Hi guys,
Today we are talking dupes! I recently ran out of my Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand in shade Fair - Medium and can't find a replacement anywhere! I'm not surprised to be honest that the wand is sold out because it blends like a dream and effortlessly contours your face. My wand lasted about a year so it was a good investment but it means for now I need an alternative.
Looking on Tiktok where we all find the answers to everything in this day and age I saw a few videos where people were comparing the Hollywood Contour Wand to the Revolution Eye Bright Illuminating Under Eye Concealer in the shade Caramel. I have tried this concealer in other shades for concealing and highlighting but never contour so it didn't cross my mind to start with. After finding some discount codes I decided to order it and try myself.
In terms of packaging both products are very similar with their cushion applicators however as you can see CT is a deeper shade then the Revolution concealer I picked up. My fault really because I should have got Deep Caramel which would have been an exact colour match. Colour aside the actual formula blends out very similarly to one another giving me the perfect contour finish. The Revolution side is a slightly warmer shade which I would say is similar to doing contour with a bronzer shade. The CT colour is more cool toned and a true contour colour which you would expect.
Overall for now I'm happy with my dupe but still on the hunt for my Hollywood Contour Wand to come back into stock (hopefully sooner than later) because let's face it you can't always dupe a CT product. If you want to check out the Revolution dupe I have linked it above.
Lots of love

MONOCHROME MOONLIGHT enveloped the atmosphere in a whimsical luminescence, as mundane clouds churning haphazardly in the heavens threaten to traverse the illuminated path of the moon and encase the inhabitants beneath in an unnerving darkness. A daunting mass of compressed water vapor produces a downpour that collides spontaneously against the thickened structure of the cobblestone castle, intimidating to the weakened composition of the chamber with a grand skylight. Straying droplets entangle the flattened structures of the herbage surrounding the stronghold, a conspicuous sheen covering them. Another ravenous roll of thunder rumbles cacophonous beyond the impenetrable walls and quakes the earth, a deafening roar shattering across the empyrean before another bright blast of lighting ignites the night in pristine white.
“Come on now, we don’t have long,” the decrepit heavy wooden oak door crashes closed as another cannonade erupts.
Moonbeam showered between the bungalows of the kingdom suffocated in comfort, silvery gleams that whisper a glowing promenade against the night that is dark as coal. Honeydew drenches the midnight hooded cloak pressed to your bare shoulders, leaned against the stone and caught in the throes of shadows. “Are you sure that this plan will work?” Your enunciation is delicate and calculated enough to elude heightening the decibels, complementing your breathing as you sharply exhale, breath escaping in white wisps.
A palm pressed to your midsection when the lithe figure of the knight adorned in wrought iron metal resonates, with vermilion of the kingdom tarnished laboriously into the protective articles. Attentive eyes observe, as an unoccupied hand rests at a waistband. “Have a little faith, yeah? I understand the reputation I have, but I know what I’m doing.” Silence flourishes for a second before, “the path is clear, let’s go.” The mud that molded around your feet was a symphony of chestnut soil, brought to potency through puddles growing in accumulation coming as an accompaniment of brewing storms, that mushed beneath the burden of the human physique.
The entrance to the forest begins to sharpen with each step.
Rumors swirled around the forbidden forest encompassed in abundant foliage in a disastrous whirlwind like the blood that pumps through the heart—unconsciously and a necessity for prolonged survival. The variation spanned from a continuous threat looming behind the silhouette of trees that would frighten curious young children from exploration, to the defense provided through verdure. Legend spoke of a paradise concealed within the equidistant forest, housing what was a rebel alliance that hid themselves deep in the thicket, with the tall grass and tree trunks undoubtedly offering their protection. Decades of the manipulative, murderous, and corrupted rule of the kingdom has diminished the moral of the inhabitants, those who demanded immediate eradication of the oligarchy abandoning their homes, those who sought out freedom exceedingly finding paradise in the deepness of shades of brown, and green, diaphanous tones of other shades splashed throughout the vegetation littering the locations bathed in sunlight of the village.
“Hey!” Rang out many voices. “You! Stop right there!”
The man besides you calmly murmurs. “Run.”
The wind that rushed through your ears was as thundering as the rapids of the colossal waterfalls miles from your desired destination, steering blindly as that what was more deafening was the pounding of the necessary organ for life, your heart against the toughened structures of the rib cage as your feet stumbled against the disproportionate forest ground. The crackling of a branch as it is shattered into halves, came as a sickening noise when your feet glide across the warrior of nature littering the ground. Viridescent green of brilliant variations slashed in your line of sight, the leaves that jumbled within your face had momentarily left you sightless and caused a halting of your frantic pace.
“Don’t stop,” he exclaims when accounting for your hesitation. “We have to keep moving.”
The voices that shrieked across the woodland, shattering the benevolence, had your muscles and tendons propelling you forward and feigning ignorance at the aching. A sudden convulsion of a dissonant inhale flares your nostrils uncontrollably when the body endeavors to recuperate for what is abolished as a consequence of the vigorous maneuvers.
“Yoongi, they aren’t giving up,” you blurt, breathless. “What do we do?”
“Keep going North, I will detour them East,” he commands. “I will be back for you, okay? Go!”
Darkness surrounded you as you sputtered across the slicked ground, merely stumbling over the distractions that protruded from the surface of the land, before the tree roots grasped around your ankle. Through the gentle wind came the illusion that the wooden perennial plant was boisterous in laughter, as a human extremity was unfortunate to entangle in their trap. Tips of jagged rocks drag across and tear at the smooth flesh of your thigh, wrenching through the fabric shielding it, and as your attempt to grapple onto a solid subject proved unsuccessful, your descent into the dirt was imminent.
The seconds continued along, the quivering of the cardiac muscular organ baring a resemblance to the ticking of a clock, whose mere existence served as a reminder of timely endeavors. Lethargy cloaked your body, and thus subsequently hindered your motion as your muscles are doused in sluggishness.
Branches snapped beyond the lusciously thick bushes, that hid your disoriented body from view.
“Hello?” You whimper. “Is anybody there?”
Pebbles crunch underneath leaden and sturdy boots, before the unknown assailant is crouching besides you, muscled knees situated at the forefront of your corneas.
“What seemed to have happened here, Little Dove?” The tone was taunting, with a hand tardily reaching out to run along the incision, stained a darkened red when the appendage is raised to settle in his line of sight. Your affliction is suppressed by a sink of your teeth into the spongy flesh, swelling beneath the bone structure concocted of protective enamel. Glare ponderous from fatigue, you are squinting at the sharpened facial features of the masculine frame. Brunette tresses, extended in length, are soaked as tenebrous eyebrows pinched in the center of his forehead, with reservoirs of murkiness exploring the slopes of your skin. “Too curious, hm? I should warn you, though. Those who are nosey and threaten the village, only suffer.”
