Code Name: The Ancient Fragment

Object Class: Keter Homager

Special Containment Procedures: The perimeter of SCP-AHL is blocked off from the rest of the world by a common restricted area fence. Unfortunately, this is the best that can be done as SCP-AHQ instances keep attacking Foundation staff and any AFA units that are sent to seal up SCP-AHL's cavern system. Instead, containment is devoted to preventing more living beings form entering SCP-AHL's area of effect to prevent more SCP-[data expunged] instances form being born. 

Description: SCP-AHL is a mountain filled with a cavern system that is filled with all sorts of mystic, traditional, and ancient glyphs, ruins, and markings created from quite literally every single culture and civilization in the entire world throughout history. This includes Species of Interest: The ISU, the Fae, Atlanteans, Ancient [data expunged], the Davites, and even the [data expunged] which should be impossible since they only existed in [data expunged].

It seems that one way or another each of these civilizations, species, and cultures came to SCP-AHL in order to either appease or help seal an entity that resides within. The exact nature of this entity inside SCP-AHL is unknown so there is no proper label or classification for it. What is known is that recently by unknown means the ritual to appease this entity has stopped and now its influence has been leaking out into the world. 

This unfortunately led to the discovery of SCP-AHL in [data expunged] through a series of horrific events that took place. Please see Addendum X-52 for details.

Addendum X-52

The following is a short list of anomalous incidents that occurred and are

Incident AHL.498 - Suddenly a large number of bodies started dropping in [data expunged]. None of the bodies could be identified to any person during life. The bodies were quickly found an incinerated and the whole incident was regarded as a local Creepypasta that would eventually be chalked up to an urban legend.

Incident AHL.303 - Suddenly a large number of pregnant women in [data expunged] had lost their children out of nowhere despite nothing else about them changing biologically. After about a day their bodies turned to normal to fully confirm their babies were just gone. Furthermore, they were all testing and shown to be biologically unable to become pregnant again. The incident couldn't not be explained but was left alone as it was believed that to try to interfere at this point would only raise more suspicion.

Incident AHL.767 - Possibly the worst incident yet, a construction crew went to SCP-AHL under the orders of [data expunged] to build a new facility. They all either ended up dying eventually or transforming into anomalous undead monsters. Each one retained a unique effect and a few even gained anomalous abilities that allowed them to kill or curse other people around them easily. Furthermore, this was also the first sightings of SCP-AHQ instances. They unfortunately became aware of the Foundation and have been slaughtering MTF units and agents in [data expunged]. It was this incident that changed SCP-AHL's object class form Keter to Homager.

Efforts to contain SCP-AHL have been stagnant as the Foundation has unfortunately been forced to focus more on the concerning grown of SCP-AHQ instances. These instances have killed hundreds of civilians and Persons of Interest in the area. This is assumed to be all related to Group of Interest: SimioDyn. A powerful technology company providing at the time top of the line security technology and computer systems. It is believed that this company is a front for a cult that worships the entity within SCP-AHL and is trying to create more SCP-AHQ instances. Though why they are doing this is unknown.

Code Name: The Tulpa Species

Special Containment Procedures: The Global Occult Coalition has agreed to help the SCP Foundation in hunting down SCP-AHQ instances and exterminate them. Under no circumstances are SCP-AHQ instances to be contained as doing so can bring more harm than good, even with successful containment. The Gobal Occult Coalition has made it a primary directive to hunt down SCP-AHQ-Mask and SCP-AHQ-Corpse as not only are they the most powerful but have the most anomalous abilities with the vilest nature. Mobile Task Force Athena-7 "Mass Hysteria" is responsible for finding SCP-AHQ instances on the loose in the general [data expunged] area, and surrounding area's.

Joint Task Force Aphrodite-7 "Skin Chasers" is comprised of GOC Strike Troopers and MTF units. Their mission is to keep an eye on Group of Interest: SimioDyn as it is believed they are using their security technology to help SCP-AHQ-Corpse to find more food. They are equipped with state-of-the-art GOC reality warping protection gear and suppressing weaponry, as well as the Foundation's best reality alteration protection gear. 

Joint Task Force Hephaestus-7 "The Fall of Greek Tragedy" is comprised of agents form the Foundation, the Global Occult Coalition, the Horizon Initiative, and the Church of Maxwellism. They are a twenty-person team comprised of the best and brightest form each organization to find and neutralize SCP-AHQ-Mask as it has proven to be the most elusive but also the most powerful and therefore dangerous of all SCP-AHQ-instances. 

