because we were all covered in it. There’s no other option. Do it if you want to get out of here safe."
Chibs nodded when Laroy looked at him confused, and it seemed to be enough for him to obey. Y/N meanwhile took some of the guts and spread a new layer on her body. Chibs followed her lead and soon all three of them were ready to go.
"We really gonna go out there?" Laroy stopped in front of the door. He was still afraid of leaving his shelter.
"We have no choice." Chibs opened the door slowly. "Follow Y/N, be quiet and don’t hurry."
As Laroy nodded, they left the building one by one and began to walk slowly among the living dead, heading back to the watch tower where Tig and Juice waited. Step by step they were moving forward, crowd of empties around paying no attention to them. Chibs even calmed down a bit, seeing that the plan Y/N offered was good enough to keep them safe.
Only couple of meters left for them to cover, so in about five minutes it should be over. Suddenly the crowd in front of them parted for some reason making a corridor leading to the ladder. And then Laroy ran. He probably thought it would be better to get up the tower as soon as possible. But the empties around noticed the unusual movement and followed him. He, though, was lucky enough, to climb up and even shake one of the monsters off his leg. In no time Laroy was already on the watch tower. For Chibs and Y/N though the situation was bad. Empties were gathering around the tower, more and more of them from all over the territory, and in couple of seconds there were so many of that creatures that there was no chance to get to the ladder. Chibs and Y/N looked at each other and none of them knew what to do now.

Has anybody written a soa/st crossover yet?? ever since I saw this post sometime ago about how Bobby and Eddie could be related I cannot get it out my mind.
So okay hear me out
Bobby is Eddie's uncle from his dad's side and his dad maybe used to be in the club but got caught up in some stuff and went to jail and that's why he's disappeared.
Bobby taught Eddie how to play the guitar when he was little and essentially created Eddie's safe space growing up and Eddie admires him so much.
Eddie gets his license as soon as he's legally allowed and after he's graduated he moves out of Hawkins and into Charming. Bobby takes him under his wing and shows him the ropes with the club. Eddie prospects and Bobby helps him built his own bike once he's patched in.
Eddie finding his new father figures in all his elders but especially in Clay. Being so eager to please now that he's finally somewhere where he feels like he belongs and he's not the odd one out.
Befriending the younger members but seriously starting to bond with Juice because the two have their little deal that Eddie's getting him drugs, but then they gradually become besties because of how similarly they see the world.
And then Happy comes around and Eddie is both terrified and intrigued by the so called Tacoma killer who isn't so actually bad when he gets to know him and Happy eventually teaches him how to tattoo.
And Eddie of course having experience with Steve's kids he's getting along so well with Opie's too. When Tara and Jax have their little ones Eddie is the best babysitter to all of them.
And I mean the hair? The black and the leather and the chains and rings and even the white snickers?? It works so well??? If I had the brain capacity right now I'd sit down and write this because I think it's so worth it please if someone ever writes something like this I will be forever grateful

Jax Teller & Steve Murphy (SOA x Narcos AU) For the @narcosfandomdiscord October Prompts. Day 22 - Day of Cross-Fandom-Pollination: Create a fanwork that includes at least one Narcos character and at least one character from another fandom.
Summary: Jax & Steve find themselves at two opposite ends of the law but still share some similarities... one of those being their genetics. This is basically brothers fighting <3 Word Count: 601 Warnings: All my fics are 18+, regardless of content. Angsty. Jax being a smug SOB and Steve thinking he's the shit.
A/N: I don't know where I got this idea from and I don't know any of the actual details of if this is in Charming or in Miami or what but.... I just felt like the moral compass within Jax and the moral compass within Steve deserved to be explored in the same moment. Oh and I made them brothers <3

Jax was making himself comfortable on the metal cot, a smug smile on his face. His blonde long hair was oily and disheveled while his white t-shirt was dirty and hanging loosely on him, likely from a long night out, one that resulted in his cell of a bedroom for the night.
“Should we just set a standing appointment?” Steve said as he walked through the doorway to where all the holding cells were.
“Yea but I know you have that weekly badge shining commitment with your other police pals so I don’t want to interrupt that.” He was moving his arms behind his head in an attempt to relax.
“Steve looked down at his uniform, it had been a new addition to his life. One that was in the plans for years but nonetheless was new.
“Another drunk and disorderly charge, huh?” Steve was leaning against the metal bars. The scene of him with his tan police uniform on, coffee in hand as he spoke to his little brother on the other side of the bars.
“I think you’re forgetting resisting arrest, Deputy Steve.” The last two words were as sarcastic as they could come from a young Jax.