Calloused fingertips brush tentatively along the protruding bone of your wrist, roughened material bounding the appendages together. Rope is situated between bloodied fingers and leaned against bruised knuckles, wincing when strands of natural fibers are tightened and the deficiency of blood flow tickles your fingers.
The scream that escaped from your cracked lips was chocked and accompanied by tears that rolled down your blemished cheeks, when you are hoisted across a shoulder and the laceration is pressed to scratching cotton. Blood pooled around the wound as the bodily fluid gushes in thick rivulets, leaving behind the feeling of stickiness with a revolting combination of blood and perspiration.
“What are you doing?” Softly questioning, you are weakened from doses of exhaustion and scourge. If there is a response uttered, you do not regard it. Your head cuddled to a protruding shoulder blade as eyelids fluttered shut, eyelashes tickling at the supple tissue protecting your cheekbone.
Slumber cocooned you within her warm grasp as everything faded to black.

As a beauty blogger I try out a *lot* of make up, receiving exciting new launches and getting to play with products is one of the best parts of my job. As I constantly have new and interesting things arriving all the time, I tend to be a bit of a floozy with my products, jumping from one to the next fairly regularly. But as I looked back over blog posts and instagram selfies from the past year, I noticed a few products that cropped up time an again. There were some products that I tended to reach for more than others, ones that found a permanent place on my dressing table. So here, for your reading pleasure, are my 2017 Beauty Favourites.
I’ll work through my 2017 Beauty Favourites in order of application, rather than preference as I can’t rank them. I’ve also added some ‘highly commended’ products at the end of the post so don’t forget to check them out, as well as letting me know your 2017 favourites in the comments.
Starting with my base, I fell in love with The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer*. Some people don’t like the slippery, silky feeling of silicone primers but I don’t mind it. This is a lightweight primer that helps smooth out my skin and improves the longevity of my foundation. If you follow me on YouTube or instagram, the inclusion of The Ordinary Serum Foundation* will come as no surprise. This little bottle of joy took me completely by surprise and I have been recommending it to everyone. You can see it in action in my review HERE.
My Sephora High Coverage concealer has now run out and I feel a bit panicky – is it wrong to plan a trip to Paris just to stock up…? It somehow manages to be high coverage enough to deal with my intense blue eyebags but light enough not to settle into fine lines and look crepey. The dream!
The Too Faced Born This Way setting powder* has featured in a lot of selfies this year. It’s very finely milled so you don’t end up looking dusty, it has illuminating properties so it’s great under the eyes, and it comes in this huge pot that will last ages.
Two incredibly affordable products to finish off my base: the Freedom Radiance highlighter palette is absolutely incredible, containing three flattering highlighter shades. If you prefer a subtle glow, you need to have a light hand as these products have an intense pay off but for me (the human glitter ball), they are perfect. The Make Up Revolution Matte Blushes are pigmented, long-lasting, and come in a large pan. I love them!
Without my eyebrows I look like a potato so I’m always on the hunt for affordable high street offerings that cater to blondes. The GOSH Brow Shape ‘n’ Fill* is flipping great: it has an angled pencil at one end and a powder at the other (which I don’t use), and comes in a lovely ashy blonde that suits me perfectly. I am yet to find something that has outlasted the GOSH Infinity eyeliner pencil in ‘Carbon Black’* on my watery, sensitive eyes. I use this for tight-lining and it stays put for hours, something much pricier products struggle with!
Oh, Urban Decay Naked Heat palette* how do I love you? Let me count the ways! It’s the only palette I have brought with me on my current Japan trip which definitely Says Something. I’m a huge fan of warm-toned eye make up and this palette has it all: a range of shades, shimmers and mattes, and the pigmentation is great. I wasn’t sold on the Naked palettes but this is just dreamy. I did a post dedicated to it HERE where I showed three different looks you can achieve with the palette, whether you’re a subtle or intense eye make up person.
Lip products are my ultimate weakness so I hope you will forgive me for picking two liquid lipsticks for this entry in my 2017 beauty favourites. The Sephora Cream Lip Stains are just wonderful – they are affordable, have a huge colour range, feel comfortable on the lips, and last ages (you can see lip swatches of my collection HERE). The Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks have some seriously unique shades and I am always guaranteed to get comments from people wanting to know what I’m wearing. There are some inconsistencies with longevity within the range, but they are easy to layer/reapply so I don’t mind that too much.
I can’t remember when I first started using Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara but I can’t be without it now. I’ve tried so many others and this is still the one that gives me volume, separation and (a rare find for me) doesn’t end up printing all over my brow bone by midday.
I think you could have all guessed that Essie nail polish would be in here. The formula, the colours, the longevity, the names… I love them all and they are easily my favourite nail brand. My favourite colour to wear this year has probably been ‘playing koi’*, a gorgeous rusty orange with a strong 70s vibe (which actually came out in 2016 but is still a favourite). You can see it swatched HERE.
And that’s your lot! The products I used and loved this most this year. It was really hard to whittle down this list, there have been so many great products. So I wanted to quickly mention some that were highly commended…
Pixi Flawless Primer* (if you’re looking for a hydrating primer to add radiance and glow to grey wintery skin, this is DREAMY); Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer* (you need the tiniest, TINIEST dot to do both eyes and it will cover even the most intense eye-bags); 3INA highlighter* (subtle, glowy, and just gives really healthy looking skin) and Make Up Revolution Baked Highlights (so affordable and gives an intense highlight glow if you’re a sparkle-loving magpie like me); NYX ‘Brights’ Ultimate Shadow palette (such an incredible palette but probably not for everyone. If you want to use more colour in your make up in 2018 then this is a great place to start) and the Too Faced Sweet Peach palette* (this palette is so wearable and can easily be taken from subtle to dramatic thanks to the range of shades. Love love love!); KIKO Cream Crush eyeshadow in ‘Pearly Silver Rose’ (cream eyeshadows are foolproof and so quick. This is my go-to if I want something glitzy and eye-catching with no effort); Sephora V For Volume coloured mascara (I have the light blue, royal blue, green, and pink…and want more! Really pigmented, not flaky, and don’t smudge even on my weepy eyes. So, so good!); and finally Gerard Cosmetics HydraMatte liquid lipsticks (wonderful colours – including beautiful metallics – that last ages and don’t cost a fortune). Phew! It has been a flipping good year for my make up bag. What were your 2017 Beauty Favourites? As always, let me know in the comments below.

