I honestly love what Lilith did with Yuuhime's character because she's so obviously princess-coded, she's a damsel in distress that needs a hero to save her, and we have Tang Xuan, little sunshine, he is made for the job! But it turns out he's not the protagonist, he's just part of a plot greater than him. Like, sure, it's Yamato's scheme, *he* plans on being the hero of their story, but when he struggles against Kokuzan it's Yuuhime who gets to kill him, she gets the last word, she gets to be her brother's and her own savior and I really like this

Well, if we forget the part about yamato using the music box 😐 I wish we got a sequel to Sea of Sorrows, I really want to see how Yuu is doing and what's happening in her life, we know her bro's busy now that he's the head of the Twilight Order (Emo Edgy Ass Name btw, this guy is a Naruto fan and thought Akatsuki was soooo cool) *ahem* but is Yuuhime really caged/manipulated ? Is she 'free' but watched by Yama to make sure nothing happens to her, was it just for the drama and is she just chilling freely ? I really want to know aaaaaa

I am still surprised that barely anyone fill in the blank that Stanley isn't Stanford. Having 6 fingers is a prominent thing to have. If you mentioned Stanford to me I'll say "Oh, The one with the 6 fingers?" and did their mother even noticed that their Stanford (Stanley) was missing a set of fingers on the funeral?

I don't know how strictly accurate this is, but one of the things I find shocking about watching historical dramas is how many people there are around all the time---according to Madame de... (1953) a well-off French household in the Belle Epoque maintains a workforce of at least 3, and the glittering opera has staff just to open doors. According to Shogun (2024) you can expect a deep bench just to mind your household, and again, people who exist to open doors.

Could people....not open doors in the past? Were doors tricky, before the standardization of hinges? Because otherwise, the wealthy used to pay a whole bunch of people to do it for them in multiple contexts, and I find myself baffled.

I need to know how Min turned Q's dad down because he was fully prepared to pay him to try and protect his son which is important to him (supposedly) and then just... leaves? Like... why did he leave? How did Min convince him to go? Why doesn't Q have any guards on him after this? Why did he arrest the woman who was, you know, stepping on Min and threatening his son?! This man won't back down from a case even when it kills his wife and threatens his son but just... leaves his son in danger with a random stuntman? Why isn't he arresting the people just randomly beating up civilians in their house!? That seems like the kind of thing you can arrest people for!

I love this show so much but it is absolute nonsense.

Columbo and the Knight (1984)

put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.