Should the SCP-AHQ pandemic become worse or SCP-[data expunged] unleashes an even more powerful entity form within. The SCP Foundation, the Global Occult Coalition, and the Eight Wings of Mekhane are full within their rights to bombarde the area and surrounding areas of SCP-[data expunged] and SCP-AHQ influence. The ACPA will worry about making a cover story after SCP-AHQ has been fully eradicated. However, this is to be reserved as a final solution, it is only to be considered if the Foundation or any ally within the ACPA has lost massive amounts of life to SCP-AHQ attacks or they are seemingly adapting to our weaponry. 

Description: SCP-AHQ instances are what appear to be living creatures created entirely by thought. Just as the traditional Tulpa which are created by a thaumaturgic ritual performed by multiple people not through physical ritual but ritual of the mind. However, SCP-AHQ instances are not traditional Tulpa's in that they don't require multiple humans to be created. A majority of SCP-AHQ instances are created by anomalous technology owned by Group of Interest: SimioDyn. 

SimioDyn is a technical company that has rose to power in the early 1900's. They were one of the many Groups of Interest that supported and helped prevent the ACPA from protecting U.S. President John F. Kennedy. For those that don't know John F. Kennedy was one of the few [Data Expunged by order of the O5 Council] therefore when he was assassinated in 1963 it set off a large wave of unfortunate events that allowed many hostile Groups of Interest to maintain their positions in the Anomalous world. SimioDyn was one of those Groups of Interest, though they are not one of the strongest they are still feared due to their utilization and production of SCP-AHQ instances. 

SCP-AHQ instances are essentially Aspectual Reality Anomalies, for those that don't know, ASA's are entities that can exist in multiple planes of existence at once. Because of this they are able to fold and alter our reality in random and often unpredictable ways, completely undetectable by common Foundation standards, and indestructible to all physical and even certain metaphysical means of attack. Worst of all there seems to be no limit to what they can do to physical entities and no means of physical containment in any plane of existence. SCP-AHQ instances have also been reported to be able to invade people's dreams, brand them for thaumaturgic rituals, and even mutate humans to horrific degrees. 

Out of all SCP-AHQ instances there are two notable ones that seem to act as either leaders or perhaps alphas of the entire species. Both instances are labeled due to their uniqueness which are SCP-AHQ-Mask and SCP-AHQ-Corpse. SCP-AHQ-Mask is the strongest, smartest, longest living, and quite possibly the leader or alpha of all SCP-AHQ instances. As the name implies, SCP-AHQ-Mask's most notable characteristic is being its face which resembles a porcelain mask with cracks all over it. SCP-AHQ-Mask can take on any form and mimic any sound thought it has no care for camouflage.

SCP-AHQ-Mask, from limited observations, likes to mock its prey before mangling their bodies and absorbing their life force. Unfortunately, not much else is known as SCP-AHQ-Mask has proven to be able to hide away from the Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition. Though it should be noted that SCP-AHQ-Mask and the SCP-AHQ instances under its command is the reason neither organization can attack SimioDyn. It has killed hundreds of agents, MTF units, and Strike Team units in an effort to keep the company going. 

SCP-AHQ-Corpse is an extremely curious SCP-AHQ instance in that despite being stronger to the others it seems more like a child if anything. Though its appearance says anything but, SCP-AHQ-Corpse like all other instances can change its form thought for whatever reason always takes the form of a corpse like being with an elongated body. Sometimes this body is deathly pale and other times it seems to be covered in bloody flesh. Regardless SCP-AHQ behavior is also peculiar, it always stalks those that have SimioDyn company tech and waits for a particular amount of time before killing them. 

Unlike normal SCP-AHQ instances, Corpse doesn't kill for the sake of possession, inflicting curses, or even feeding on life force. Though SCP-AHQ-Corpse does occasionally feed on its prey it also seems to like to perform experiments on its prey. SCP-AHQ-Corpse often mangles corpses to see how much they can take before death and sometimes give's then anomalous abilities until their bodies overload and fall apart. 

SCP-AHQ-Mask seems to act as SimioDyn's defense while SCP-AHQ-Corpse seems to be the hand of SimioDyn's experimentation. Meanwhile the other SCP-AHQ instances are conduits for SimioDyn's more long ranged experiments with SCP-[data expunged] being the power source of it all. It is for this reason that if SCP-AHQ and SCP-AHL cannot be properly suppressed by the ACPA then all methods of protecting the veil of secrecy is to be disregarded and both anomalies are to be obliterated. There will be no exceptions, the Ethics Committee has made it clear that anyone even O5 Council members that try to even propose containing SCP-AHQ instances, will face the wrath of Mobile Task Force Omega-1 "Law's Left Hand". There will be no Exceptions.