“Oh Calamity!”
... finally you guys... here is my fairytale that I got 120% on in Sophomore Honors English about Ryan, Brendon, and Brent called, “Oh Calamity”
The sun casts over 7 billion meaningless faces, and one soulmates glare of meteorite kisses and asteroid punches awaiting one ray to notice the 7th billion meaningless face.
Once upon a day’s dream, a beautiful boy composed of pretentious revolutions and shy lunar cycles danced alongside a heavenly body by the name of Brendon. Brendon was humored by the boy’s shy intentions alongside his shining heart of silver, however, fate was what caught the poor boy’s soul. With glimmers of golden fame and an adoring autumn of people who could love him, he was swept away by fate over love, his beholder over a speckled future. The beautiful boy, Ryan, began to chase after them, for his fate was wrapped up in a glowing orb that could never give Brendon what Ryan offered. For Ryan, himself could only offer the boy a future showered with love that lasts after lust, something that fate could only obtain with stuck up groupies and a pileup of unread fanmail. Ryan raced across the sky and feverishly glided through the cosmos to catch up to his dearly beloved, causing reigning angst to surface with a man named Brent.
Brent found great annoyance with Ryan’s “crush” due to the disturbance Ryan would cause with Brent's people on Earth. Ryan’s constant chasing began to change the lunar cycles, making crop rotations last up to 14 days in darkness, with no blossoming sun to kiss the maize rows or to smoke the tobacco rings. The people of Brent were outraged with the constant repetition of their crops dying and their economies decreasing. The only thing worse than poverty, however, being the constant weeping of a guitar over the darkened society, where Ryan would simply sing...
“...Through playful lips made of yarnThat fragile CapricornUnraveled words like moths upon old scarvesI know the world's a broken boneBut melt your headaches, call it home...”
...and with that, the town people began to revolt against Brent, finally making him step away from Earth to hover beyond the stars, where he met three shining stars by the names of Jon, Spencer, and Dallon.
Jon was the first to feel pity for the man, simply telling Brent, “Give me one wish and I will shoot in the atmosphere for all restoration of empathy and sympathy.” Brent grimaced, however, didn’t hesitate to answer, “How poetic, truthfully, but what I truly desire is for the people of my town to find peace before protest. I want you to take the voice of the wretched moon, for his songs are only causing my village great distress.” And with that, Jon shot through the sky, strumming on comets before he evaporated into the night. Brent smiling as Ryan’s constant singing faded as Jon’s burning light dimmed.
Spencer was next to feel pity for Brent, for he had understood Brent’s rage toward his best friend, Ryan’s, selfishness, kindly telling Brent, “Give me one wish and I will shoot in the atmosphere for all restoration of selflessness and benevolence.” Spencer was then greeted with an evil smirk mixed with toxicity, Brent bargaining to stir, “Secondly, what I truly desire is for the people of my town to find stability before technicalities. I want you to stone the poor man who calls himself Ryan, for then will my town be in sync with every shadow Ryan casts.” And with growing guilt building up inside Spencer, Spencer bounced through the sky, drumming on meteorites before erupting into the night. Brent beamed as the shadow casted upon the Earth aligned with the stars of the night, halting Ryan from his chase. Ryan thrashed and jolted as he tried to break free from the fourth wall before falling into Brent’s grasp, Brent growing bigger and taller and stronger with the power of Ryan’s fate in his hands. With Spencer’s faulted wish, Brent twisted Ryan to face him as he grabbed an upcoming meteor soaring through the sky. The meteor of deep fuschias and rich indigo’s crashed into Ryan’s skull several times, leaving craters the size of Brendon’s wide eyes. Ryan’s craters and minor brain damage caused him to collide with the stone, Ryan becoming a large stone statue. With Brent’s ignorance satisfied, Brent threw Ryan into the atmosphere to become the beautiful bright moon that his people needed.
However, the greed of his village folk was not fulfilled to his liking, so with the power of gods and Mikey Way, Brent shot the last sky into the night as he chanted, “And to the after thought, dearest Dallon, I need you to reign riches on my people- as for their desire is deeper than peace and stability- it’s... riches.” And with that, Dallon soured through the sky, catching onto bass lines to save him before crashing into the night.Brent was pleased as he returned, for not only his people were fulfilled, but Brent’s revenge had finally been perfected. For he wasn't out to hurt Ryan... exactly... he was out to obtain fate- to obtain fame. For that glowing orb had finally broken the greed off of Brendon, to be given to the powerful man of Earth.
As the vivid orb was lifted from Brendon’s gaze, Brendon had seen his life of fame and fortune wane as memories of Ryan began to glow. The illuminating hues of garden filled sunray’s and tea time beam’s sparked Brendon’s inner inner love due to life. For he had always been in love with the idea of Ryan, but could never feel good enough when his voice had faltered to those of the town’s people. Leaving only Brendon to lay there, awaiting anticipated lyrics called to Line 1, while awaiting a facade that ended as obsession on Line 2. And as that beautiful voice of a broken home, a drunk father and a non-existent mother, stopped calling out to him... that's when he had lost all sanity to long for fame. In his eyes Ryan was gone, in his eyes Ryan stopped following his dreams because of what others thought, in his eyes... he was to blame. He began to cry tears of pure golds onto Brent and his people, fulfilling his third, and final, wish. His tears brought joy to the townsfolk, and a black parade to Brent, before Brendon faced Ryan with shy eclipses. And as he stared, into the beautiful brown craters procured from birth, he stopped concealing from the public and kissed the stoned boy he had loved. One kiss to turn Brent’s people against him, beheading him in the sand next to a dried skeleton by the name of Bob. One kiss to turn Brendon into a star, holding onto Ryan for all the years to come, for he was the reason he was so beautiful in melodies and Grammy performances. And one final kiss to explain how all was golden in the sky, how all was golden when the day met the night.
The moon casts over 7 billion hopeless faces, shying away from the soulmate it revolves
Of radiating smiles and budding scars awaiting one shooting star for the sun to realize
They are under the same solar system
The earth casts under two significant others, the two hopes above the galaxy
Of iridescent violets dripping cancers concern
Awaiting for a telegram broadcasted to both through a satellite
An I love you
So if a rocket flew past with a soulmate of a different hope,
Will someone dream of them as well?

