Just watched s5e14 and I hate that Famine's logic for Dean not hungering for anything was that he was empty and already dead, and that nothing could fill him. Instead, I propose that what Dean really desired was Castiel. They spent a lot of time together over the course of the episode, and as soon as Cas left to fight Famine, Dean soon followed. Honestly don't care if it isn't canon cause this is MY hc and I can think what I want, and what I want to think about is destiel