“Tell me, is this just to get under my skin or do you get pure enjoyment from being in this police station?”
Jax was quickly moving to stand up, his feet bringing him closer to the bars so he could be face to face with his older brother.
“I don’t know, why don’t you tell me. Do you get pure enjoyment from being in this police station?” The sentence was spoken at a mocking tone.
“I’d be careful with how you say things, Jax. I’m not the one behind bars.” Steve’s anger was rising, the wrinkle in his forehead was growing along with the pulsing of the vein there too.
“From where I’m standing, it doesn’t look much different.” Jax’s hand was now peaking over the bars as they lifted in a shrug. “A cell and a cot, a badge and a desk?”
“We’re completely different.” Steve spoke in a way that was like he was trying to convince himself.
“In the end Steve, we want the same things, sometimes even have similar ways of getting those things, violence, manipulation…” Jax was so nonchalant in his speaking. “You’re not a good guy, Steve. No matter how much you tell yourself that.”
“And you?” The words were so quick to fall from his mouth, the anger, the frustration.
Jax smiled at that and just shook his head. “I don’t look in the mirror convincing myself of that. I know what I am, big bro.”
The tension between the two estranged brothers grew until Steve cleared his throat.
“Tara posted bail, you’re free to leave.” Steve’s voice was neutral, like they didn’t just have this heated discussion. The cell was opening, Steve stepping aside to let his younger brother walk past him to exit the holding cell and eventually the police station.
Jax was at the doorway that separated the cells from the rest of the police station. The scum from the heroes, the people beneath the ones above when he stopped. He found the irony in it all, the hypocrisy as well. He looked down at himself and turned to his older brother and spoke words that he knew would hit Steve hard. It was his retaliation for the comment Steve made earlier and a way to combat Steve’s last sentence about being free to leave. The smile on Jax’s face was obsolete now, like he wasn’t going to take joy in the next words out of his mouth
“And you?”

As always this is an 18+ only story. This story is AU based and not your typical Sons of Anarchy story. Some readers may find some plot lines and changes to some characters to be problematic please read at your discretion. This story also time jumps heavily so keep this in mind as you read!
Warnings: General themes of the show such as violence, drugs, swearing etc, minor age gap.

Rocky was putting the finishing touches on her makeup in the bathroom when she heard the creak of the bedroom door. When she neither of her Old Men appeared in the doorway she frowned. "Juan? Kip?" she called as she turned to the door. Getting no response she hesitantly made her way to the door and peeked out.
Looking around she saw no one or anything amiss. Besides, no way anyone would get through Juices security system . Nor would they have made it upstairs without one of the guys being on them. Rocky moved to her closet and dug around for her heels. Once she found them she moved to turn back to her bed.
Out of the corer of her eye she saw a shadow move. Before she could process that she felt an arm wrap around her throat. "Last time this happened " started a deep voice before Rocky sprung into action. Letting out a scream of animalistic proportions she swung her stilettos wildly. Making contact with flesh before she was let go. Tumbling to the floor.
"Damn! Chill ya crazy ass out" demanded the voice as Rocky heard laughter from the hallway. Looking behind her she saw Coco rubbing his head while EZ lay on the floor laughing with Juice and Half-Sack smirking in the hallway.
"I warned you she was still spicy" stated Juice with a chuckle as he shook his head.
"Exactly why I said go by yourself. I wasn't about to get my nose broke again" laughed EZ as Coco glared and flipped them off.
"What if I had had a gun Coco? I could have killed you" demanded Rocky as she hopped off the floor. Coco snorted. "Like how you had a gun and shot yourself in the leg?" he inquired smiling at her as the others laughed.
"Fuck you" muttered Rocky with a smile as she made her way over to hug him.
"I think you have enough guys on your roster don't ya think? Cant be greedy" joked Coco making her punch him in the arm. "You are right though" replied Rocky her eyes dancing with mischief making Coco wary. "I only have so many open holes" she added making him close his eyes as EZ made gagging noises.
"Mija" stated Coco as he shook his head. I love you. But clearly you spent way to much time with me and Angel. The way that shit just flows out of your damn mouth" he muttered as he made his way out the door as the others parted trying to hold back laughter.
SONS Clubhouse
Rockys nineteenth birthday was in full swing. Music was pumping while alcohol flowed and guests danced and chatted the night away.
"She looks happy" stated Bishop as he took a seat next to Jax in the back.
"That she is " chuckled Jax as he glanced over to where Rocky sat on both Juice and Half-Sacks laps as she opened gifts. "Was a time I never thought we would make it to this. Thank you for all you did to help us. Also a time I'd have beat both of their asses. Guess times change" he added as he sipped his beer.