Hey doll hey!!! Hope you are having a great day/night. I’m doing pretty good today. It’s a low pain high energy day for me so that’s an awesome thing. I’ve been loving doing glam looks lately so I decided to do another smokey look. Today I’m wearing Katy Perry Royal Revolution perfume. Let’s jump into today’s Face of the Day ….
Base: I primed my face using JCat Beauty Prime and Glow Face Illuminator ($7.99 on their website) in the Licorice formula. I also blurred my pores using Tarte Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer ($39 at Sephora). For foundation today I am wearing a combo of 5 pumps of Marc Jacobs Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter ($45 at Sephora) in the shade Dew You? and 7 pumps of Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer ($8.99 at Target) in the shade 03 Light Beige. I lightly color corrected my under eyes using Pixi by Petra Correction Concentrate ($12 at Target and on the Pixi Beauty website) in the shade Brightening Peach. I used 3 dots under each eye of Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer ($29 at Ulta and Sephora) in the shade Vanilla. I set my full face with Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting Powder ($33 at Ulta and Sephora) in the shade Translucent. I warmed up my face using MAC Bronzing Powder ($30 at MAC) in the shade Matte Bronzer. For touch up powder today I am using Catrice Prime and Fine Mattifying Waterproof Powder ($7.49 at Ulta) in the shade transparent.
Eyes: I primed my lids using P.Louise Base ($10 pound sterling/ $12.08 USD on their website… can also be found on the Morphie website for $15) in the shade Rumour 0.5 and today I chose not to set the base. For today’s eye look I used the Born This Way The Natural Nudes Palette ($45 at Ulta and Sephora). For my transition shade I used the color Maple (warm caramel brown matte). For my crease I used the shade Cocoa (medium chocolate brown matte). I deepened the crease, outer v, and outer 1/3 of my mobile lid using the shade Truffle (deep rich brown matte). On the remaining 2/3 of my mobile lid I used the shade Shimmering Pearl (gold with a pink shift soft metallic) and then went back over the middle 1/3 using the shade Rose Gold (rose gold soft metallic) to blend the inner and outer 1/3 together. For my lower lash line I created a drop shadow using more of the shade Cocoa. I deepened the lower lash line using more of the shade Truffle and then buffed out the whole lash line using more of the shade Maple. I highlighted the inner corners using the shade Glistening Snow (white with gold shift soft metallic). I tight lined the upper and lower waterlines using Pixi by Petra Endless Silky Eye Pen ($12 at Target) in the shade Black Caviar (deep brown). I set my brows using Maybelline Great Lash Mascara ($6.99 at Ulta but I purchased mine from Amazon) in clear and then filled in my brows using Milani Stay Put Brow Color ($8.49 at Ulta) in the shade 05 Dark Brown. I carved out my brow line using the BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighter ($5 on their website) on the matte sides and set the brow line using the shade Swan (eggshell matte). I popped on a pair of Profusion Beauty 3D Faux Mink Lashes ($7 for pack of 5 on their website) in the style Big Tease and coated my upper and lower lashes with L’Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara ($8.99 at Ulta).
Cheeks and Lips: For blush I am using JCat Beauty BlushMellow ($4.99 on their website) in the shade Tutti Fluffy (a bright coral matte). I highlighted my Cupid’s Bow, tops of the cheeks, bridge of the nose, center of my chin, and high points of the brows using the Rachh Loves & Pixi Beauty The Layers Highlighting Palette ($24 at Target) in the shade Lace (a pink iwht gold flip). I lined and filled in my lips using ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($6 on their website) in the shade Brink (terracotta rose) and topped off my lips using ColourPop Lippie Stix ($7 on their website) in the shade Slacker (soft salmon creme).
Final Thoughts: So I’ve been loving this blush color lately… it’s just the perfect coral pink for a flush of color. I’ve also been doing my blush placement a bit different lately. Instead of placing my blush directly on my cheeks I take the blush a bit higher on the cheek bones. I saw this on a Makeup Forever master class video and noticed that it gives a more youthful look to the face.
I’ve also been loving this lip combo too… It’s very flattering and goes with almost any eye look.
Well that’s all for now dolls…. I hope and pray you are healthy, safe, and in good spirits. Remember ….. Save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO
Sultry Eye Face of the Day Hey doll hey!!! Hope you are having a great day/night. I'm doing pretty good today. It's a low pain high energy day for me so that's an awesome thing.

Your Daily Natural Makeup Guide to Looking Gorgeous
The natural makeup look, aka the no-makeup makeup look, is the biggest trend in the makeup industry at the moment. It is a look created with nude-colored makeup products that subtly enhances your beauty. In simpler terms, it’s makeup done in cream, sheer and shades. Almost immediately it was introduced on red carpets, runways, movies and took the world by storm. The reason is quite simple: It suits everyone! Before this look became a trend, women often wore makeup that involved bright shimmery eye shadows, winged eyeliners, thick boxed brows, and bright red lipsticks. This made the use of makeup limited. Women who would rather not draw attention to themselves stayed away from makeup or only wore it on special occasions. And women who did like the bold makeups were often given stink eyes. During this dark time, some workplaces banned the use of makeup because it was too heavy. Now though, there is a makeup revolution! With the natural makeup look, women of all ages, races, sizes and cultures enjoy the benefits of makeup. The natural makeup look is simple, subtle and spectacular. And the best thing is; it’s easy to recreate and wear daily for work. So, to look gorgeous daily on natural makeup, try out these trendy looks below!
The Warm Glow
This natural look is one of the most popular because it's suitable for every season. In the summer months, it gives you that warm, welcoming look perfect for summer. And in winter it adds warmth to cool days. To get the warm glow, follow these steps below! Start by applying a foundation that matches your skin tone perfectly. This will set the tone for that natural look you want to achieve. Once you do, the next step is to conceal. Conceal your under-eye area and any other red or shallow parts. You must make it as unnoticeable as possible so apply subtly! Use a translucent setting powder to set your concealer. Highlight your cheekbones with cream highlighter until it glows, and do the same with your nose and chin. Remember, this look is called the warm glow so make it glow! Define your brows very subtly to keep it looking as natural as possible. You can use a powdered eyebrow product to achieve this. If you’d like to wear eye shadow, stick to nude colors and apply very lightly. Elongate your lashes with light mascara to keep it looking natural yet long and attractive. Apply with a translucent lip gloss and you’re set to step out!
