hey what is going on in lifesteal btw?

like, right now?

mapicc killed planet. when planet died he had a stack of pearls on him, so they landed on the floor. mapicc walked over the pearls and they started duping. that's literally it. they began increasing at an exponential rate and the only solution they found was for mapicc to log off. roshambo's presence in the same room has caused huge amounts of server lag. planet was gaslighting poafa. they were trying to weaponize it. any person near the pearls would have their game crash. they attempted to purposefully crash the server (again) so it would roll back. It Has Not. parrot doesnt get his computer back until after christmas.

I have so fucking much to say abt Roshambo Games BUT! most of it is attached to Mapicc too bc I think they’ve got to have grown up together to be that kind of connected SO official Noxious_aMillion duality backstory lore below!

I started making lore for them last year when I was in Barcelona and also Ro is Enderian coded (purple) and Mapicc is Netherborn coded (red) so they’re from a country halfway between the End and the Nether (I may explain my mc dimensions solar system lore later but for now just bear w me lol) called Themona for no reason as far as I can remember! The language they speak there is also a mix of Enderian and Nether called Bayan (again, not sure where the name came from)

Now they’re from Themona but they actually LIVE in Hypixl (I believe it’s still a common hc to have Hypixl be the base world for most characters) in house on the lake! I may draw it hold on

Anyway! Lake house! It’s on a small gulf that connects to the ocean so they can get to the ocean but they do have a to jump the bar to get out. They have a speedboat with a fold up second level and there is much kneeskiing about. There’s an island a little bit out from the coast that can only be accessed by boat but is a massive spot for fun cultural stuff like food trucks and music and running around barefoot through big crowds! It’s called the Baryard and I may elaborate on it later if anyone is interested.

Ro works on lifesteal obviously but his older sister Daisy who is 20 works in a sister lab to the one all of them spawned in that is located on Hypixel instead of Themona (I may explain the connected Games-Leviathan lore later too?) (basically she and Saber (Mapicc’s older brother) made a deal with the lab they spawned in that the oldest two siblings would work for the lab in exchange for all of their citizenships- as opposed to lab numbers) Ro’s younger sister Briesé (Brie for short) who is 15 goes to Highpoint high school and is besties with Mayzie Doons and the rest of the Highpoint kids!

I tend to bounce around on what all of them do (scientists, club dj’s, performing arts group) but I think that is because I’m such a Roguy and like to project. The real lore is what I wrote above trust me 🙏🙏

so i started to write a paragraph, one single paragraph, about how i think roshambo is more evil than mapicc now and it has turned into this:

mapicc equals chaos and ro equals control but chaos vs. control isn't necessarily equivalent to "the worse thing vs.  the better thing". mapicc is chaotic, yes, an instigator: he's the one messing up spawn, messing with people, finding ways to break the game, changing his mind on a whim; the one people are afraid of because he's always around and usually down to fight. ro meanwhile is seen as the "nicer" of the duo by their enemies and, in his own words, he only does bad things as a part of containing mapicc and if he wasn't around mapicc would do worse. this might be true on a micro level but on a macro one? ro is the one who wanted to keep using duped items and the one who came up with the plan of using the enderpearl glitch not just to mess with people but to take over the entire server (something mapicc allegedly is just going along with because ro wants to).

at some point "controlling the chaos of mapicc" morphed into "channeling the chaos of mapicc for my own ends while still having people think of him as the really evil one." maybe ro doesn't see it this way. maybe he really is remorseful over not stopping the destruction of spawn and does want to preserve things but if that's the case why only show up to take over after it's fixed? why let mapicc, one of the people responsible for destroying it, be co-ruler and start out your reign by "asserting power" over the person who fixed everything, subz? and now subz is exiled and when the second spawn builder, zam, took a stand against this he nearly got murder-banned off of the server. with those two out of action i doubt we'll seen any pretty new builds around spawn anytime soon. and if anything does get damaged i doubt anyone will fix it. this is the point where "order" and "preservation" just becomes  stagnation and decay, aka the point where order is worse than chaos, the creation force. does ro realise any of this, or even care? or is it just wholly about asserting power over people?

on the topic of zam, i think a lot of people were surprised that ro was the one who nearly farmed him off of the server while mapicc protested and not vice versa but for me that went as expected. mapicc is "chaotic" and aggressive but that doesn't mean he wants zam dead (despite what zam thinks). you don't really know how mapicc's going to treat zam at any given moment but it's obvious he still cares for him in his twisted mapicc way, enjoys being around him on lifesteal, and definitely doesn't want him banned. in a way all the attention he gives him feels like a weird mapicc-brand apology for how zam felt like a third wheel. ro meanwhile seemed sadder over the initial betrayal but it's like following that he's completely cut zam out of his feelings and is now mostly indifferent to him.

they are a fire & ice duality. mapicc is fiery and passionate about things and people, for better or for worse. but ro is becoming more and more icy cold which is far more scary imo.

This is not comprehensive of all events in the Baconnwaffles0 stream, however if you missed it, or are trying to rewatch specific events, it is a good place to begin figuring out which parts of the vod to check. Hope it helps!