"Glad we could help Jax" replied Bishop as he chuckled. "Juice and Half-Sack are good guys. If I had a daughter or sister interested in two of my members I'd pick them" he added making Jax laugh.
"Too Peace and new beginnings" cheered Bishop as he tilted his bottle to Jax. "To peace and new beginnings" replied Jax as he grinned and clinked his bottle with the older mans.

I cannot get the mc!au out of my head! I had this idea about a month ago and finally found time to jot it down.
If you're new to the mc!au, start here. (This is basically a SVU/SOA crossover.)
If you're already a fan of this 'verse, this takes place sometime not long after this and this.
Part 2 is written and queued! It's cold and dark and I love this verse, so if you're still reading my writing please come talk to me about it and/or prompt me! I also miss mc!nick...
Warnings: SOA typical mentions of violence, weapons, profanity

Feet squeaked on linoleum as people passed back in forth in front of your office door and you barely glanced up now. Sonny would, no doubt, not love the idea that you sat in your office with the door half open most days, but you were no princess in a tower. So, it was only the change in pace of them, measured rather than hurried, and a knock at the door that you had tearing your eyes away from the notes that you were typing on the screen. Your brain was still mentally finishing the sentence you were in the middle of typing when the expression on Sophia’s face gave you pause.
“There’s someone here to see you,” she said in reply to the inquisitive expression on your face when you arched an eyebrow in an unspoken question.
“Who?”
She shook her head and half shrugged. “Didn’t give his name. And no, he’s not wearing a kutte of any kind.”
You hadn’t even had time to fully form that question either. No kutte and no name. Your heartbeat picked up and your attention was no longer split between her and the screen in front of you. There had been too much bad news, as of late. Too many deaths. Too many…people. Growing up you’d known everyone who was in your dad’s circle - at least the major players of club members and even some club allies. Now, it was like a sea of new faces every time you looked around and there was always a storm blowing in.
“Do you want me to send him in…?” she interrupted your train of thought when you didn’t respond. “Or send him to the club house?”
“No kutte,” you repeated. She shook her head. “Send him in,” you said after another beat. Maybe this was stupid, but you hated the idea of finding everyone suspicious now. It could be a former patient, old high school friend, or someone trying to recruit you to work in another hospital. “Can you push the door wider and ask security to stroll by?” you asked lightly as you turned your body to face the door squarely.
“Of course.” She nodded. “For what it’s worth, he looks normal. Around our age, maybe a few years younger. Handsome. Seems a bit nervous.”
“Nervous,” you repeated. Nervous could mean harmless or nervous could mean sent to kill you and now having regrets. Great. “Hmm. Well, let’s see what this is about then,” you said finally.
She nodded again and pushed the door fully open before turning on her heel. As her footsteps receded down the hall you opened the second drawer of the file cabinet to your right under your desk. You glanced at the hall and then pushed the reusable shopping bags aside in the drawer before your fingers brushed against cool steel. It didn’t hurt to be prepared and you were pretty sure Sonny was one crisis away from going on a murderous rampage or having some kind of violent breakdown. On the upside, you were already at the hospital if things went…sideways.
The gun was loaded and you drew it into your lap to rest on your right thigh. Finger off the trigger, of course, and resting on the barrel. You contemplated for a moment before flicking off the safety and letting your finger rest on the barrel again. The less fiddling the better. You knew that from the size of your desk and way you were sitting whoever was here to see you would have no idea that you were armed. The element of surprise proved life saving more times than not and as heavy footsteps got closer you schooled your expression to one of professional neutrality.
A tall, and yes, handsome, man knocked on the door gently even as he met your eyes. He smiled tentatively and you let your eyes sweep over him to catalogue details to memory before you nodded at him.
“Come in,” you invited with a bland smile. You remained seating and gestured to the chair on the other side of your seat. “Mister…” you let your voice trail off.
The man pulled back the seat and sat down carefully, like he thought the seat was wired with explosives. Interesting. He really was nervous. But obviously so, which had you relaxing slightly. A hired killer, even a shitty one, was smart enough to not be this obvious with their tells.
“You can call me Daniel.” His voice was deep and rich, like molasses. “And you’re-“ he said your first name and maiden name and you smiled. Barely married and you were already used to being Mrs. Carisi or Sonny’s old lady. When was the last time someone had said yours and not connected Sonny’s - either spoken or unspoken - in the same sentence?
“Yes, although my last name is now Carisi as of several weeks ago.”