The Baby Face Look
Just like the name suggests, the babyface look displays your youth. Sometimes heavy makeup could make a woman look more mature or older than they really are. The baby face look has the opposite effect. In a nutshell, it makes you look super adorable. To achieve this look, check out the tips below! Wash your face, moisturize it, and apply primer. Take out your foundation and only apply it in specific areas e.g. spotted or red areas. Set your face with a translucent powder. This will keep your foundation in while evening out your skin tone. Apply a warm-toned matte bronzer on your cheekbones, chin, and forehead for an appealing definition. Swipe a nude colored eye shadow over your eyelid and cut your crease with your bronzer. Line your eyes subtly with gel eyeliner to give it that compelling aura. Lastly, take out a light pink or peach, shimmery lippie and shape out your lips!
The Bare-Faced Look
This natural makeup look is the most subtle of them all. It involves lesser makeup which literally makes you look like you have no makeup on at all. The bare-faced look is a look that fits perfectly for early lectures and jobs that start by 8:00 am. It takes very little time and hardly ever goes wrong. To perfect the bare-faced look, check out this guide below. As always, make sure your face is clean and moisturize it thoroughly! Apply face oil to make your face appear smooth, glowy and very healthy. But be careful not to apply too much so your face doesn’t end up looking greasy! (P.S: glow oils shimmers and shines when your face catches the light so you don’t have to worry about applying a highlighter afterward). Next, pick up your powdered brow product and define your brows as naturally as possible. Beautify your eyes with eyeliner and mascara in minimal amounts. Lastly, apply nude lipstick or sheer lip gloss and you’re all set for your day!
The Pink natural look
While the natural makeup look mostly includes brown and translucent products, pink and peach can also be used –so long as they are in nude shades. Pink and peach are warm colors which makes them perfect for summer and spring but you can also choose to go warm in winter. To create this pink look: Subtly cover up red or sallow spots with a nice concealer. Define your brows with powdered products to keep it looking as natural as possible. Apply very nude pink or peach eye shadow on your eyelids and use light brown for the crease. Blend nicely with an eye shadow brush. Line your eyes with eyeliner and give it a little wing. Apply pink or peach blush in a minimal amount on your cheekbones and highlight with a skin-colored highlighter. Lastly, apply nude pink or peach lip gloss/lipstick and voila, you have the pink natural look!
Tips to Ensure You Get That Natural Makeup Look
While the natural makeup look is easy enough, there are certain tips that can help make sure you perfect it immediately. These tips include:
Pay attention to your skin
To own the natural makeup look, your skin needs to agree with you. A healthy, clear skin sets the base for your natural look. This way, if you choose to stick with the bare-faced look that requires no foundation, you can successfully pull it off. If you also prefer to try the other looks, your face will require little foundation and concealer. Remember that the less foundation/concealer you use, the more natural your makeup can appear so start paying extra attention to your skin!
Use primers!
When opting for a no-makeup look, a primer can give you that smooth base you require. Primers fill your facial pores without clogging them while keeping concealers and foundations out of the pores. It literally makes your face the perfect canvas for painting. In the end, it ensures your makeup settles smoothly on your face and gives it a glow if you use an illuminating primer.
Apply your coverage lightly
Coverage in makeup includes bases like liquid foundation, powder foundation, creamy foundation, spray foundation and so on. When it comes to the natural makeup look, however, the coverage must be applied in very little quantity. Too much foundation will make your face look very artificial and maybe even bulky. In the end, it defeats the purpose of the natural look. So, to avoid this, you can use moisturizers, BB/CC creams and facial oils for your coverage. When using your foundation or concealer, you can focus solely on spotted or red areas, or apply it fully but in a very small quantity. To ensure it blends perfectly, use a damp beauty blender and dab until you can dab no more!
Use cream highlighter!
We all know that makeup products come in different textures like powder, matte, cream, and so on. Using cream highlighters can make it easier to get that look you want. Cream blends in beautifully and often appear more natural than powdered products. So, to highlight, choose cream bronzers. It sinks right into your skin and blends with the rest of your makeup. And just like with your coverage, apply with a damp beauty blender and blend until it looks as though you were born glowing! Finish up with a setting spray and it will certainly last all day!
Minimalize everything
Remember that the aim of the natural makeup look is to look naturally beautiful. This means every product has to be applied as minimally as possible. So as mentioned earlier, apply your foundation and concealers only when necessary. Don’t wing your eyeliners, and if you have to, keep it short. Apply as little mascara as possible and leave out blush, unless you want to add some warmth to your look. Lastly, blend furiously until it’s hard to tell you have makeup on! Bottom line The natural makeup look is without a doubt one of the best things that has happened to the makeup industry. It’s convenient, easy to apply, attractive, and can have you looking like Kim Kardashian in less than an hour! It also includes minimal makeup products which means you can use your makeup products for months before you have to restock! To achieve perfect the natural makeup look, put the tips above into practice today! Read the full article

Hey guys,
I get a lot of questions about makeup dupes and which ones I recommend and basically what the deal is with them. Now I have been asked for product vs product posts for a long time now but I wanted my blog to be a mixture of things and not just dupe based content. But a lot of people have asked about them so I finally decided to give in and give the people what they want!
Today’s post we are going to be looking at the new Makeup Revolution Eye Bright Illuminating Under Eye Concealer, £8.00 vs Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away liquid concealer, £24.00. Now when you put these products together side by side it’s pretty obvious why people think the products are alike based on outer packaging and application design. Obviously we can see the Revolution concealer definitely took some style inspiration (to say the least) from CT for their concealer as they are both rose gold twist-able cushion application concealer wands. I wouldn’t go as far as to say they were identical but they are pretty similar.
As for the product and formulation itself they are advertised for different purposes. The Magic Away concealer is a multi-use concealer that you can apply all over for your face however you choose whether it’s highlighting, concealing or brightening. The Revolution concealer is advertised as a eye brightening under eye concealer, now depending on the get there wouldn’t be anything to stop you using it whether you like but it’s worth pointing out the advertising differences. Honestly though both concealers provide a really good coverage where ever you choose to apply the product.
While these products are advertised for different purposes you obviously can’t ignore that they look hella similar! So if you are looking for a drugstore dupe why not try out the Revolution concealer!
If you want to see more posts like this let me know and I’ll be happy to show you what I’ve got!
Lots of love

Hey guys,
If there's one thing I have in common with a lot of my readers it's that we are a bunch of night owls who love to stay up late whether it's watching tv, reading or browsing tumblr. Which if you're hear after midnight hi there, me too probably.
When I go to work the next day after a late night online session a lot of people at my work ask me why I don't look so tired. today I am sharing my drugstore secret with you that hasn't failed me yet and I have literally just repurchased because it's that damn good! So let's chat about the Makeup Revolution Eye Bright Illuminating Under Eye Concealer , £8.00.