The first event of the stream is a meeting comprised of Roshambo, Mapic, Baconwaffles, Planetlord, Jaron, and Zam. Various players hang out in call for a while. All of them are in call 18 minutes into the stream, and the actual meeting starts 27 minutes into the stream.

47 minutes into the stream, while they are still in the meeting, Spoke begins messing with them ingame. Spoke joins their call 51 minutes into the stream.

spoke leaves call about 1:06-7 mins in. Mapic and Ro leave at 1:12

Bacon, Jaron, Planet, and Zam continue to plan.

THE SECRET. the real reason Zam left eclipse(The End was a cover-up) The reason Solar Union thinks they have hope. In my opinion, one of the most important parts of the stream.

They first discuss revealing the secret at 1:25. They start heading over to the location at 1:29. They arrive and begin telling the story at 1:35.

1:38 Jaron makes a mistake and alerts spoke to their location

1:51 Spoke is approaching their location, his outer layer is visible now.

1:52 Spoke appears on screen, and joins the call. he is here to be silly and spread misinformation

Vitalasy joins the game at 2:04. He talks through ingame chat for a bit, before they call him at 2:05.

The call is now Bacon, Jaron, Planet, Zam, Spoke, and Vitalasy.

Vitalasy arrives at spawn fully godmode at 2:09

at 2:10 vitalasy menacingly approaches zam and zam is Afraid. after several long second of vitalasy slowly walking towards zam and zam slowly backing away, vitalasy pops zams totem in a single punch. vitalasy throws zam some totems and experience bottles. he is soooo calm right now.

2:11 Spoke uses one of the death potions to teleport vitalasy away! also mapic is back in call.

2:12/13 vitalasy is back!

2:14 ro is back in call

2:15 new call just bacon vitalasy zam planet and jaron. discusion time!

First off. what the fuck is a roshambo, you may be asking.

A roshambo is another name for rock, paper, sissors. In this case Roshambo, or roshambogames, is a minecraft youtuber.

What does he post?

Minecraft content! He does partly Lifesteal (elaborated on in the nxt bit) and just. general minecraft things. Usually with other servers he doesnt post regularly about.

Whats a lifesteal?

Its a minecraft server where when you kill people you steal a heart. Cue antics.

How often does Ro upload?

From what it seems about 3ish months between uploads give or take. So its about. mid length wait times between videos. not too bad.

What are the videos like?

Theyre all. kinda structured like english papers imo. They're usually going over a single event and have EXTREMELY clear beginning/middle/end stuff. like you can plot this stuff out on those plot diagrams with ease. Theres two parts to the voicing, future ro (the voice over during editing that goes 'but he didnt know what was about to happen' and stuff like that.) and actual voicechat footage from the game. standard stuff. Typical Ro video activities are: doing something ridiculously grindy/needs a shitton of setup and the setup is like. most of the video. "and then.. i lost everything". Ro talking abotu how he had a test the next day but he did not sleep nor study for it because he needs to do minecraft. and other such things. its quite lovely

apparently highly Goofy and Silly. there is kpop music. why is there kpop music. who is letting this happen. how is he not getting copyright striked. it is silly messing around time and ro has all the fun silly shit imaginable. From the one vod i watched the vibes of the silly goofy streams are. VERY different to the vibes of the yt videos. he apparently also does non silly streams that are closer to the yt videos but theyre . rare.

What if Ro good at in game?

He grinds. he builds big ass elaborate traps. Hes turned spawn to obsidian once. Not afraid to gaslight gatekeep girlboss. Mostly just the fucking intense recource gathering and traps. like jfc man what the fuck. hes also gotten rid of the end that one time. yeah dont worry about it

it's been nicknamed the "deadliest smp" and if you were to ask me to carry the traffic comparison, i'd call it trafficsmp on drugs. /hj

the rules of the game are pretty simple:

you start with ten hearts. if you lose all your hearts, you're banned (until the next season, at least). you can gain hearts, though - any kill you get on a player takes one of their hearts, and gives it to you - so you can have well over ten, depending on how good you are. (one of the cc!s, clownpierce, at one point had like twenty-something during season 3)

there's not a MASSIVE overarching story, but there is enough lore and story to actually keep people that are into that interested; alliances made, betrayal cast, blah blah, you get the drill. certain thhings have actually been banned recently, like uhh. tridents got banned after season 2, because of things like a fight between clownpierce and another cc i forgot, in which the other cc just kept using a riptide trident to bounce back and forth between water spots and the fight went on for, uh, way too fuckin long because of it.

it's got four seasons so far!! certain ccs join later on. also theres a lot of gay people.

half of these people don't have playlists themselves, but fanbases have made them!! theyre just a little hard to track down. also @\renchant is working on uploading clownpierce's vods!!

there is also a fair amount of angst. the ending of season two made us cry like a bitch /hj.