You held up your left hand and fluttered your fingers for a second. There was no sign of the name registering anything like shock, or fear, or even disgust in Daniel’s expression. Huh. He just smiled politely and congratulated you.
“I’m sure you’re wondering who the hell I am and why the hell I just showed up rather than emailing or something,” Daniel continued.
“Something like that,” you said dryly. “It’s not typically good news when unknown people show up to visit me.” You paused. “If you’re here to leave Sonny a message, I have to tell you, I would not recommend it. You seem like a nice enough person and he’s really not in the mood to be fucked with.” Neither were you, for that matter. You had a feeling he could figure that out on his own.
“I’m not here to leave Sonny a message,” Daniel said slowly. He looked confused. “I don’t know your husband or know why I’d come to you if I had some kind of message for him.”
“You’re not from here, are you?” You leaned back in your chair and relaxed by one more increment.
Daniel shook his head. “No, this is my first time. I just pulled into town this afternoon. I was planning to email you, but I was afraid I’d lose my nerve so I decided to drop in instead.”
“Okay, so what did you want to tell me?” Your curiosity was sufficiently piqued, but when he reached a hand into his jacket pocket you tightened your grip on the gun. When he only pulled out what looked like a photo, you relaxed again.
“My name is Daniel Parker,” he said. “My father passed away years ago and I finally got my mom to tell me more about him.” He dipped his chin to his chest and dropped your gaze. “She’s not doing too well. Been telling her for years to stop smoking.” He shook his head and gave you a long suffering smile before continuing on. “I didn’t see him much growing up because my parents weren’t together. My mom called him all kinds of names and kept me from getting in touch with him. I didn’t even know that this is where he lived. We, my mom and I, live five hours away.”
You kept silent and tried to keep the confusion off of your face.
“I have this picture from when my parents were kind of trying to make it work, I guess. I’m five in the photo.” He laughed and glanced up at you. “You may or may not see the resemblance now since I’m 28, but I look just like both of them in the photo.” He paused as if unsure how to proceed before offering the photo to you.
You took it gingerly, something about this moment had you back on edge, and shot him a searching look before glancing down at the photo.
It was a bomb went off in your brain and you barely stifled an audible gasp. Your ears were ringing as if a loud noise had gone off and you brought the photo up closer to your face even as you wanted to toss it away from you. There was what looked like a younger Daniel in the photo, the smile and ears were the same. An ugly scar over his eyebrow in the photo had faded to something nearly imperceptible on the man who sat in front of you. It was, however, obviously the same scar. That wasn’t the shocking part. Your eyes barely skimmed across the face of the woman except to know that she didn’t look familiar at all. But the man, the man on Daniel’s other side was your father.
“Get the fuck out,” you ground out. You tore your eyes away from the photo and finally dropped it onto your desk. “Now.”
“Wait, wait,” Daniel hurried to cut you off as he threw up his hands in defense. “Please. I know this is shocking. I can…only imagine what you must be thinking or feeling. At least let me explain and prove to you that I’m telling the truth. Please.”
You opened your mouth to tell him to get the fuck out again, but he continued on.
“If this is true and these are really my parents, that means we’re siblings.” At the expression on your face he hastened to amend his statement. “Or at least, we’re half siblings. Related. I’m an only child and I—I just wanted to meet you and introduce myself and learn more about my d—“
“He’s not your dad,” you interrupted harshly. “If this is true. He—I don’t know if what you’re saying is true or not. Even if it some how is, he is not your dad. He was my dad.”
“Okay,” Daniel held up his hands in surrender again and slumped into himself. “Give me five more minutes to tell you about myself and then I’ll leave. And it will be up to you if you want to contact me again, okay? I know this must be upsetting…”
You laughed harshly and then pressed your lips tightly together. The collar of your shirt was suddenly chafing and the footsteps squeaking on linoleum passing by the door put your teeth on edge.
“You have five minutes.”

Aim for the head Part 6
Tumblr media
Sons had to leave their safe house for good. They left a goodby surprise for the gang that attacked them. What will they find in the new place? Would there be a new shelter or the new danger? Will the gang from the military base leave them be?
Part 6 of my SoA x TWD fic. Feel free to comment and enjoy.
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5
-----------
Sons reached their destination point in five hours. Roads were mostly blocked by cars people were leaving in first days of apocalypse. There ahead were mountains and those who decided to go there for shelter knew they couldn't go by cars. So now lots of dead vehicles were rotting on the road and Sons had to move slowly and carefully among them. Only when the first houses of Valley Springs could be seen in the distance the road was finally empty.