Not only is this under eye concealer affordable it also genuinely works like a charm whether you wear it by itself or you wear with foundation. Either way you'll never notice it because it blends in like a charm so natural you'll never see it. This concealer is decided to brighten, illuminate and hydrate your under eyes to make the appearance of darkness on your under eyes disappear. It has such a creamy formula it blends in effortlessly whether you're using your fingers or a brush.
What I love most about this concealer specifically is the wand applicator itself. It makes applying the product so quick and while this concealer is designed for under eyes I actually own multiple shades and use them for complexion and highlighting and then a deeper shade for contour and bronzing. The formula is so easy to work with and thanks to the wand applicator you can choose the amount of coverage you are applying. That way you can have a simple light natural look or a more built up coverage. For me it depends how much sleep I got the night before.
So if you're looking for a new holy grail concealer to hide all those late nights you really need to check out this concealer in the link below.
Lots of love

Hey doll hey!!!! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope. It’s raining here in Florida today and I’m in a world of hurt because of it. I woke up wanting to try for a halo eye look. I’ve never done one and always wanted to try…it didn’t come out perfect but the look is so pretty that I think I might try one again tomorrow to see if I can get it right. Well, let’s jump into this Face of the Day ….
Base: I primed my face using Loreal Infallible Glow-Lock Illuminating Primer ($12.99 at Ulta) and also Tarte Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer ($39 at Ulta). I color corrected using Tarte CC Undereye Corrector ($25 at Ulta) in the shade Light/Medium. My foundation today is a combo of 3 pumps BECCA Backlight Priming Filter ($39 at Ulta) and 2 pumps Loreal Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation ($14.99 at Ulta) in the shade 420 True Beige. I concealed my under eyes using Loreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer ($13.49 at Ulta) in the shade 360 Cashmere. I set my full face using Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting Powder ($33 at Ulta) in the shade Translucent. I warmed up my face using NYX Matte Bronzer ($10 at Ulta) in the shade Deep Tan. I went a little to ham on the bronzer today so I had to bake heavily. I baked my jaw line, center of the forehead, sides of the nose and tops of the cheeks using RCMA No Color Powder ($15 on the Beautylish website).
Eyes: I primed my eyes with NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer ($30 at Sephora) in the shade Medium 1 Custard and set that using RCMA No Color Powder ($15 on the Beautylish website). For today’s eye look I used the Revolution Beauty Re-Loaded Basic Mattes Palette ($8 on their website). For my 1st transition shade I used the 5th color of the 1st row ( light orange based tan matte). For my 2nd transition shade I used the 2nd color of the 3rd row (a light mauve terracotta matte), I also took this color all over the mobile lid. To deepen my crease and mobile lid I used the 1st shade of the 3rd row (a deep mauve terracotta matte). I then cut out the middle 1/3 of my mobile lid using more NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer. I then used Revolution Beauty Highlighter Reloaded ($7 at Ulta) in the shade Dare to Divulge (a mid-toned champagne) on the middle 1/3 of the mobile lid layered with Hikari Cream Pigment ($15 on their website) in the shade Honey Dew (a pale icy pink) and then I layered another layer of Revolution Beauty Highlighter Reloaded in the shade Dare to Divulge. I then created a drop shadow on the lower lash line using what was left on the brushes I used on my upper lids. I lined my lower waterlines using ColourPop Creme Gel Color ($7 on their website) in the shade Exit (a pure white). I then lined high up on the lower lash line using the 4th color on the 3rd row (a deep true brown matte). I highlighted my inner corners using Hikari Cream Pigment ($15 on their website) in the shade Fairy Tale (an icy white). I set my brows using Believe Beauty Eyebrow Styling Gel ($4 at Dollar General) in clear and filled in the brows using Loreal Brow Stylist Definer ($8.99 at Ulta) in the shade Dark Brunette. I carved out my brow line using BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighter ($5 on their website) on the matte side and set that using the 1st shade of the 1st row (a bright cream matte). I put on a pair of KoKo Lashes ($7.99 on the Lady Moss website) in the style Queen B. I lined the inner corner of my upper lash line using Physician’s Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum ($11.49 at Ulta) in the shade Ultra Black and then set that using the 5th shade of the 3rd row (a dusty black matte). I primed my lower lashes using Loreal Voluminous Primer ($10.99 at Ulta) and then put on 2 coats of Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara ($8.99 at Ulta) on both the upper and lower lashes.
Cheeks and Lips: My blush today is Milani Rose Powder Blush ($8.99 on their website) in the shade 08 Tea Rose (light nude peach matte). I highlighted the tops of the cheeks, center of my chin, Cupid’s bow, bridge of the nose, and center of my forehead using Revolution Beauty Highlighter Reloaded ($7 at Ulta) in the shade Dare to Divulge (a mid-toned champagne). I lined my lips using ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($7 on their webstie) in the shade Lumiere (dusty mauve pink) and filled in the lips using ColourPop Lippie Stix ($7 on their website) in the shade Little Things (mid-tone mauve pink creme).
Final Thoughts:
Loreal Infallible Glow-Lock Illuminating Primer: A+ This is a pretty good primer. It gives a great glow to the face without there being any shimmer on the face. Foundation goes on over this primer so smoothly. It leaves the face dewy looking without looking greasy and without feeling like a disco ball. I will definitely be using this a ton more and will repurchase when I’ve finished it up.
Revolution Beauty Re-Loaded Basic Mattes Palette: A+++!!! This is an amazing neutrals palette. It’s compact so it’s great to travel with. There are enough transition, crease, and outer v shades that you can get multiple looks without getting bored. There was a small amount of kick back in the pans and almost no fallout on the face. This one is a definite gem.
ColourPop Creme Gel Color in the Shade Exit: B- This color is the hardest thing to work with. I wish they would make Honey Dude in a Creme Gel Color too that would be the best thing ever!! This white is super pigmented but skips when you apply it on the waterline. It also cracks. It’s super thick, and it stinks! I mean like clown makeup stink. I’ll use this again but I just have to find the way to make it work for me.
Well, that’s all for now dolls. I hope you have a great rest of your day/night and that you are in good spirits. I hope, for those of you who have spoonie illnesses, that you are having low pain days and high energy days. Remember dolls, save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO
My First Halo Eye Face of the Day Hey doll hey!!!! How's your day/night going? Great I hope. It's raining here in Florida today and I'm in a world of hurt because of it.

