Summary:

Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo are a team of teenage mystery solvers who live in the small town of Crystal Cove, the self-proclaimed "Most Hauntedest Place on Earth". Following cryptic hints from a faceless mystery-man known only as "Mr. E." (a play on "mystery"), the gang unearths the legend of a cursed Conquistador treasure, the secret history of Crystal Cove's founding Darrow Family, and the mysterious, unsolved disappearance of four mystery-solving youths and their pet bird—the original Mystery Incorporated. Standing in the way of solving this mystery, however, there are the romantic entanglements pulling the kids apart: Shaggy finds himself unable to put his new romance with Velma ahead of his longtime friendship with Scooby, while Daphne pines for Fred, who is obsessed with building traps and obliviously struggles to realize that he shares her feelings, too.

Leverage - one of my absolute favourite shows of all time, I love every episode~

Archer - another where I remember and adore every episode, the comedy is top notch and Krieger's jokes are always killer~

Southpark - another one that's just insanely funny but loses it's comedy when the shock factor is gone, namely Scott Tenerman. Iykyk

AoT - honestly what a phenomenal show, each turn and surprise is stunning. While some seem predictable, their actual reveal is epic (Reiner) and others are just jaw dropping and so unexpected (On your feet dad). Need I say more~

SK8 the infinity - I don't know what it is about sk8 but I adore everything about it and just the enjoyment of that first watch is just special~

Toutefois, il a fini par jouer deux énormes icônes du rock dans ses rôles du début des années 1990, l'une étant beaucoup plus importante que l'autre. Tous les fans de Kilmer se souviendront qu'il a joué Jim Morrison dans le biopic The Doors, mais il est aussi apparu en qualité de roi du rock n 'roll lui-même dans True Romance. Val Kilmer a interprété Jim Morrison dans le biopic The Doors et Elvis Presley dans True Romance. Les deux sont d'excellents films et valent le détour, mais si vous recherchez une performance prolongée de Val Kilmer, alors The Doors sera certainement le bon choix. Kilmer obtiendrait le rôle et passerait six mois à répéter et à apprendre les chansons pour se préparer au rôle. Les Doors sont sortis en 1991, mais il ne fallut pas longtemps avant que Val Kilmer incarne une autre légende du rock. Deux ans plus tard, en 1993, il apparaîtra dans le rôle d'Elvis dans True Romance, réalisé par Tony Scott et écrit par Quentin Tarantino. Tarantino avait en fait envisagé l'idée de faire un biopic de The Doors avant que Stone ne le fasse, il y a donc certainement un univers parallèle où Tarantino a réalisé le biopic de Kilmer. Val Kilmer fait forte impression en tant qu'Elvis, et son rôle est crucial pour le film. Christian Slater et Val Kilmer dans True Romance Au lieu de cela, nous avons fait équipe Val Kilmer et Tarantino dans ce film, qui suit Clarence Worley de Christian Slater et Alabama Whitman de Patricia Arquette en qualité de deux jeunes mariés qui fuient la mafia après avoir volé une cargaison de drogue. Le rôle de Kilmer est beaucoup plus tronqué dans ce film et, techniquement, il ne joue pas réellement le littéral Elvis. Le personnage de Slater est en fait un gigantesque Elvis fantastique, et Elvis de Kilmer apparaît dans diverses parties du film en tant qu'une vision du rockeur ou une apparition. Bien entendu, cela ne signifie pas que le petit rôle de Val Kilmer n'a pas d'impact.

Il fait une grande impression en tant qu'Elvis et son rôle est crucial pour le film. True Romance lui-même est devenu un classique culte au fil des ans, et les petites performances de personnages comme Elvis de Kilmer et le colocataire stoner de Brad Pitt l'ont aidé à devenir emblématique au fil des ans. En bref, les deux films valent bien le détour si vous êtes un fan de Val Kilmer, mais vous obtiendrez un film beaucoup plus axé sur Kilmer avec The Doors. True Romance est aussi un excellent film, vous ne pouvez donc vraiment pas vous tromper non plus. True Romance est un peu plus compliqué à regarder car il est disponible à la location sur des plateformes comme Apple TV + mais pas disponible en streaming n'importe où pour le moment, tandis que The Doors est en streaming sur Amazon Prime Video.