As they were riding away from their home Chibs had some time to think. They lost two of their brothers in the fight, they lost their shelter, lost Charming. They had no place to go and no plan for the future. It was all dark and uncertain now. But he had Y/N. They were exchanging glances on the way and it made him feel better. He probably needed to talk to Clay at some point but before they find a new place to stay it wasn't a good idea to discuss what happened between him and Y/N. Clay already made it clear he didn't like it and Filip expected him to do something to prevent them from being together.
Chibs saw the look in Clay's eyes yesterday as Y/N was staying next to Telford, her palm on his shoulder. His president didn't like what he saw, but didn't tell anything, for now. Chibs knew Clay would give him hard time.
On the first hours of ride they heard the sound of explosions from behind and knew that Negan came back for them, but found an empty clubhouse and mined territory. Sons could only hope that he and his people were dead now.
Moving along the streets of the town, they were looking for any place to stay. It had to be something big enough to have room for everyone. Eleven people needed a new safe house now. They needed some fresh start to leave their past behind.
Jax was riding in front of the procession and in awhile he gave others a sign to stop. He unmounted from his bike and approached the rest of the group. "There's a school, not really big one, but it has enough space and walls around the territory" He explained. "It's probably invaded with empties, but if we manage to clear the territory we can stop here"
"We need to choose ones that would go inside and the rest of us should stay here and cover, just in case. Our engines attracted those empties hiding around" Chibs looked at his brother and Jakson nodded.
"Yeah. You, Happy, Tig and Y/N go inside. We will be here to keep others safe" He agreed.
"We need to hurry. It's better to hide behind walls before all town crawls here" Y/N warned and she was right. They needed to clear the territory as soon as possible.
Chibs, his brothers and Y/N made their way towards the school. They left their bikes next to the gates to reach them fast if they will have to run from the building. The rest of the group was left behind on the road. Jax, Juice and two recruits surrounded their cars to watch the territory on four sides from them.
While Happy and Y/N were checking the territory, Chibs and Tig approached the door. No sound could be heard inside, but they knew there were empties in the building. They were sleeping, waiting for some food to get closer and wake them up.
"Wait untill Hap and Y/N join us" Chibs whispered and Trager nodded, he knew splitting up was a bad idea. After what happened at N9ers' they decided to stay all together.
Soon Y/N showed up followed by Happy. "Empty" Lowman said in his usuall brief manner. Chibs nodded and started counting to three with his fingers, before he finally opened the door. The main corridor was empty. School really wasn't that big, it had three classes on each side, couple of bathrooms, sports hall in the back and six rooms including medical unit on the second floor and the dining room. They needed to check every room one by one to be sure it was safe for the rest of the group.
They started moving along the corridor. Happy opened the door of the first class and raised his gun. Several slow empties didn't even realise what happened when he shot them one by one. Soft clicks of his gun could be heard in the quiet of the building but not loud enough to wake up creatures in other rooms. "Clear" he announced and the group started moving further.
Chibs opened the door on the other side of the corridor. The class was empty, but there on the floor was a body. Someone preferred to take their own life to never turn to one of the monsters, a gun still in their hand. "Christ" Chibs gasped and carefully closed the door. They will need to clean this place.
The next room met them with another jumper. The same as the one who attacked Happy yesterday. Tig had to get on the floor and roll over to avoid the attack and managed to shoot it during another jump. "Theese things freak me out" Happy admitted as he pushed the lifeless, mutilated corpse with his shoe. It was small, crooked, it had long hands and short but strong legs. And wide mouth full of sharp teeth.
"Disgusting" Tig commented before they threw the body into the classroom and continued their route. They kept checking every room. Several empties here couple empties there. Nothing special but they were acting carefully and could avoid any problem. Until they reached the cafeteria. The last room they had to check.
All four of them saw this thing the moment they opened double doors. It was an empty, huge one, tall and bloated, it's skin was covered with dark stains and ulcers.
"What the fuck..." Happy gasped as the creature slowly turned to them and started walking towards the group, growling and mumbling. They started shooting at the same time, all four of them. Four bullets pierced it's head. But it didn't fall, only stopped and was bouncing on one place. It also started swelling slowly becoming bigger.
"I think it's gonna..." Tig started as they all were frozen, fascinated and disgusted by the scene. Chibs was the one to wake up from this drowse. He shut the doors closed. The loud bang behind the doors made them recoil from it. "Expload" Tig finally finished his sentence.
"Holly fuck" Chibs cursed and opened the door. Room was covered with green gooey liquid and the pieces of emptie's body.
"We're lucky it was in the last room" Y/N commented. The loud noise would've attracted every empty in school to them.