Hey doll hey!!! Hope you are having a great day/night. I still have a very high pain level today but the fatigue is getting a tiny bit better. I found it hard to get going this morning and I had to take breaks while doing my makeup, but I still feel stronger than I was yesterday. I decided to try out the ColourPop Bare Necessities Palette ($34 on their website) again to see if I would like it any better…. and spoiler, I really do! So let’s jump into this Face of the Day…
Base: I primed my face using the Loreal Infallible Glow-Lock Illuminating Primer ($12.99 at Ulta) and also using a small amount of Tarte Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer ($39 at Ulta). For foundation today I am wearing the Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Longwear Liquid Foundation ($40 at Ulta) in the shade 4.0. I color corrected using Pixi by Petra Correction Concentrate ($12 at Target) in Brightening Peach and then concealed using AOA Studio Paw Paw Liquid Concealer ($1.55 on the Shop Miss A website) in the shade Buff. To set my face I used Benefit Hello Happy Velvet Powder Foundation ($30at Ulta) in the shade 4. I warmed up my face using ColourPop Pressed Powder Bronzer ($8 on their website) in the shade Talk to the Palm. I then set my under eyes and baked my jaw line, bridge of the nose, and center of the forehead using RCMA No Color Powder ($15 at the Beautylish website).
Eyes: I primed the lids using Tarte Shape Tape ($27 at Ulta) in the shade Light-Medium Honey and set that using more RCMA No Color Powder. For my transition shade today I used the color Hot Gossip (a warm nude matte). For my crease and the outer 1/2 of my mobile lid I used the color Tabloid (a deep caramel brown matte). I took more of this shade to my lower lash line and then buffed that out using more of Hot Gossip. I then used the color Genie (a deep gold metallic) over the inner 2/3 of the mobile lid. I then took the color Stiletto (a warm deep brown with gold flecks sequin) on the outer v and outer 1/3 of my mobile lid. Using the shade Dutch Process (a plum brown with silver flecks sequin) and blended that between the inner and outer 1/3 of the mobile lid. I took a mix of Idol Hour (a warm ivory with peach flip metallic) and Genie and applied that on just a little bit of the middle 1/3 to blend the colors further. I did my brows using Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil ($24 at Ulta) in the shade 4.5 and set the brow hairs using Benefit Gimme Brow Gel ($24 at Ulta) in the shade 6. I carved out my brow line using the BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighter ($5 on their website) on the matte side and set the brow line using Full Expose (a creamy vanilla matte). I tried to line my waterline using the ColourPop BFF Gel Liner in HoneyDude (nude) but I still can’t get it to work on my waterline so I switched to Revolution Pro Supreme Pigment Gel Liner ($5 on their website) in the shade Nude. For mascara today I am using Benefit Roller Lash Mascara ($23 at Ulta) in the shade Black.
Cheeks and Lips: For blush today I am using Milani Rose Powder Blush Palette ($12.99 on the Milani website) in the shade 02 Floral Fantasy… I used the first shade which is a peachy coral matte. I highlighted the tops of my cheeks, bridge of my nose, and center of my forehead using ColourPop Super Shock Highlighter ($9 on their website) in the Disney Designer Collection shade A Smile and A Song (a light gold pearl). I lined my lips using Loreal 6-HR Infallible Never Fail Lip Liner ($8.99 at Walmart) in the shade Coral and filled in the lips using ColourPop Creme Lux Lipstick ($8 on their website) in the shade Better Off (a deep true coral).
Final Thoughts:
Loreal Infallible Glow-Lock Illuminating Primer: A++ I’ve been using this primer for a little bit now and I’ve got to say I am really liking it. It brings illumination to the skin without there being a sheen on the face. It gives you a healthy glow to the skin and really take foundation wonderfully.
Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Longwear Liquid Foundation: B- I am not loving this foundation half as much as I use to love it. It’s full coverage and very long wearing but I don’t know… I really didn’t love the way my skin looked with it on. It feels too heavy and mask like. I know I normally only use this one for the summer time because it is very long wearing and is truly waterproof, but I wanted to try it out now. I think I’ll keep it for the summer but I wont be repurchasing this one.
ColourPop Bare Necessities Palette: A+++!!!! OK…..OK…. I changed my mind. I freaking LOVE this palette!!! I even loved the glitter in the sequin shadows. This is a great everyday palette. The shadows blended out so easily and buffed into one another seamlessly. There is subtle differences with the mid toned browns that just give a great natural looking eye when combined together. I can see myself reaching for this one a ton now that I gave it another chance. This palette can not only be an everyday palette but with those deep browns that black shadow and the deeper metallics this could be a great going out palette too.
Well that’s all for now dolls. Side note …. I purchased 2 purple shadow palettes from ColourPop to further explore bright colors (out of my comfort zone I go). I’ll be doing a look with both of them as soon as I receive them. But for now I hope the rest of your day/night is going smoothly and wonderfully and that the day finds you in low pain and with plenty of spoons. Remember …. save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO

Hey doll hey!!! Hope you are having a great day today. Today I will be reviewing the complexion products I purchased from the J Cat Beauty website. I do have to say that I’m low key obsessed with this eye look and I used glitter. GLITTER!!! Tati Westbrook knows what she is doing with eyeshadow!! So let’s get started with this Face of the Day, and also mini product review ….
Base: I primed my face using the J Cat Beauty Prime & Glow Face Illuminator Primer ($7.99 on their website) the Licorice formula. For foundation I am using the J Cat Beauty HD Perfection Skinsealer Foundation ($7.99 on sale for $5 on their website) in the color Warm Honey. I chose not to color correct today so i could test out the new concealer …. I concealed my under eyes using J Cat Beauty Staysurance Water-Sealed Zero-Smudge Concealer ($7.99 on their website) in the color Custard. I set my face using J Cat Beauty Aquasurance Compact Foundation ($13.99 on their website) in the color Natural. I warmed up my face using J cat Beauty Golden Soleil Baked Bronzer ($7.99 on their website) in the color Cancun Golden Tan. I then set my under eyes and baked my jaw line, center of my forehead, and bridge of my nose using RCMA No Color Powder ($15 on the Beautylish website).