as for ccs uh!!! some of our favourites are:

clownpierce, joined in season 2. is very into the clown motif, even built a circus and a funhouse in s3. absolutely one of the best fighters on the fucking server, like i said, at one point in s3 he had like twenty fucking hearts. sarcastic asshole kinda sometimes. gets shoved into a preconcieved "villain" role but honestly hes just a total dorkass trying to act intimidating /aff (< my clownpierce was also my husband in my canon)

roshambo (me!!), been here since the start. absolute fucking loser of a man im gonna be honest with you. the cc has a fucking obsession with poop jokes for some reason and has a semi-trend of "they call me the (xyz)" here whenever he does something well. i.e, "they call me the interior designer". theyre a little insane. /aff

mapicc!, also been here since the start. the best way i can explain this man is all the rage of a chihuahua in a human form. he is constantly starting fights and insulting people and making the most fucking unhinged statements you could ever imagine. i swear to god he has a death wish but its funny as fuck. (also roshambo and mapicc are A Pair. their name is dualityduo if anyone was curious :D)

planetlord, i do not remember off the top of my head when he joins, is the fucking server blorbo. everyone loves them. hes iconic. hes just A Guy. they are vibing and doing his fucking Best.

branzy, joins in the third season. fucking unhinged and amazing with redstone, he helps clown rig literal roulette machines and shit in a casino they build. not onyl that, he rigs it so that clown can fucking cheat the machines. hes amazing. he is also an absolute golden retriever of a man and we love him for it. big dork that is also absolutely terrifying. /vpos.

this concludes my advertisement of the lifesteal smp everyone should go and watch it because i think a good majority of the people on this blog would enjoy it tbh. also we want more lifesteal friends. /silly -ro

A head-to-head battle in the ultimate game of skill: Rochambeau. (The hand one, not the nut-kicking one).

ok!! so this is a Bit tricky bc I've (mostly) been watching s3 on youtube and different players may make more or fewer videos, + I'm mostly just dropping a lot of the info thats been jumping out at me abt a bunch of diff povs!

- subz (only 2 s3 videos, but appears in a LOT of ppls videos). married to the #grind, lives in the gaming zone

- roshambo and mapicc, but specifically their s4 streams. ro and mapicc are a fascinating study into the functionality and domesticity of two teenage boys in a death game. they're silly little guys

- vitalasy!! vitalasy starts shit and then goes "but why are they attacking me? :(" a bit of a schemer, seems to be one for theatrical pranks + traps. he and subz are besties

- rekrap! he is the nicest sweetest kindest guy and I want to put him in my mouth and eat him. escape artist, mostly because he gets targeted with traps due to the preexisting reputation for escaping traps

- parrot is very strategic, his s3 + rekrap's is worth it just for the mindfuck episode that is "this minecraft player cant be trapped". but I really think u need to watch the full POV for that video to be as crazy as it felt to me

- spepticle is just a funny little guy :) he likes making minigames, and is apparently the only person on the server to make minigames that ARENT trapped. if spep wants to trap you he'll just trap you (or he'll ask ashswag to play herobrine). spepticle and branzy have this beef in s3 that feels like watching toddlers slap each other in the sandbox and I love it

- mcclutch is like ur annoying little brother who wants attention so he does it by fucking with you and talking to your friends. despite this he is somehow incredibly endearing

- mrcube! hes just a little guy trying his best to murder people

- theterrain! Some of THE BEST editing on the server, takes concepts like "trapping rekrap" and figures out how to take them in new directions

- PRINCEZAM . i dont care who u are you are legally obligated to watch princezam Always. zam is the kind of guy to do something for the bit and then keep doing it for the bit. and then go /j(/srs). the sun motif that I saw @biinaberry introduce really suits him

- ashswag. lifesteal's biggest girlboss. his videos feel like distilled ADHD. 10/10

I gotta stop myself now before I just talk about every single funny guy on lifesteal

Lifesteal conspiracy theory:

It's not just Vitalasy who's posessed, Roshambo isn't who they seem to be. Roshambo may be a North American Minecraft YouTuber however the truth is that he's possessed by the spirit of the 6th century British author Gildas.

It makes sense!!!

'De Excidio et Conquestu Britanniae' and 'Clutching My School's Unfair Minecraft Tournament' have such a clear similarity in authorship and language used. Gildas was classically educated and it makes sense that the person he chose to possess would also be educated. If that's not convincing enough here's some more evidence that shows I'm on the right path:

Speaks Latin, Gildas famously was a big Latin enjoyer

Believes the Romans were fantastic and stans them, if you've read De Excidio et Conquestu Britanniae then you'll know

The hand motif, one of Gildas' surviving relics is an arm. Arm = hand. It's too obvious at this point

Warrior. According to the famously accurate hagiographies by a Rhuys monk and Llancarfan respectively, Gildas was a great warrior. We saw the ancient battle tactics video. Bit obvious there mate.

It's obvious because Gildas cared about battle tactics and again, fanboyed all. over. the Romans.

Also the pagan thing. Writing about rival religions and exposing and dunking on them? 'I Infiltrated Minecraft's Deadliest Cult' moment.

This is a Roshambo exposé. He is possessed by the spirit of Gildas and it's all becoming crystal clear now. If they wish to defeat him, they need to call an exorcist. They tend to be somewhat Christian though and Gildas gets a good rep there so I'm not sure if it's possible at this point. They're just so clearly similar it's hard to separate them into two separate people.