"I'll go..." Trager was pale and seemed queasy from looking at what was left of the monster "Call the others..." He headed outside while Chibs, Y/N and Happy went to the first floor and started carrying empties outside. They will have time to deal with those later, now they had to clear the building to have place to spend the night.
Soon all their vehicles were parked in the school yard and Chibs, Jax and Happy were trying to close breaches in the walls. They were lucky to find some materials in the caretaker's cabin behind the main building. They will need more, but it could wait. For now Sons only needed to make sure their walls would protect them during the night.
"Fuck!" Chibs heard Jax's voice while he was attaching some wooden sheets to the wall. His brother just came closer to one of the holes and turned away from it to grab a board and hammer to fix it when several hands reached him out from outside and were now pulling him.
"Hap!" Chibs called his brother and ran towards Jax, grabbing his arms in attempt to free him from monster' grip. They were all rotten and dead but so strong whet it was about food. Jax's back was already pressed against the wall and empties were trying to bite him, his leather preventing any injuries though.
Happy was there the next moment. He was holding one of his big knives and was waiting for Chibs to pull Jakson away from the fence just a little to give him space for a hit.
"I can't" Chibs groaned, holding his brother as tight as he could, but those creatures were just too strong.
"Come on!" Jax was struggling as well, trying to free himself from the grip, soles of his shoes digging into the ground, but even together with Telford they hardly could do anything.
"What the hell going on?" Tig was running towards them as he saw some fuss at the walls while he brought another corpse outside.
"Help me pull him away from the wall!" Chibs ordered and now two of them were trying to free Jax. They finally managed to give Happy some space and it was over in seconds. Happy made several fast hits with his knife and Jax rolled on the ground, together with Telford and Trager, five rotten hands were now laying not far from them and Happy was carefully wiping black sticky liquid from the blade.
Jax was the first one to laugh. He just imagined how stupid it was, and the fact that he could be dead by now if not his thick leather cut only made him laugh harder. Chibs and Tig were chuckling as well but Happy was dead serious. Some devilish lights burning in his eyes. He probably loved to cut rotten bodies and no one could blame him.
They got back to work after awhile but now avoiding to turn their back to the wall just in case. Empties were too attracted by the noise they made with cars and were now crawling from all the neighbourhood towards the school.
Chibs didn't know how Y/N and two recruits managed to clean the remains of the big guy but when he came back into the cafeteria it was all clean. Tara and Gemma were revising the food kept in the storage, throwing everything spoiled away and replacing it with those supplies Sons brought from the TM shelter.
He found Y/N in one of the rooms on the second floor. She was trying to disassemble desks to make some space.
"Ye need help, lass?" Chibs asked as he came closer to her, wrapping his arms around her waist and took a screwdriver from her small gentle hands "It's a job for someone big, not a fine lass like ye" He whispered to her ear and she laughed.
"I'm okay, Filip. You need to find a room for yourself. Dad said club memers should live on the first floor except for Jax who needs to be with Tara and boys upstairs, and recruits will share the room on the second floor as well as me" She turned to him and smiled slightly. "
"So I'm supposed to be as far from ye as possible?" Chibs smirked. He knew why Clay was doing it. Not only for the safety reasons. Y/N knew how to protect herself. He wanted to keep Filip away from his daughter "And Jax should be keeping an eye on ye"
"Oh come on, Filip" Y/N chuckled and shook her head her fingers touching his cheek gently, tracing his scar with her thumb "I'll sneak to your room"
"I know, lass" He sighed "If only he won't do anything else to prevent it"
Juice peeked into the room the very moment Chibs leaned to kiss Y/N and had to pull away from her unhappy.
"Clay said everyone who can fight should gather for the meeting" Ortiz said and left quickly. He knew better than to bother Chibs when he had that look in his eyes.
They headed downstairs and entered one of the rooms. All of the desks were disassembled already and in the center of the room there was a big table with chairs around. Tig was hiding weapons and ammunition in the cabinet. It looked like a chapel back home, simple but familiar.
Chibs took his seat so did the rest club members and Y/N together with Tray and Ashley were standing by the wall. Clay gave Filip a heavy look and then started talking.
"We've been through alot of shit recently. You all fought well, good job. But we now have to start all over, in a new place, a new safehouse. We have a lot of work to do and we don't have enough people. So we need to be organized and disciplined" Everyone was listening carefully and Clay continued "First of all, tonight, even though we don't have towers, we have to stand guard on the perimeter. Four people in first four hours and other four in the next four hours. So the first shift would be Tig, Y/N, Happy and Ashley and the next one is Chibs, Jax, Juice and Tray"
Chibs frowned. He knew exactly why Clay was doing it and he knew it was not all his President had. But he didn't argue. Before he'll talk to Clay about Y/N there was no use in it.