Eyes: I primed my lids using Tarte Shape Tape ($27 at Ulta) in the color Light-Medium Honey. For today’s eye look I am using Tati Beauty Textured Neutrals Palette ($48 on her website). I set the Shape Tape using the color Aura-Matte (the cream row of colors). I then took the color Soothe-Matte (the tan row of colors) and used that as my crease and transition shade combined. I then took Soothe-Glitter on my mobile lid skipping the very inner part of the mobile lid. I used the color Soothe-Metallic on the inner part of the mobile lid and used Ritual-Matte (the dark brown row of colors) on just the outer 1/3 of the mobile lid over the glitter. I used Hikari Cream Pigment ($15 on their website) in the color Fair Tale (an icy white shimmer) to highlight the inner corners. For my brows I used Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil ($24 at Ulta) in the color 4.5 and Benefit Gimme Brow ($24 at Ulta) in the color 6. I carved out my brow line using BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighter ($5 on their website) on the shimmer side and set the brow line using more of Aura-Matte. I lined the waterlines using ColourPop BFF Creme Gel Liner ($6 on their website) in the color Get Paid (a rose gold shimmer liner) and then used more of Smoothe-Matte on my lower lash line. For mascara today I am using Revolution’s The Mascara Revolution ($10 on their website) in the color Black.
Cheeks and Lips: My blush today is J Cat Beauty Blush-Mallow Soft Blusher ($4.99 on their website) in the color Tutti Fluffy (a bright pinkish coral). I used the J Cat Beauty You Glow Girl Baked Highlighter ($8.99 on their website) in the color Twilight (a mid-toned gold) to highlight the tops of my cheeks, bridge of my nose, center of my forehead, and Cupid’s Bow. I lined my lips using Loreal Infallible 6-HR Never Fail Lip liner ($8.99 at Ulta) in the color Coral and then filled in my lips with MAC Satin Lipstick ($19 at Ulta and MAC) in the color Brave (a mid-toned pinkish coral).
Final Thoughts:
J Cat Beauty Prime & Glow Face Illuminator Primer: A++ You get 1.05 fluid ounces of product for $7.99. This is a pretty primer. It gives the skin a nice glow that has a pinkish shift to it. It felt very hydrating and created a great base that allowed my foundation to go on very smoothly. It also seemed to blur my pores.
J Cat Beauty HD Perfection Skinsealer Foundation: A+++!!!! You get .85 fluid ounces of product for $7.99, it is on sale on their website for $5. This foundation is billed as a flawless, full coverage foundation that gives the skin the most beautiful natural finish. It’s offered in 10 shades with 4 shades for deeper skin tones. This foundation is so freaking beautiful!!! It left my face so dewy and so fresh. The color was a tad bit darker than my skin tone but I loved the finish so much that I will finish the bottle up and then purchase the shade Sweet Buff (which is one shade lighter than Warm Honey). This foundation is definitely full coverage but when using a Beauty Blender it lays down more like a high medium coverage so I went in with a 1/2 pump more (I used a total of 2 1/2 pumps to get full coverage) and it built on itself nicely. I waited 7 minutes to see if it would oxidize and it did not. I seriously can’t tell you enough just how much I loved this foundation with just 1 application!!! It didn’t emphasize pores or fine lines, in fact it seemed to make my skin look perfected and flawless.
J Cat Beauty Staysurance Water-Sealed Zero-Smudge Concealer: A- You get .33 ounces of product for $7.99. It’s billed as a light-weight, yet, long lasting concealer that combats dark circles, redness, and any imperfection for a flawless look that is waterproof and has a medium to full coverage. It comes in 16 shades with 6 shades for deeper skin tones. This is a thick concealer and is so pigmented that a little goes a very long way. It reminds me a bit of the Tarte Shape Tape, however it’s more hydrating than the Shape Tape. It isn’t as light-weight as their claims say, but that’s Ok because it leaves the under eye smooth and polished. I haven’t tested the waterproof claim but it does feel like it could be at least resistant to water. I will definitely be using this product up but am not sure if I will repurchase it… I want to test it in the Florida Summer heat.
J Cat Beauty Aquasurance Compact Foundation: A+++!!! You get .31 ounces of product for $13.99. It is billed as a finely milled luxurious, silky texture that minimizes the appearance of pores with medium to full coverage. It comes in 13 shades with 4 shades for deeper skin tones. This powder foundation is the first one that I have come across that is actually full coverage if you use the sponge… it is about high medium coverage with a fluffy powder brush. I don’t know how, but this powder actually blurs the pores! My skin looks flawless. I really, REALLY like this powder and have already purchased a back up.
J cat Beauty Golden Soleil Baked Bronzer: A+++!!!! You get .35 ounces of product for $7.99. It’s billed as a velvety SOLAR baked formula that wears all day and won’t transfer onto clothes. The smooth texture blends effortlessly with any powder brush for buildable, customizable coverage that wakes skin up and delivers a lit-from-within luminosity. The non-dusty and non-drying color stays true and even for hours without oxidizing. Lately I have been loving a glowy bronzer… this one takes the cake!!! It’s glowy without having shimmer to it like the other satin bronzers I own. It’s the perfect under tone and buffs into the skin so nicely that you can’t tell when the bronze begins and ends, it just leaves your skin looking sun kissed. I love this one so much I’ve already repurchased it.
ColourPop BFF Creme Gel Liner in the color Get Paid: A+++!!! You get .007 ounces of product for $6 however this color is on sale for $4.50 on their website right now. This color is so beautiful on the waterline! SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! It’s creamy and did not skip or tug at my skin. It stays pretty good on the waterlines too.
J Cat Beauty Blush-Mallow Soft Blusher: A++ You get .14 ounces of product for $4.99. It comes in 16 shades. This is a cream to powder formula. It reminds me of a matte version of ColourPop Super Shock Cheek. It is extremely pigmented! I used a duo fiber blush brush and tapped it into the product just slightly and still had to buff some of the product out. I really love the color I chose but do not see my self purchasing other colors.
J Cat Beauty You Glow Girl Baked Highlighter: A+++!!! You get .30 ounces of product for $8.99. It comes in 9 colors. It’s billed as a multi-dimensional Baked formula brings instant GLOW all day long due to high intense shimmer pigment. It is designed to complement all skin tones and all skin types. The smooth texture blends effortlessly and gives the perfect luminous finish that complete your look. There is no glitter in this highlighter and yet it’s so super reflective! I love the formula so much, it’s smooth and doesn’t go on patchy or chunky. A really good find!!
**** On a side note …. I tried the Tati Beauty glitter formula and I have got to say I am obsessed with it!! There was very little fallout with this glitter formula, it went on smoothly and opaque and super stunning!!! OH MY GOSH ….. I never thought I’d ever like glitter…. I do now….
Well that’s all for now dolls. I hope you enjoyed this look, I’m so in love with it! I hope the rest of your day is amazing and remember save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO
