Some tmnt art i made like- a year ago it took me about 9 hours, and was inspired by both the movie, and this youtuber, Casserole :D, video “The Prophet || Rise of the TMN Animatic”If your at all interested in tmnt fanworks i highly recommend them, as their art is gorgeous, and they characterize the turtles so well.

Why do people think Apritello is canon in rise?

And this is a genuine question, I'm really asking cuz I need to know the reasoning.

AND by this I don't mean "why do you ship it?" Because I get why y'all ship it, no, I need to know what make y'all say "yes, the creators were trying to say that April and Donnie had something going on", that's what I need to know, cus I don't see it.

I saw someone saying "Donnie had a clear crush on April" and I for the love of god can't see it.

Again, I mean in canon!! What part of the series makes you think that Apritello being a thing is as canon as Donnie being scared of beach balls??