"Now. Tomorrow we have to build towers. One on each side of the perimeter. Hence in the morning the first shift should go look for supplies while others have rest. We also need to find some beds or sleeping bags to start with. As soon as we have towers, same shifts would be every four hours while others have rest or go out or make fortifications. We need this place as safe as we can and we have to do it as soon as possible. Questions?" Clay was confident, brutal, dead serious. He was the one to organize everything like he did in the first days of apocalypse. And no one dared to argue. They really had to work hard to make this school as fortified as their clubhouse once was.
"Dad, can we change shifts?" Y/N asked and Chibs looked at her surprised. She didn't understand why Clay was separating them. She didn't even realized he did it on purpose.
'No. I have reasons" Clay replied not looking at Y/N but gave Chibs another look.
"But..." She started, but the President raised his hand.
"I said - no. No discussion here. We need to start working. Gemma and Tara are cooking dinner for us all. Y/N, Ashley, go see if they need some help. I want others to go and see what supplies we need. All the desks and other useless shit should be disassembled and used for fortifications. Go."
Sons and recruits started leaving one by one and Y/N followed them as well. She caught Chibs' hand when the door of new chapel closed behind them and looked at him confused.
"I told ye, lass. Yer pa will keep me away from ye" Chibs sighed as he wrapped his arms around her waist. He knew they had only couple of moments together and it would be this way as long as Clay would want it to be this way.
"But why? I don't understand! I will go talk to him" She shook her head but Filip stopped Y/N.
"Not the right time, lass. He's angry and I can't blame him. We lost everything, we have to start a new life, we lost our brothers, Clay was shot... He won't ever allow us to be together if we try to talk to him now" Chibs didn't want it, but he knew there was no choice for now. When President will calm down there would be a way to convince him. They had to wait.
"But we just started... and I... I don't want to be away from you" Y/N frowned. She was holding him tight, refusing to let go.
"I don't want to stay away from ye either, lass. But we have to wait. I'll make it work, I promise" Chibs leaned down to kiss her when he heard heavy foorsteps from the chapel "Go to your mom" He said pulling away and left the building as fast as he could. He wasn't afraid of Clay, but it really wasn't the right time for arguing now.
Two weeks passed this way. Sons found a lot of supplies in the dead city. No other shelters, no other survivours. If something happens again they would be on their own. So they made sure to fortify their new safehouse the best way. Four watchtowers were build on each side of the territory, walls and gates were covered with steel sheets they found on the old workshop. Three generators from the hospital basement were granting power, light and water.
Gemma started new vegetable garden in the school yard but it needed time to give a harvest, so the main problem now was food. Sons were gathering all the canned food they could find and Tig with Happy started hunting in the nearby forest.
Life was slowly getting back to normal. There were not so many empties in the town. Even the hospital was almost empty. So they could be relatively safe on their raids for supplies.
During one of them it was Chibs' and Jax's turn to go out for food and some fertilizers Gemma ordered.
"Are you alright brother?" Jax asked as the gates closed behind them.
"Aye, kid, why?" Filip raised his brow. Jax was his best friend for years now and he saw something was wrong with him.
Jax smirked, relaxed and teasing his friend slightly "Clay's giving you two hard time recently, Chibby, isn't he?"
"Aye, kid, I should talk to him soon" Filip took a drag on his cigarette and nodded "But I don't know if he will even listen to me"
"Come on, brother. From all the people I know you are the best man. If you two love each other you should go for it" Jakson chuckled quietly "Clay will eventually come to terms with it"
"Thank ye, Jackie boy. I needed to hear that" Chibs sighed relieved. Now he had to talk to Clay when they come back home.
They've stopped by the house with a huge garden around. It had to have some fertilizers and if they were lucky enough, some canned food in the basement. Chibs got out of the car and shot an empty who was attracted by the sound of the engine. Another one could be seen through the glass door scratching it in an worthless attempt to get to him and Jax.
"I'll take this one" Teller said as he was slowly approaching the front door. He opened it with one fast move and the empty fell down on the porch. Jax pressed his boot against it's chest and pulled the trigger.
They entered the house together, it was empty and dark, probably no more threat there was. So while Jax was searching for the food in the kitchen and basement, Chibs headed to the back yard to look for what Gemma asked.
He noticed the small shed in the further side of the territory and headed there when he heard a low quiet growl from the right. He turned to the sound the same moment something big knocked him down. It was a dog, but it wasn't alive. Huge doberman was pressing Chibs against the ground, half of it's face rotten, revealing scull bones. But it was moving. They never saw animal empties before but it was probably possible for them to turn after a bite.
While Chibs was trying to push it away, the dog's teeth were only inches away from his face. The dog wasn't barking, it's vocal cords were probably long gone, but it was growling and trying to reach Filip's face or neck. And it almost did, Chibs had to move to raise his gun and teeth brushed against the leather sleeve of his shirt. If he didn't wear this thick leather clothes the dog would bit him. Luckily Telford managed to shoot and pushed the lifeless body away from himself.
"Christ, what a beast" He mumbled, standing up and trying to catch his breath.
"What the hell happened?" Jax heard some noise from outside and came to check on his brother. He froze when he saw the dog on the ground "Was it... the empty?"
"Aye... I didn't know they existed" Chibs was wiping saliva from his sleeve.
The rest of their raid was safe. They were lucky to find some canned food and fertilizers, as well as some new clothes and tools. Chibs and Jax came back home and as there were still some time before their shift, Filip decided it was time to confront Clay about Y/N. He didn't want to wait any longer. Anything could happen in this crazy world, and Chibs didn't want to waste more time.
He found his president in the chapel and knocked before he entered. Clay was looking at him, silent. He knew why Telford came and was waiting for him to talk.
Chibs sat on his chair and looked at Morrow "I know ye don't like what's going on between Y/N and me" He started.
"You are damn right, Chibs. I don't" Clay smirked and it wasn't a good sign, but Filip continued.
"I love her. I really do, and she feels the same way about me. You can't change it by keeping us apart" He never broke the eye contact with president "This world is falling apart. I need every moment we have, Clay. I need her"
"You are twice her age. She can have someone better" Clay shrugged "And she will change her mind if you are not around all the time"
"She loves me, Clay. And I love her. I will keep her safe and I will never hurt her" Chibs sighed. Maybe Clay was right and Y/N could chose someone else. Juice was younger, they might meet some other survivours. But what they had was special and Chibs knew it now. "She won't feel any different if I can't be with her because you keep me away from her"
"I will give it a try, Chibs. I don't like it, so everything will remain the same. Stay away from my daughter" Clay turned away and Filip knew it was no use to continue.
He left the room and headed towards his dorm. Chibs didn't know what to do. He barely had several moments with her in past two weeks and it was killing him. Filip had to find the way to convince Clay, make him change his mind.
In couple of days as it was Chibs' turn to stay on the watchtower, Y/N and Tig were out for supplies again. They needed some baby food for boys. Filip was smoking, gloomily watching the street when he noticed their van coming back. It was too soon and Chibs knew something happened. He climbed down the tower fast to open the gates. The van stopped at the parking and Tig got out of it. Y/N wasn't with him. Filip felt his heart stop, panic slowly consuming him.
"Where..." He whispered, suddenly speachless. He couldn't ask, didn't dare to. Chibs was afraid to hear the answer.
Clay heard the engine and was approaching them fast. He seemed worried as well. "Where is Y/N?" He asked what Chibs couldn't.
"It's Negan" Tig was pale, his hands shaking "He found us... He took her."

Hello! First of all I just want to say that I’m so grateful for all that you people do and I’m so happy you exist. I just finished reading The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller and I wanted to know if there are any crossover or similar fics for our Ineffable Spouses being like Patroclus and Achilles (Patrochilles). Thank you!!!
Hi! Here's a few (mind the tags)
The Fruits of Ilium by GaryOldman [G]
“Why would you do that? He has a destiny.”
“He has free will,” Crowley said finally. Crowley was quite proud of free will. After all, it was his greatest achievement. “All this talk of destiny was keeping him from the one thing the kid actually wants.”
“Which is?” Aziraphale asked.
“Love,” Crowley shrugged, and Aziraphale felt his grace (or something that felt a lot like grace but might in fact be something a little more human) swell inside him.
****
Aziraphale and Crowley meet Achilles and Patroclus, and consider the grip of destiny and free will.
You don't have to have read SOA to understand the fic, but if you haven't read it yet why are you wasting time reading this?! Go read it now. My heart.
philtatos by hanap [E]
Crowley presses his lips to the head of long golden curls lying against his shoulder. He knows that his hour is fast approaching. He’s grateful for this night they’ve spent together, for these last few moments of contentment, their bodies tangled together in the peace of the bed they’ve shared all their lives.
Let this show you how I love you, he thinks, that I would lay down my own life at the feet of the gods.
If anyone knows of any more fics like this, please let us know in the comments!
